Dear sir/ madam my name is pawan i ragistered my salon for good services but there is no benifits of it and i want to stop my ecs payment service and i dont want to run my business with justdial.
I have already submitt complain regarding this but there is no risponse from justdial and ecs payments also not stop when i call for stop this service they said that you cant stop your service for 1 years and ecs payment will not be stoped
Please ragistered my complain and stop ecs service

About an year ago i paid them rs. 1725 as advance and rest they said rs. 582 per month will be debited from your account till you complete 12 months. And later on if you want to continue you will have to sign new agreement.. Around 14 times 582 has been debited and now no one is helping to stop this ecs.. They cheat people.. After getting deal from client they will never show you their face again

Just dial have no any verified service provider for packers and movers all are fake no one genuine service providers.
Because i am victim.

You guys have updated the wrong phone number of dr ramegowda because of you guys, i am getting the call in the midnight and telecallers every now and then.

Remove my number [protected] from dr ramegowda, i am using this number from last 10+ years, if not removed i will complain to cyber police as harassment and providing false data.

Our startup concern required marketing for our business ​through ​any marketing sources.​

As vasanth was in contact and gave trustworthy commitments.
I'd personally suggested our concern to go through with just dial vasanth
Where he had promised an offer package (Valid for 2 years) commitments asd below for our business.

Offer package commitments :

With these commitments, got approval from our management to proceed.

We awaited for his input from the date he received cheque. But invain, we

I took a three month package of 35, 401 rs from justdial for promotion of my company max international packers and movers.
They cheat with me they didn't send me invoice and not fullfill any commitment.
My office is located in gurgaon ashok vihar they said that leads will come from gurgaon or 20 km area.
But leads are coming from noida bahadurgargh ghajiyabad delhi.
Now they are not attending my call.
They are cheat with me.
Marketing excutive were adiraj sekhawat and meenakahi swami.

Hello, this is vanita sharma sending a mail on behalf of mr. Prakash sharma, he had requested just dial to discontinue his pandit service advertisement with justdial but it is still on. And purposely, inspite of sending discontinue mail and call, it is still continued and every month there is a deduction of 5500 rupees.
I have proof on mail plus the telephonic conversation, i want to discontinue prakash panditji from justdial this month itself.
If necessary action is not taken, i will escalate this matter

In the month of september, sales guy gynaneshwar bommishetty from just dial approached me for the website development. An approval to do the same as given and a cheque worth 16000/- was issued which got encashed in the same month. He even collected a cancelled cheque for the ecs. No one approached me regarding what conctent has to go on the website.

When i tried contacting the just dial regarding the same, they where beating around the bush. Spoke the manager of gynaneshwar, mr vijay, he told me to write to the justdial guys asking for the refund. Have written mails regarding the same and have spoken to many members from just dial but everything in vain.

From the month of november ecs hits my bank for the maintenance of the website, which has not been developed at all. Sounds strange and no response to mails written.

Want to know hoe to get this resolved.

My number was recently updated, and since then I have been getting calls every day for charity, marketing and what not. Please delete my number from your data. Delete my name and everything. Please do it right away.
The purpose behind this is that we should benefit, but instead it has become a pain . please delete my account and all the details from your site, if i get any call after this, which we ask them, how did they get the number they say "just dial". i will sue for not deleting my name and number, hope this time my complaint is heard and resolved,

I started the ecs in october. The agent promised that i would get good results but then i didnt get even a single call from the paid listing.
I contacted the customer support the manager and the agent but no response from them.
My account is getting deducted 885 rs every month i want to stop this.
My business is closed and that listing is of no use so resolve this asap.

I have taken package of listing from mr. Sandeep singh (Employee of just dial.com). For 1 year validation but after few month there is a call from jd customer service that your account is nil and package is expire. And it was shocking that i have paid full amount of whole year and in mid of year it was expire. Ihad given a call to mr. Sandeep singh he said i will resolve the problem but from the same date he has strop responding.

We have taken the justdial premium package by paying 65760 for just 3 months for our coaching institute in hyderabad. This amount was for only 1 center as we don't have any branches. Lots of false promises. Please beware. I don't want anyone to get into this trap and lose money. Hardly we were getting leads and a good number of leads are either fake or not genuine. Kindly don't lose your precious time and money.

This is horrible company and one of the worst service provider company ever saw in my life.
My contract got activated almost a month back and there are no leads. I am calling and mailing to customer care like a hell, but no one ever bother to give a response. My executive duty is just to sign a contract and its over after that who is the customer who cares, not even bothering to respond back.
Mr srikant ([protected]), your executive activated a contract now he is not even bothering to give a respond back even after calling several times. They just want to achieve their target and make customers fool. I was even promised with a website, banner, all just rubbish.

I have booked air ticket from delhi to kathmandu for 2 pax. (D. O j 15 dec 2017) and due to some health issue we are unable to go and i cancelled the ticket from jet airline customer care., according to airline there will a cancellation charges 2200 + gst per pax for v class (Economy) but just dail customer person refused to tell cancellation charges for ticket, simply telling only 1000 inr will be refund with out any justification, and total cost for 2 ticket is around 12127/-with service charges. I have jet airways cancellation rules copy where it is clearly mention that for v class booking 2200+gst cancellation charges before 5 hrs of departure. If you refunding me 1000 kindly provide me the cancellation rules copy on which basis your refunding me 1000/- only.
I hope this issued will solved here only i don, t have to go for rti or jet airways regarding this issued.

I had joined last month with just dial for my "sri angalamman astronumerology and gems research center"
For 1 year contract i paid 7200 through cheque on 6.11.2017 for hole erode dt. Customer support.
But, still now i had not received any client from erode with the help of just dial.
So, i request you to pl, adwise justdial company for refund my amount, i don't want to continue the above contract.
I complaint given many time to coimbatore office admin mr. Vinoth[protected] and also erode rep. Mr. Sivaraman[protected], no any response here.

I am eraniappan from madhan transport vandalur, i have been registered with just dial for a service like getting customers through just dial. The note is my vehicle has been ceased by the bank persons and i am not doing the business with my vehicle, please cancel my registration.

So far i haven't got the customers from just dial and also am not satisfied with the service and quality from your end.

As the representative stated in the beginning of registration period was - we will provide the customers to you like minimum of 10 per month, but i have received only 2 customers twice a month (Per month 1 customer), while reaching the representative and the customer care through call their reply and customer relationship us is a ridiculous.

But the payment from my bank account is still going on but the benefit to the service to me is like nightmare, so i am kindly requesting you to cancel my registration with you and also stop the payment of cheque which you receiving from me every month through ecs.

We have made a con tract with justdial to lit our business on their site for which we start getting many irrelevant queries; i called the sales person and showed him problem he promised to change the contract but after that he nevery came to me or attended my call. I registered complain on their website many times but it was always closed without attending it. I am very frustrated please help me.
