I have searched Railway Ticket Booking agent from Justdial.com and found Okay Tours and Travells from Mira road. He cheated me and given fake ticket of 3tier AC and taken 16200 for 6 tickets, it's Okay Tours and Travells
Now I'm asking for my money and he is refusing to give back the same.

i am Nagarjuna from Hyderabad, I called just dial 26 July 2020 for transport information purpose, after complition of call 1 person call to me for transportation purpose i given money through transfer 10000/- rupees, After pay the money the waste fellow switch off the phone till not responding...I am somany times call just dial but they are not responding the issue today i am compalint to National consumer court...

Justdial executive give me promise to give good service and ask me to sign contract for one year and taken cancelled cheque for ECS. And told me that if you want to discontinue our service just call us we will cancelled your ECS. I m very very unhappy with their service I filled that they have cheated me and I m not getting any benfite with their service. So that's y I m following to cancelle ECS from past 7-8 months I m continusly complaining...
