I have an registered account with justdial by name Aksgo.
All i requested them is to stop the ECS for few months.
I called up customer care and also raised request through email on 6th April 2020.
on 7th april 2020 i got a reply mail saying that they have forwarded my request to their department concerned and one of their executives will speak to me within 24-48 working hours.
but no one called me for the same in mentioned time.
ECS torture continued ...
ive been calling customer care for the same ( it was a lockdown going on in whole of india ) but these people are unstoppable... with the ECS harassment.
these people say three months notice time... [censored]tt
even after 3months they continue to send ECS.
and the customer care executives speak in such a commanding way as if iam a slave to justdial and its employees.
if business is 10% with justdial subscription the FRAUD is 90% with justdial policies and with its employees.
they never give a damn care for being associated with them.
ethic less, something has to be done with this kind of corporate robbery. seriously.

my bank has charged me very heavily for return charges... and still its going on and on on

in crises situation this is putting me to big HUMILIATION, i don't know what to do

Hi team, i just called to that transportation company to shift my home goods via omveer transport company, they asked me to send address so, i have shared those details later they asked me to sent money through online banking. Firstly they requested for partial payment which we have agreed for. Later they called and request to 80% payment. I said i will give cash once come to my house. He started abusing.. and cut the call, not recieving from there.

Due to the information given about my mobile number & email many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. My name is Rohit Singh and i was searching transportion for shifting house hold items from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I enquired many transport company from just dail. After 1 hour, received call from 'Suraj Transport All India Service' mobile number is - [protected].

He asked for advance payment of INR 4, 000 to proceed further on this deal. I did the advance payment and on the pickup date, he informed that his vehicle has met with an accident and he won't be able to pick up my order anymore. I asked him to pick up another date of his choice, but he said he will refund my amount, but won't service my order. Later on, he refused to refund my payment by claiming that his account his locked, and hence his company won't be able to process the refund amount. I kept on calling him, but he blocked me on whatsapp and didn't responded on phone. After 20 days, when i informed him that i am going to file an FIR and sue you and your company in fraud, he changed his contact.

I request you to take serious action and punish the company in this fraudulent activity so that in future this company doesn't do such kind of shameless act.

My business is registered in delhi by the name "akc security solutions".
I have purchased an annual package. During the lock down period of 3 months approx, business was closed due to govt guideline in all over india. But the just dial has deducted the money from my package continuously and when i requested them to refund the money into my annual account for the lock down period or extend my package validity, they denied to do so. I have mailed them 3 time but they didn't accept my thing.
This is a fraud company who is harassing their customers and charging money in unethical manner. I am very soon going to consumer court for this and i suggest you call the victims of this should go to consumer court and show them the power of a consumer.
Whole the internet is full of their complaints. I am sure if there will be few hundreds of their complaints every month, they have to bind up their business and they will be punished. I am doing this from my side and suggest you all to go to consumer court.

Dear sir,
I booked website for 10 years worth Rs.15000+18% GST at just dial two years back. I offered no reneual for 10 years at the time of booking. But, JustDial cancelled web hosting. I reported this to concern manager. But he replied that it should be solved within two days. No progress. I called him again after two days. He replied that same thing happened many customers and to wait for another two days. But nothing happened.

Moreover, Justdial is humiliating me that our website is deactivated due to the due unpaid.

Just dail executive mr. Ashok yadav has changed my firm name to anither name without my concern. I was in a talk with mr. Ashok yadav to take package of my other firm. I have told him all categories to be added in the required firm which package i have to take from just dail. Mr. Ashok yadav changed firm name of my one firm & shown me that every thing has being changed in the required firm & sent me a neft details to make payment. After making payment i sent him the screenshot. And next day i. E today when i noticed that firm name of my first firm is being changed, i checked all the things & then i came to know about fraud made by him.

My wife has been receiving calls for some Dr swati Allahbadia for the last so many years. She has been harrassed as various individuals keeps calling her at any time of hour and also what's app her.
On checking we got to know that her number has been registered for some Dr Swati Allahbadia in Just dial.

We have placed multiple request with Just dial to remove the number however they keep saying the issue has been escalated to concern department and they will remove the number. But this doesn't happen and we keep receiving the calls.
Today when I called again at Justdial they hung up the phone on my face when I ask for a senior person to be out on the phone.
I doubt they are hiring professional or probability it's a big scam that Just dial is running.

I would like to get compensation for all the harrasment and torture we have faced by receiving these wrong number calls due to a reputed company like Just dial who doesn't verify the number before registering the same

We, air experts (Air trends) have taken ac installation and service contract in the month of oct, 2019, from justdia., hyderabad. They sold this contract by misleading us with last year data ensuring that 15% to 30% increase in call flow by mr. Shravan, & mr. Santhosh of just dial. And we paid more than 34+ lakhs for this contract.

Whereas there is a decrease of more than 60% call flow and we have raised this issue from december 2019 onwards and sent couple of mails and conversations on calls about this and they agreed the same that call flow was reduced by 50% and they are reviewing the same.. The communication has happened thru sms & mails but they never reverted us back. And we had the conversations happend with mr. Imran, ms. Kavitha, mr. Santosh and mr. Shravan was coordinating for the call drop issue.

Because of the high valued contract we have taken, we have invested lot on manpower and tools and other supporting staff assuming high call flow. But nothing has happend and we have not received as much as calls they had mentioned and reduced a lot by 60%. Due to which, we lost our peace of mind, money and went into huge losses. We have communicated very clearly about this to justdial but they are not responding at all. As we have rs. 6.7 lakhs with them for the rest of the period, we had requested them to cancel our contract atleast now, so that, we can be saved from further losses. But they are not responding at all and this is creating more pressure on us in lieu of mental disturbance, peace of mind, and financial crisis. Even we have went to their office and requested for the same, but they are denying for the refund of existing amount and abused in a bad language.

Request you to kindly look into help us in resolving this.

I had registered to just dial in the name of divine life skills, gandhingar, gujarat. From 3 months i am requesting you in various ways to deactivate my account with you still you are not deactivating it and deducting the ecs of 590rs.

I dont know in what language to write to you now. Please deactivate the services at this very moment and stop looting my money unncessarily. Pls refund the last three emi debitted worngly as you have been deducting money from my account inspite of giving request of deactivation.

I was enquiring about a parcel which i was supposed to receive through vrl logistics. I dialled a number from the just dial search engine [protected] as the person on the other side was asking me to pay rs.10/-

I had to reinstall my dish tv on 14th of july 2020 becsuse we reloacated i contaced jd they sent a technician he installed and told the receiver is not strong so he has to replace it as i was in my office i agreed he charged me inr 600 and told wire is not enought so he had to exted so i told ok qll togrther he charged me around inr 1300 with which i could get a new connection! When i asked for bill he told we wont get a bill i asked why he told we are from jd we dont give bill and warrenty... He even took the replaced items with him he told he will give me the bill through whatsapp still now he is not answering my calls this is the number of techinician and he women who sent him

In June'2020 I had received call from justdial executive name is Sachin Mishra, Contact Number [protected], I'm clearly said him please do not start the service because having some financial problem, but after 3 days he started the service and deduct amount from account against June month and same deduction in July'20 month & after deduction i called him for refund but he said call on justdial number, but from justdial they didn't stop the service.

Kindly help me because no one helping from justdial.
