I’m being JD customer forcibly. I requesting the team to stop my service still they don’t. The story is from last September still it’s not ended and I believe never. just fail is a trap. Kindly don’t do such a cheap way of marketing to gain customer. 26000 is my minus number in my bank account. I have been trying to contact with their senior officers still I couldn’t. It’s a tragic story and never end.

On MAY 26th Mr.SAUD ABDUL SATTAR SHAIKH Meet me by Person & Explained about Guaranteed Business Leads. That day I refused to Pay.

After That Yours Staff Ms USHA NANDLAL PRAJAPATI called me several times to convenience me. After that on 20th JUNE 2021 I Pay Rs. 4, 000 + GST Rs.720 Total Rs.4, 720 for the Promotion.

They committed Me to give Approx 2/5 Leads Per Day, But I have received only 2 Leads in Last 5 Days, And 6 Leads are Irrelevant To Me.

Now There is no option to Tag this Irrelevant Leads.I Try to contact your Telemarketing Persons.I call Many Times To Ask Problem regarding this But They Not Receive Calls.

Ms.USHA NANDLAL PRAJAPATI Not at all picking my Calls. And Now your Staffs are telling all kinds of excuses, So, There is No Replacement for Irrelevant Leads.

It is not fair for a company like Justdial.com. I Nomore want the worst services from just dial.I want To Cancel My CONTRACT From JUST DIAL And Want My Money Back
Kindly Cancel the Invoice & Repay my Amount as soon as possible.

Kindly update the status of my Cancellation Request.

Respected sir, this is to make a complaint against a tiffin service provider, unfortunately ITS A LADY i doo not know the name but i have her phone number it is [protected] . let me start from beginning as i mentioned i got to know of her service for supplying meal on monthly basis, she agreed to supply meals {1 meal }{VEG} on monthly basis, the fist day sent a parcel a small one consisting of dal rice bingal veg, and salad, tis was priced at rout of frustration s 120 i accepted it but that very moment i told heri would like double the quantity, her answer was that it would cost me 160 RS, fine acceoted, i also mentioned that i would be sending my tiffin stainless steel of 4 dabbas, next day she send again dal rice 3 ccappaties and pulses no veg, ok fine next day she she sends the same stuff noveg, told herthis was Not acceptable she mentions vgeterian but i get NO VEGETABLE i told her send variety her reply yes, told her send dahi curry so the next day i get dahi curry rice and the damn pulses and 4 chappaties out of frustration i ask her not to send tiffin on weeken, but she not only not send tiffin o week end but monday too shee does not send it, excuse was she went to mummys house itold her stop service her replywas bill which is RS 420/ informed her would pay the tiffin carrier, when he delivers my empty tiffin she insists i make payment through paytm or googlepay iformed her i do not have the apps ian i really dont have these apps i dnt trust them upto now I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TIFFIN SHE INSISTS I PAY BY GOOGLE {whats her idea?}I AM 68 RRS OLD LIVING ALL ALONE AND SHE KNOWS THIS IS THIS THE WAY OF HARRASSING AN OLD MAN? Hi, this is Gangadhar Founder of TODAYFILINGS and TODAYFILINGS.COM, on Jan-2021 I made a contract with Justdial for My business They promised to Give Customers true date of who required Services, so it's Business 2 Business, But we are receiving around 5 enquires Per Day but in this, all the inquiry was wrong no 1 has requirements, They are using robotics Data Collections, for example, I just want to know who is a Tax consultant in Chennai that's it, Justdial will Provide his data to us That he is looking for a tax consultant, this is wrong because they didn't make any inquiry that he need services, even without His permission they are taking Customers data Like name and mobile no and giving to JD Paiders is not good so Just Dial, is providing Fake Contacts I can say this is a scam They have been charging amount from Business owners and selling data by collecting in website backend without public permission, So my request is I need verified data That's it.

13/03/2021 We have given a TV for changing display it been 3 months no response from him. He is not taking our phone call for almost 20 days No response from him when calling he made the number busy. He didn't update anything. He is not giving his details to collect TV if he is not ready to repair it also we need our TV back. It's completely unethical and not returning TV back.

An agent from justdial sent me a WhatsApp message with usual advertisement. Usually they send it to my another office number. By this time they sent to my personal number. I've replied to the agent through WhatsApp, "don't send to this personal number".

But she send the same post in my personal whatsapp number again and again after seeing my message. I angered and say "dont you see the above message. Please see this" and I pointed the chat. But she replied indecently and use bad words like "idiot"

Is this right? A message or call to a person without his permission and concern is illegal. But she respond very indecently. Actually I did not register my business in JustDial. They added my business by themselves 3 years ago. They asked me to upgrade my account to premium, frequently. I spoke to some other agents. Ms.Mathi followed my listing some months before. But by this time, this girl Ranjitha sent chat and behaves indecently. After that I called to this number. She spoke very badly and block my number. I recorded the call.

