I had to reinstall my dish tv on 14th of july 2020 becsuse we reloacated i contaced jd they sent a technician he installed and told the receiver is not strong so he has to replace it as i was in my office i agreed he charged me inr 600 and told wire is not enought so he had to exted so i told ok qll togrther he charged me around inr 1300 with which i could get a new connection! When i asked for bill he told we wont get a bill i asked why he told we are from jd we dont give bill and warrenty... He even took the replaced items with him he told he will give me the bill through whatsapp still now he is not answering my calls this is the number of techinician and he women who sent him

In June'2020 I had received call from justdial executive name is Sachin Mishra, Contact Number [protected], I'm clearly said him please do not start the service because having some financial problem, but after 3 days he started the service and deduct amount from account against June month and same deduction in July'20 month & after deduction i called him for refund but he said call on justdial number, but from justdial they didn't stop the service.

Kindly help me because no one helping from justdial.

I got TCI express courier number from just dial in Delhi area. Then I contacted with given number at just dial web page. He told me that we need to register mobile number with APP. So he send me the links to register. He told me to filled 5 rupee in second column and fill UPI pin for 5 rs. transaction. I denied him to do that. he convinced me that we are registered company from Just dial company and they verified our document before register address and mobile numbers as display shows. I know that thing very well that just dial platform is a big platform to find out solution and they can not register any one number on display section. After complete that app details, automatically 5000 rs deduct from my account.
I don''t know what was that and that happened just because of just dial platform. you provide all information to customer. Now its your responsibility to sort it out at your end.

My number still reflects in my old company's listing on justdail. I told many reps. To get it updated, they say they will do it but don't do it.

We initiated a banner advertisement on justdial for our Medhop Senior Day care centre Calicut. Justdial calicut Executive Mr. Dijil gave us lot of false promises regarding advertising in justdial and took our payment cheques of company Medobeba Health Ventures Pvt Ltd on the month of Jan 2020 and later on we didnt get him back. After three month continued calls he picked our call and stated he will correct it immediately. Later on the month of june-2020 we connected with just dial manager contact no: [protected] regarding the complaint and he stated will correct it immediately. We have requested Refund of our complete Amount to him as service not initiated yet. Right now this manager is not picking calls. We would like to put infront this problem for immediate solutions with responsible persons. Calicut justdial team is playing fraud with clients and need your immediate response.

Under instructions from I am K. Dhineshbabu S/o S.Kumaresan at SRI SAI DIGITALS, No, 293, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai-600119. I do hereby issue this notice to you as follows:

1. I have utilised the service of just dial from 2017. I made the payment of Rs.4, 125/-from my cash credit account through ECS till date.
2. Because of the pandemic situation due to COVID19 there is so much loss of business. From March 2020 I am suffering a lot because of loss in the business and from my cash credit account with effect of ECS the money have been deducted to your account in this pandemic situation.
3. In the beginning of March itself I informed many times to stop taking payment from my CC account but the amount have been keeping on debited from my cash credit account without my knowledge .
4. I informed for the stop payment of ECS. But you are threatening that you will be taking three months of ECS as notice period which is clearly giving me a lot of mental agony in this pandemic situation as I am already in a depression due to loss in the business.
5. Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble High Court have been created for the wellness of people. But you are giving lot of mental agony because of your unlawful act which is against court of law and Government rules.
6. I am already suffering a lot due to the loss of business for the past five months adding to that your giving me lot of threatening and use of abusive language to stop the payment of ECS.
Therefore I hereby call upon you to do your duty with your responsibility and take necessary action to Cancel the ECS within a week, and I want you to pay Rs.10, 00, 000/- ( Rupees Ten Lakh Only) as the compensation for causing mental agony and my professional loss due to your improper servicefailing which, appropriate legal action will be initiated against you and holding you liable for the costs and consequences thereof.

