As your executive said i gave him a cheque o[censored]co bank for starting just dial account but i changed my mind and tell him before the cheque date but you guys are taking money from my federal bank account. I complained many times to the corporate office here at kochi and called justdial tollfree number. Yet there is no responce and still justdial is bouncing my cheques. Its costs me 413 rs for each cheque bounce and its 5 th cheque bounce occured. I am going to sue a case against just dial and i need my money back i will go to any extend as you guys are frauds.

We have purchased a plan of jd of Rs. 46000/- around in EMI for keerti computer institute, worli. Earlier we have taken small pack of jd it was better but when we upgraded in this january[protected]/- package). we hardly receive any leads from JD. In the month of June we received 8leads till 21st june 2022. whenever we call the JD team they says we will raise your complaint, we will get back to you, we will accelate this further and many more excuses. We tried to connect on [protected] but the call is not received or they ask us to wait they will connect to lead department but the call never gets connected. After using JD services for so many years we never faced this kindly of problem. but past 2 year it become worst and the communication has become 1 way.
Kindly give us the solution or refund the amount which is been deducted.

I got a call from Justdial and they are calling again again and finally I took service and he just told me that sir you have to only for 2 months payment Rs.4760 and after 2 months its your choice that you want to continue or stop.
And after 3 days Rs.2360 deducted from my bank account and after 20 days again deducted Rs.2360 & I am calling daily on Justdial customer care but they did not stop yet .I have call recordings .
They have done fraud with me.Please help me team.😭😭😭😭😭

So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial

Just dial is the worst company i had to deal with.
I bought their package 6 months back and till date i haven't receive any client from them..
All the leads they forwarding are fake.
Payment goes beforehand and now they are saying they don't have a policy of refund.
Talked with their customer care executives and sent mail to their customer service but always they say that they will look into this matter.
Booked my package with [protected].

I have been receiving lot of calls from unknows number asking for CCTV repair technician since yesterday[protected]. I request you to remove my contact from the corresponding category.

I have been trying to stop the ECS mandate that just dial has taken to provide me services. I want to stop using all the paid services just dial provides. But, the customer service is harassing me by simply transferring calls from one person to another. Every time I call, I have to detail out the problem and wait for their mercy of calling me back. They keep tossing me from one department to another and yet another department.
I want immediate stoppage of ECS mandate.

My ECS of Rs. 3540 was going on. But when my business collapsed due to some personal reason i contacted justdial customer care through call and mail to stop ecs. So they provided link for stop ecs. I followed the process, i even got the message from them that they have accepted my request and concern team will look after in 3 days. More than 2 months have passed now but justdial have not stopped my ecs yet even after repeated requests. Justdial is fraud. ECS is hitting in my account. I also tried calling they were not stopping ecs even after. I called to Mr. Deepak one of his employee even he is not picking my call he is also a cheater told me at the time of sell that i will get a call 7 days before hitting ECS. He also told me that if i wanna to stop it i can tell at the time of call and ECS will stop. But not picture has changed he has his sell and target done so why he will attaind me. If they dont act fast i will take legal action against them

I was subscribed in just dial last month. Last one month I am following that people and given complaint about my contact number. Actually i request remove their special number and mention my contact number for that just dial page. But nobody didn't solved last 1 month. Only phone calls are coming. No resolved that problem. I never seen this kind of customer care...My 30k waste. Don't subscribe to them... your money will be waste

I just wanted a contact number so i took it from just dial and now my number is public i want a strict action to be taken JustDial.com Customer Care so look after it immediately or just be ready for the consequences

Dear sir, I m from vellore. I saw ads and reviews in justdial. So I contact YAS MAN POWER SERVICES (NANDANAM) At first he spoke politely so I trusted him. Then he asked to send money to his account. Because of the trustworthy in justdial I send money Rs 10000/-.After received the money the way of talking is totally rude.. and also he didn't response my call. He threatning me.
Please lock his account in justdial and make him to return my money..

I Had one contract with just dial, That is emi based, on using the same for few month it was not worth as there were baseless leads (JOB or PERSON WORKING IN SAME FIELD). Than though app i submitted stop request on the app but even than without my knowledge the deducted the amount from my bank account which yesterday 08/06/2022. i already mailed to the company today but i had one call from representative that 1 month notice period is mandatory. Why this 1 month is mandatory if there is everything online. i want to lodge the complain against the company regarding deficiency of service and emi deduction without my knowledge.

One agent Nisarg ([protected]) from justdial.com came to me for online digital campaign, he misleaded & convienced me to register for online digital campaign with having monthly ECS 1200 for twelve months in 10 january 2022 by providing monthly leads for my business. i have paid 7200 rs till now but not single lead has been generated or provided by justdial.com
i have repeatedly ask justdial.com to stop my ECS by cancelling my campaign. but they are responding to it. so i request to stop my ECS & file complaint against justdial.com for this fraud & refund my whole amount of 7200 rs
