Sales people keep on calling at odd times promoting their offers and they just don't listen and keep on talking, forcing people to get their other offers which is really irritating and they call from hundreds of different numbers. When someone's a lawyer and gets so many calls, it's really difficult when these sales people keep on calling and disrupting. Kindly do the promotions through messages or social media.

This company is purposely training their employees to scam people only 2-3% come back and report the issues online, rest of the other people are not able to complain as they are not educated enough, already facing lot of trouble in this inflation.

Nobody has enough time to write a complaint and do follow up, when a company of more than 500 employees can't complete the work on time, with all the prepaid money they collect, high-end software programs they run, how do they expect a small struggling businessmen with barely no funds, after getting trapped in their tricks, will be able to get time to fight it.

That is what they are taking the benefit of it.

Every time they come with new plans, proposals, assurance and this time, Reliance has taken over just dial sir, we are not the same just dial company as we were before, things are very streamlined and easy now.

Cony sold us pro plan and when i pay then then have given wrong invoice and now they are denying to offer same services which they told us.

Recieving more than 500 calls with in 6 months from Just dial for Business promotion, which itold them i don't want that, but they refuses to listen me and again a new person with new no. with new theory or new package “Sir hamara ye package ke lo”

Even Truecaller blocking not usefull, they will call from a new number next time.

I listed my business on just dial in 2015 and ever since without fail just dial team calls me on my mobile phone trying to sell one or other business related services. Being fed up of the calls I unlisted my business from just dial and stoped their premium service but that has not deterred them from harassing me with their daily calling. I have requested to their teams and sent emails to them as well but all gone in vain. They have to stop this harassment, my number is even listed in DND but they continue to harass me on [protected] & [protected]

The salesman not giving proper information about investment and scheme. Not saying about ECS . I am giving payment and then also they demanding and cut the ECS from my account not giving proper service, please don't invest money in just dial they are making fraud.

I have been registered with Just dial ltd for the purpose of promotion of business, I have taken platinum position in which they have assured 15 to 20 leads per day. However I am not able to get single lead a day also. They have fooled me and cheated me. They presurised me to sign the agreement gave me foolish committment. Inspite of having top position still I am getting calls to upgrade the packege. When I complained to the senior manager Mr. Akhilesh Pandey and Archana they are telling market is slow no enquiries

Before signing the agreement market was good even when I getting the calls to upgrade the contract market is good. They are just making fool to the customers please help me out I am Physically handicapped person in the hope of some business I have paid the payment of Rs. 9060 and every month I have contract to pay Rs 3020. I want my back and also the compensation for the mental harrashment. From 15 Days hardly I got 5 to 6 leads and that to irrevant leads. Please help me I want to cancell the contract

We have subscribe the 100% services for our business Talent Attestation to Hyderabad & Chennai locatiion. After make a payment we said next day plan actived but still not receing call /leads from both location.
We daily followup to mrs Anju but result get it. and Sell person Sumit Rakheja they sudendly invisible after made payment, no calls, no update fron that guy.

That is very bad experince with Justdial.

I have been searching for dry fruits whole sellers since December 2021 on just dial i received tow calls from the whole sellers on the same day i was searching that is (22nd December 2021) the whole seller (trading Company wholesalers contacted me through whatsApp his name was somnaath, he shared his products photos with their prices and his GST certificate for proving his authenticity.I placed my first order on 7th march for which i paid on 8th march Rs 12960 at his mentioned account details.As soon as the payment was done he blocked my number and did not share any invoice .since then I have been trying to reach him his phone is switched off.kindly please🙏 help me through this problem.

I am Dr. Ranjeet Tiwari a Practicing dentist and owner of D.D Denal Clinic situated in Madangir Area, South Delhi - 110062.

I would like to file a formal complaint against Justdial company. The agent of Justdial has intentionally linked my private cell phone number ([protected]) with an another dental clinic situated in same area named as Sethi Dental Clinic, madangir South Delhi (primary contact -[protected]). therefore, my patients who wish to seek my consultation are being intentionally diverted to Sethi Dental Clinic. The owner of Sethi Dental clinic is using my name and contact number to misguide my patients. He is calling my patients and trying to convince them to take treatment from him. This is causing a mistrust, wedge loss and unnecessary discomfort to my patients.

I would request the company (Justdial) to take prompt action against by removing my registred phone number from Sethi Dental clinic and also provide me compensation aganist my wedge loss happened due to this negligence.

