"i'm totally satisfied with my kaff max 60 chimney. The built of chimney is quite good and has excellent suckle capacity and performance. There are multiple fan speeds in the chimney to serve to all types of cooking and it produces very less noise.
In my experience of last one year, there are no complaints and defects from this chimney and it really lives up to its brand name. It is the perfect choice for keeping the heat and smoke out from the kitchen and allows a relaxing and comfortable air flow."

I buy a kaff hub and hood combo offer worth rs 25000 last aug from pittappallil agencies thiruvalla, kerala. At that time there was an onam offer that if you buy combo appliances you will get free gifts. But since last five months we didnt receive any gifts. When i ask for the free gifts, shop people informed me that gifts are not available now. So please take necessary actions to get the gifts. Otherwise, i will consider this as a cheating to market your products. If you want, i can send the receipt. Thanku you.

I requested for installations of the chimney on[protected]. Technician came and did not install the chimney as he refused to remove the old chimney installed and make the passage for installation of new chimney. As per his instructions, i got the old chimney removed and passage cleared for new installation but he did not turned up for installation and got my case closed without my consent. I called on him several times but he did not receive my call.

I was bound to register a fresh request for installations on[protected] but till date the chimney is not installed. Kindly instruct m/s kaff to install the same immediately without any further delay.

Due to this our family is facing the serious health hazard for which kaff is responsible and m/s kaff has to pay me the compensation for our serious health problems due to non working of the chimney.

I recently bought an oven from the latest clifton series by kaff and it has been such a beautiful retro addition to my kitchen. I love the design, technology and everything about it. It is a super efficient performer and never fails to make a statement! I am able to bake pizzas, cakes and many other delicacies with ease everyday. It is also very energy-efficient and easy to maintain. If looking for a classy oven and a pop of colour in your kitchen, kaff’s clifton series is your answer!

Dear sir / madam,

This is kindly inform that i purchased kaff chimney on 04th feb 2019 from al bahar enterprises and installation done on 25.06.2019 after our kitchen interior completed. We started to use this chimney from 22nd september 2019 as we shifted our house in the same date. I have attached invoice copy here for reference.

From starting we faced issues with this chimney as it was not working properly during the time of switch on / off, vent shutter not closing. Regarding this issues we raised complaint through customer care and further technician, lakhsman ([protected]) arrived on 22.11.2019. We were informed that issue with small motor (Rf-370ch-13380) inside that was not working properly during the time of shutter closing. I was further informed that company would provide new replacement for the faulty motor which would take 20 days minimum time as need to send the faulty motor to delhi. He took the our motor and left my premises by providing the service report (No. 3497). Attached copy here for reference.

Further added here, same technician came to our house next week itself (29.11.2019) by saying that he got replacement for faulty motor. When i checked the replacement, to my surprise its "used old motor stuff" (Removed from some other old chimney) attached its pic for reference. When i asked about new replacement he refused to give proper answer and further i was forced to talk to his manager, saurabh ([protected]) (Name not sure), that guy was so rude and replied like "i[censored] want, take this other wise leave it" then i requested technician to bring my faulty motor, that also he refused to do so and left my place abruptly. My service request not yet closed till date by providing the proper replacement.

Till date i don't have any clue about their response over this issue. Kindly ask you to help in this regard to provide the complete replacement of this chimney.

When it comes to kitchen appliances no brand does it better than kaff.in my opinion, kaff delivers the best design and built quality amongst everything else. I have clifton series buil-in oven and i really love its design. It adds a vintage vibe to mykitchen. Had not it been for this innovative design from kaff, i would not have been able to break away from the monotony. It is amazing performance-wise, i highly recommend it.

I have always trusted kaff kitchen appliances. My recent buy was kaff's k-d bingx60 intra dishwasher. I have to say that this is probably one of the best investments i have made. I am really impressed with the way this machine works. It has multiple wash functions like the strong wash function, dual zone wash function which really help when you're washing different kinds o[censored]tensils or crockery. It also has a water softening feature which i absolutely vouch for. It also consumes so much less energy than other dishwashers in this price range. I would honestly recommend this to anyone looking for a decent and efficient dishwasher at an affordable price.

I bought this kaff hob, it clearly mentions a+ brass burner, but to the fact only the burner upper body is partially brass and lower body is aluminium due to this because of the heat the aluminium body has expanded and also this releses black carbon on the utensils. Kaff is misguiding by charging for a brass burner hob and giving a partly brass burner product.

Recently bought a dishwasher from kaff and my life has been so much easier since then! The dishes come out sparkling clean and i also help reduce water wastage in the process. I had gotten the dishwasher customised according to my cabinet size and i found that customisation feature pretty cool. It comes with in-built hygienic sanitisers and so i never have to worry about the hygiene of my dishes. Very much satisfied with kaff's built-in dishwashers and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, hygienic and environment-friendly mode of washing utensils.

"i bought kaff's k/d bingx60 dishwasher around 6 months ago. My wife had some other options in her mind, so she wasn't convinced at that time, but still we bought it. I am glad that i took the decision of choosing kaff and it ended up well for us. Its stainless finish adds up to the glam of the kitchen and the performance is also top class. I love the overall design and function of KAFF. Everyhting is designed keeping in mind the needs and wants of the modern kitchen user. Hence the products are so aesthetic and functional at the same time. I have been using KAFF's oven from Clifton series for more than a year now and i must say I am very satisfied. I was planning on buying a stove top for some time. I searched the internet for the best match for me and choose to go with a kaff 3 burner stove top. The installation of the product was easy and there was not much that had to be done. The stove top came with auto-ignition and sturdy grills. There have been no problems with the auto-ignition as it has been working properly for the past 1.5 years and i have not faced any problem with the grills or the knobs aswell.
