I had paid for a banner on just dial in the name of my restaurant indigrubs. They wrongly published the banner in the name of grata hospitality and also they have put pictures of non-veg burgers and sandwithces.

I have requested several times to change the banner but they are asking for number of documents for making changes despite the fact that the mistake is from input side and and documentary error and therefore they just need to rectify the error and not change the content.

Since we are operating fully on computers, we do not maintain any printed stationary.

Hope, the input error is rectified.

Justdial provided us with the contact details of a local packers and movers named "Agarwal Domestic Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd. Pune" on asking for the information about the actual national operator. We booked the shifting of our household articles and also our car through the same, trusting the information provided to us, only to find ourselves in trouble afterwards. The services of the local packers and movers were extremely worse. To mention a few, the shipment was delivered 6days after the scheduled date, a lot of things being damaged, the car was driven to Nagpur even though we booked for a carrier for the same. On a little investigation we found that our goods were taken to a godown from where the goods were sent in an open truck instead of a container as per our agreement, and that this a very common occurrence. Also no insurance was ever done even though we paid the full amount. And on top, the operator kept on making excuses and stories about the truck being damaged on way and the carrier for the car being stuck at some Tata motors at Amravati. Unpacking was also not done, neither was the reimbursement made for the damages, but that is very insignificant compared to the trouble we had during the 10days while all our things were in this operator's possession.
We consider ourselves fortunate enough that we atleast received our things.

But nothing of this would have happened if the customer service person @ Justdial would have provided us with the correct information. And we don't think it even matters to complain against the packers and movers, infact we think its not even a registered company in the first place.

Dear sir/ madam, i have raised complaint to stop the business/ services on 30th april 2016 and complaint id is csnapr16d2x7k5, as per the communication with executive the ecs was suppose to stop from may 20th onwards however in june also the ecs debited to my ac.

When called on 21st june to customer care the response was pathetic and said now onwards this will stop.

I want my money back which is debited for june 16 month.

I had called up just dial for an authorised service centre of volkswagen in bangalore. They recommended a provider perfect motors who came to my place, picked up the car, serviced it and charged me inr 38k, for justified repairs. Or so i assumed.

When they handed over the car, it turns out they are just a small local garage with a hand written bill. They aren't an authorised centre. These were local mechanics who didn't know the spelling of shock absorber or diesel for that matter and i have no idea if the spares that have gone into my car are authentic or fake! Because there are no bills.

This has also resulted in my service record now being void, drastically dropping the resale value of this car. For me to reinstate the service, i now have to get the vehicle re-serviced at an additional cost of inr 20k or whatever it amounts to with checks of all the parts that were replaced. I want a refund from just dial for the expenses borne by me or a payment for an authorised service because this is just unacceptable. I called their contact centre and nobody seemed to be bothered with the issue and just palmed me off!

I did registration with these people on 9th april' 2016 for jdomni android application & website with the promise of delivery within 5days of the product by taking loan i paid this amount as i was in a need of this product for my work. But after taking money for one week i waited then asked the person mr. Rekhav patel who had promise for the product delivery in 5days, then he said as they are busy in some other work so they will deliver by end of the april month but till april end no sign of delivery. Then i called him he stopped responding my calls and sms then i put a mail on [protected]@justdial.com and got replied they will take 60days time to deliver from the date of payment clearance. After that i got tense and started sending mail & calling their customer support on the terms of agreeing to deliver the product after 60days but at least take requirements because without requirement, how you people will create app and your person have promised that the application will be form as per my requirement otherwise app will be useless to me. Then to avoid my calls and mails, they said to send requirement. But even after sending requirement no query, no doubt infact no reply. Means i understood they are not at all working on product. Now its more than 65days, still these people have not taken any requirement nor called once to checked if i have paid money then paid for what. At least they should have courtesy to check that but no, nothing. They did nothing. Finally i am helpless to registered complain here. And hopefully after this i will get my work done. Or refund with interest if they can not do my work

They selected confirmation letter regarding the placement of 10 students and after 1 month they said there will be one meeting with regional head and only wants to see his team. Later they suddenly send new confirmation to our college with 3 selected students and 7 are rejected that to package will become 6 lac (fixed) to 4lac ctc.
Now college closed the placement because its June now and they selected us in last week of march. They rejected us in the 1st week of june. so its a complete hypocrisy shown by Just dial and our college is also not looking into matter . My college name is Sri balaji society pune.

