Dear Sir/Madam,

I am introducing myself as the proprietor of Go Digital Go social. I have been cheated by a well known advertising company, just dial through its representative ( Vipul Oza -Ahmedabad)

One of their Tele caller named ( Himani Makwana ) was continuously following up for registration of my firm on Just dial platform and I was keep saying that I do social media marketing myself and we generate our own leads so we do not need this service at the moment however as she was doing good follow up for the sales so in good faith I agreed to meet their executive to opt in for the service as I was told it is just 2500/ per month.( don’t remember exact amount but it was approx. this amount )
In the month of July their executive ( Vipul Oza ) came to my office and suggested me for the registration so I told them I will try for one month and see if it is good then I will continue so he said we take two month advance payment so agreed to that and given cheque of Rs.7080 ( he suggested me to go for the entire state plan so opt in for their higher plan ) and I clearly mentioned this advance is towards this two month service and that after two month, I will cancel and stop using this service so he said okay sir I am there to do that for you, you do not worry for that so I just trusted him.
He never mentioned that the money taken is against one year contract and I multiple time I have verified with him that I do not have to pay for first two month as I have paid Rs7080 so he agreed to that. I never signed any form where it is mentioned it is one year contract and I was never told before taking cheque that it is one year contract.

After Registration I never got any confirmation from their side for the contract as they keep sending promotional text every day how to use JD app and create catalogue.
After 3-4 days I got call from their side to confirm that I enter for one year contract and I was shocked to hear that as I told him never agreed to that as I given money for two month service so ask him to cancel service immediately. ( Just to mentioned we did not use service at all by the time I got this call and money was debited )

After that I call Their sales executive ( Vipul Oza ) and told him that he never mentioned about contract so he was asking for the what is issue in the service and I was asking I am not concern for the service I was keep asking for the contract part and why he did not share any information for the contract and why there is no document signed for the contract so he mentioned that you signed ECS form. ( Yes I signed because he said that if you want to continue after two month for that it is needed to set up ) so that it seems very much fair to me and I signed.
Himself or tele caller never shared any information for the one year contract part to me before Taking cheque or got call from contract the verification team from their side
So I raised complain for the contract cancellation through their online complain platform so I got call on my personal number ([protected] ) on[protected] one Lady caller ( I forgot to ask name ) and I explained all the situation so she said she will process cancellation and as I mentioned that it is okay that you charge for one month even I have not used their service and refund for the one month as there is no point of having argument and further discussion. So she said I have raised to concern team and they will process the same.
On[protected] I got call again from lady caller ( she identified herself as Kiran Parekh) and wanted to discuss about the situation so I mentioned that I already got confirmation from them yesterday so she said there is no such cancellation request raised.
So I also explain entire situation to her and then I also took their Executive ( vipul oza ) on conference call to confirm that and I clearly ask for the provide details where he mentioned for the contract so he keep saying that you signed ECS form. (Which does not mentioned that it is towards any contract ) he also agreed on call that he did said that he will process cancellation if I want to while taking that cheque after using two month service as I paid for two month.
While discussion I came to know from Kiran Parikh that one Emi was already debited from my account on 16/07/2022 of Rs.3540 ( which was totally news to me as I was just though that two month money paid) So came to know that the amount I paid Rs.7080 is advance which get used for last two month of the contract ( This information was never shared by anyone till date ) . Surprise to know that so I ask for cancellation of the service which I have not use at all. So they informed me that bill for the next month is already raised and money will be taken for next month as well. ( so basically I have did not used their service for and they have sold these service saying two months money is received which will be used for the first two month and now one month money is already taken and they are bluntly saying that they will also charge me next month so it is surprising that they did not provide any service and they are mentioning that it is their process and they will charge for the next month as well )
On conference call,
Their executive ( vipul Oza ) was so blunt on conference call that he asked me to provide the proof of recording that he did not mentioned contract while he was in my office so I just want to remind him that here wrong doing was done from his side and I am here who is losing money and if I knew this kind of things can happen then of course I would have done recording for him. but to satisfy him I want to mentioned that my business partner was in same office as well as my other 5 staff member ( sales team ) and they can verify that what was discussion happen. The reason I mentioned all this here as they were shocked to know that big company like just dial employee selling like this and we being small business always follow Ethics and look for the service aspect first and then payment.
Counter to his proof question I only asked one thing Please provide me any proof where I signed for contract or had discussion on call for one year contract and I agreed to ….No Answer for that at all. They said they will check recording and let me know no update from them yet.
Just want to mentioned, I found one text on my number where is mentioned to complete KYC for activation of the contract by uploading proof which I never uploaded so question is how without that confirmation or proof being uploaded this contract been activated.
This contract is totally missold to me and i simply wanted to cancel that and refund the money as company can take money only if there is any service been provided to customer. Here No service provided at all.

I have sent them 3 reminder on email for issue and every time I got auto reply from them that their team will coordinate with me in 24-48 hours but it is been more than 10 days and I did not hear from them.
Just small reminder for Just dial company, It is not about money but it is about the doing things right way, Customer make company big not fraud Employee who just for their own benefit or target sell by gaining trust and providing all the wrong information and commitment to customer.

