Just dial is repeatedly giving my mobilenumber to clients without my wish. I have requested by call and email severaltimes... But no response yet... They also give appointment to patients when i don't have appointment system... Please help...

I have given my adv of lic agent for past 6 months a and I gave 3000 for it I didnt got even a single call from anyone .i[censored] cant give us costomers I want my money back

This is to bring in everyone notice just dial shifted my business portal to someone else they changed all my email id contact no. To unknown person.. And now not ready to correct it... They are fraud in the name of just dial

You have registered my company with wrong key words, which is not my company profile and you have not given package as per your commitment.

Just dial company given me half yearly package but due to your mistake I am penalize and you converted into 3 months.

I felt I am cheated.

hello i M Nitin Goyal i have a business by the name or Mohali Interiors and my regitered contact no. is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@yahool.com i am genuine person and a businessman and i have a genuine complaint against justdial and anyone who has a doubt can contact me fr details, i have a business of interior Decoration in Kharar city which comes under Mohali District near chandigarh i have been cheated by just dial 2 times at the very start of my business a person from justdial came to me and almost forced me to buy a paid listing so to earn some clients i agreed and paid 1200rs for a simple paid listing, but after a full month i did not get any response at all or any calls from clients from just dial so i was thinkin of not renewing the listing for next month to my surprise they had ecs on my account as a first time user i dint know about this neither i was told about this but by luck the balance in my account was low so the ecs was cancelled and i was charged for abt 150rs and i after getting messages for this i called just dial and asked them to stop my listing and as told i emaild them to stop it and all this costed me about 1350rs without getting anything this was the first time i was cheated..

in secont incident after 2 months just dial again started calling me for paid listing i asked them i dont want it as i dint get any benifit last time but this time they came with a new trick they said we have a new fixed position system and you will get 1st position above all and your area in cheapest price its the best bla bla some girl named Priyanka from sectore 34 chandigarh justdial office was calling me like mad after many calls and forcing i agreed to meet the executive to know the details and a guy named Jagdeep Singh came to my office and told me that i will get first position in tri city in my selected categories and all i was pretty convinced as the categories and services i was been told they seemed nice and benificial and agreed to the person and after giving a check of 2300 on 11/2/16 to him i received an email regarding my contract on 12/2/16 and to my surprise it had different categories and the positions were also below then 5, 6 listings i called this Jagdeep singh and he said i will see to it but nothing happened i again called but he stopped ansring my calls and then i called priyanka she asked me to send her email i emaild her the details 2 times on 13/2/16 and on 14/2/16 but after that even she dint talked wid me and nothing happened and on 17/2/16 my contract went live with wrong categories money was deducted from bank account and i kept on calling justdial customer care for several days but nothing happened i received some calls from deir management saying we cant do anything and you have to pay more if you want the said categories and there is no refund or stop system i again lost 2300rs and now they are not even stopping my ecs even after calling them again and again i am just bieng told you will receive a call from our management, in the end the money i paid is lost can say stolen by justdial by cheating me, now am thinking about going to consumer court agains justdial and please note this is a complete fraud company and you can google there are thousands of small hard working businessmen who are bieng cheated and looted by justdial everyday and there is nothing they can do, they send sales people who give wrong information make fake promises and lie about their services and the management and back end is just to collect money and they dont even care to resolve any problem or to provide any help or refund at all, they dont even loot you once they will sign you in ecs which means they will keep on deducting money from your bank account every month and you wont be able to stop them as they wont even reply back or wont stop the ecs so i please request you or anyone who is reading to never pay justdial anything or never listen to their lies and stop this company in any way if you can and also please never ever search anything on just dial for anything, i am no rival of just dial or fake person you can contact me anytime on given details and also can google for my business thank you..