I paid complete 45 thousand and spend complete 1.5 years from treatment but when i raised my concern on treatment they started abusing me and i got abused very badly with below hindi words...

Literally he tried to hit me, even you can check cctv footage of that moment.

Finally i stop going there and looking for justice...

Despite of repeated mails and calls, this company make very good use of the ecs deduction services as you yourself has opened up the gateway of your bank for this ppl to rob you legally.inspite of repeated mails they keep convincing you to take premium services and all wen they finally realise they cqant do anything they stop responding the calls, and even tell that your bond to contract for an year.there is nothing we can do.

This is to inform you that considering justdial as one of the renowned companies of india we opted for your offer of advertising through your agent dharamdev mishra (Mo-[protected]) on june 2015. He offered us to give ad of our firm through justdial and said you have to pay just rs. 850/- for 3months ad, and no extra charges further this. We gave a cheque no. 0000064 amt 850/- of hdfc bank rewa to him. But as we saw in our account, its showing rs340/- being deducted every month in favour of justdial till now. It clearly shows that its a fradulent case and case of cheating done. We have not accepted any kind of charges rather then this rs850/-. Might be your company personel has taken our signatures on some bank ecs papers fraudulently, which is not in our knowledge. This is clearly a matter of fraud for which i will have to take strict legal action against company. I am very much amazed by this act from such a big renowned company. I called mr. Dharamdev also but he is not picking the call, then i contacted customer care, from their i got this reference number 1137119.
So please take this matter on urgent basis and revert back for this mail soon.
We want our money back in our account i. E 340x9= 3060/-. And stop this ecs deduction from account immedietly.

I had posted my requirement in JUST DIAL for ISP services .
Soon this person NARENDRA ([protected]) called me and said got my number from JUST DIAL and said deals in providing internet connections.
On sunday he came and took Rs.3100 and gave me a receipt from MTNL. His cell is coming as switched off since.
I had not doubted the individual as i believe JUST DIAL does the verification of its dealers.

Any suggestions on what should be done to get the amount back.

This company name was referred by just dial hence I booked my luggage through Pioneer Pac n mov.. I gave my luggage on 07 May 2016 from Mumbai to Bhopal.. Mr. Ibrahim who is the owner of this company told me the luggage will be delivered in 4 days... Its been a month plus yet my luggage has it reached... Now he is not responding my calls and msgs.. I had requested for a list of internet service providers in noida sector 62 in just dial. However i did not get a single call who could provide me an internet service. After some time i got a call from an individual claiming that he had got my number from just dial. He said that he could full fill my requirements of internet services for which i would have to pay an amount of rs 2700. Considering that the individual had himself approached and claimed that he was verified just dial customer i agreed to pay him 2700. However after paying him the amount from the next day onwards i found his phone to be switched off. I only paid the amount to the individual because he claimed he was from just dial and since i have a dnd activated i do not think anyone else would have got my number. Hence i request you to please ensure that just dial shares my liability and pays at least 50% of the total amount. I can also attach the receipt that was given to me by the individual to confirm the same. Please help me in getting the matter sorted.

I started my computer sales n service business just dial agent called me n did fake promises about business growth.i paid 8000 but I am not getting any lead from just dial apart from that they r deducting my 3000 instead of 2000 from my account i said them I don't want to continue business with just dial I said them to stop my ecs but they r avoiding my request.the lead they r providing all are fake.some time just dial person will called me to show records that they r giving business.how can I pay 3000 if m earning[protected] pm from just dial.now just dial people using abusive language over the phone and and giving me open thread to continue contract with just dial.they r using fully mc bc language n all.i am in shocked wat to do.dont go for just dial friends they will show u dream and then destroy business..

Please take it as my humble request to take action against Just Dial services.i started new rental car business for that i register with Just Dial hyderabad for 3 months minimum and paid Rs.11870/ as suggested by just dial consultant . We clearly told that we will see for 3 months if we won't get business we will not going to continue with just dial..just dial manager told that yes and ask to do payment and take my card number through phone..
Two months over we get sms which is already booked by others..we dint get any business till date which sent by Just dial..
I request just dial to stop the servies for that Just dial is refusing my request and ask to continue for 1 Year and deduct amount Rs.3270 again from my account without intimate me.Yet only two months over and again they deducting amount even i ask for stop the services..i sent mail and make a calls but no use.please help me by returning my amount from just dial..thanks.

