I have stopped my packers and movers contract with just dial before 4.5 month and regarding that sent several emails and calls to just dial customer support but still they are deducting ECS from my account and since i don't have enough amount in my account and hence its charging me ECS bounce amount 3 times in every month.

Its strange that after several calls to their customer support and emails...

Just Dial, very good for free leads.
The marketing executives will kill you if you go for paid leads.
I was committed of getting annually 270 leads,
If i go for fixed position.
I paid for fixed position.
In last 21 days i got 1 single lead.

I have raised a complaint on Oct 22 2015 saying that the contact i got through Just dial services for Roy home care services at Medavakkam is cheating me and not returning my money of 8000 rs. They called and tried to mediate but in vein si they said they will block the account and to my surprise i find the listing active in Jan 2016.
Now i realise Justdial wants to thrive on having these scamsters as their business leads but not negotiate...

Just dial is fraud company, i paid 2lacs rupees for 4 different packages. Platinum, gold and premium for different categories. Which is false totally fake company cheated telling all lies and tricks saying that thousands of leads they will send every month, but later i realized it totally fake and very big cheating on small business enterprises. I have lost 2lacs rupees last year, but they are able to give only one lead worth of rs.8000/-....
