Hi All,
I am Shweta Srivastava and I registered my business on just dial in 2021 dec.As per the executive that visited me (named Mohit Sharma), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 5, 310/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in Jan 2022. I started getting fake leads.

Later in March 2022, a deduction of 1, 770/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, they shared a link to me over WhatsApp and make sure that it will be stopped.But still till today May 16th, they deducted ECS of 1, 770/- from my account.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 5, 320/- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this.They have stole my hard earned money. They provide cheap and ridiculous service. It should not happen with others.

    Whoever calls from your office to subscribe Justdial Annual scheme, are very annoying, rigid, impolite, although I was interested in purchasing annual scheme.

    Keeps calling if phone is disconnected. Next time if I get calls once disconnected. I will make sure that I will have to take legal action against.

        I have received a call today at 9:30AM mentioning that a fraud is taking place in Gujarat under our company name. Face to Face interviews are conducted and offer letters are given under the company name and then the person just vanishes. Our company has not been operational since last year and no such hiring is taking place

          I subscribed to Just Dial on 18th april 2022, first I paid Rs.1770/- on 18th april, 2nd payment I paid Rs. 3540/- for two months on 5th may, and again on 15th May they deducted Rs. 1770/- by ECS. Not given any intimation before deducting money from my account, Its not even one month now already they taken money for 4 months.

          The leads they provide are irrelevant to me, I call the clients they are telling that they not enquired for any services. Just dial keep on giving leads but of no use, they are sharing anyones number to me from their database.

          I want my Amount to be REFUNDED as soon as possible, I DONT want such a fake lead from Just Dial.

          Not got a single conversion of leads in one month, what's the use of giving payment to Just dial

          I Request all not to do Contract with JUST DIAL. Its Useless.

            I registered with your company in the month of December.. I did so just to solve the headache caused by your company on name of business. They told me I could pay for two months and if satisfied could continue the tieup with your company. Later they told that I need to pay for a month more so as to start your service. But just after a month I found the tieup unsatisfactory and requested the company for breaking up the tie. But still money was withdrawn from my account again. I complained about the same after, and they told me that they will provide cashless service for few month and then deactivate it . But today again money was debited from my account.
            This is an unethical and unprofessional action from the company's side. It is very much hurting that my money is being taken even after withdrawal of my consent to continue. I don't want to continue and want to cancel my registration.

            Kindly do the needful to overcome my grievances and here by cancel my tieup with your company. If possible, return back the money taken from my account after I withdrawn my consent to continue the tie.

                2 days before my wife search just to check where to find a good service center to service her laptop after some time she receiving calls from so many shops, and somebody shared her number on adult porn watsup groups.                     Hello,

                    I have made my account on Just Dial and after that they started calling me several times a day, even after telling their sales team 10-15 times to put my number on DND (Do not Disturb) they still kept calling me. Their team is so greedy that they do not even know how to sell plus when I told one of the reps to put my call on DND ( I said do you know how to put my call on DND), he then said "(With Attitude) Nahi aata, aap sikhaayenge - I do not know, you teach me?"

                    This is the worst company I've ever encountered, they have a section named as Stop receiving calls from us by entering your number and other details in the footer or somewhere on their website. I have also entered those details but they still kept calling me. They don't give anyone their private space, such a foolish company and its people working there, honestly!

                    I would need this resolved ASAP with my contact no. I am listing down below, if it doesn't get resolved I will have to lodge complain in different areas online and offline, I generally don't have time to do all of these crap but I am very much aggressive towards such annoying behavior whether it be from an individual or a company and so in such cases I have plenty of time to teach them a lesson!

                        I have called Lakshya Electricals in Baltana, Zirakpur for AC servicing and installation through justdial and they haven't do it properly and took almost 4000 rupees from us and now it's almost 15 days they aren't responding to our calls they were just fake people I believe... Kindly help us with our money... This is completely not acceptable... They just took money from us and did nothing... We're facing a big problem kindly help.

                          By the way Justdial staff keep irritating me by calling 10 times a day since last 6 months, in which Truecaller can't help every time they call from a new no. Which is not in my block list

                          I just want to stop their call about promotional services they provide, when I will be comfortable i will take, better than 10 people daily irritate me about that that same call irresponsible behaviour

                              I have submitted disabling of ECS for my company as 1 year contract is over with Just Dial. In spite of submitting ECS cancellation, I received message that Just Dial cannot disable the ECS and I have to call customer Care.

                              I have called customer care 5-6 times and each time when I mention the issue they disconnect my call after understanding issue. On one instance they connected me to ECS team - the woman from ECS team also disconnected my call saying she will call me back - I did not receive any call back from Just Dial.

                              This is quite unexpected behaviour from Justdial and unprofessional !

                              Please disable my ECS immediately !

                                      They are white caller frauders .. they give training to their staff that how to cheat customers. I had taken plan for 3 month.

                                      Before taking plan : you can stop it any time.
                                      After 20 days of plan: you cannot escape from that and its lock in for 12 months while i am not satisfied with their leads ( mis leads) !!!

                                      I HAVE CALLED NEMOROUS TIME ON [protected] BUT NO ONE TRY TO SOLVE MY ISSUE OR STOP ECS AS THEY MENTIONED EARLIER. THEY ALL TRIED TO MIS LEAD. I FEEL THAT THEY GIVE TRAINING TO ALL EXECUTIVE THAT HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS.

                                        I was recharging my fastag amount of 2000rs my payment is completed from Amazon but biller status failed i have not recieved refund for my bill payment provide me refund as soon as possible
