I am a fabricator as name silvershine export, just dial contract id is: px261. X261. [protected]. H7p6.Invoice date:[protected]. City: surat. I have mentioned my product which i deal but company is not mentioning that product. For that i had complaint the executive mr. Dhaval mobile no: [protected], but not getting any reply.

I was booked room on 17/11/2015 by using just dial to stay 19/11/2015 at chennai by using online payment after debited payment last movement its show unable to process till date that payment not returned no one say correct rsson in justdial i was last my rs 1244

I have transfered one Window Ac from Ghaziabad to Allahabad through a transporter whose no i have received from justdial.He has taken the Ac from my home on 23rd October 2015 and Rs.2000 transporting charge.
Till date i have not received the product at Allahabad and from last 2 days i have made 5calls to justdial and from 10 days at least 100 calls to the transporter he is not picking the phone and have received no reply from Justdial neither any help.i have lost Rs25000 in thia.please help.

As we have given many complaints to customer care that we are getting very less number of leads (One or Zero leads per day) even after Upgrading the package.All our complaints were ignored by just dial employees and we were forced to get convinced according to the there new procedures, to upgrade schemes etc. It is disgusting that we had to come to just dial office on date[protected] Cunningham road ) to register complaint and get clarified, regards to this we spoke to JD Executive akshata, as she was not capable to convince us, JD GM Mr Zakir clarified us the new procedures and clearly told that our services will be stopped from today and also informed akshata to stop our services and transfer the amount in general account, till date our services are not stopped and we are being charged. This is really pathetic that JD has such employees with them who doesn't even bother to solve customer issues they are only focused to make business by confusing and giving fake commitments to customers. Akshata needs more than 11days just to stop our service, i really appreciate this ignorance by JD employees. Its really irritating and frustrating that JD is playing with customers. As the discussion we had today with Mr Vishwanath for the same issue, and you have committed that that our service will be stopped today and the amount will be transfered to general account. Kindly stop fooling and playing with customers..Solve our issue and refund our amount... Hope Just dial will be able to do it.

I had started Justdial Service around 6 months ago. As per the sales executive if i am not satisfied with Justdial I can stop the ECS at any time. i just need to make it register with the customer care. The service started well but after 15 days of the start of the service it became worse than I imagine. The service was mainly based on leads. As they will give new customers as per the inquiry they get. After a few days of service start i coulden't get a single customer from them. I complained there customer care as they said they didn't give any kind of lead commitment. They will give me leads but mainly they will give a simple listing on there page but no lead commitment. After that time they give 2-3 leads a month on behalf of 2300 Rs. package. I wanted to stop ECS and stop there service immediately but they do not let me. As they say they can not stop ECS unless it is 1 year.

Just dial is a fraud company. Three months before there company executive came and convinced me by saying I would be given at least five enquiries per day. Believe me its been three months and as a whole I have not received more than 10 enquiries.

I booked one contract in in the name RASI JODHIDAM in juat dial but the marketing personnel gave wrong information about the contract and then they forced to sign another contract(RASI JHODHIDAM) now I am recieving irrelevant and ridiculous calls from just dial which seems to be fake calls aswell I feel very upset and I informed to cancel the contracts or to make proper arrangements for the same but its of no use please inquire this matter and take necessary action against just dial limited

We (SPLAN Corporate solutions LLP) have been associated with “Just dial” for last one year and have been availing its services at patna. we are the diamond position holder of “just-dial” as per the contract for category “Company Registration Consultants” in Patna. But for last one month it seems that Just dial has cheated with us as we are not receiving any call/assignment due to removal of our key word i.e. company registration consultant from the list of keyword. It is complete default of non-performance of contract. We had complained about this issue but no action has been initiated so far except showing concern. Is this way how “Team Just dial” work??

Splan corporate solutions LLP is a listed as PDG category (100%) dated 09/07/2015, this listing is renewed before time. most of keyword are proper but there are problem with one keyword that is "Company Registration Consultants" as per INVOICE this is in Diamond category but its not showing now. I follow with Mr. Nirmal Kumar Singh, Miss Ayesha, and Miss Priyanka, they told me that "we already log your complain again and again but concern department are not giving proper response. now its 2 month old complain" but nothing are positive with my complain. and also telling me that mumbai head office is not responding on your issue. All are making flash commitment and making me fool. during 2 month I am facing too much loss for that. or I am not expect this type of service from Justdial and team.

