I, chauhan -[protected](lotus palace, nashik) had a registered to Justdial paid services years ago. Post vivid my business was not running well. I have requested to Justdial team to stop the ecs service 28/07/2020. But by giving reasons they have indirectly & forcefully continued the contract...i am sending the screen shots of the mail. After that Ithere was co-vid in my family, i was involved in family affiars & my business was just crawiling.
On 12/07/22 i again opted for stop ecs service & terminate the contract.
Still ecs got deducted from my bank & i received a message that ****ecs stands continued.
My business i collapsed & even in loss they are fooling me & trying to EARN money in others loss. I asked to costumer care that i shall send notice " but they replied that there is no need to send notice as our association is more old than ३ years, do contract can be terminated via app.
Sorry to say but Justdial wants to continue the contract in any way possibl... I will have to go to consumer court demanding (Rs.1300 per month x 21 months= 27, 300) as my contract is not terminated even after giving notice on mail . & Any how we try to stop the contract, we automatically get the following message :

I want to stop my ecs, or for further ecs i will also claim market intrest along with principal as i am liable to pay to banks providing LOAN the same,
I am attaching the screenshot of emails sent to Justdial in 28/07/2020.
I have CONTACTed with costumer care last week, they said that we will send you a link, you shall get the auto stop ecs option over there- then they sent me play store app, I stopped ecs from there, also updated that business is closed, still I am receiving notifications & calls & even after that ecs has got cut from my bank & Justdial messaged on my mobile that this Tuesday that your ecs stands continued... I am attaching the photos of the message received this tuesday 12/07/22.

      I am very upset about jd wrong commitments and want my money back asap, also need ECS service Stop right now otherwise i have to close my bank account.

      One of the jd employee Pawan chabriya told me that you can stop any time ECS services and you will get account manager also get lead day by day...now he is not picking up my call also customer care told me that i am not be able to close the ECS as it's for one year she told me i can close my bank account.

      Kindly refund my money and close ecs asap.
      Otherwise i will update all this thing on all social media sites..

        Though Arasu Academy, Madurai is an existing customer, I am getting more frequent marketing calls than enquiries to my mobile numbers [protected] & [protected]. Even after posting my repeated complaints.

        Getting an elusive response from Justdial saying that your TMEs & MEs might have contacted me for renewal. Very sarcastic, how can you call me for renewal ? When we had completed all payment & ECS formalities for 1 year.

        In case if I am going to receive any more marketing calls from any of your TMEs or MEs - Kindly treat this communication as a notice that I will "Withdraw the ECS" mandate issued to Justdial.

        I request anyone from the responsible person (Customer care Manager) to respond. Out of my experience, I feel that customer care executives need some more expertise in solving customer grievances rather than at that time reply.

          Stop ECS Payment Immediately

          I'm vijayalakshmi from Kaveripakkam, ranipet district, vellore. I stopped ECS payment in just dial using JD application 5 months back. Still they didn't stoped it and was auto deducting bouncing charges for 5 months Rs.295 each month. When I called customer service they simply sent another link in WhatsApp to cancel through it. It doesn't show any stop ECS option at all. They're looting customers money without giving proper...

              I am prashant mishra proprietor of Shiva GST Suvidha Kendra
              I haven't got a single appropriate verified lead from Justdial till now, its been 6 months.justdial. Justdial have taken 5 installments from me as attached below.
              I have disabled my ECS mandate in lasting may 2022 then justdial haven't
              deducted in june 2022 but now in 15 july 2022 they again started deducting .
              Justdial have taken 5 installment*1179=5895.
              Justdial is not ready to give refund. i want my money back.

                I was working for an organisation and i was handling the public relation for them and on that basis i was approched by the justdial executive member for the membership, later on when the owner of the company decided to close down the company, we withdrew our membership for all these company and closed the company. the company was closed in 2017. till date i.e[protected] i am getting calls from justdial and after requesting them not to call, still they call and ask me 100's of questions. they call specailly after 6pm which is not an official time. i have spoken to 1000's of so called managers and everytime they assure me that now i will not get any call but still i am getting it and its like of torturing. its like a mental harrasment that i have to bear all these calls because i cant avoid unknown numbers because of my current job profile and justdial people just dont stop calling me.

