I was been deducted money in the month of april 2020 when there is a complete lockdown so i didn't maintain balance in the may 2020 but then cheque was bounce and the cheque bounce penaly is around 2900rs for the cheque amount of 3540. This is unfair from the justdial company for the customers. Justdail should give service and charge money not like this, charging money from the customers else cheque will be bounced, doing like thi in the lockdown period and giving pain & struggle to the customer. So, justdial company should earn money from the customer but the customer should lose money or cheque bounce will happen. Really, the company management didn't think about the customers whom becuase you are earning money. Becuase of your unfair policies i lost money and cheque bounce will be reflected in cibil history which means becuase i availed service with justdail my cibil report is collapsed but justdial is enjoying with customers money in lockdown period

One of the justdial listing Dheeraj production house(Andheri west, Mumbai) has been using my number as their business contact number. I am getting call on behalf of Dheeraj production house which is irritating now. I have complained justdial many times but had no resolution. I don't own Dheeraj production house or I havn't listed it with my number on it, I don't know the people is. It feels scam with my number on it. Kindly request justdial to pls remove my number from their listing or else I have to look for legal option for it.

Just dial policies are fraud and company customer department people are worst
Now i want to complain consumer forum and give petitions where it will be relevant against the fraud against the company
If i didnt get my money back from just dial i have called jd team in between 17 nov to 23 nov 2019 for cancelling the contract means just stop the my ecs deduction as well as i mailed the things on [protected]@justdial.com

But got call from the team that deactivation will be effective after 90 days.
That is not told by your manager at the time of the paid registering with you. The just focusing the convincing to take the paid plan. Nothing tell about the termination conditions and process
They told anytime you can deactivate the ecs deduction.

1 but at time of termination the ecs deducting company is asking for three month notice... Why?
2 even mailed in the november month regarding the deactivate the ecs then it must be deactivated in feb -2020 month
3 company have cheated the people at the time of termination the agreement. Are our an employee so we should serve the 3 month notice to you. And even registering the request verbally and mailing the stop requesting on mail you people manipulating us.

Anyways we believe on media power and having the faith on constitution.

As per government policies, there had been lockdown all over the country and business (Gajanan decorators and florist) was shut from end of march i. E the start of our deal with just dial. We already requested the team to freeze our services at the earliest, still 5 payments have been deducted from us within a period of 3 months. (Double payments were deducted in march i. E 21st and 27th), april 6th, may 5th, june 5th.
Kindly explain as why have these payments deducted when the conversation was clearly to transfer the payment or freeze the contract.
We have been in contact with one of your executive mr. Pravin pahadiya[protected], and clearly he said the contract has been freezed and there will be no further deduction.

Also we have been calling customer care regarding the cancellation of ecs as soon as possible still there is no response from the just dial team neither from your executive as it shows that the executive hasn't been responding nor answering calls to clear our queries.

We need a refund for the same as our business is not listed amongst essential services so it had to be kept closed until government permitted us to officially open again which since the start had been conveyed to your executive and we were assured that no further payment will be deducted until we conveyed that our business has begun again. And multiple request were also made on mail to freeze the contract at the moment.

Attached herewith are the snapshots of our conversation with your executive pravin and mails with just dial team.

Kindly address the same so that we more proofs i. E invoices about the same can be shared.

I have called to just dial on 11/06/2020 for phone pe customer care, they provided a fraudsters number which is ([protected]) who has transferred my inr 39414 from my account through phone pe without my permission.

I need the compensation against this fraud happened due to just dial misguiding.

On 9th jun i received a msg that rs 10000 has been paid through jd payment gateway and asked to upload invoice as it was a booking amount for the marriage on september 5 2020
Invoice couldn't be raised as there is chance of cancellation n it is only booking amount i raised this issue with them but did not receive any response so i uploaded receipt which was rejected then again i uploaded tax invoice which was also rejected either they should transfer the amount or refund it to the client they do nither just sitting on the money which is not theirs

This is to inform you that our restaurant (Kinara grand himayathnagar, hyderabad) is being closed in the month of february'2020 and the same has been informed to you over the phone to deactivate the justdail services and also stop the ecs of rs. 2247 + tax 112 with immediate effect.

