hello i M Nitin Goyal i have a business by the name or Mohali Interiors and my regitered contact no. is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@yahool.com i am genuine person and a businessman and i have a genuine complaint against justdial and anyone who has a doubt can contact me fr details, i have a business of interior Decoration in Kharar city which comes under Mohali District near chandigarh i have been cheated by just dial 2 times at the very start of my business a person from justdial came to me and almost forced me to buy a paid listing so to earn some clients i agreed and paid 1200rs for a simple paid listing, but after a full month i did not get any response at all or any calls from clients from just dial so i was thinkin of not renewing the listing for next month to my surprise they had ecs on my account as a first time user i dint know about this neither i was told about this but by luck the balance in my account was low so the ecs was cancelled and i was charged for abt 150rs and i after getting messages for this i called just dial and asked them to stop my listing and as told i emaild them to stop it and all this costed me about 1350rs without getting anything this was the first time i was cheated..

in secont incident after 2 months just dial again started calling me for paid listing i asked them i dont want it as i dint get any benifit last time but this time they came with a new trick they said we have a new fixed position system and you will get 1st position above all and your area in cheapest price its the best bla bla some girl named Priyanka from sectore 34 chandigarh justdial office was calling me like mad after many calls and forcing i agreed to meet the executive to know the details and a guy named Jagdeep Singh came to my office and told me that i will get first position in tri city in my selected categories and all i was pretty convinced as the categories and services i was been told they seemed nice and benificial and agreed to the person and after giving a check of 2300 on 11/2/16 to him i received an email regarding my contract on 12/2/16 and to my surprise it had different categories and the positions were also below then 5, 6 listings i called this Jagdeep singh and he said i will see to it but nothing happened i again called but he stopped ansring my calls and then i called priyanka she asked me to send her email i emaild her the details 2 times on 13/2/16 and on 14/2/16 but after that even she dint talked wid me and nothing happened and on 17/2/16 my contract went live with wrong categories money was deducted from bank account and i kept on calling justdial customer care for several days but nothing happened i received some calls from deir management saying we cant do anything and you have to pay more if you want the said categories and there is no refund or stop system i again lost 2300rs and now they are not even stopping my ecs even after calling them again and again i am just bieng told you will receive a call from our management, in the end the money i paid is lost can say stolen by justdial by cheating me, now am thinking about going to consumer court agains justdial and please note this is a complete fraud company and you can google there are thousands of small hard working businessmen who are bieng cheated and looted by justdial everyday and there is nothing they can do, they send sales people who give wrong information make fake promises and lie about their services and the management and back end is just to collect money and they dont even care to resolve any problem or to provide any help or refund at all, they dont even loot you once they will sign you in ecs which means they will keep on deducting money from your bank account every month and you wont be able to stop them as they wont even reply back or wont stop the ecs so i please request you or anyone who is reading to never pay justdial anything or never listen to their lies and stop this company in any way if you can and also please never ever search anything on just dial for anything, i am no rival of just dial or fake person you can contact me anytime on given details and also can google for my business thank you..

This is really a fake company, yes it is registered company but its managing director Chintak Raj is a fraud. Anybody required proof please let !e know.

He changes companies name in a regular intervals like recently get in limelight Ablaze Info Solutions Limited, located in Noida Sector-63, duped around 7 lakh people and took an investment of approximately Rs 3, 700 crore from them under the ‘Earn Rs 5 per click’ scheme.

He issues cheques of Manigance Awesome Support India Private Limited’s to his all vendor’s against the dues of all his fake companies from AXIS Bank A/C No-[protected], IFSC Code-UTIB0000319 and definitely dishonors due to not maintain the minimum balances. For a few months in the FY[protected] he was behind the bar due to fraud case in Cab Business. During the course of time he didn't paid the bills to cab owners and salary to the employees. He sold out the Laptops and Mobile phones at open market which was bought on credit and taken from cab owners to use the device on App Cab.

I am also a big sufferer by him. He damaged my Car, not paid the bills almost 3 months and kept my mobile also, except all these he took Rs.30000/- as entry fees through the Vendor system, Full tank diesel and notary fees. All these incurred a huge loss to me near about 1.5 Lakh and put me in financial crunch.

Now he is doing the same business in the name of AALO RADIO CAB PRIVATE LIMITED CIN-U63030WB2017PTC218932 behind the name of Jishu Chakraborty DIN – 07654351 and Dibyendu Sengupta DIN 07654340. Both office addresses are same for AALO RADIO CAB PRIVATE LIMITED and MANIGANCE CORPORATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, but they are showing there haven’t any connection between these two companies. Actually they have done to confuse the investor during the claim of dues. I have also suffered in the same way. When I tried to recover my dues by seize their office equipment, security guard informed me that the owner of the property is not Chintak Raj.

Chintak Raj's new name is Chirag Kapoor, His Partner director Tracy Grey's new name is Tracy Stockman Bianca Stockman and His new crime partner name Rajesh Singh(VIKRANT is a fake name using it to bluff customers) which is a fake identity which he use to when he coordinate with the customer of their fake Cab Company TRASLUCENT LOGISTICS .
I am one of his recent victims. I was his employee he didn't give me any written document for that niether appointment letter nor offer letter he seized my salary and even took Rs 25000 for giving advertisement in KARMASAGTHAN Newspaper he invested my money Rs 25000 for his RAGACY ACADEMY ADD. Not only that on that add to make publicity of his fake IT AND ITES training institute he had forced me to take a new post paid number on my name. And the institute is also fake and the money Rs25000 which I have invested they didn't give me back that money even they didn't pay my first month salary for 19 days because I am with them for 19 days the salary amount is 12000 means they have cheated me Rs37000 in total. And as soon as the advertisement was published without any intimation he terminate me and seized my salary also All are my hard earned money.

If anyone get any mail or pist from this mail id please inform police be ause I don't have any access to this mail id they have hacked ut and using it for their own unethical job so please guys beware if you find it you will see its not me its them who is using my mailid on my name. Its their inauthentic access on my mailid I have all the proofs. And yes tgey are also using my Naukri recruiter profile unethically as tbey have got unauthorized access in my official mail id they are using my adds for their company RAGACY INNOVATIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Recruitment purpose and using my Naukri profile photo for that wwhich is not genuine actually this is another oroof of tbier unethical jobs. At present their new HR is Sujata Kumari not me but still they are using it unethically .. They have threatened me over mails over sms over whatsup repeatedly after my continuous request to stop all these that proofs I also have against these culprits. I am not involved and not even attached with this fake and fraud company anymore. So guys please beware don't become their victims like me. Please save your hard earned money.
