Hello justdial and hdfc and billdesk,

To justdial
You people are very smartly running this just dial (Evil) business. Despite of informing your are not stopping my contract and you are deducting through ecs. You should feel shame that you are manipulating my money. I spoke to arbaaz shaikh (Arbaaz. [protected]@justdial.com) to stop contract he said not possible, not possible, not possible. There is no such policy. The guy from you who came to me for registration and my signature name rupam contact number [protected] he said if i want to stop contract i should tell to just dial now or within 15 days after contract started or after 6 moths i can stop this contract any time.) i contacted your office at kumar mall near swargate office on 02 jan 2018 there was person mr. Doiphode my below conversion.
My q. I want to stop contract?
Ans. Cannot be stopped before 1 year.
Q. Is there any way to stop before one year?
Ans. No option.
Q. I am not getting any leads from you?
Ans. Your business category is not premium and its depends on priority as per package which opt for. You should go for higher amount package so that we will share conacts to you on priority.
Q. This was not told before signing contract by rupam.
Ans. Ask rupam then for this we cannnot help you.
Q. Why you have charged me multiple time through ecs.
Ans. You had no sifficient balance for transaction so that request for ecs was raised 5 times unless it get debited from customer account.
Q. So that hdfc bank has charged me near about 3200 for ach debit return charges (Find attached pdf document my bank statement)
Q. I told you on 12 dec by calling on[protected] that do not debit from my account in 18 dec 2017 i got the answer it will be debited on 05 jan 2018 not 18 dec2017 and i got message from just dial on 15 dec 2017 stating amount of 1800 will be debited on 18 dec 2017 why is that so.
Ans. This is sytem we cannnot do anything.

This is really disgusting communication from justdial.

On email also i had raised request twie to stop contract but why you are not giving answer except “our concern departmenet will contact you” i do not want any call from you i want resolution on email.

But now i do not want that also. Justdial is “mastermind legally chor” company

When i approached to you at magarpatta branch ifsc hdfc000486 you said cannot stop ecs for just dial unless i provide noc from justdial. And justdial company is not ready to stop contract neither give noc for stopping ecs. This is very painful that its my money and i do not have right to stop this ecs for just dial through billdesk. Due to suh experience with justdial and bank and billdesk i am making my account zero balace 0 and will be closing forever.
Dear my hdfc bank you can see i am with you more than 4-5 years with you. But such experience i am not in position to continue with you. I know you cannot stop ecs so that i am choosing to close and make my balane 0 forever with this account id: 37815242 you should listen to customer, your bank account holder not to bill desk or company like fraud company justdial. If there is not provision to listen from customer then you should fight for some cases, exceptions where customer is genuine.in last 4-5 year you can see i had multiple loans and all loans are cleared from me.in case of 0 balance in my account and if just dial is trigiring/ requesting money through billdesk and if balance is getting below zero i am not liable or accountable for paying any money to you hdfc bank neither just dial neither bill desk.

I know i cann not fight for my money but i have all my right to save my money.

This is the only last way i found after doing research google and youtoube. There are ample amount of cases against just dial same cases as happen and worst thing being customer we cannot figh and get our money back. This is the ony way which is followed by almost all victim of justdial due to ecs fraud.
My hdfc bank please close my account after 10 jan 2017. I am not going to get any balance creadited on my account.

Same thing is happened with me. As my jd contract is 3 years old n now in january i am going to close my this business. For this i requested through mail to jd for closing my contract and don't cut ecs from January and already i deposited money as a 2months installments in advance as a deposit. So i want that they deactivate this contract and for December an January use that deposit amount. But still i didn't get any reply. By calling at ecs department they are telling they will come for verification of business closing. But still no one is come. And during this 3 year whenever i want to upgrade my contract 3 to 4 jd people visit my clinic .
Really they just want to make money. As my business going to close so why i will pay them by ecs n for what. But they want to understand n not even give any solution..

