I have purchased kaff chimney 2017. Due to some flame accident mesh filters melted. I am complaining since last 6 month to send technician. But no action has been taken till now. Oils leaking from chimney. And when it comes to customer care they always says that your chimney has been discontinued. What to do after spending 30k chimney and getting such a poor response for service? Is this a customer should get through this companies? Even local retailer also least intrested in solving issue.

I have the kaff kov 60 mpz oven in my kitchen and my experience with this has been nothing but great. It’s smartly designed. The popping control knobs are gentle and smooth and the double glass and handle prevent my hands from burning. I can position the grill as i want to and the drip tray makes spills easy to clean. The stainless steel body and black finish on the glass look so classy. Love cooking in this oven.

Living in a city, the air pollution we breathe is more risky than breathing in rural places. I was always unsure about having to buy an air purifier in my room as i felt it was a waste of money. When i finally decided to buy one, i bought the kaff kapj 604. The change i saw in the atmosphere in my room was very good and clean. I could immediately feel the change. Now i have a place to rest and be free of the air pollution.

Cooking is great and best part about having a good dish but for me, the real impartance comes in keeping the kitchen clean. Every kitchen needs a sink that we need to clean the utensils. I have two sink of olivia series that gives me all the required space i need because honestly, just one sink is not enough when it comes to a dinner party. Since i have bought it, my cleaning work in the kitchen has never been more easier.

We started using the hob from 23 months, and suddenly when it was not even being used the glass broke into pieces. This is the first time i am seeing a glass break into pieces, can only imagine the bad quality this has been. On top of this, the customer support says that this is not covered in warranty. I want to know why the hell is this not covered in warranty if this has happened within 2 months of purchase. This only shows the lack of confidence of the company in their product. But this is unfair, if you cannot provide warranty, then you should stop selling these. Also, the warranty doesn't list that the glass is not covered.

Since I did not want a big chimney for my kitchen as it has a small space, I was in search of an exhaust fan that performs well and looks elegant too. That’s when I landed on the KAFF LYRA. The first time i bought an outdoor bbq from kaff i was unsure as it was a new brand for me but after using it, i have noticed that the quality and features on this is made with a lot of thought on it. I am writing this in reference to my complaint number[protected] reporting the accident that happened last Monday in my kitchen because of your stove. So I was just done making tea and then the stove blasted as soon as I left the kitchen. Please find the pictures attached in the mail. I am highly disappointed in the quality of your stove and how risky it is for us to use it after the blast. We immediately reported the accident to the customer care but there was no response from them. After 2-3 days an executive came to inspect and put the entire blame on us as if we’d enjoy having stove blasts in our home and asking Rs 2300 to replace the glass. It’s because of the cheap quality of material used in your stove that causes such mishaps. As a reputed company I expect you to take the responsibility of this accident and either replace this stove or get it fixed asap. You need to understand that people don’t keep spare stoves at home, because we trust the companies and don’t expect the stoves to burst into pieces.

I was searching for good kitchen chimney so my friend suggested me kaff built in chimney. I had an issue with a recent cook top that i had bought from kaff. The burners seem to be emitting less flame than regular. So i called the customer care and asked for it to be repaired or replaced as it was very new. They came the very next day and replaced the cook top. Ever since then, there had been no complaints with it. Very satisfied with the service they provided after i have bought the product.

After a day they came with all the required parts and quickly repaired my cook top. It was good to see how they had organized their service for the best experience a person could have after buying the product. The repairs were almost immediate and till date, there have been no problems with the cook top.

The design on the control pannel is really well made with ergonomic features like the built in lighting system. There are various options as to how you want to bake or grill. The oven also comes with items like baking tray or grill bar which is a very useful and a must have in an oven.

Me being a big wine enthusiast bought a very nice looking wine cooler from kaff for my collection of wine. This wine cooler is a perfect thing for me as it keeps it in perfect temperature and atmosphere every time so the bottles are always ready to serve.
