I have received the massage from jd omni team regards the app is going top be live in next 24 hours and website also not properly...

Im paid member of Justdial
I have bought package for 3 month worth rs. 17, 969/-
My package activate on same day of payment but after 15 days still my profile is not completed by Justdial. That mean my rs. 3000/- was waste for 15 days.
And Justdial assistant (pintu kumar) tell me we provide free website from Justdial i call him several time he told me sir karwa deta hoon, ho jayega bt after 15 days he told me company...

I have been cheated on getting first position for my business, after making payment teja ma'am she is not attending my call, and my business is in 4th position....

I registered for lead services from this company. But all I get is junk leads. I never got a genuine lead for the amount i am paying. Hence, i asked for cancellation of services and revoke the ECS mandate. But company is not cancelling the mandate. The person who came to me with this service said it is mandatory to take service for whole year.
Why should i pay my hard earned money to these junk company. Please help me save my money....

Just dial is one the un trustable website... they want order they continuously call us & visiting our shop after we gave order they not guiding us. we continuously calling respectable person they won't give proper reason. i complaint the customer care they also not understand our problems. worst customer care....

Justdial keeps calling me every week regarding the business I have closed. I have told the agents multiple times, but they keep calling me. As soon as I ask them to stop calling me or transfer the call to your supervisor, they just disconnect the call, and after a few days, it's the same story.

Is this how you do business by spamming and harassing others?

I am getting calls from justdial regarding job offers. I am not interested in the job offers and i want to stop getting these calls....

So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial....

He told to return money within 3 days but still after 5 days, there is no response from him.
After having two times discussion with justdial also, he didn't return the money. Legal action should be taken against this guy. I want my money back anyhow, he also took my original RC.

I did a fasttag recharge on justdial with amazon pay balance. recharge faild but money is not refund.please give a solution....

Our registered number is [protected]. Justdial.com's executive misguided us. No explanation of ECS rules given by executive named Achin sodhi. They deducted ECS from our bank without any intimation. After that they dont even helping us to answer our questions. We need our money back....

I had accidentally installed just dial 3 months ago, and this people took my information and has been regularly torturing me with spam calls, even when i keep rejecting it they dont have the audacity to know when to stop. They disturb me when I'm sleeping, working, studying. This people have no morals. I'm extremely frustrated. Please make this immoral people stop spam calling me...
