I want to share my frustrating experience with Mehar Fasteners. On 18th January 2023, I placed an order for Bolt, Nut, and Washer(2) (HT) with multiple dimensions, totaling 560 pieces, worth Rs. 66, 080/- (Rupees Sixty-Six Thousand and Eighty Only). I had told them tht I will c the service for 2 months thn decide but later I was not happy with the service. I told them 10 times to close the service and mailed them. I have many concerns regarding Justdial services as follows.

1) Wrong Pitching by the sales executive Ms / Mrs. RIcha, and Hiren Chotalia about the leads / services.

2) No leads even after the first ECS debit i.e. on 20th June, 2023. After many follow ups they told me they need gumasta and Udyam Aadhar to start the service.

Even after providing all the documents asked from them.. I'm not receiving enough leads, only 6-7 leads till date that too from different parts of mumbai...

* I had clearly told sales executives that I want leads from nearby areas and they had agreed to the same. for the sake of their targets. I want strict action to be taken against sales executive Rich and Hiren for misleading*

2) In just 20days second ECS debit happened... It was conveyed by Mr. Hiren that service date will be considered after the Gumasta is submitted. Kindly confirm the service start date.

I have already lost total of Rs. 9, 440 / - deducted from my account. and no service provided in return.

kept calling on their registered no. i.e. "[protected]" but the customer support executive ketp tricking me every time with irrelivent solutions. everytime they told me I will receive a call back within 24hours but never happend.

I also mailed on just dial email.id provided by customer support executive [protected]@justdial.com, [protected]@justdial.com even after a couple of followups they never bothered to respond. *Fraudsters*

I want to stop my upcoming ECS debits and dont want their so called service anymore. But they customer executives now saying it will take 3months to stop from the date of application.

But at the start the sales executive had conved that I will have to inform /mail to them only eight days prior before next ECS debit to stop further services if not sattisfied.

Their service is worst... they are liars just fooling around small scale business... and looting their money in the hope to get more relevant leads.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest,

and help me to stop the further ECS debits on emidiate basis. FRAUDSTERS.

We would like to unsubscribe our just dial account and stop ECS.
This request has been made on call multiple times and yet our monthly subscription amount gets deducted.

Inspite on-call conversation with customer care, ample of mails about the same, we have yet not received any confirmation email regarding unsubscription.
We have sent the same mail to customer service before.
all the customer service numbers only provide us with different email ids.

Zero Cooperation from Just dial.

On 29th June I reached out to my KAM (Meenu) for cancellation of our services as we do not want to continue, to which I was assured, she has raised it further. on multiple followups, when we got no update from them, I dropped an email to their client support on 3rd July, again as expected no response till now. The KAM Team Leader assured me that the request is in wip and they are working on it, As per their process I was supposed to receive...

Mailed on grevianve officer Justdial on 4th July, 2023 no reverts yet .. issue started from 18th May, 2023.

I have called the customer service number,[protected], as you requested. However, I was put on hold and asked to contact the Mumbai branch, despite my initial request to be connected to a representative who could assist with my raised ticket. This has been a recurring issue, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution to the matter.

Furthermore, I kindly request a refund of the deducted amount from my account by Justdial, as I have consistently expressed my disinterest in their services since 17th May, 2023 . It took a month for the ECS deductions to stop, even though I never requested their initiation. I also seek compensation for the unauthorized cheque deposits made by your company, which have resulted in additional charges and negative effects on my account history.

I have already composed a detailed email outlining these concerns, and I am disappointed that my call has not been answered for the past 17 minutes while writing this message.

I kindly request your immediate attention to address these issues and provide a satisfactory resolution.

I got frequent calls from the justdial. I said multiple times to remove my numbers from your platform, but they are not taking any actions regarding this things.

Just Dial has been pathetic service provider and equally pathetic customer service. I have chasing for the refund and to end the contract since Dec but they have charged even when I supposed to get to months ECS services free of charge. I Have been in touch with the Just dial team for over 20 times now and few customer service representatives from different departments.

I have been cheated by Avinash Singh who earlier asked not to contact JD as he might loose the job. And he promised that he will get my money refunded or else he will pay it by his own. He has now blocked my number. I haven't spoken to him since Dec, 23.

Siddharth, Shalini, Luvkush, Rohit or Mohit, Saloni Likewise many others, Few of them have listened to my concerns and could do nothing more than arranging a call back. When I bought the services I was told that it is a one year contract and now (11Jul, 23) I have been told its a perpetual contract( Haven't heard of this before). I was told since I have paid 2 months payment in advance I will not be charged in the month of Nov & Dec, 22 but I was charged again and this time and additional charge of RS 589.00 was charged because plan was upgraded (I have no idea about it)

Also, on asking why there were changes made to the account details on my JD account- I did not get any concrete answer. Mohit's (who I am not aware of ) account Fedrel bank - last four digits 1771 information was added to my business. As per JD its a same contract which is transferred to any new business who buys services from JD.

JD has all the call recordings and they can listen to it and would agree that I asked to cancel the contract way back in the month of Dec, 23. I have been sick & tired now and want someone to take actions.

Since yesterday there are many calls I received from Justdial for enquiry of wifi service which I haven't enquired about

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

While giving package they have committed they will provide per day 15 leads and they will provide website which they will upload on just dial app. But after one month also no service from that side and even their staff not replying proper.

First there sales agent gave incomplete misleading info about contract now My business colapsed n if asked just dial to stop my Ecs service n cancel Ecs mandate but they are not closing it even after repeated requests. Plz stop n cancel my Ecs mandate.

I am business owner of Indian Business Service Force, i have been miscommunicated by Just Dial Sr. Sales Manager Mr. Ravi Prakash Singh
and Taken 4720/- say First two month Advance EMI and after a week saying your service will active after clearance of 1st EMI, I said i have paid 1st 2 EMIs. Now i saying No that is last two month Advance EMI.
So by this manner they are cheating to the customer, They are confusing to the customer and later they blame customer its self that they are lying. I have paid money to lie with Just Dial Manager.

and registered for just dial services but we are not receiving inquiries. The representative also is not responding.
We were informed that SMS services will be added for our new Omni account but from the date of renewal ie., 12/06/2023 it has not been added and no information provided either.

Fraud Agency Duping Money In Name of Arranging House Maid Gave rs. 5000 on 22nd june 2023 as a booking amount however after that no pick up of calls or coordinating any logistics. I was very specific and was told a maid and housekeeping staff will be arranged in two days. Now no one is picking up calls after deposit made. The guy keeps forwarding dates saying we are working on police clearance for maids or other excuses.

A while ago i took a 3 months justdial package for which they took a sum of 4720 as a down payment from me. even after a month i was getting no leads and the sales executive would not talk to me. i was approached by another executive who is now forcing me to pay 2300 per month for the services or else money will be deducted from my account, since then they have deducted 700/- once and 200/- twice from my account without consent and are not discontinuing the service as well let alone give me back my
" refundable " security deposit. please look into my issue and resolve it ASAP
