    Due to lock down the business as agreed with Justdial was not happening. So i requested Justdial (via email) on 2nd May'20 to discontinue the contract and requested for ECS cancellation.

    After discontinuing the contract, Justdial deducted Rs 2359 each for three month (Total of Rs 7077). The customer care response of justdial is so pathetic. Even after being a reputed company which is listed in National Stock Exchange, Justdial should be ashamed of their poor customer support. Till now no action have been initiated by Justdial.

      would like to discontinue from all of your service by the end of 31th July 2020. and have mentioned the sole reason for this particular discontinuation (charges that I have to bear are too high for the inferior quality of service) Also, for the past 4month we didn't receive any service from your end which makes it difficult for me to continue with the ongoing services. I would no longer require the services provided by Just Dial. I Also request you to send me a letter of acknowledgement and also the receipt for the cancellation of my subscription.         My account just dial will be active past 27/02/2020 our executive sathish & ramkumar, to get the amount rs, 4720, he said this is only 2 month charges only, then our service will be satisfied then u decide ecs for the coming month like april, may on words, he said at thet time i will inform you,

        But he is not inform my ecs, past 5 month my account will 2360/- debited by ecs payment,
        I inform ram & sathish, both are not responsible & irritating words,

        So pls report and enquiry before work both peoples..

        And to stop my ecs payment for coming months

          I have cancelled my agreement on 25th last month. Till now not cancelled and charged me 2950 also 590 ecs charges. I called customer 100 times. They are not responding at all. They will say will transfer to concern person but call will disconnect without giving any information. Miss hema and shalini unfit to their job. They are not resolving any issue and disconnecting calls. Today one guy taken the call and you can't do anything. This is way they are treating customer.

            I have searched Railway Ticket Booking agent from Justdial.com and found Okay Tours and Travells from Mira road. He cheated me and given fake ticket of 3tier AC and taken 16200 for 6 tickets, it's Okay Tours and Travells
            Now I'm asking for my money and he is refusing to give back the same.

            In this I have got details of agent from Justdial.com
            I have contacted him on 21-Aug-20 and asked him to make 6 tickets of Avadh express on 22-Aug-20. He said he will do the same, and he has given me ticket pdf file on my whats app number.
            I have checked PNR and it was confirmed ticket of 3 tier AC of train no 09038. Qhen me with my family on boarded train from Khalilabad then we came to know that PNR is correct but passengers name are different in Indian Railways Chart then TT asked us to get down from train on next station and told that you got cheated by agent with fake ticket.
            I have paid 16, 200 for this now agent is not ready to give mu money back.

                Justdial executive give me promise to give good service and ask me to sign contract for one year and taken cancelled cheque for ECS. And told me that if you want to discontinue our service just call us we will cancelled your ECS. I m very very unhappy with their service I filled that they have cheated me and I m not getting any benfite with their service. So that's y I m following to cancelle ECS from past 7-8 months I m continusly complaining them to stop ECS I have personally went to their office and hand over ECS cancellation letter to them. But no body is responding. Asking to call customer care but their also no response. So i humbly request to take immediate action regarding this matter and please help me to stop my ECS payment.

                      Sir/madam i have done payment thru check 2 months ago and getting the lifetime plan of website or just dial verified but till now i did not get any website link or jd verified plan. I have contact mr deepak kamboj (Karnal area dealing hand) or customer care but not get resolution of this problem. I am very very disappointed from your service. If you are not solving my problem return my money with interest otherwise within one week i am going to consumer court for complain.

                        Good afternoon my name is chintan mapara proprietor of aksh digital, we have canon image square franchise.

                        As you know entire world is fighting against covid-19 and its really tough time for every to survive.

                        Since our 3 store is in virar, vasai & miraroad, vasai-virar maha nagarpalika & mira-bhay muncipal corporation didn't given permission to open the store every day, it was alternate day only, so we have informed just dial executive suraj pawar to stop our ecs till the time situation didn't get better, i will update you to start our ecs for the same, since we wanted to continue our tie-up with jd, it was just mater for few months due to store was closed and business was low.