                  I paid a one-year premium listing on Justdial for my Tutorial Classes (Kumar Apurv Education Daragunj Prayagraj (Allahabad)) on 07/07/2022. But it is not activated. Before payment, they told me that it would take only 24 to 48 hours to be started. It has been 5 days after payment. Now they are telling me that payment is not confirmed (the required amount is debited from my account) and are not clear about the time limit for the confirmation of the amount. They are not telling me how much time maximum be taken for it. So the money is debited from my account, with no premium listing activation, and no help from their side. In every conversation, they are telling me the same thing to wait, wait, and wait. I think they are just fooling me. Please help me and start my premium listing. They don't have any refund policy, otherwise, I'll prefer to take a refund because I am afraid of being fooled after a premium listing too.

After sending that they emailed, "This auto response is to notify you that we shall not be able to perform on your request as our system couldn't identify your contract details through the sender Email Address.                       Their marketing employee sell ECS contract by giving false commitment. and my contract did not active yet. so i want to cancel my ECS Contract because of wrong/false commitment provide by employee.
                      Now they did not reply me on my email. they just doing justFRAUD.

                            We run a company that sells clay construction materials.
                            Upon signing up for free on Justdial, a salesman walked into our company promoting a service by Justdial, that would provide us with leads for our Business.

                            The service was sold by calling it a 'trial period' of minimum 3 months that the company provides. When we wanted to suspend the service, the justdial representatives told us that this was a 1 year plan and we are on ECS payment. After a long heated argument with their salesman and company representatives, they have agreed to suspend the service and and holding the balance amount since they don't provide refunds.

                            We have been yelled at, by most of the leads that were provided by Justdial and caused one of our sales persons to leave in the first 10 days o[censored]sing their service. Their provided leads are generated when someone looks for something on justdial. Justdial accesses their information and the same is being shared with companies like us as leads.
                            These leads have yelled and abused us saying that we are using their contact illegally.
                            Our business counterparts and acquaintances have experienced something similar with Justdial and demand a solution for the same.

                              How the hell you can sell my number and email address to unkown people without asking my permission

                              They are calling and dm me like cats and dogs

                              This is very bad just dial your are selling people private data without their permission

                                  I had made payment of Rs 5899/- on 20th May 2022 and Rs-2655/- on 24th May 2022 for leads for my business.

                                  As per the contract rule I have paid 3 advance installments and I don't want to continue further because of the fake leads provided by your system.

                                  But the problem here is that even after paying Rs -8554/- I just received 46 leads and my contract has been put on hold. This is really frustrating because you have charged me, but have not provided the full services as per the amount paid.Even after taking the subscription on 20th May, my services started on 11th June 2022 almost 23 days later and on 22nd June the services were stopped just after 10 days with a total of 46 leads.

                                  Is this how you deal with your customers? After numerous calls there is no reply from your side. Neither am I getting my balance refunded, nor I am getting leads so that I can utilize my wallet balance.

                                  I would really appreciate if you can either refund my balance or provide me the leads for the balance amount. I am not interested in further continuing service with your company so please don't expect me to re-start my ECS and pay additional amount as I have already overpaid for services which I haven't received yet.

                                  Hoping to get a resolution soon on this matter as there has been a considerable delay in resolving my matter.

                                  Two of your sales officers Monish Khan and Abhi Yadav misguided me on the contract details and made false commitments just to acquire the business and now they have stopped receiving my calls and don't want to resolve this issue. would appreciate an action against them in this matter.

                                    My mother holding one mobile number for past two pass years daily receiving more then 10 to 15 unwanted call they asking whether it is "Tass gas agency" one or two days is fine to respond to the call and tell them that this is wrong number but one daily basis all the 365 days we can't encourage this me and my mother not working to that company.

                                    All of them telling that number is available in "JUST DIAL" mother is BP patient while attending these kind of calls her BP getting shooting up. Already I have raised a complaint over phone the executives said that they will take it forward and here after your mother won't received calls.

                                    But still we receiving such a call on daily basis.

                                    If this is the case for if just dial not taking any proper action will escalate this as a big issue you want to face in consumer court.

                                    So please remove my mother number from just dial "[protected]"

                                      Hi,

                                      My issue is not resolved yet and I have called the sales representative (Naresh) many times, but he is not answering my phone calls now.

                                      I had taken lead service from Justdial in April 2022 for 750 leads/month. But I have not received a single lead from justdial. My business was registered with mob. no +91 [protected].

                                      Also, they deducted auto payments from my bank though services were stopped in June 2022.

                                      Need full refund as service were not provided as promised.

                                      The total amount debited is: INR 9440

                                      please help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      The issue is not resolved yet and I didn't get any phone or email from Justdial. The sales representative is not picking up my phone calls. This is what I was not expecting from Justdial.

                                      Please can you help me out to resolve this issue.