We opted for 90 days service and made the payment as per quotation received. but all of a sudden on 41st day the services has been stopped. When we contacted Marketing Sales person Mr. Sharath Suryavanshi, he said it was due to their system mistake and not received any proper response till date. Escalated the issue to his manager Mr. Pradeep and from his also there is no proper response. Even they are not answering our calls neither replying for the mails. We have not expected such services from Just dial.

I am a resident of Gandhinagar Gujarat. Which is not a village and yes JustDial has this location in there select list for Grocery column.
I placed an order of 5 items on around 27th April (do not have the exact date since their site just does not show order history easily) and it wasn't delivered. Then i received a call from JustDial Mumbai that the order could not be delivered we will try the next day I said fine. Even the next day I did not receive anything then I got a call stating items are not available now so we would have to cancel your order, I said ok.
I then tried after a couple of weeks again and the Grocery section showed all the items I needed as available so I placed the order. But I did not receive a single item out of it, though this time I got a message that someone would come to deliver the order, but I waited and waited and waited neither did I receive any call after that now any update.

Point 1 Why do you show items on site when they aren't available
2 If I have placed an order at least inform me what's going on
3 If I get a message that someone would come and deliver the items then he surely has got the products, so why did he not some.
4 Add a user friendly feature to your site where we can at least check what we ordered last and where is it now, what's happening with it

From just dial i looked for people who can install camera with dvr on 7th of may 16 for my office located in laxmi nagar delhi 110092. From the just dial contacts i got the call from{ sai securities +[protected]

Cctv installation services, cctv repair }
I choose them for the camera installation where in a hard disk was also required. Sai securities took rs 3500 from me and then provided me a hard disk which never worked. When i checked the serial number for the hard disk online it has already expired in jan 16.
When they visited me for the 1st time by 10th of may 2016 to install the camera, they asked for the money (Rs 3500) they said the cost is for hard disk which i gave them, they put in the hard disk in the dvr. It was late night by 9 pm when the installation was not complete, they committed they will come the very next day to complete the installation and will show me everything functional which never happened.
After taking rs 3500 they never returned back. I have called them including (S kumar - who was dealing with me from the 1st day — [protected] // [protected]) several times from different phone numbers. The moment they hear my voice they hang up the call.
I tried to visit the address which he has mentioned with just dial i found that's an incorrect address. There is no shop by the number a 523 in achraya niketan market.
This is the 2nd case with me which has made a distrust for just dial. Kindly help to either get my money back or to get me a correct hard drive with service.
Its been more than a month that i am suffering my time,. My work is getting delayed and its causing a huge distrust in me for just dial. Now i have completely understood that just dial is fraud. They just cheat people with the help of their service providers. They do not inquire before hiring any service provider whether they are legitimate or not. The service provider address is incorrect on the website. Without inquiring about anything they just allow their service providers to cheat people. Just to make money this is a wrong practice by them.

This is a harassment for me. I am being tortured mentally, emotionally and monetarily. Though i took the services from them using just dial i want just dial to help me fix my concern or get me the money back.
It has crossed the limit of my patience wherein my work is getting impact. From last 30 days i am without a security as the cctv is not set properly and there is no working hard drive to record the instances.
If god forbid anything happens just dial will be held responsible for the same.

The money which they took from me without providing any services is hard earned money. Moreover i called just dial several times hoping that they will help me wherein i invested more money with them along with time, where in they denied, they said they cannot help me.

I have emailed just dial several times where in they did not responded to any of my email.

At your link if we search body massage in jaipur we get shalini spa and massage center at tonk road. This address belongs to us and there is no such spa and massage center any time. By your listing we are very much puzzled to refuse the persons that there is no such massage center. All my nearand dear who seen it says that you are not doing good job, tumhe iski kya jarurat thi,. I am complain many time at your call cewnter but they get assurance to remove it but it does not removed. By this address related to spa and massage center which seems unethical i lost my image in society. Your llisting on web is available at large and my explaination has very little area so the negative image spread very high. I had registered a monthly plan with Just Dial on may the 21st wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service.there was wrong commitment made by the executive . I wanted to cancel the same but they are ignoring and not bothered i I have also sent a mail to their CEO but he is also not bothered.

I searched carpenter in Kharghar I got many numbers, I tried 2 or 3 all were talking like they are not carpenter they are interior decorator, they do not give service, so I just request just dial that don't waste our time and money...put real service provider name and properly enquire abt it...39930896, this fellow didn't talk normally and insulted me ...I will go for some other complaint agency against just dial
