I have taken justdial subscription last year on 8th december, 2019 in name of h n & company chartered accountants for 1 year. Mr. Kuldeep singh (Sales manager) visited my premises and forced me to take justdial package for which i made payment of inr 30, 000 approx. While discussing package mr. Kuldeep assured me that i will definitely get 3-5 leads per day out of which atleast 85% would be genuine calls. He further told me in case you get...

My ecs is running in jusdial but justdial is still deducting my ECS in this corona vIrus period, india is in cerfew period and jusdial is deducting my ECS, help us to negotiate in ecs till virus stop

I'm sudharshan from bangalore who has a listing in the name of si architectural designers, mobile number [protected], due to lockdown few days back received a call from some one in just dial stating as the country is under lockdown there will be no charges for the month of april 2020, however today morning received a message stating the deduction have been made, what's with the deduction i need answer on this or else please don't make me go the legal way,

Hi, i have purchased website and banner for 2 moths and given cheque payment rs 1650 (Ch no. 22182) and rs 3540 (Ch. No. - 22180) and which has cleared. Also ecs will be not done as communicated your represenataive mr ranesh rathod (M - [protected]) pune - just dial repres.). Also i have informed cancelled the contract due to corona issue by mail dt. 30.03.20. I will think affter 4-5 month when situation is in control and reguler the business and evn not activate the service also. Also mail on 30.3.20to pune div. And your custmer care no is swift off also. Even ecs has deducted rs 825 on dt. 31.03.20 without any service and communication. Therefore by looking it just dial is cheating to me that payment has taken without service in lockdown period.
So i have cancelled the contract and request on return the payment. But this person not pick up my phone call of just dial perosn mr ranesh rathod (M - [protected]) and not received reply on this issue which terrible.
Kindly look into and cancel the contract and return the payment.

Listening the reputation of just dial in the market as a businessman i also thought to grow my business through just dial and caleed an executive. He came and took three payments advance from me as a check for the month of march
April and
May
And told that further 708/- will deduct automatically (Ecs) from my bank

Now my account is supposed to deduct 708/- committed amount in the committed month of june.
Instead of june what happened 708/- was deducted in the same month
(March). How could this happen.

These are the guys who are 100% responsible for spoiling the relations between the customer and just dial.

Otherwise no reason that a customer like me is continuously mailing just dial for the last whole weak.
I joined hands with just dial to grow my business not to spoil my relations with just dial.

Khemaram suthar from dfine plus surat. I am registered customer in justdial. My shop closed in january 2020.
In march 2019 i have taken the 1 year plan ecs plan for 8500 in which 3 months ecs i have paid in advance. According to rule my last ecs in december and plan should be continue till february. But still my ecs continue without informing me. When i call customer care the said you should submit request and it will stop in 90 days.
I requested on 16 january2020 and 90 days completing on 15 april 2020. My last ecs already deducted in advance on 16 march 2020.
They are already charged me for extra 3 months service.
From there behavior i don't think so the stop my subscription plz help me. Because i am paying for my business which is not even exist.

I have been promised a first page listing in justdial for keyword search garia tutorials by one of your executives and she sent me a link to pay. After payment i find that my listing genius grades classes do not come in first page when someone searches tutorials garia or garia tutorials. When i challenged her she asked me to talk to customer support saying that her role is to sale for the company. Her no is [protected].

Just dial is using my numbers without my permission. People are calling on that numbers and disturbing me and my father. After this issue i contacted justdial over phone they suggested me to edit the listing as my phone number was there they told me just login and edit the listing. As per their instruction i edited the listing but my issue still has not resolved the edit listing option is just a useless feature. It shows the edits would reflect within 48hrs but it never happens. After this i have mailed them many times but each time they give the same reply

Please send this to the company as soon as possible so that they will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am an architect practicing in ahmadabad since 1 year. I have complete my graduation in bachelor of architecture from cept university. I have started working as a freelancer. I have registered my name (Hv architects) with just dial to get inquiry related to planning and designing. I have chose 1 year pack of just dial by paying monthly installments. At that time the agent from just dial (Nikunj patel) told me that if you will not satisfy from our service you can stop the ecs from your bank. I made a mistake by keeping trust on him. I am getting many inquiries but that are not relevant with my business. Just dial is saying to improve my key words, i have done all the thing from my side but nothing work. You can see the type of inquiries that are coming on my attached photo. Till now i have waste my 12000 rupees in just dial scheme without getting single rupee profit. Before 3 month i have gave ecs mandate form to just dial, but they are still deducting my amount. I don't know how to deal with company like just dial. For one month i have not kept any money in my account so i lost my 2500 rs in ecs bounce. Kindly get me out of these situation. I was hopping for my start up business but at now i am stuck in fraud scheme with justdial.

Dear team, i have listed my business one month back on just dial with the name earnax from ajmer rajasthan. My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have made the payment of rs. 1770 for two months service as instructed by your marketing executive.

After 20 days i got payment bounce alert without any notification and i get a payment link from just dial to make payment for ecs bounce then i make payment of rs. 884 and i have paid the penalty of rs. 354 for ecs bounce.

And today on 6th april i got another deduction message of rs 884 agin

So in one month service i have paid four months emi, so please refund my one month ecs amount which is deducted twice

I had enquired on the just dial for the transportation and the minute i enquired i started getting calls from unknown numbers saying they were calling from sharda road lines mumbai and mentioned that they were calling because i enquired from just dial. I wanted truck from baddi to srinagar to ferry medical equipments. The guy also forwarded me the complete gst of sharda road line along with truck details, rc, truck no and license copy as well. After transferring the advance money which they asked looking at the current covid-19 situation they blocked me.

I got the incoming call from +[protected] sharda road line the minute i gave my number on just dial that also means that just dial is the main culprit in promoting all kinds of frauds which are happening in the country. Who will give me the refund? I trusted the number because he mentioned that i had enquired on just dial about the transport. All the documents have been attached. Its a loot done by just dial!!!

There is one more number who quoted the same rate which was half the rate which actual transport charges: ‭+[protected]‬. Beware of such callers!!!

I was in the lift of my building and a representative of just dial was in there with me. I was wearing air pods and he asked me what they were. I said they were earphones. He told me he lives on the floor above me. He said he'd borrow the air pods and return them to my house within an hour. The guard called me after 2 hours saying someone has left something for me in the lobby. I went down assuming they were my air pods and turns out the man had replaced my real air pods with his fake android ones. I got his number and name some how but his number was off. If this isn't irresponsibility and carelessness then i don't know what is. A product worth 15000 was stolen from me by your representative and the agency seems to do nothing about it. You don't even check a persons background or portfolio before hiring them? Get back to me asap.

I have called custmer care many times and the are always talling me taht it will take 3months to stop but after 3 moths i call them they again tell me to wait for more time and not cancelling the ecs

Today i have ordered pedigree for my pets from just dial registered shop named as dog world and adress as bailley road, khajpura, patna, bihar-800014 and the owner of that shop named as harsh kumar. As telephonic discussion with mr harsh, he told that due to covid-19 we delivered only on emergency basis. So if it would emergency then please pay on my mobile no registered over just dial through upi. So we paid rs 1000. After that i didn't deliverd item. On calling, he regret to received and blocked the number. So, i request you to resolve my problem and this type of fraud never happen in future with any one

I have done 2 transaction through jd pay link through the hdfc credit card.. the payment debited from the card. But not yet credited. ( 2100+2100) on 26.03.2020.the first payment transaction id is - BPO4J1Q1.
Another transaction i didn't get any message