      This is hotel bhawani residency darbhanga, bihar. I have made a contract with just dial in april 2017 to march 2018. The contact person was akash and the contact number was [protected]. They made a contract for one year for rs 7200+tax. And they promised me to give me top position in hotel category listing on just dial for one year. But in december 2017 a just dial person called me and told me renew my contract. When i told him that my contract is upto march 2018 then why she is demanding me to renew it 4 months before. Then she told me that their policies have changed. When i refused they remove my top position. I was very upset because we were in relation from past 3 years. Anyway i ignored it. Again i got a call in january 2018 and they told me to make payment or my whole contract will be void after 10 days that is on 12th january.

      So i now if that thing is going to happen after 12th january then i will definitely go for legal proceedings. And i request you all to beaware of these fraud company. They only know to make money no matter by what means. Thank you.

          We are very much disappointed with the response of your calls... Most of them are either wrong numbers or fake calls, we are receiving these type of wrong number calls and fake calls on regular basis.

          We had paid the subscription amount to get fair business association with you but it looks like you are making fool to the customers. We don't have enough time to attend these type of ridiculous calls.

            They have charged us three times in past 2 months which they were supposed to deduct in three months. They also promised us to provide leads based on our business categories but their leads quality is worst and 99.99% leads are either looking for non-relevant services.
            Some leads call for amazon customer support or flipkart customer support or massage centre services etc.

            When we called them to close our services they gave me some nonsense reasons for one year contract and said, they won't close it. They also gave me some url with terms and conditions which was not mentioned during the payment but they are imposing it on us.

            During these days, we called the contact person as well who always gave us false commitments at the same time we also called their customer support and tried changing the business categories also based on their suggestions but that also didn't help us.

            Can you please help me solve the problem? They are deducting the money continuously from our bank account so we will have stop the monthly ecs for the time being.

                With reference to your request for ecs cancellation of your supreme contract, we would like to inform that we have forwarded your request to our concerned department and one of our executives will speak to you within 7 (Seven) working days.

                So far as our services are concerned, we confirm that the services has been activated as per the agreed terms. Since the minimum tenure of services as agreed is for period of 1 (One) year hence completing the services for a minimum tenure would be in the interest of both the parties. You have the option of terminating the contract - by giving prior 3 (Three) months written notice expressing your intention to discontinue the services.                   I purchased a advertisement plan from just dial to boost my business in name saini garments, website plus inquiry plan and they promised to make a website page and teach how to operate manually, but now they are refusing that they explain online how to operate website. But when company's executive come he said that he will come to explain everything himself and whatever time to learn the website working.

                    I am the managing partner of gproductions annanagar was a glad customer of justdial for the past above 4 years but after taking the jdomni contract which was
                    Missed with wrong commitments so jd omni didn't work as promised since we are an service company

                    Inspite of regular followup with mr diwakar and ranjith i couldn't get the refund after cancelling the jdomni

                    In the month of nov 2017 i was promised by mr kavi that i ll get the refund before dec 5th and so i was insisted to renew my existing platinum contract for which i have time till feb 2018 but after the confirmation i gave postdated cheques

                    They deposited the cheques with out my knowledge not event informing my accountant

                    I tried calling every one but no response so i tried stopping the ecs in jd listing portal

                    Though my ecs has hit for this month and debited 11000

                    Am not happy the way i am now with no solution for the refunds both from jdomni and jdlistig. Am mentally stressed because of this unprofessional handling and debiting my money without my permission

                    Kindly solve my issue and refund my money asap

                        I purchased an advertisement services on just dial in the month of may or june for which i was suppose to pay rs 2152 every month,
                        But in next 2 3 months i realised i am not satisfied with services as i was not getting any response from it.
                        I updated the same to the company but i realised they also have no solution to that for which i wanted to discontinue my services.
                        I signed an ecs payment mode with just dial and they deduct rs 2152 from my account automatically.
                        Now i want to discontinue the services, these people are harassing by saying you cannot discontinue for 3 months or 1 year time.
                        Pl help.

                          I stopped my justdial services and ecs in june 2017, still they are deducted all my money from my account. They made my account balance to 0.

