Since I did not want a big chimney for my kitchen as it has a small space, I was in search of an exhaust fan that performs well and looks elegant too. That’s when I landed on the KAFF LYRA. The first look caught my eye and I had bought it immediately. The air flow in the kitchen was immediate as soon as the fan turned on. Performance wise, it is very satisfactory and gives me more than what I had expected. A good alternative if chimney is a little too big for the kitchen.

I bought one model of wine cooler and it is bit small in size but it is so perfect for the keeping my small collection and works as good as a big one. It is energy efficient and looks so good in my kitchen. Not only this it is perfect for keeping both types of wines and the brown glass door keeps the uv rays away. I recommended this brand to so many people....

The best thing that i liked about kaff is that all the products are of the latest technology and according to the need of the customer. Not only this kaff provides so many cool offers on their products that make it more convenient for us. I have been using many products from kaff and haven't come across any issue in using it. This the best brand and i am not going to change it any time soon....

The first time i bought an outdoor bbq from kaff i was unsure as it was a new brand for me but after using it, i have noticed that the quality and features on this is made with a lot of thought on it. There are side stand for keeping items and especially made wheels at the bottom for easy movement. The overall sturdiness of the grill and the temperature meter makes it a very user friendly product. It’s good to see how they are involved in all kitchenware and would definitely buy from them for my next appliances.

To whom so ever it may concern

I am writing this in reference to my complaint number[protected] reporting the accident that happened last Monday in my kitchen because of your stove. So I was just done making tea and then the stove blasted as soon as I left the kitchen. Please find the pictures attached in the mail. I am highly disappointed in the quality of your stove and how risky it is for us to use it after the blast. We immediately reported the accident to the customer care but there was no response from them. After 2-3 days an executive came to inspect and put the entire blame on us as if we’d enjoy having stove blasts in our home and asking Rs 2300 to replace the glass. It’s because of the cheap quality of material used in your stove that causes such mishaps. As a reputed company I expect you to take the responsibility of this accident and either replace this stove or get it fixed asap. You need to understand that people don’t keep spare stoves at home, because we trust the companies and don’t expect the stoves to burst into pieces.

Earlier, i had some other choice as well but when he showed the kaff's chimney i decided to check kaff's chimney because i ioved the design. Been using the cook top and sink from Kaff for months and its quality is very superb. The sink is just the right size with good quality build and feels very premium. The cook top is designed brilliantly with a performative design and technological edge. The overall quality Kaff products give is simply the best and very lasting in my view.

I have a Built-in microwave from KAFF that works very well with no problems in its functioning and quite handy in all my cooking. Recently there had been issues with the microwave being unable to register commands. i called the customer care and they responded very promptly and took care of my issues. Thankful for the good service provided by KAFF

I had an issue with a recent cook top that i had bought from kaff. The burners seem to be emitting less flame than regular. So i called the customer care and asked for it to be repaired or replaced as it was very new. They came the very next day and replaced the cook top. Ever since then, there had been no complaints with it. Very satisfied with the service they provided after i have bought the product.

The kaff built in oven works wonderfully. There was a good offer on the built in oven from kaff and coincidentally i was looking for one too. The design on the control pannel is really well made with ergonomic features like the built in lighting system. There are various options as to how you want to bake or grill. The oven also comes with items like baking tray or grill bar which is a very useful and a must have in an oven....

Me being a big wine enthusiast bought a very nice looking wine cooler from kaff for my collection of wine. This wine cooler is a perfect thing for me as it keeps it in perfect temperature and atmosphere every time so the bottles are always ready to serve. This wine cooler is clearly a thing to show off in my kitchen area and i am fully satisfied with its overall working....

After several years using other chimney i settled for kaff's chimney and have been using it from past one year or so and faced no issue while maintaining it. Talking in the technical aspect there is no such problem. It does not make much noise and the suction power is pretty good. I liked using it and have referred it further too. I liked it even more because the product is durable and came in reasonable price plus there are many other benefits.

After using normal cook top I bought a cooking range from KAFF. I chose it because it comes with an oven and grill so that I can do multi-tasking and it saves up my time. The whole set up was installed in a very neat manner by the installation team and them all the stuff according to my needs without creating a mess. I had a very pocket-friendly budget and got this cooking range online at a good discount. I recommended it to many people and their response was also good.

