I have paid 51663 and 3533 1 year package. Full one year thy have given me fake led .many times I told them I want refund but they told me refund option not available

Plus 2 employees salary 30000 rs month, total loss I am, I called that led thy say i am not registered
Also visiting customer to office also fake, thy fool you, fake just dial visiter, they have taken employees to fake visit, also fake customer thy will call you, to trap you don’t pay single money to them,
due to just dial fake led I have made heavy loss, and I shut down my business

Harassment - daily calls, daily unsolicited calls from JustDial yet I'm receiving 8 daily calls from them.
If you pay monthly then auto auto debet to your bank ecs, like you have taken loan, you can’t stop this loan so i am requesting you don’t pay
Now I am planning i will register civil court case and cyber crime , consumer court, civil court

I have received my order ie boat airdopes iron man it is duplicate and damaged product

I took a package from Justdial on monthly basis
After four months I asked stop .I requested hundred times they did not stop
And my bank authorities told me not possible because this is third party agreement.
Just dial wantedly produced my cheques ever three days for one month.

Please don't trap in just dial.

The sales executive- Yash Bachani got us on board and refusing to provide us service or training for set up of our account- the colosseum.

this sales executive is talking in a very harsh tone, ignoring requests and procrastinating the meeting we need for training of clients to use just dial.

I have not authorised unsolicited calls from JustDial yet I'm receiving 3-5 daily calls from them. I've requested many times to stop calling me in vain. Last night I requested it again to find them calling me this morning.
Disgusting service and harassing company. I tried to explain the phone number they are calling is a business number and they are disrupting my business with their calls but they truly do not care.

An employee (vikas dubey, contact no.[protected] sweet-talked me into subscribing, assuring me of numerous benefits and a full refund if i don’t get benefits. Now it’s been more than 20 days of empty promises, I've received no benefits, and the assigned employee has vanished, conveniently blocking my calls.

Attempts to reach out to JustDial's customer service have failed, leaving me frustrated and ignored. Shockingly, they're unwilling to refund the subscription fee despite delivering none of the promised perks.

JustDial's deceitful tactics, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction have left me so frustrated. For proof i’ve all the screenshots and conversations i had)

In short, spare yourself the trouble – explore other reliable alternatives instead

Before getting any plan.

It has been discussed that my account will be on top of the list.
You will share the client first with me then others.
Also the client I received from just dial they want work at a very low price which is not acceptable.
One single contact goes to many companies listed with you and that makes it very difficult to negotiate them.

And...

I visited the just dial website for searching local shops number. I didn't give any of my information in the just dial website. But recently I'm getting whatsapp messages and phone calls from many unknown persons saying that they got my number from just dial. Without my permission how did just dial got my number and share my number with others? And I don't want to get any calls or messages or email from just dial or anyone who got my number...

On 21 jul a Justdial executive came to our office.He took amount of 7080 from us and told us first emi will be debited after activation. All documents were provided to them on 21 jul. They were so incapable they activated account after 20 days on 9 aug, were were billed for this period also and 1 more emi also debited although account is still not proper. All categories are wrongly selected by him saying u can change later.Since 9 aug we are struggling to add relevant categories and remove irrelevant. Neither Rajat nor his seniors pick call and never call back. After lot of requests he visited our office only once and still not resolved anything.
Even their customer support keep transferring calls to each other.
They told you can stop ecs whenever you want and now saying you cannot stop before a year.
We have all call recordings and cctv footage.
We want to you to refund all our money and stop further ecs.

Just dial company is very fraud they sent a person named Bhushan and took 23000 rs from us but I didn't get this benefit of 1 rs.
They took full money from me in one go in the name of a good website but did not give me a website.
I am filing a case of 420 against Bhushan as he cheated me.

I have called Just Dial for Furniture carpenter work and they have provided me a list of contact numbers that are verified by the JustDial vendor I got a call from vendor Aaradhay Furniture by Kailash Ankush (Mobile No [protected]) and he came to my home for looking what type of working I need to do and finally deal done between me and Kailash for 2BHK furniture without Bed and Sofa (Included Furniture items are TV Unit with Mandir, [Moduler Kitchen with Kokery, two Loft, one cupboard]), Master Bedroom with two wardrobes and child bedroom with one wardrobe and one loft and below window doors, Basin box for storage and one loft in gallery and shoe rack and Hall POP with Lights that it done for 2 lac and 20 thousands only.
He demanded 1 lac for advance payment on 29th May and I have transferred him 1 lac via GooglePay to Kailash. He has said I will finish your work within 25 days and gave me the final date as 25th June 2023.
Work has been started from 22 June 2023 after calling him many times. and afterward, he demanded only every time for material and totally I have given him 192500 out of 220000 and he has not completed 50% work now he saying this work is not in my budget and I will not complete this work again I have called him and he said I will start demanding more money from me and now I have called Just Dail again for raising a complaint against him but Just Dial also not taking serious about my complaint.

I don’t who made my clinic’s profile in justdial but they are continuously mentally harrasing me. I have told them to stop calling me many time but they just can’t resist to call. Atleast 4 calls a day daily from many different numbers. Please make it stop.

I had told them tht I will c the service for 2 months thn decide but later I was not happy with the service. I told them 10 times to close the service and mailed them. I have many concerns regarding Justdial services as follows.

1) Wrong Pitching by the sales executive Ms / Mrs. RIcha, and Hiren Chotalia about the leads / services.

2) No leads even after the first ECS debit i.e. on 20th June, 2023. After many follow ups they told me they need gumasta and Udyam Aadhar to start the service.

Even after providing all the documents asked from them.. I'm not receiving enough leads, only 6-7 leads till date that too from different parts of mumbai...

* I had clearly told sales executives that I want leads from nearby areas and they had agreed to the same. for the sake of their targets. I want strict action to be taken against sales executive Rich and Hiren for misleading*

2) In just 20days second ECS debit happened... It was conveyed by Mr. Hiren that service date will be considered after the Gumasta is submitted. Kindly confirm the service start date.

I have already lost total of Rs. 9, 440 / - deducted from my account. and no service provided in return.

kept calling on their registered no. i.e. "[protected]" but the customer support executive ketp tricking me every time with irrelivent solutions. everytime they told me I will receive a call back within 24hours but never happend.

I also mailed on just dial email.id provided by customer support executive [protected]@justdial.com, [protected]@justdial.com even after a couple of followups they never bothered to respond. *Fraudsters*

I want to stop my upcoming ECS debits and dont want their so called service anymore. But they customer executives now saying it will take 3months to stop from the date of application.

But at the start the sales executive had conved that I will have to inform /mail to them only eight days prior before next ECS debit to stop further services if not sattisfied.

Their service is worst... they are liars just fooling around small scale business... and looting their money in the hope to get more relevant leads.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest,

and help me to stop the further ECS debits on emidiate basis. FRAUDSTERS.

We would like to unsubscribe our just dial account and stop ECS.
This request has been made on call multiple times and yet our monthly subscription amount gets deducted.

Inspite on-call conversation with customer care, ample of mails about the same, we have yet not received any confirmation email regarding unsubscription.
We have sent the same mail to customer service before.
all the customer service numbers only provide us with different email ids.

Zero Cooperation from Just dial.