So please look into this and help me find resolution for this.

There is no response from the Just dial even sent many email reminder and register complaining here, On the contrary they have again taken money from the account which they have promised that ECS is been cancelled and i have text confirmation as well for the same and still taking money so it seems that they do not care about whether they have provided any service to consumer, they just seems to trap consumer in their own fabricated and complicated contract which is sold by their staff in totally wrong way ( which i have found common practice followed by all of their staff across India as there so many complain register like this ) .

So definitely need explaination for this and i am also going to register legel complain for this as it seems that they just do not care at all and keep doing this kind of practice which has to be stopped.

Please look into this and try to provide any resolution for the same from the fraud company Just dial.com

      Dear Sir
      I take just dial service for business growth but after taken he deducted from my account 2month fee by cheque 2360 just dial again deducted from my 2month ECS 1180+1180=2360
      Without first month completion they charge amount of 4month total 4720.
      and not provide genuine lead.then after decided by me I return just dial service and stop ECS SYSTEM BUT Justdial say to me you are signed agreement by electronic generated system we can not stop ECS SYSTEM.

      Please my complaint register and solved my problem.

        I have paid money to activate a business account via just dial. unfortunately due to family reasons i dont want proceed, since the account was not activated i have requested to stop the procedure and refund my money. They are not responding properly and closing the procedure. I need my money back. should i make complaint in police station?

              I am a very very frustrated customer of just dial have repeatedly called their service providers to request them to close my ECS as it’s been more than 3-4 months and my business has received nothing but senseless and waste leads, which is a total fraudulent activity.
              they registered my complaint and asked me to call back after days as that is the process. they receive my call my ECS would be stopped.
              I started calling from the 26th Day, I have repeatedly called more than 10-11 times a day it’s been 5 working days that I have been calling, each and every time the customer care people say the ECS department is not a available, we will arrange a call back within 24-48 hrs. It has been almost 3 times 48hrs and I have not received a call back.
              I want to know what do I need to do or what level do I need to go to to stop my ECS! Is
              I HAVE A CONTRACT FROM JUST DIAL WHICH SAYS THAT THE ECS WOULD BE STOPPED POST !
              I want to know on what basis have they faultered to follow through their own contract!?
              If a customer is not happy with their services, she/he is not happy!!! Forcing a customer to stay by not cancelling his/her ECS, is by far the worst low a company can stoop!

              This is just blatantly sick and horrifying how this company is stealing from its customers and defaulting on their signed contracts.

                    If my ECS is not stopped and I do not recieve a confirmation from my bank sayng so, I will personally ensure that this matter does not end at all..

                      I found no. of PT. R.K. SHASTRI online . He did financial fraud with me for approx. 60k So, I posted a negative review against him on justdial.com(https://www.justdial.com/Delhi/Pandit-R-K-Shastri-Nr-Vishram-Cwk-Ro... after it I got a call from justdial.com and asked to tell them all matter and send the proof of payments on their mail id i.e.( [protected]@justdial.com ) I sent all screenshot of payments but still no action taken against him.

                      After some days I found that Justdial removed my review so I again mail on the given mail id to Justdial (screenshot attached) then I received the call from them and he said we will open your review but they did not yet. So I again mail him (Screenshot attached) but this time no one response me whether call or on mail.

                      So, I decided to post again review against him but Justdial again remove my review .

                      This is highly disappointment . Guys please never trust the buyers registered on just dial . Just dial supports the FRUAD .

                        My company signed a contract Agreement with justdial on 2nd of May 2022. They collected the 1st amount from me.But the contract is not activated yet. Don't even the staff who insist me to sign the agreement is not responding .
                        I tried to contact them several time, The employee Mr.Vijay once threatened me by phone. I need the amount back which I paid

