Sir, on 26.4.2020 due to lockdown, i made a payment of 708 to maitri livelihood pvt services kolkata limited through just dial..I received a confirmatory message in my mobile along with transaction id..The money was deducted from my bank account and was also confirmed..But maitri livelihood services stated they have not received any money through just dial and they have sent all transaction till date..The transaction id is BPB4B7G6..kindly look into the matter at the earliest and inform me

I have their service from last three years, they charge for it monthly rs. 1181/- and from last five month they charging rs. 3600 /-. As lock down going on in country i told them to stop their service till lock down over, but as i seen every month my bank account got penalized as cheque bounce charges. So i talk to their sales area manager of nashik (Maharashtra) he assured me that he will stop their monthly charges and stop their service till lock down but as i seen till today 29 may 2020 they never stop their monthly charges and my account continuously penalized and now they told me that they are unable to stop their service

Maine 27 march 2020 ko 2 month ka down payment kiya hain. Lakin mujhe package/service 2 month keliye nahi mila hain. Sirf 1 month 10 din keliye valid hain

I am writing this email to raise my concerns on my just dial advertisement and enclosed herewith the copy of agreement; during initial conversations, i was informed by your marketing agent that our company will be advertised for 12 months package for rs.12, 000/- including gst. Expecting the same i had opted my subscription but lately realized our advertisements were stopped within 10 months. While claiming my impending service for another two months i’m not receiving any convincing response/ justification from your staff; i’m keen to renew my service once settled with ongoing challenges & i had spoken about this with your employees several times, nonetheless i wasn't given any response. Looking forward for your prompt action by completing the stipulated service as agreed.

I own a event management company and i had registered my business with just dial as one of their sales executive told me that i will get new business leads per day till one year so i gave him a cheque of rs 5000 and he said 1500 rs will be deducted from my account for one year. Now its been 4 months and just dial is taking 1500 per month from my account but the worst part is i have not received a single lead from their side, leads i am getting are also some vendors and they just want to promote their business. I called to just dial customer care but they said they can not do anything, i called to that sales executive from whom i taken this plan but he said its not possible to cancel or stop this ecs before one year.

Now my problem is my business is closed due to corona virus and i am not able to pay the ecs amount but still they are refusing to stop my ecs payment. I have not received any proper business lead from just dial till now but no one is there to listen my issues and problems. Customer care says that you will receive a call from our team but after many attempts there is no call or message from just dial.

I request please someone help me in this issue, just dial is making fool around and they are big time fraud.

This is very sad that all people from bokaro (Jharkhand) are contacting me and complaining me as they got my phone number from just dial app. Someone has listed my no. As symphony customer care number. I got 20-30 calls per day due this and having trouble. Please it is a request to you to remove my no. And change the number from there. My no. Which is listed on it is [protected]. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I am also attaching a file for your reference of just dial.

I want to remove my account

I ordered through site besafekit.in of hindustan chemicals, varoda for one besafekit vide order no 2404 on 5th april 20 which could not be delivered by the company till 23rd april. I remained in touch with company through their chat portal and i was informed by them that items could not delivered as no service available to my pin code. And i can cancle the order. On 23rd i cancelled the same vide ref 5549. Their chat system is showing the cancellation as approved. Till them i approached them on their chat portal for refund money but i received no reply except dt 3rd may massage informing process of repayment. A period of more than 30 daya has lapsed but there is no progress, even no reply to our communication is being replied through their chat system. It seems that the party is befooling the individuals through site and a big fraud with small individual customers is being done by the company.
I expect from jd to become helpful to resolve the grievances faced by the individual customers of the company. I can provide screen shots of all the communication made with the company if desired. Please help.

Dear sir,

We are registered member of justdial and paying rs.2950/- every month since 2018.

Because of this corona, our office was closed before 2 months and we are education provider so i don’t think, the classes will be started soon. So i requested justdial executive whose name is bhavesh who had registered me in justdial that to stop my ecs until the situation will be better but he didn’t do that and one instalment was deducted from my account last month. We don’t have money for basic expenses so how can we pay and also in this lockdown there is no need of advertisement service.
After that he asked me to send an email then i sent him an email again to stop my ecs but he said i have forwarded your email and next month it would be stooped.
I have no enough amount in my account and ecs continuously hits my account so my credit will be spoiled in the bank.

