Hi Team,
I have taken all below India listing plan covering 382 cities for 30, 000/- including tax post discount of 70% discount. Also, it was well agreed and documented (refer the attachment) that we should be getting all the enquires from 382 cities. I have made the payment 20 Days back so far I did not receive even single lead. Two weeks back I spoke to support team and they confirmed that there is no such plan for Rs.30, 000/- it was wrongly communicated. Here the mistake is completely from your end even I have made the payment after several discussion and confirmation. I tried several way to contact Just Dial but no luck and every day my balance is also reduced. Then they forced me to change the plan which is not going work for me but still they forced me to change the plan otherwise I will loose all the money. Since I don’t have any support I have changed the plan (Whole Chennai Cities) two weeks back (Highlighted several times this plan is not going to work from me) paid additional Rs.5400/-, and before make the payment they showed previous lead 1000 lead generated last one year because of that I agreed to change the plan. But after changing plan also its been two week still I didn’t get any even single lead also I lost my trust with Just Dial. My request is please refund my payment I don’t want to continue my service with Just Dial anymore there are lot of good service provider outside (UrbanPro, IndiaMart etc.). I never faced this kind of issue anywhere. If you don’t not refund my money I will be taking legal action against Just Dial also I will post this in all Social Media with all the evidence. Pls try to support customer and give value for their money.
Pls forward this mail to some higher official and resolve the issue. Pls help me to get my money back.