                          Sir/Ma\"am, I have been convinced by Mr. Pankaj Thakur( sales representative ) about the Plan for my business growth digitally. He offered me Plan Rs 1475 per month. I got ready to take this plan for month but he told me that I have to pay for minimum two months Rs 2975, even then I got ready to subscribe my plan for initial two two months, that is for june-july and july- august 2022. he then told me that this amount will be adjusted for the last two months of the year and I have to take plan for the whole year, then I clearly refused to take any plan . I put my condition if I got it for beginning two months, I m ready and if I like the services, I will continue my services ahead. He then called his senior, he came at my shop, they both assured me that my plan will be activated for beginning two months. On this assurance I got ready to take this plan but he got my signs on a form saying, its a formality to activate my plan, I asked him that the form says for further autodebit but he convinced me again that without my further consent, my plan will not be continued and no money will be debited from my account. Now a further amount Rs1475 has been debited from my account whereas I refused to continue this plan after two months and the amount Rs 2975 has already paid by me for two months subscription. If further amount debited my account its clear he misguided me and this absolutely a fraud done with me by Mr Pankaj Thakur. I complaint on just dial number and mentioned many times about my issue. One of your calling representative Mr Siddhart discuissed my issue eloborately and he took Mr Pankaj Thakur on conference call. Pankaj tried to tell a lie but siddharth was sartisfied with my concerend and directed him to get my plan activated for beginning two months sending to his concern manager. My plan against my paid amount Rs2975 got activated on 10th of july as my leads had stared to come on my business. but now the main issue is that why my further amount Rs 1475 has been debited from my account whereas I refused to continue my plan after two months subscription, I have already paid for, Rs 2950/- I informed Mr Siddharth who took me and Mr pankaj Thakur on conference call on [protected] then why it is so. I m distressed about the services and fraud done with me . I want my money Rs 1475/- back into my account which has been debited from my account in spite of my refusal and wanted to be taken an action on this fraudulent, Mr Pankaj Thakur, the concerned sales reperesentative . If company was unable to take an action against this guy and don`t revert my money from autodebit process I won`t have any option besides going consumer court. I have all call records doing with Mr pankaj Thakur and complaint portal . I even called today on complaint portal and explained everything with MR Rajeev Chaudhary but even though I did not get any resolution. Mr Pankaj Thakur was not taking my calls for many days. Hopping for best solution because just dial is a big brand but ur executives and representative are doing fraud by hook or by crook. I dont want to continue my plan ahead . So I requested too to deactivate my subscription after consuming my paid money which was for initial two months, June- july and July -August 2022 and want to get my money back into my account which is debited by autodebit process that is Rs 1475.                               The Just Dial sales executive came up to me and boosted about the company that it's bought by Reliance and now it's giving sales for B2B clients and it's even better than India Mart. The guy promised me to take a trial pack for a month and took advance of Rs 7080/- as advance for 2 months after cancellations of the services from Just Dial I could get business running for 2 more months. Then he started ENACH where Rs 3540/- is deducted every month untill I cancel but no one tells about how to cancel this. After the money got deducted by the ECS the Just Dial staff treated like slaves. The people don't respond properly, the staff isn't doing the work as promised by them. They even said that I have signed a contract with them for 12 months but I haven't done anything like that. In fact I don't have any contact. They aren't cancelling this and all the leads are fake here. I got calls from few businesses and all of them asked whether you are selling clothes which I don't even sell. All fake leads are there. I just want to stop ECS payments being deducted from my account every month. I am not using any of there services and I am not asking refund of the payments that they have deducted. I just want this to stop now so that my money is secure from now on.

                                    My worst mistake is to choose Nikunj packers and movers through just dial ..it’s literally a fraud company even just dial customer care won’t help.
                                    when I first called them they agreed for a price of 4000 for the bike then when I added a bit of luggage they said it will be 7000 for Delhi to bangalore(I have attached the proves in the photos and even I had called just dial regarding this issue ). it was okay until I left from the place. 3 days later the same guys calls me for payment and asked me to transfer the amount but this time he sounded suspicious so I asked him to send the total bill he repeatedly said 7000 but did not send the bill and after many requests he send the bill which showed 13, 426 he included gst plus insurance for what I had not been inform nor agreed (the proves are attached below on images ). I had better offers around 7-8 from other companies which was all included….but this guy just wants to scam everyone who comes to him and also all his reviews seems to be fake or are obtained by paid sources. They promise for door delivery but once we have given them the items they take advantage of the possession of the items and we have to go collect it so on Thursday[protected] I had to go collect my bike even after paying the full amount .They make the person do they as they want and we need our things we have to take what ever this guy does ….I have called just dial reguarding the issue a 100 times but they say they don’t involve in the matter of money I was okay I’ll pay and get it done with even after my financial problems I payed him 12, 000 for what I and he had agreed for 7000. How irresponsible the company could get …..5 days delivery was promised it’s been 15 days only my bike has come. I have been blocked by Nikunj packers and movers via
                                    +[protected] and another number given in just dial . The only way to contact him is[protected]. That too he picks after 3-4 calls at once . My bike has been damaged and compensation for that also has not been given .( I’ve attached the photo in the mail )
                                    This is not how you let people scam who come on just dial with a trust of honesty atleast .
                                    Last but not least the vendor had billed me for 13, 463.8 for something he only paid 1000 on delhivery maybe there were 2-3k for bike Trasport but where is 4000 where 13, 463.8 tell me where is the justice? I’ve been harassed plus forced to Pay money over the advantage to situation. the adress is also fake . the place is a shady place behind a railway station .

                                      From last \MAY, 2022 I ' m complaining about stopping my ECS, i don't want to continue with Just Dial every time when i call a different person took the call and send a link to stop the ECS but till date My ECS not stopped & deducted 2 times from my bank account. Again I complained about this nonsense to the company company person not guide properly. Now I'm totally harassed by the company so I will file a consumer complaint if this complaint is not resolved by This month. I have no option to file a case against the company in consumer court.

                                      Also I filed a case to all the managers who visited and made false promises to me at my office and on phone namely, , Gaurav chaudhary, rahul goyal, kuldeep ji jaipur unit Manager etc.

                                      It's the company's responsibility to solve the issue but company employees are totally disgusted that they can't understand my problem.