                        After given so many reminder to suraj pawar over the mail and call just dial has deducted our ecs amount of rs.13737 in the month of july"20 we have spoken with suraj and he was taken me over the conference with santosh and he was very casual like, we will see to it and we ensure we will not deduct any further emi untill w get confirmation from you and after that shocking august month ecs also got deducted, sorry to stay this the way just dial is playing with the vendor and taking undo advantage of ecs and playing with whom they are doing business with last more then 5 years and after that i have tried to contact santosh many times but unfortunately he didn't pick up the call or he never called me back also.

                        After that i have called just dial customer care on 1st week august to stop my ecs, they have send me one link which i have requested to stop my ecs till further confirmation from my side, after that i have called 3-4 calls from justdial asking about the problem has been resolved or not ater talking with every one has given the same answer, let me talk with suraj & santosh we will call you back soon and after that nobody has called me and help me to resolve my concern.

                        Now i dont have left with no choice then withdraw my tie up with just dial.

                        Would request you to please send me final ledger, i dont want to have any business with just dial/

                        Also if you would have not stopped my ecs then would request you to please stop with immediate effect.

                        I hope this time i will at least get some reply from just dial.

                              I have a contract with just dial for my marketing. They had two months of my extra ecs amount of rs.48, 000+ (Yes 24, 000/months). Due to worldwide pandemic i mailed them asking to put my jd contract on hold as the outlet is going to remain closed.

                              Now when i went through my bank statement every month an ecs bounce charges of rs.2000 (Approx) is been charged. When i check with them they are saying the contract we did it put on hold and all your additional money has been exhausted as the contact was live and they were providing me service it seems. Now there is no one attending the call as i’m asking to reply to my extra ecs money, ecs bounce charges?? My contact person eas asha she is the worst poc and she is saying u will not get refund do whatever u want in msg and i have proof for the same. Is this the way they do?? They have spoiled my reputation with my bank and challenging me that they will not pay me anything!!! What is this?? Where will someone like me go???

                                Fraudulant activity conducted by the company registered in your website. Contacted b. D. Enterprise of kolkata to repair lg microoven as product was not getting hot though the machine was running. But surprisingly, another company, global tech solution, gave the service for amount which is double the actual cost of the parts, available in the market. Now, b. D. Enterprise is telling that he did not employ global tech. Solution for giving service. And nobody of global tech. Solution is responding to my call. Now how can we keep trust on just dial network?

                                    My trading concern is registered with justdail. I had made all payments regarding the said package. Recently i started receiving call about cheque bounce and non payment.

                                    Moreover, to resolve the said issues i had meeting with your marketing agent but it didn't proove to be useful.
                                    My concern are
                                    1 i am being overcharged
                                    2. No receipts of payment is issued.
                                    3. No details of package is provided.
                                    4. No response from your customer support.
                                    Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis

                                      From last two months, no one is there to help me. Each time your marketing person says that your changes are done but he makes a false statement always. Your services is the worst of all i am taking at present as you have persons just copy pasting a reply to all my mails, without understanding it. I need a complete refund of my package bought.

                                        This mail is in regards to our business registration with justdial that happened on 22nd june, 2020.
                                        We registered our interior design firm under the name of the urban elements studio with just dial in order to receive leads.
                                        We were promised by our executives ; samir and shelva kumar minimum one call per day and maximum 5 ; rounding it upto guaranteed 22 leads a month.
                                        We did a personal meeting with shelva kumar as well and there was a complete assurance on the same, after which we deposited ₹8, 000 for this annual scheme.
                                        1. Forget about one call a day, its been almost 2 months and theres not a single call.
                                        2. There was not a single call to even give us an assurance that the payment is received by you.
                                        3. My partner and me have continuosly been whatsapping, calling and messaging samir and mr. Kumar and apparantly they are way too busy to respond to a single call or text in past two months.
                                        4. Repeatedly been calling on your helpline but all in vain. More than 50 calls were made and every customer care executive promises us a callback and a refund from your leads department but again no response yet.
                                        This is really turning tiresome and very unprofessional from your end.
                                        We have never been associated with such unprofessionalism from any company throughout our careers.
                                        Requesting you to kindly look into this and please initiate a refund of ₹8, 000 right away.
                                        This will be a last initiative from our end to get in touch with your team and if no response is received we will surely have to personally charge a fraud complaint against this matter.