Hello my name ajit jaiswar i have complaint in just dial. just dial services is very poor and miss behave and first get the 9000 deposit started the business and ECSIDR-BillDesk-JUSTDIALBMU-CIT between 2 weeks deducted amount. i have talk the mangesh and avinash but my call the cut..

I have registered with just dial ltd for lead generation of my web development business in Hyderabad. I paid 3 months in advance and also they took ECS mandate from me to deuct Rs.2300 every month from my bank account. Afterthat, they started sending some leads to my mobile and email. I noticed that the leads sent by them are totally false, irrelevant and fake. none of them are genuine and I realised that I made a mistake. After seeing for 6 months I realised that they are cheating me with wrong leads. I asked them to discontinue my registration and stop the ECS deduction. They continue to deduct my money even after asking for discontinuing. When called their customer care department, they speak some irrelevant things and try to divert your discussion. Finally they say that they will continue to deduct for 9 months because it is there in the agreement. I said when i am not getting any service from you and requested for delisting my business with Justdial, what right do they have to take money from me simply without giving any product or service in return to me. I am now totally convinced that these people are cheaters and liers. My advice to anyone is not to go to them for any reason except you have lots of money to give to these beggars. Please do not trust those people at all and someone from the government may look into the matter and control such fraudulent people. Otherwise, everyone will think that they can also cheat people like justdial.

I have signed the aggrement with just dial at the month of April 2015. Guy who came to my office was Mr Kevin and he told wrong informations saying i can list all keywords and in all categories for only Rs 500 in total. I thought it was good amount rs 500 we can list all keywords in all categories. I havent got much enquiry so i contacted just dial on the same month they told only limited keywords and limited categories only can be done. So i found have cheated by just dial marketing guy kevin . So i raised the complaint to cancel the contracts and asked for refund which i made Rs 1500/- on cheque. They told we cant refund the amount which we paid but we cancel the contracts in 3 months that is from july.So rs 1500/- will be adjusted from April, may and june also will get service until June. Now i found everymonth they were taking from my account Rs 507/- . Also higher authority from just dial one lady spoke to me and said your service will be cancelled .But still taking amount from just dial for service stopped personal is totally . unfair I want the amount refunded from the month from july which you charged from my account.Also i want that service to be cancelled completely.

Hi just dial cheated me with wrong commitment, have taken paid membership for my business, while signing a contract marketing executive confirmed that my A/c will get activated within 48 hours, but its activated more than 10 days that too after escalating from my end and while signing a one year contract marketing guy asked me to pay 3 months advance payment and the rest in ESC payment from 4th month but 1st ECS amount got deducted with in 20days. requesting for refund and cancellation for contract but nobody responding properly and none of the managers are ready to talk with me regarding the same.

Nothing happened.That too especially Ms. Jaishanthi and Mr. Diwahar team are a cheatable one. Very cheating company and fraud company. We already registed a complaint against Just dial – Ms. Jaishanthi and Mr. Diwahar team and we are moving legally.We had sent a complaint letter to our advocate to take action legally.

The truth is till now we receiving only 1 to 2 leads per day. That too we are receiving the lead message on secondary basis. No conversion. Receiving only worthless calls which is not related to this what we are receiving from that two leads. But they exactly promised that 10-12 leads per day will be received.

Hey told that year to year the lead will increase, so this year we will be receiving accurately above 2333 leads per annum and to be honest more and above 2500 leads per annum. For this we had paid Rs.44460 on 02/10/2015 through cheque and Ecs amount cleared for Rs.16000 on 26.10.2015.

We from the company named Aqua Pure Plus Pvt Ltd, had taken a plan named Platinum/Diamond/Gold plan For Rs.2, 00, 000. on 02/10/2015. As per the word commited by Ms. Jaishanthi, Mr. Diwahar and his team, we were believed and we were completely cheated by them. They told that last year the person who were in P/D/G PLAN were getting 2333 leads.