I was getting calls from Loan brokers, Trademark consultants and even from massage parlours saying I submitted an enquiry form, which I clearly didn't.

Getting a lot of calls and its very disturbing.

I want to bring your attention regarding to fraud and threatening, i am living in delhi old kondli area, i booked a logistic company on 27 june (Airgo packers and movers dwarka delhi) to shift my household stuff. I just called them for update but no one picked the call, after sometime his staff member deepak called and threatened me, now they are refusing to give my stuff back, these people are goons and bunch of frauds. However initially amount was 12 thousand mutually agreed by both side now they are asking extra money, i have already paid 70 percent of amount which was discussed during the booking, now they are threatening to not to give my stuff back and stuff value is around ninety thousand. They are not ready to give my stuff back and saying whatever you want you can do, they do not have any fear of government, police or law, kindly listen the attached call recording how they are threatening.

Kindly take strict action such a people and company otherwise many people will be victim of this company even whole staff is fraud, see the just dial people review, attached screenshots, recording of threatening, discussed amount whats-app chat,. Kindly do needful so i can get back my stuff, these people are modern thief's who are running gang and looting, harassing the many customers. I dont know why they are not delivery the stuff after getting the 70 percent amount. I told them ready to pay 30 percent of amount after the delivery as per the discussion but they are refusing to give my back my stuff.

Dear sir,
We are facing issues with our just dial listing. Please call me back so that i can discuss it with you. I tried many times but no response. Your employees are also not responding to my calls.

I am operating a website with url, accomodationdehradun.com; which is backed by justdial and is a website which provides information regarding my properties for rent. I was facing some issues while operating the website so i called up the customer service for an assistance call for my assistance on 7/17/2020 and i had a long talk with the executive who told me about about the assistance call and so i booked it for 7/18/2020 at 4:00 pm and i was informed that someone named divya would call. I waited for the call, arranged the anydesk app as stated by the executive. When i called back to enquire about the call, i was told that there was no such registration for my assistance call and i have to wait for 24-48 hours again. I had made myself free specially for this call and had to cancel all my meetings but i was given no good service and which has made me rather disappointed. I hope quick action regarding this complain will be taken.

I complaint against moga package and movers which is in pune, they dont pick the call not the bother, even justdail is not supporting.

They charged me for support and help for any concern related to website.
But after 1 year when i raise tkt for help all customer support not given 2 min to help me they said call you back but no on called me till now also it seems like i am scammed by jdomni.
App running very slow, some feature having bugs need help to setup billing printer and some more issues. But there is no one who can support.
It seems just dial scam clients by jdomni.

Hi, justdial is a fraud company to loot customers money. I have asked them to cancel ecs as i don't want to use their services but they are not responding and not cancelling ecs. Due to this every month they are deducting money from my bank account. They are squeeze your blood in the form of money.

Please consider this as a petition to charge against justdial fraud.

Hi team,
We have taken annual package.
Since last 3 months I am calling, mailing Justdial team for stopping my ECS..but they are so fraud and cheaters that they keep deducting it on the same dates and in few month it got bounced which overall affected my credit score as well my bouncing charges incurred by my bank.
Now when I mailed them for stopping my ECS, they replied that they tried me multiple times for verification to stop ECS but my number was not available.. they actually making fool of everyone and trying to extort money from the business already hampered by COVID-19.
Even from this it's not resolve will file a legal case against them and will take all the money they debited as well the bank charges from them.

You #s and your all employees are super #s that they inspite of my denial of lodging pdc of annual contract they did it just to achieve their targets. Shame on you people, you want to loot money from your customers. The only thing that forced me to stop my annual contract was financial problems. I am in mental steess with the stupidity of your employees in indore especially relationshp manager, himanshu choudhary. Fire this # he's the main culprit who did this # and spoiling just dial image. Stop my annual contract even if 4 months are only gone, i didnot like your service and very unsatisfied. I will convey your negative image to every person i know.
