    Came and told us about justdial and told to take monthly service from them and if found not fruitful or any lead is not generated then i can stop the service.
    No lead came and shockingly after deducting the first amount a 2nd amount got deducted and when i complained to customer care, justdial told that it is ecs. It happened on 1st march 2020.

    I was not informed about it and why they have put ecs automatically without my consent.
    When asked to stop the service and. Stop the ecs fraud charges, they said it cannot be done and after a year i have to mail them and after 3 months post 1year they may stop the ecs.

    I simply do not want such fraud company to take away my money and i mailed them as well to stop all service and remove my listing from their site as well.
    Within 2 months 3 payments got deducted from my credit card and they r not providing invoice also.

    I humbly request that you please take action and make the ecs payment stopped by justdial and prevent them to misuse and cheat customers like this.

            I have given a request of stopping my ecs in month of november 2019 and as discussed on given details ecs was about to stop. Due to corona virus there are hardly any queries coming since last 3-4 months. Means you can only get we are not getting any income. But just dial is just taking money from our pockets even if there is any query or no. Also again an ecs has been deducted even on telling us that ecs wont be deducted after 2 successful transactions. But still the 3rd ecs was deducted. What is this money looting all about? Or is it just dials systems flawed?

              I was shocked to go through my father’s personal bank account statement, where for the last 6 years, starting june 2014 unauthorised charges of around rs. 5, 000 are being deducted every month, till date., ie. 71 debits of around rs. 5, 000 each. The narration of such transaction is ecs just dialb.

              I remember the sales executive of justdial bangalore come in to our office in june 2014, and offered a trial period where just dial would generate leads for my business. After the trial, if i was satisfied, i would renew the services. Post completion of trial period, the sales person from justdial kept harassing us to renew the leads services, but i strictly declined, and requested them not to follow-up. The quality of their services and quality of leads generated was appalling, to say the least, and did not meet the requirements of my business.in fact, the leads generated were useless and not as what was promised to us by the sales executive. Hence, due to utter dissatisfaction with their services, i decided not to renew the contract, and told them to stop serving us after the trial period has ended.

              However, to our shock, little did i observe my statement all these years that rs. 5000 was being debited every month! The narration by the bank in the statement is so confusing, that it is very difficult to make out it is of just dial. Also, the bank (Hdfc) did not send us the sms each time these amounts were being debited. I wonder why

              I see many more such identical complaints against just dial by small and medium size businesses. Clearly, it’s a pattern and ploy they have developed over these years to cheat their trusting and vulnerable customers.

              My father is a patient, and a senior citizen. He cannot monitor his bank statement every month, especially when it has such confusing narrations. Justdial has acted unscrupulous in treating its senior citizen customer, by debiting his personal account unauthorizedly, and not providing the promised services.

              To my bigger shock, when i did a search on justdial.com for the industry in which our company does business, we did not see a premium listing of our company. It was 20th in the list. And what is even more utterly shocking, is that the contact number mentioned on justdial for our company does not belong to us! They have put another unknown number, who must be leveraging off our brand. Last but not least this company was shut 2 years back, and just dial is still debiting our personal account.

              This looks like a complete fraud by justdial. I am still not sure, if hdfc bank has connived with justdial to commit this fraud on its loyal customers. However, there are frightful articles on the internet, showing hdfc colluding with justdial in debiting unauthorised charges to its customers. When i called up our hdfc bank branch and asked them to stop this ecs facility, they declined saying that only justdial can put a stop. And who do we contact in justdial? How do we identify our account? What name do we say? I called up justdial. The lady said some higher-up will call me, till now no one has called.

              Since this is a clear unauthorised ecs charge every month for the last 6 years, i would like the following from just dial

              1. Immediately stop the ecs mandate
              2. Refund the entire amount paid to them since the month of june 2014, as all the ecs debits are fraud, and un-authorized. Even when the balance in my account was not sufficient, ecs bounce charges were charged by the bank - justdial needs to make good these charges as well!
              3. An annualised lost interest @ 18% on the total due amounts till date.

              If justdial doesn’t comply with the above by the end of this month, i will file a criminal complaint with the police, and take all the necessary legal action against just dial. And will put up this fraudulent action against so many of their customers, on social media.

              I hope for a speedy resolution and early refund of all our money.