If you are also looking for a small portable wine cooler than i found a really nice free standing wine cooler from kaff. It has a capacity to store 5 to 6 bottles at a time and it is perfect for storing both types of wines. The price was also pretty minimal so i bought it. Believe me this wine cooler was worth buying. Kaff has many other options in wine cooler too, it is a nice brand in every manner.

I recently bought kaff's auto clean chimney and half of my tension is gone. I don't have to worry about clean it very often. All the motor and filters are concealed behind the body it does not make much noise and the suction power is also pretty good. It does not take much energy to run efficiently. I haven't faced any issue while using it so far and i am happy with its look too.

new kaff chimney blast

I bought a Kaff chimney and built in hob in January 2019 and got it installed by Kaff technicians in our apartment in Rose Manshions Bangalore . On June 2nd, I was sitting in my living room when suddenly I heard a loud scary noise of something getting blasted. It was so dangerous that I got panicked by the sound of glass break. When I went inside the kitchen, the hob glass got cranked and clattered all over the place in the kitchen. Luckily there was no one in the kitchen during the blast and no one got hurt. Also, the kitchen chimney was not used for more than 24 hours. After that I called the customer care number and asked them for immediate escalation but there is no response yet. Please see the pics attached taken at the time of incident.

Hello,

I am regular user of kaff products, last year in july i have purchased kaff chimney

It was working well till yesterday. But today it turns into disaster, chimney was off and nothing was cooking on gas stove. We all were sitting in hall and suddenly we heard a huge glass breaking sound like a bomb blast. Chimney glass broken into pieces, no was inside of kitchen that time but surely if someone was doing something inside of kitchen that person surely will get hurt badly that time.

I thanks God who saves my family member from this situation,

Is this your standard? I doubt you will be following safety guides in your products.

Hi. This has happened to me last saturday on 26/3/2022. No one was in the kitchen, the chimney was not in use but the glass broke into a thousand pieces. Thankfully no one was hurt. I did receive a call from Kaff chandigarh and called the head in abhay kaytal in jallandhar. They say that they have never seen glass breaking . I come to this forum and i see several complaints wrt to this. and yet they claim differently. they obviously havenot taken into consideration all these above complaints and checked their products and still selling Pan india. Is this the standard? Now they want me to shell out the price of the glass 4000rs almost 50% the price of the chimney. why should i do that? It should be replaced for free, it is not my mistake.it is evident from the above complaints that this has happened and they have not taken stringent steps to check the quality of the glass placed. They have not followed safety guidelines meanwhile they want to squeeze more from the customer. This has happened in 2019/2021 and now 2022 with me.These glasses are unsafe and not of sound quality.all this talk of "i have never heard of this happening before" from the concerned representative is a lie and pushing matter under the rug . This has happened and will happen. Kaff needs to pay for the glass replacement for my chimney after stringent quality control. These chimneys are health hazards and dangerous.
Hopefully for consumers no one will get hurt.

I have the 4 burner cook top from kaff that has an excellent burning mechanism. The flames are evenly split with consistant flames and control knobs that are smooth to the touch. Cleaning the cook top has become very easy with glass top and the holders are firmly set to prevent the utensils from falling off. Its an excellent cook top that outshines the rest.

Excellent design on the hoover chimney that rises up which helps tall people not to bump their heads on it. With a powerful motor, the chimney is capeable of taking in huge ammount of air at a consistant rate. Furthermore the chimney is very silent and less noise polluting which makes it an overall winner. It is a product made by kaff with more appliances in their store.

Very satisfied with the way kaff has produced such good designs on all kitchen products with good and understanding user friendly design. The glass cooktops are robust that can take any minor damage and chimneys that has a powerful air flow but works silently at the same time. There are built-in options for ovens, microwave etc which comes very handy when there is less space in the kitchen. I'd say that everyone should buy kaff product but in the end its up to everyone's preferences. My personal opinion would be to try out kaff once and you'll never have to go anywhere else.

I finally got a perfect chimney from kaff and it is modena cx 90 after struggling a lot with my previous chimney of another brand. It has a strong suction power that is perfect because i have a medium sized kitchen. I bought it from kaff's showroom in banaglore and the whole process of intalltion was done without any issue by the team. Not only this i got a good warranty on this chimney from kaff because there was some offer going on this model at the time i bought it.
