I am your paid registered member from 2018.
1 - recently in month of october 2019 i was taken your new combo package subscription in which it include package listing, banner & jd trusted for 10 years.
Now its january end 2020 and still my banner is not showing in your website.
From last 3, months i calling to your local executive and in your customer support, not getting any proper response from your end.
Every time i am getting answer that in my current package banner is not showing.
So, i want to know that i was paid you as per you shown and as per your commitment.
Thats not my fault if your internal service has any error by that my package no showing.
Now, its a very long time i am waiting for my banner activation now i am not able to wait anymore.
If you are not able to live my banner on website then refund my money back i dont want to continue my service with just dial.
And same for application error i was complain in your customer support they called me once and not short out my any query.
Kindly revert me soon and if possible then give resolution either refund my money back else i will go for legal for the same.
2 - kindly go through the below my previous mail where i was following you from last one year regarding my banner or application concern.
And it is an overall one year going to complete but still i am not getting any revert from your side.
Now, it is very high time and now i am loosing my patience and i am fully dissatisfied with your service by that i don't want to continue my service anymore with justdial.
So, it is an my last mail to you deactivate my service in an immediate basis and refund my money back and for refund process please take action in an priority basis else after i have none other option and i will definitely go for consumer forum for legal action.

if termination accepted means they should stop ECS. correct . Basic person with common sense will be knowing what is termination.
Now the HIDDEN SECRET by JD.
To my surprise they starte deducting amount from amount.They will call us multiple times and and if we don't respond they will activate the ECS, even after the termination date is over.