Give me a real email address to write on, preferably give me a number to call on - and not 2333333, but the number of a senior executive who can review this case.

                  The contact number listed in just dial of big bazaar is fraud number. Please be aware of big bazaar number [protected]... They take order n then ask to pay delivery charges rs 20 by google pay... Ask to click link n submit upi number... Its fraud.. Directly money is deducted from ur account... I lost 300 rs fortunately had withdrew all cash n had minimum balance in account... I dont want others to be cheated and fooled like me

                        Hello.
                        This is to inform that on 14th march 2020 ms priya and one of her justdial manager had visited us (Travelogue-boutique) insisting us to allow them to serve us.
                        We were reluctant as our previous experiences with marketing companies (Exporter india) was not good.
                        They insisted us and we accepted their request of going for a one month trial. To which they requested us to give them time for a month and half. We said to they that we shall make payment by cash only and paid them 2300/- (Approx) which they accepted. There after they asked for a picture of a blank cancelled cheque. We sent them the cheque two days later.
                        The month of march passed away and lockdown came into existence.
                        We received an sms from our bank for a transaction of 2300/- (Approx) we immediately called up ms priya and she said that she is not aware of what was happening and that she can attend to our grievance only after the lockdown is lifted and for the time being she asked my to withdraw the balances from my account to be on the safe side. On the 13th of april i received the sms stating that my account has been debited. We were annoyed and tried contacting both ms priya and her manager but to no avail as non of them were receiving our call. We straightaway contacted our bank and they after checking with themselves stated us to go for a general diary as this is clear case of fraud.
                        We requested them to kindly block our account so that further amount is not debited.
                        Now we want to question justdial, we are not writing this for a refund, that you keep, we want justice as we were very much reluctant to join with any marketing platform but only on their request and good gesture we kept aside our issues with our previous marketer.
                        This is pure case of fraud from justdial and we dont want to put this to social media and get sympathy we only want justice. And we look forward to that.

                              Good evening iam md salman owner salman enterprises i using just dial since 2010 in just dial i sign contract on 17/12/2019 and paid 28538/- through online PG REFRENCE NO: [protected] and i gave my axis bank account details for ecs mandate and said him to stop 2 month ecs jan and feb my ecs was going to start from march 5 i used to get msg before 3 days from just dial about ecs this time i dint get any msg on 5 every month i check no amount debited from my axis account i send mail to just dial for ecs i dint receive any reply or call from just dial. I received message from my SBI bank for ecs fail charge 290 rs i cross check and went to just dial he said ur ecs has bounced and ur services has stopped then i ask him i dint submit SBI details how u people send ecs to my SBI account he said were having ur SBI details which you have submitted that details without my permission and not informing me they submitted SBI details for monthly ecs.i asked him now what i should do he said u have to pay 15275 and service will get start 1st he send me 2000 rs link i paid on 12/03/2020 PG REFRENCE NO: [protected] i asked 2000 for what he said penality charges again he send me link i paid 15275 through online on 17/03/2020 PG REFRENCE NO:[protected] i ask him when my service will start he said u have to sign contract and after he said me 1st ecs will hit in 10 days. I said him i dont wont to sign new contract i want to continue will old contract that's why i paid 15275 he said your old contract is cancelled and ur position released i said him u have to inform me this before paying money and ask him to refund he said i cant do anything go to office and meet ecs dept i went just dial office begumpet hyderabad on 18/03/2020 and met with ecs dept lady she said me we cannot refund ur amount. She said after 10 days 1st ecs u have to clear then april 5 monthly ecs. I was worried and i was not having any way because that man deepak make me fool i paid 15275 and not getting refund.then i said i dont have money to clear 1st ecs and i said to stop my april ecs i will pay from may 5th 2020 she said u will get service till may 5 i[censored] not clear ecs on may 5th 2020 u service will get stop i agreed then she agreed too and i sign on ecs mandate and gave SBI details my service started on 18/03/2020. After that 22/03/2020 Janta Curfew started after that lockdown continue from 18/03/2020 till today i received only 18 leads from just dial and i check my details in just dial page my details are not visible i send mail to [protected]@justdial.com on 18/04/2020 till today i dint received any mail nor call from just dial today 6:51 pm deepak msg me for payment of april i ask him i received on 18 leads he is saying now just dial charging daily charges he was saying atleast u have to inform just dial to freeze ur account then ur amount will not charge and i ask him this just dial making me fool i said him i will put case on just dial he said go with it and put mail to just dial that u will put case.iam very torchered with this just dial ### only for 18 leads they charge 15275 + 2000 penality charge i want my money back or else i will committe suicide responsible will be just dial hyderabad begumpet