Yesterday I put wrong number of Feroz Khan by mistake. So I am re-complaining with correct contact number.

I am complaining about a person registered on justdial because I got his number from just dial to purchase the ticket. He is working in skyline overseas and his name is Feroz Khan. I was about to purchase a ticket for my wife and he demanded 20 thousand advance which we provided and he make booking but then I cancelled the plan so he said I will deduct 2 thousand and will return the remaining 18 thousands. But since 10 days he is not returning. Yesterday I called him and when I said that I will file the complaint against you then he abused me and cut the call. After cutting the call he immediately called my wife and said your husband is abusing me. Means he abused to the customer and then blamed that customer is abusing. If your take the call record of him you can find who abused.
We paid him because we trust on just dial but we did not know such kind of fraud people like Feroz Khan are also on just dial? He is giving different excuses since 10 days like I am sick, I dont have money, I dont have person to go bank, i will send after half hour, on hour, and so on.

Why he abused to the customer? He is not returning my money and also abusing? and then blaming customer? why? Please take a strong action against him.

Dear Complain and redressal team,

This is to record a serious complain and my experience with Just dial services. I am a new entrepreneur and started my digital marketing company in Jan 22. On[protected], I received call from Shalini ([protected], shalini.[protected]@justdial.com) and Ankit ([protected], ankit.[protected]@justdial.com ) being just dial employees to help me grow my business further and promised many things and services such as preparing a secondary website, digital page for footfall, 5-7 daily genuine leads, and flashing ‘Verified’ tag for generating leads and sharing with us for these services, on 6-3-2022, Jatin ([protected]) visited our place to meet us, took cash of 5000/- and cheque of 7080/- and ECS mandate.
He further confirmed that my cheque will get clear in 2 days and I will start receiving genuine leads around 5-7 daily and Just dial team will start working on tagging my name as ‘Verified’, making my digital page and secondary website and advised that my package is valid for entire NCR and for 3 months.
It’s been more than 2 weeks that Ankit, Shalini and Jatin are neither picking call nor responding to msg/ whatsapp. Have further enquired with Mustakim and he said me to stop ECS which was already debited and asked me to send mail to Just dial that to stop services since I will be travelling for 15 days. Here, my point is why should say I am travelling and not complain about persons while it should be eligible for genuine leads post my ECS debit???
Have feedback from many places about such fraudulent practice in Just dial to fool people, hopeful that it’s not right and I will get suitable solution for such pain and harassment
Please make sure that this is done else I will be bound to raise such fraudulent practice with consumer forum

Myself running a software training firm at guduvanchery chennai. The salesperson Dhiyaneshwaran reached me for taking the leads package at Justdial the package he told me to take was 1770 per month i said i was not interested in justdial he asked me to try for 3 months if not satisfied you can cancel at any time he said. he asked me to pay 2 months as advance after 2 months over I can pay for 3rd month he said also my phone and said he is...

We were promised to take a Business Package for lifetime by justdial executive for our business expansion in 2018 July, Its been 4 years we have been their customers. Slowly the enquires got less from 10 enquires to each month intially after the that slowly the enquiries got lesser. Reached the customer support multiple time they give lame excuses after that the enquiries will start. Its been 6 months there have been no enquires when reached the customer support they are saying that there are no enquiries.

All the Small business owners never pay hefty amount for their services.

I am Vaseem proprietor of New Samath Stores - Sathyamangalm Tamil Nadu Pin Code 638401 register on 30th December 2020 in Just Dail.
I was negotiated with final offer amount for 1 year from January 2021 to Dec 2021 with final price of Rs 11, 800/- INR
Agreed to pay as initial amount as Rs - 2596 and balance Amount will be deducted for 5 EMI @ Rs -1841 /-
As my ECS was supposed to be completed on June 2021 with the above negotiated amount. They Started deducting the amount
After that from July 2021 to March 2022 as of now they have taken 9 Months ECS Amount Rs-1841 *9 = 16, 596/- as Extra amount without my consent .
I am no more interested in continuing the business with Just Fail as i am getting invalid referral which is not impacting my business and not worth for me . As I have called many times to Just Dail Customer Care to Stop the ECS and made complaint
I have not responded properly and my query has not been resolved . Still my amount has be deducted money from my bank account.
I requested to you please help me to stop my ecs from justdail.com

Already complaint to just dail mail id but still not reply
Hope you are understand my situation and help me to cancel my ecs and reversal my deducted balance.
