I am ateek singh, have taken 2 month subscription of my company "addictive rhythm" from justdial by relationalship manager "himanshu rai - [protected]" starting from 6th jan to 6th march 2020 only and paid through cheque to mr himanshu and his collegeaue mr lalit of amount 7848/- which has been deducted on 1st jan 2020.
Without my persmission they have deducting ecs amount since 3 months.
1) jan - 3888/-
2) feb -3888/-
3) march - 3888/-
Total - approx 20k has been taken
I have not given any cancelled cheque for ecs or so. Without my knowledge they are deducting amount from my account and on calling mr himanshu, he denied to visit / meet me or provide any solution.
I asked him to send my signed copy for which he refused to provide.
I asked him whats ur senior/ city head name, he responded, "sorry, i forgot and don't know his name". But at time of registration he talked all his seniors to get the deal.
As relationship manager i didnot expect such response from employee of justdial.
I even mailed at "[protected]@justdial.com" its being more 48 hours no revert came back till now.
I called up customercare number in ecs department, "rakhi picked up the call and i told her to stop the services, her response was expectionally as she said i cannot stop ur services, i repeately told her the situation, doesn't want to continue services.
Then also she claimed she cannot stop services.
I asked her to tell me name of your senior or escalate. She denied to tell her senior name nor mail id and even responded"aap so rahe the kya 3 months se".
This is not i accept support to merchant by justdial team.
Really pathetic behaviour.
At the time of my registration i was clearly told by mr himanshu & lalit that u are paying this amount for only 2 months and i[censored] want to continue after that, will seek permission.
I want refund of total amount of rs 11664/- and stop my services immediately.