                                I got the contact details from just dial, i have faced a fraud transition of rs 46, 699.72 on 19th april 2020 at 8:00pm. I got online details of vipasha wines (Cbd belapur, sec-15) from google bearing contact number : +[protected], pursing to which i asked him to deliver me following alcohol (3 ballentine’s & 2 royal stag, total amounting to rs 6700) and same was agreed by concerned person upon condition pf pre-payment on google pay.in order to execute the pre-payment, the said person shared his contact no being: +91-[protected]. Now i made necessary payment of 6700 rs to the google pay account (+91-[protected], upi transition id:[protected] from:[protected]@okhdfcbank), after this was done, he said person sent me qr code, which i had to scan the same on g-pay app to register the said transition on his swipe machine. He sends me qr code and he guided me to scan the same and register same via google pay. The app t asked for my upi details which i entered, and it debited an amount of rs 19999.86 from my account (Upi transition id:[protected] from: [protected]@okhdfcbank to: [protected]@myicici).
                                I asked him that the amount has been debited from my account, which he said was mistakenly and he will initiate a refund for same & again sent me another qr code. I scanned same again now as my account was low on balance it didn’t allow me to process the qr. On further talking with him, he asked if i have any other g-pay account so the refund can be processed, so i gave my friend’s account (Nitesh agrawal contact no:+91-[protected]) and we scanned the qr code which resulted in further debiting of rs 19999.86 from my friend account (Upi id:[protected] from: [protected]@okhdfcbank to:[protected]@myicici).
                                I asked said person, that total of amount rs 46, 699.72 (6700 initial google pay+19999.86 (Again while registering) +19999.86 (From my friend account while refunding), he informed me that cancelled the transition and amount will be credited to respective account in 24hrs. Yesterday morning (20th april 2020), i called both the contact number again (+[protected], +91-[protected]) and he asked me to give credit card details, with cvv and expiry date. I replied i don’t have any credit card on which he further acknowledges that if you don’t have a credit card payment will not be refunded and money is gone.
                                The above said transition clearly indicates that i and my friend have been cheated upon by the said person. The same person has not only cheated me but also must be cheating other individuals in the city. Therefore, i request your authority to take necessary legal action, to stop further such cheating on people and to do bring justice to people who have been cheated like me and my friend.

                                  I have discussed for my trip and finalized with all my demands and tour operator confirmed on it. For finalisation, Tour Operator demands 50% advance which I have transferred.
                                  As I demanded tour operator has not given booking after taking 50% (Rs. 23000) advance. After so many trouble operators given only one booking. I have continued fall up for to send hotel bookings but operator has not given and started to give fraud booking which I have confirmed with hotel.
                                  As tour date come close tour operator stop receiving calls and stop giving answer hence i have mailed to cancel the tour and return the money.
                                  I have told to complain to police for such case at that time operator told to return back my money but Till date tour operator has not refunded my money. Request you to please help to get back my money and not answering call or messages.

Just dial ne kaha apko sirf domain lena hai baaki sab hmari taraf se rahega. Mere pass recording b hai just dial ki jisme inhone commitment kia hai.

                                        This is ganesh from aurangabad, and my business name is gk financial services, and i had already registered request on jan 2020 for stop ach due to my business closed since 4months

                                        But till ach not stoped and when i am try to customer care they told me daily we have arrange call from customer support department since last 7 days, bit till i didn't receive any call so i request you stop ach,

                                        And call me back urgently.

                                        Now i am very frustrated to your services, in case not solved this issue urgent basis i will be taking action from you

                                        Today i got call from sonal gole, she told me your 1year subscription is not end,

                                        But my business closed from since 5months

                                        Already i registered request for stop ach on january on that time she told me we will stop ach after march clearance, but today she told me lie, i have call recording on january witch she told me ach stop after 90 days and march clearance