I called "Just Dial" service using the number [protected] for asking address of a merchant in Chennai on 17th and 18th of October 2015, and they sent them to me through SMS properly on respective days, But They Said me that I had Won 2 free movie tickets on PVR Cinemas Chennai and their condition is, I have to install their android application in my phone using the link provided by them through sms, and I have to register my mobile number to them, Then They will send me a code(I just got some 6 digit numeric code with no information or terms and conditions about the ticket for movie), I have to go to PVR Cinema theatre and exchange this code for 2 free movie tickets and it's validity is till 22nd of October 2015. I Followed the steps and went to Cinema PVR Cinema theatre on 18th October 2015 evening 6:10 pm and asked for the ticket (along with 2 of my friends because Any of my friends can use the link provided to me by "Just Dial" and install "Just Dial"'s app in any of their phones and they are also eligible for 2 free movie tickets) and showed the code given by "Just Dial", Then the reply from PVR Staff is that "We have removed the movie provided for this code and now you can't see any other movie for this code"
Then I enquired "Just Dial" service about this issue, they said "The validity of the code is only till 15th october 2015", then I don't know Why they sent me the expired code on 18th october(to me and also to 2 of my friends) and made me to travel unwantedly to the theatre for more than 20kms front and back and consumed my money, time, physical work and increased mental tension for me and my friends.
Then I asked the above question to them Now they Changed the answer as below
"The code is valid in other cities till 22nd of October and is expired in Chennai on 15th of October"
They very well know my location, that I am in Chennai, Tamilnadu, So Why should they play Such Bad game with me, And If they Don't know my location, Why didn't they say me about this restrictions in the location.
And they Said that they will arrange a call back for me from their side on 17th October and again also 18th October(Today) But Till now I got no Incoming call or message from Them("Just Dial")

I also asked for some form of contact details to register a complaint but they just said call back will be arranged to me and As I said before, I got nothing, I have the call Audio recorded voice and also the sms message sent to me as proves.

This makes me to come for a conclusion, that "Just Dial" is Cheating Public people like me just for promoting their Android Application and they are not worried about the consequences behind their cheating action.

So "Just Dial" Service is to be punished for this act and provide at least a minimum amount as compensation for cheating and making me and my friends to wander spending money and energy

The JustDial App is of 14.11mb, they promised 2 free movie tickets at PVR Cinema, in return of downloading their app and registering name and contact number. But as I downloaded the app and tried to register, they were supposed to send the verification SMS after clicking "Verify Now", I tried twice & yet the verification was failed & the 3rd time the app directly opened without registering. When I called the JustDial executive, he told me to uninstall the app & reinstall it, I tried this procedure 3 times still it won't verify, I wasted my 50mb of 3G network. They are cheating people by asking them to install the app in exchange of free movie tickets and so on. But no tickets are gained. The same problem is incurred with many people as I saw it on the Justdial App review.

I had subscribed to justdial service a few months ago. I paid a a upfont amount 7k something and a ecs of 2287 every month. My billing date was set to 10th of every month.

From the day 1 i was unhappy with their service and there were a very few or no leads for a long time. I thought that this might be due to the ecomony and gave them a benefit of doubt. But when nothing happened for a long period of time i decided to pull the plug and discontinue my contract.

I emailed [protected]@justdial.com on the 4th nov to stop my ecs and i got an email on the 6th chatting that my ecs has been stopped and i wont be charged any more.

Today when i logged in to my account i see a debit of 2287 from my account in the name of justdial ( image attached ). !!! How did this happen when i had asked for stopping the ecs and the justdial guys confirmed that my ecs has been stopped ?

This is total fraud & cheating. You get no satisfactory reply when you speak to their customer support.

The most funny thing is that they say that sir we cant issue you a refund but you can use services...This is total ! What services do they even have one.

That day i was at the bank and the bank manager told me that there are people cancelling / stopping ecs to justdial. He must have seen atleast 30 people from nagpur doing that.

The sales & support is also hopeless . The sales guys wont even respond to your calls once the contract is done. This shows how unprofessional the company is.

Never make the mistake of subscribing to their service. Justdial is a fraud company . I am a living proof of their scam.

I have started warning my friends and business associates from not using justdial services. Till date 20 people ( whom i know ) have terminated their contract with justdial.

Justdial refund my money or else i will have to file fir against your nagpur sales team and your company
