They are white caller frauders .. they give training to their staff that how to cheat customers. I had taken plan for 3 month.

Before taking plan : you can stop it any time.
After 20 days of plan: you cannot escape from that and its lock in for 12 months while i am not satisfied with their leads ( mis leads) !!!

I HAVE CALLED NEMOROUS TIME ON [protected] BUT NO ONE TRY TO SOLVE MY ISSUE OR STOP ECS AS THEY MENTIONED EARLIER. THEY ALL TRIED TO MIS LEAD. I FEEL THAT THEY GIVE TRAINING TO ALL EXECUTIVE THAT HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS.

I was recharging my fastag amount of 2000rs my payment is completed from Amazon but biller status failed i have not recieved refund for my bill payment provide me refund as soon as possible

I have paid Amount of 3100 rs by doing Fastag recharge on Justdial.com and payment was successful from Amazon pay wallet but bill status showing failed I have not recieved refund for my payment at Justdial.com and no response on customer support on calling and mailing them

I have been associated with JD for almost a decade and also have been utilising services when required.
I have seen the complete transfformation of JD and feel its a secured and advanced social site.

However with the kind of response got from one of your listed fraud vendor and later by JD associates, i must admit that i am deepaly dejected. I want JD to take accountabilty and address my concern.

Background;
I was searching for aluminium and APC work and got 3 profiles from JD who called back.
This guy Mustafa details shared below reached out and gave quotation.
He promised timely work and asked for advance, i was hesistant but since it JD contact i trusted and gave adavance of Rs 2000/-
After taking money, he started bullying us saying workers are not available, material not available etc and keep on delaying for 4 days.
I was in ugency and because of such cheats lost 4 days, I have a house blessing and because of him delayed.

One of his associates who had worked with him informed me that he is a serial cheat and does this will all.
Also he kept on insisting that wait or he will refund.. the moment when i learnt he was cheat i asked my refund.
after that his true collours were witnessed, he kept on giving different excuses each day on pretext that he will pay.
I sense that he is cheating and somewhere JD is responsible for my fate today.

It is not about Rs 2000/- alone but the fact that many who trust JD are cheated and he needs to be taught a lesson,

I request JD to take action and get my refund with compensation of rs 20000/- as i suffered losses by getting work done at last minute at higher cost in hurry and for the mental stress we underwent.

I had made a payment of[protected] + 18% GST) on 31st July 2021 for a contract of 1 year at the rate of Rs. 1000 p.m. and I was very happy with the services and quality of leads that I was getting.

In the month of March 2022, I got continuous calls from JD sales representatives mentioning that I will be benefitted with services of 75 cities if I upgrade to a state level package at the cost of INR 3000 pm. (Words mentioned were 75 times benefit at just 3 times the cost), I definitely liked it and felled prey for this scam and signed a new contract for the same at an ECS of INR 3540 p.m. (Including GST).
As soon as I signed for this contract, the leads quality failed drastically and I stopped getting proper leads. Also whatever leads I used to get as per previous contract, even that was stopped and it resulted into practically 0% conversion through JD in the entire month.
I continuously reported about this to Mr. Pratik M., who had visited my office to renew the contract, he just mentioned that he will forward the request to the concerned team and get the issue resolved, but it did not happen.

Due to this unsatisfactory service, I decided to stop my current month ECS which was due on 15th April 22.

After the ECS was bounced, on 18th April, I received a call from so called JD accounts department. The representative mentioned that my services are blocked due to non clearance of ECS. Of course I was aware of that, however she mentioned that, "Sir if you opt for a state package, instead of a city package, your amount gets distributed in all the cities providing service hence your are not getting proper leads and the sales representative should have informed you about the same". I had also asked her to share number of Pratik’s supervisor, she mentioned that she will call me back in 2 mins, but I never received a call again from any of your representative.

And that was a shocker for me for sure and it explained why the leads quality dropped all of a sudden as my listing was going somewhere down as compared to my previous listing / ranking.

So, I consider this as a clear example of misguiding the customer to opt for higher amount package with false commitments.

When I asked, to roll back this contact and continue with my previous contract, that would have helped me utilize my funds till July, she mentioned that she cannot do so.

Due to this experience, you are definitely loosing a loyal customer of yours, and I am seriously thinking of opting out of your services and switching over to your competition.

According to me, I have a balance of around 4400 with JD. Expecting a refund of the same of reinstating my previous contract.

I don't want bare this money.

On repeated reminders just dial still could not give any genuine lead and no enquiry has been recd fr any client
It looks just dial has no network for proper clients. They just misguide the members and cheat money

Recently had a issue at Justdial and bee dto follow up with the customer care, they forwarded the call to technical dept where the response is unusual. Satirical response and irrespective answer. Is there any HR department in Justdial ( Hyderabad). Staff should also have human values other than skills. Very disappointed with Justdial services.

Few days back one of your sales representative has contacted and came to my office, he took payment of approx Rs. 11000 and commited that the business profile will be active on Justdial within 2-3 days but that was not activated and after 2-3 days they have informed it will take more time. After a week your sales representative was asking me for more instalment which he has not informed us earlier. He has just informed that the amount which is paid one time.

It's been almost 12-15 days that my profile is not active yet and my money got waste.

Also, today two installments of Rs. 1410 has been debited from my account. I don't understand why the ### your fake organization is taking my money again and again.

Your organization and your fraud sales representative had fraud with me just taking my money from last 12-15 days and when I'm calling your customer care. They do not have any solution for the same ans kept my call on hold for hours.

I am not even subscribed for justdial account but even now the emi is debited from my bank account.

Calling every day without any reasons. I left the company 2years back still they are calling me on my personal number asking for the previous company. Just stop calling me for gods sake

Given me different package which I have been told .

Now I am following up to change the package from last one month but no action they are taking .

in good faith I have given the cheque to them but without taking my prior concern and my package information they cleared my cheque.