Since ever the concerned payment is being deducted from our account for the past 4 months, so pls do the needful int his reg and stop the amount clearance from our bank account.

I found out fake listening of shashi wines on justdial website. The landline number appear to be right however what's app number is money scammer. They created below fake account to scam people using online payments.

They don't deliver but asks to pay via google pay/phone pay. The shop owner have no idea about such duplicate listing.

I enrolled in monthly subscription for service with just dial but i didn't even got 1% of enquiry or service benefit from them and every time i call them they do not listen and ignore the problem

I am a yoga studio owner. Since march, we are shut due to covid. Still jd was collecting ecs. I applied for stopping it and got reply mail, that it will be stopped only for june. But still they cut my ecs. Pooja mozar was handling this issue. When i placed a customer care complaint, i got an arrogant call back, who not just was clueless but so arrogant as to say"go and do whatever you want". " go and complain anywhere.
Pathetic and horrible experience. Looting people in difficult times.

We are from nisarga costumes registered registered with just dial. Getting continuous calls through justdial from [protected]. Talking in urdu, not responding to any other language. Speaking fowl words and shouting at me. Will complaint to the police if the same repeats. Plz check who is creating such a nuisance.

Our company aams creative education pvt ltd, registered 1-year plan, the end date is up to june 2020 and the final ecs date is march 2020. On february 2020 through telephonic conversation with relationship executive mahalakshmi
To cancel the plan due to fake leads last 1 year.

After requesting also they debiting ecs amount from my account without any
Information. Continuously trying to reach customer care last 2 months but there is no response and also one of the executives mentioned there is no option to refund the ecs amount in just dial.

I have registered on just dial service as dietitian in month of november 2019.

For that i have issued cheque for ecs and an amount of two months extra.in lieu of that a certain number of confirmed leads was committed.

Not even for a single month the leads provided to me was anywhere near to the committed numbers. I have called multiple time to the representative who enrolled me to just dial (Mr. Krishna : +91-[protected]). He doesn't bother to take calls and once after months was able to speak to him, he was least cooperative and didn't heed to my complaints.

I have called multiple times on [protected] and spoke to customer care executives. Every time i raised complaint to stop the services and only reply was that they have taken my complaint and will revert within 48 hours. Not even once there was any reply from just dial.

Every month money is deducted from my account even after complaining for so many times. I have not received any leads from just dial and money gets deducted. I called bank to stop the payments to just dial but bank says it is possible when they receive noc from just dial. Called just dial to provide noc then again same reply of customer care that they will revert within next 48 hours.

Just dial is only cheating, nothing else. I am going to visit bank as well as file a complaint with consumer court. This cheating is pathetic.

Just dial has become synonymous to loot mafia or dacoit during pandemic corona time. I have and education institute listing in just dial, which i want temporarily to be stopped because government of india has not allowed us to operate during pandemic corona time.
But they are not at all listening to their customers and doing their on way.
I am not permitting anu ecs right now and neither i am liable to pay anything during this time

Bad experience with jd pay service if justdail...

My customer pay me 4 days before. But till today we have not received the amount, also the said amount already debited from customer account.
Customer support for jd pay is also worst service i have ever seen.
There is no support from just dail customer executive.
I call number of times but not one guide me. I was stuck.

I himanshu ahuja, complain regarding the fees deducted by justdial.com during lockdown, as the agent from which we have being served by several years has clearly promised us that there will be no fees will be deducted from account during this lockdown. But still we have seen our statement that all the amount is deducted on there fixed dates. Now they are directly saying that "if you don't want to get charged by us then stop your service in justdial.com" these are clear words from there complaining head department.

I have 2 registered businesses with just dial from jabalpur madhya pradesh
Dream zone and livewire, as evident that from 22nd march 2020 central govt. Has closed down the institutions and still its closed.
But just dial is continuously hitting my account for ecs multiple times in a day and week, due to which my account on hdfc has forced me a penalty of 15000 rs, in this pandemic time just dial has neither asked me any permission to continue it's services through mail, call or any message. Now who will ne responsible for those bounce charges.

I have clearly mailed them to stop my ecs contract now, i don't want any further ecs attempt till my next instructions.
