I have been trying to stop the ECS mandate that just dial has taken to provide me services. I want to stop using all the paid services just dial provides. But, the customer service is harassing me by simply transferring calls from one person to another. Every time I call, I have to detail out the problem and wait for their mercy of calling me back. They keep tossing me from one department to another and yet another department.
I want immediate stoppage of ECS mandate.