I also complained on customer care number twice but he didn’t do anything and he didn’t even give me complain number. He said that the company doesn’t have enough staff so we can’t stop it so where should we go to stop the service.

When the company wants business from us, company gives us all commitments and now in this difficult situation they don’t even answer their customer properly.

I, kindly request you to take necessary steps as soon as possible.

I am the travel agent in kanpur, we do packages and hotel booking, we have package from last 2 years, just now after lockdown, i raise the request to stop my package, they refused and said package can't be stop. Govt has also closed hotels and resorts, now there is no need of package for some time, i request them to stop my contract, but they refused, and debit the payment from my account, they charged the payment for lockdown period, without giving services i am requested to everyone, pl dont take package from jd

मेरा at post donje, pune, maharashtra मे forest park resto farm नाम से छोटासा रिसॉर्ट है, इसके अंतर्गत मैने आपके कंपनी के साथ करार किया था, उस वक्त आपके प्रतिनिधी ने रु 13126/-ऍडव्हान्स का चेक लिया था, ये कह के की आप अगर ecs भर भी नही पाते तो भी इस ऍडव्हान्स रक्कम से आप के कंपनी का position डाउन नही होता. आज से 4 महिने पहले ये ecs मैने बंद करना चाहा तो आप के प्रतिनिधी ने बताया की 90 दिन का लॉकिंग पिरियड होता है, ये बात हमे रजिस्ट्रेशन के वक्त बताई गयी नही थी. इस लॉक डाउन पिरियड मे 3महिने से मेरा rs 4375/-का ecs कट हो रहा है जब की पुरा business चौपट हो गया है.जब की मेरे rs 13126/- रुपये आप के पास deposit हैं.इस तरह आप लूट रहे हैं.कृपया आप मेरा deposit मेरे अकाउंट मे जमा करे.

I registered my self on justdial on 14th feb. After this lockdown and all they said they will return the amount as i m not getting service and i told to stop ecs also and they said yes. After all that it has been above 1 month that person now dont receive my call and even not reply on mail. I have complained on [protected] but they use to say u will get a call in 24 hours, that not happen. Please resolve my problem.

Hello team, my friend had raised a request to cancel registration and he paid the final due amount and he tried settling the accounts but he is still getting invoices from just dial.

A guy named prashanth m with the mobile number [protected] is making a fraud business of selling netflix accounts for cheaper rates! But it is even fake as the accounts get logged out within 10days of login! He alrdy done this thousands of people! I heard about this from many people so i investigated and got the conclusion of true face!! He doing fake business for sure

Hi team, i just called to that transportation company to ship my personal goods via omveer transport services, they asked me to send address so, i have shared those details later they asked me to sent money through online banking. Firstly they requested for partial payment which we have agreed for. Later they called and request to complete payment. So after that they stopped answering my calls and they have blocked me on whatsapp too. So please take necessary actions on that company and please cancel permissions to run their business as the company seem to established for fraud activities.

It is informed that i am a regular customer of just dial and during lock-down i have freeze my service an executive informed that send again stopping service mail. I made the same but they have not responded it because lock down has start for every one. But just dial has used my 80000/- rs within 2 month tell the solution or refund it.

I am nagesh badgujar, i registered my business on just dial in mid january 2020. As per the executive who visited me (Named sagar),
Told me that, i can avail the facility (Get enquiries) for a monthly payment of 1898/-, and i paid him advance for 3 months which is 5600/-.

I trust him, and allowed the monthly deduction from my bank account. The executive told me that you can stop the monthly payment and de-register

I started getting enquiries.

Later in april 2020, my business shut down due to coronovirus pandemic and i didn't have any money.
So i called just dial customer care and requested him to close my busiess and stop my monthly deduction.
They told me you will get callback from our executive and it will be stopped. They didn't called me back, and the ecs has bounced on may 2020 (Becuase i dont have money in my account).
I called the customer care several times and they didn't called me back and even stopped the deduction, i am feeling cheated by their executive and the justdial company.

I just want to close my monthly deduction and i don't need any leads.

Have given previously complaint regarding inefficient patient booking problems and also I was reniwed for 2 yrs and also was promised a 6 month extra tenure, since I was not getting any bookings for the 1st 8mon ...