                          Justdial is a # company, they are looted me without informing, i called my times to justdial but they are not listening. Just saying will call back.

                          Justdial is worst and fraund company of india

                          I will mail to all communities and aware all people regarding this money loot fraud is going on by justdial.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is to bring in to your notice that justdial is withdrawing money from my personal account [protected] maintained with federal bank, eranakulam branch every month rs.2000/- as ecs for advertisement + rs.235 x 7 times last month. It is been noticed that they deduct money every month even after we closed the association with them. Dont understand why they deduct money from our account. We dont want any alliance with just dial or dont wish to continue esc plan of any of their offers. So please stop withdrawing money from my account on immediate effect and fully refund me the money taken from my account on no reasons. I am planning to register a police complaint against this company and also will publish this cheating in all available social medias.
                            Hope i will get a result soon.

                            I have checked my account details today and noticed that Just dial have withdrawn Rs.235/- each several times from my account in past many months! Means huge amount is withdrawn without my consent. I want serious action against this cheating and hope someone from Justdial will contact me and arrange full refund of money to my account for all withdrawals from my account. Also I do not wish to continue any Just dial services and wish to withdraw al standing instructions if any to withdraw cash from my account. Kindly help me to resolve the issues at the earliest.

                            I registered in month of September and same thing happened with me that they are not stopping ECS and charging heavy penalty's. I am not that much rich to pay this kind of penalty. And even they are not giving any business from their side .so please help me.

We have signed a contract on 3rd Aug 2017 for 3 month for advertising Swadisht Tiffins in Just Dial and i have paid Rs 7080 for 3 Months Contract but after this contract also Just Dial is deducting Rs 3540 every month from my HDFC bank Account :[protected] for November and December for that I have not signed any contract.                                 To whomsoever it may concern,
                                On 14th december 2017, i had repaired my lg fridge (Gl-408yvq4) through sai service centre. I obtained this number through just dial where it was mentioned that if has registered agents for lg. However, the technician suhail, who had come over to my residence in ashok vihar, phase 2, on the mentioned date turned out to be fraud. He stated that ice controller circuit needs to be changed and he did so and charged us 3150 (Which includes 2850 for the part and 300 service charges).
                                Unfortunately, his service was inadequate because within 10 days the fridge again stopped working. Also, i did market study and found that we were charged highly for the part also. The part was available at a lower rate than what we were charged.
                                This is a clear case of mala fide fraud.
                                To resolve the problem, i called suhail to either refund the amount or rectify the issue, since i was told there is a 6-month warranty on the part. However, i have not received any call/action on my complaint as-on-date. I checked nad called lg and found that this service centre is not registered with them. We trusted just dial's brand that it will give verified listings (Which was mentioned also along with the listing). But they cheated us. Let us know how you are going to rectify this error and what can you do to resolve our problem.

                                My number is being given as Hebron travels by justdial even after my request to their customer care number many times. Unwanted calls at all times even at night annoy me. Some of them speak high handed in a threatening voice.
                                Reference to above kindly revert back my cheque of rs.4300 around paid to ur officer in Vizag.

                                  First of all. Justdial is a fraud company.

                                  I took service for 3 month, payment by ecs,
                                  Got zero benefit in my business.

                                  Later i discussed with justdail person, they are saying that services cant be stopped before 1 year.

                                  They are fooling customer.

                                  I dont want refund but only to stop my services.

                                  And again, justdail is a fraud company.

                                    I have signed the contract with just dial last year in the promotional scheme of rs.2300in which i have being told that i will get leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i have to do ecs by giving cancel cheque and ecs authorisation, while signing the contract i havr been told that they will ask me after 1 year for tje renewabke of the contract tht whether i want to continue or not bt they are continuously deducting my ecs from. My acount. I am unabke to stop the ecs deducted by them. I am feeling very helpless as their is no other solution to stop the ecs i have given an application in my bank but there is no response they are continuously deducting huge amount from my account 2300 is the amt which they were deducting every month please help. Me regarding this issue. I have sent mail to justdial regarding the same but they have not replied for this, now, i want my money back with charges. Can you help me for this???

