Hi Team,

I have taken all below India listing plan covering 382 cities for 30, 000/- including tax post discount of 70% discount. Also, it was well agreed and documented (refer the attachment) that we should be getting all the enquires from 382 cities. I have made the payment 20 Days back so far I did not receive even single lead. Two weeks back I spoke to support team and they confirmed that there is no such plan for Rs.30, 000/- it was wrongly communicated. Here the mistake is completely from your end even I have made the payment after several discussion and confirmation. I tried several way to contact Just Dial but no luck and every day my balance is also reduced. Then they forced me to change the plan which is not going work for me but still they forced me to change the plan otherwise I will loose all the money. Since I don’t have any support I have changed the plan (Whole Chennai Cities) two weeks back (Highlighted several times this plan is not going to work from me) paid additional Rs.5400/-, and before make the payment they showed previous lead 1000 lead generated last one year because of that I agreed to change the plan. But after changing plan also its been two week still I didn’t get any even single lead also I lost my trust with Just Dial. My request is please refund my payment I don’t want to continue my service with Just Dial anymore there are lot of good service provider outside (UrbanPro, IndiaMart etc.). I never faced this kind of issue anywhere. If you don’t not refund my money I will be taking legal action against Just Dial also I will post this in all Social Media with all the evidence. Pls try to support customer and give value for their money.

Pls forward this mail to some higher official and resolve the issue. Pls help me to get my money back.

          I used just dial service on 21st july for my plasma repair and choosen shruti service point registered on just dial. They taken my plasma on 21st july but not yet they have returned. Everytime they keep making excuse. Please take some necessary action and remove them from just dial so that they can not fraud to some one else.

              I call customer care ([protected]) on 26/09/2020 at 10:16 pm attended by a executive mr.. Martin. I called regarding a payment issue.. And he was very rude and talking very irrespective and arrogant. This is the just dial treated their client. Very bad. Am in urgent situation so this is very shamefull all.. If the executive like this.. Then the managers, md. Etc are same bad peoples i think

                    We got offer of 1year + 1year while renewing the contract for rs.17, 000..

                    But mr. Eshwar from chennai branch told if you take that offer you will not get more leads & your company position will be 17 to 20 position..

                    Hence he recommended to take 1 year contract for that rs.17, 000.00, then your company will be in 5 to 10 position..

                    My realty is now my company "sri sai graha ladies hostel" is at 16 position..

                    We have called him many times but he was not answering the phone... Finally 3 days (On 23/sept/2020) before he answered the phone & informed that... Due to software issue.. Still your company is at 16 position.. He told we have refreshed the page your company will be soon in 5 to 10 position... But we have checked today (25/sept) still in the same position... We have called to inform that... But same he did not answered the call..

                    Due to this we not getting leads from customer & call from customer... Due to this we are in very much stress & feeling much depression...

                    I kindly request take this complaints as very high priority & help me to get justice

                      Just dial has charged us for lock down period, which is unethical and when we spoke to their customer service executive, she was rude & the manager was worst. We have salon in Pune & it wasn't open in lock down and they have been deducting their monthly charges even during lock down. they have also deducted money after stoping the services. We would like to take legal action against them and make sure that don't dupe others.

                        Sir,
                        On 17/09/2020 i made transaction of
                        Rs.27999 through just dial payment gateway by sbi credit card ref: transaction id: bpv8p9c1 payment towards reliance digital, bistupur jamshedpur for purchasing mobile.
                        But money is not credited to merchant that is relaince digital. I called several times just dial customer service. They told me complain is registered and issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

                        Transaction was done on 17/09/20. Today is 21/09/20.
                        Several times contacted Just dial customer care. Same answer that they have forwarded my complain to concern department.

                        Just dial is not responding regarding my complain.
                        I called up several times.and the same answer that i will be contact over phone.
                        But no phone calls from customer care representative.
                        Sir online transaction was done on 17 of sep.
                        Today it is 28 sep.but payment has not reached to relaince digital nor it has reverse back to my account.
                        So i request you to look into the matter and deliver justice.

                        I had made a payment to a company called TR Venkatachalam Chetty through the Just Dial App. today
                        The amount was immediately debited from my account and i had also received a confirmation that it was credited to the JD' account.
                        However., JD team has sent a message to the TR Venkatachalm chetty company that the transaction is still pending.After 3 to 4 hours, i called up the company and they informed that the payment was not received.I has escalated this issue to Just dial and the supervisor Ms, Malar informed that the JD team would revert on this and the team was not available during the working hours, Mr.Ramesh from the JD team was supposed to call me and confirm about the payment. Till now they havent reverted.This only reflects that Just dial make money only at the cost of the customer.The JD company is highly inefficient and not trustworthy, The money is neither credited to the TR Venkatchakam Chetty, neither recredited to my account.Can someone from JD team resolve this issue.

                              Hello, my name is abhishek gaur.
                              I had started a small business last year in july 2019.
                              He asked me to try their services for three months and if i don't find the services useful, then i may stop the services.
                              I gave him a cheque from my account and started the ecs process.
                              They put my business in wrong listing and the name of my business was also put wrong.
                              After a very bad experience of three months, i decided to stop the services and informed them the same that i don't wish to continue.
                              My services didn't stop and they started charging me every month from my account. During the pandemic situation, i repeatedly called them and tried to stop my ecs through their links and websites.
                              I still haven't received any solution and the amount is deducted from my account every month.
                              When i try to call the customer care executive, inspite of helping me with this, they tell me that they have taken down my request and i shall receive a callback which i never do.
                              Highly disappointed and frustrated with justdial. My business is closed from the past 6 months, there is no proper income.

                                My client has made payment by 8/08/2020. I have uploaded the invoice for the same. They have rejected it. I called just dial omni website customer care, first they told date is wrong, we changed it and upload new they rejected it, then said signature is missing like wise they told so many reasons and rejected the invoice for 7 times, everytime we call they tell different reasons, still the amount paid by our customer is not reached us. Jdpay is such a crap. If they reject a invoice atleast they should have mentioned the reason, or they should send a invoice on behalf o[censored]s like other online portal do. Worst customer service. Signing up for justdial pay is biggest mistake we have done.

                                      Just dial framed all the policies infavor of them. None of the policy helps customer. Despite of many calls and messages ( in JD app ) they have taken request to cancel the ECS after 2 months with 3 month's notice period.
                                      This is what I got from JD.
                                      Dear Customer,
                                      We have received your ECS Stop request on (01/05/2020), and we have accepted your notice for termination of ECS. Your notice period ends on (01/08/2020)., For any other assistance, Please call @[protected] or mail us at [protected]@justdial.com.

                                      if termination accepted means they should stop ECS. correct . Basic person with common sense will be knowing what is termination.

                                      Now the HIDDEN SECRET by JD.

                                      To my surprise they starte deducting amount from amount.They will call us multiple times and and if we don't respond they will activate the ECS, even after the termination date is over.

                                      With reference to your ECS Stop request, we tried to contact you multiple times but unable to connect. Your ECS currently stands continued. Please contact us on [protected] to help us address your concern.

                                      So now what is the meaning of termination.
                                      Once you entered JD aggrement your dead.