I've complaint to another justdial agent who usually call me for advertising. But no respond is after 2 weeks. I have call-recordings and chat screenshots also.

Now I noticed that she changed my business listing from "{my company name}" to "{my company name} ANGRY"

They have access to modify any client's data. So she did like this. I've attached the screenshot.

This is very very worst behavior. It's spoil my business name. How dare them to do like this??? This is my company. How can she change my company name like this? Is this right, justdial?

I don't want my listing there. And dont want the ad.

Please take action and respond to my complaint soon and delete my business name from the justdial website.

I want to close my business with justdial. I have filled a ECS form as well but still They deduct my money from Bank Account.Due to covid pandemic I don't have such amount of money as already i suffered most.So that's why I want to close and Please return my deducted money of previous month.

I have search tv repair section in JD . I have received a call from Mr. Bisen owner of GR Electronics from Bhilai sector 6.. he came and take my tv and told me iether to repair or to return my sony LED tv . I called him so many times he told me again and again next day, next day.. now more than one week passed away .. Neither he repaired my tv nor return till date .. now suggest me what to do.. also delist such types of fraud shops From your reputed app .. thanks

He had to return the check and what was to be deposited, but how did he put that check and keep it with him, now he is not returning the money and is not even picking up the phone.

I had asked for a subscription for my mom as she is a Numerologist.
"Aasha Singh Numerologist".

New account[protected]which Vishal created without informing me)

I am writing this email to officially make a Complaint about the unprofessional behaviour and Fraud against Mr. Vishal Yadav (+91 [protected]) and Rupesh Gole (+91 [protected]) from Justdial.

Here it goes.

Mr. Vishal Yadav at the time of giving me the subscription gave me false information. Whatever commitment and information provided by him turned out to be absolutely fake and misleading.

He manipulates all his statements.

Because of his fake commitments I have lost INR 7, 080/-

1) Vishal Yadav did not activate my account, instead created a new account and there were no reviews and ratings. He said he will share a number from the backend team member and he will take care of it. Vishal did not share any details and then did not answer my calls.

2) Later Rupesh Gole spoke to me and informed me that he will get the reviews and ratings shifted to a new account after my payment is completed.
I completed my payment and then no response and it did not happen as I was promised.

3) On 27th May, my first EMI of 1770/- got debited from the account which again I was not informed about because Vishal Yadav told me it will be debited next month which he confirmed on a conference call between Me, Visha and Rupesh.

4) Still the Reviews and Ratings were not shifted to my new account (which I never wanted to create).

5) And then on 5th June again my account got debited by 1770/- I called Justdial and spoke with "Melroy" from the ECS team and he informed me that my billing date is 5th June and that is why it is deducted. I took Vishal Yadav to a conference and he is blaming it on the company that the company provides different information to them.

6) Vishal also said I will recieve 10-25 leads everyday. Which is again proved to be absolutely wrong.

Now what Rupesh and Vishal told me and the experience that I got from JUSTDIAL is so annoying.

I have already complained about him several times on call. Even I had a word with the ECS team and they also spoke with Vishal. Vishal without informing me kept the date of deduction as 5th of every month and he himself did not have any idea how my money got deducted from my account.

Rupesh Gole asks me to pause my ECS and also shares a video with me and he himself does not know that it will stop my subscription. Without any knowledge he was advising me to pause ECS and according to Rupesh my next EMI will get deducted on 27th August but it got deducted on 5th June.

Justdial either need to train their employees to provide correct and right information or need to stop this fake business subscription. It is a Fraud to deduct money from the customer's account without their knowledge.

Not at all happy with the services provided by Justdial. It was all fake and they have cheated.

I WANT TO STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION AND WANT MY REFUND.

We have activated the package of 1180 plan we have paid this month amount also but we dont receive any leads for 2weeks

I had a listing in JD and after one year I was not interested in renewing the contract as I was not satisfied with the service I received from a paid listing. After the expiry of the contract, every day JD executive started calling me, even multiple times a day. I told them repeatedly that I am not interested in renewing the contract. One of the executives suggested me to drop a mail and I did that. The calls are not stopping even after that.

I want justdial to delete my account and stop calls from Just Dial

Employee from venus service centre had come at my resindence for fridge repair..he took my fridge inverter part for repair and after taking he is not responding now

I got the registration done in justdail and I was told that according to each customer, my reachage will be taken from my justdail id but justdail did not do this with me, Completed reachage in a single month, and this is a big fraud, help me.

Hello sir,
It is the second incident which happened with me and fortunately I got the details regarding the false information also.
Just dial has shared my number with rest other false details to a user. This is happening life a breach of my privacy for something which I never enquired for.
I request you to immediately take action over it. Otherwise I will file a case against this data privacy breach.