                                      I had registerd my business wit justdial to make some profit but yo guys cheated me wit fake promises.. I askd yo guys to stop the ecs on my acc bt stil thr ws an ecs on my acc n thr is cheque bounce charges. Wen i askd to stop it, jstdial reps didnt do their jobs proprly n im penalisd fo their mistak.                                       No proper information ws given to me abt the policies even wen i proactively asked them in the begining and now they say that i shud hav read the policy n its not their mistake.. I need a solution, i didnt get proper service from justdial to my business n im not happy wit the charges ive paid to justdial.. initially i paid 4.5k n now cheque bounce charges 1500+, i need my money back coz wen i cald justdial i didnt get a proper response from justdial rep n they sounded like "Paying to justdial is like throwing a coin in ocean, yo cant get it back"

                                      Im sure yo guys hav read the complaint online on consumer complaint portal and im tired of explaining again n again.. il keep it short now.

                                      I didnt get proper service from justdial hence i had requested to stop the ECS But it wsnt stopd hence i had a cheque bounce charges of 1500+ on my acc.. i spoke to yor jstdial rep ovr the phone n they told me tat i shud hav informed 3mnths in prior to stoping the ECS (Tiz was nt told to me evn wen i proactively asked yor rep in the begining) and tiz cannot be my fault. I hav spent more than 6k on yo guys so that i can hav some peofit but i havnt earned even a penny frm the leads yo provided. Initially i askd yor rep to nly waive the cheque bounce charges and they refused n they made me lose my temper vch i nvr wish to.. Now i need my money back which i initially paid i, e 4.5k as 2mnths charges n the cheque bounce charge of 1500+

                                      My only concern was abt the cheque bounce charges in the begining but yor reps didnt do their jobs properly evn aftr me calling yo guys multiple times n forced me to tak dese steps nw.. i need all my money back vch i lost wit yo guys n coz of yo guys.

                                      Not received an email or even a call from justdial til now.. their feedback email id os also fake i believe coz im getting nly error while sending them emails.. tried multiple times but its same.

                                      While jst looking the complaints on justdial. Bloody Hell, most of the complaints on Justdial is about ECS money deduction only.

                                      Is there no solution for tiz or what?

                                      Yesterday i got a call from Justdial to just inform me that they cant do anything and there is no refund.. My quesn was Why the ### dey cald me when they dont want to do anything.. I havent received any call or email with regards to my complaint till now.

                                      Few days before i got a call from some number saying that he is from Justdial n calling me to refund my money back. Tat person dont speak english or any other language apart from some unknown language.. I was able to manage to talk to him a little bit however he startd asking my card numbr to process refund, i askd him y card numbr n exp date required to process refund as they alrdy hav my acc details but he answered something which i ws not able to understand so i gav him card details later i found out he was trying to charge my acc, to scam me as i received OTP for the transaction and i startd 2 quesn him n he disconnected the call.. I have no idea what was happening.

                                      In the past i received a call from Justdial and they nly asked for my Email id, i gave them n they told, email id is enough and wil get back to me.

                                      I have a slightest doubt that Justdial would have changed the status as RESOLVED.

                                      What about othr complaints which shows as RESOLVED.. Is it really resolved or some scam on that as well

                                        I deposited my phone htc desire 816g on 2nd or 3rd november in a shop by the name of honey gift house address (117/3 lower bazaar shimla h. P. 171001) owned by mr. Surender mehra in order to get it repaired and i made the respected payment but when i received my phone it was not working and further the shopkeeper refused to provide me the bill when i asked for it when i took this matter to the concerned authorities they asked us to solve the matter on a personal level but when the shopkeeper was advised to compromise he started threatening me using the name of a politician. He also tried to threaten a worker in excise department who talked to him on my behalf. The above mentioned events has caused a series of problems to me since months. I 'll be highly grateful if the shopkeeper agrees to repair my phone or else pay the amount that will be needed to get it repaired or ask him to provide me a new phone please, i have no phone in use right now. So that bad name is not brought to his service and oblige.
