KAFF is best with its after-sales service. I am impressed by it because I called the team for service of my KAFF's chimney and they fixed the oven on time without asking any extra charge on the service I just had to pay for the new items used in it. I have to say that if you are annoyed with the servicing of your product then switch to KAFF, this brand is quite good.

As a wine enthusist, i bought kaff's wine cooler kwc 38 a year ago. The best thing is that it is a free-standing wine cooler with a capacity of 32 bottles (Approx.) at a time which is just perfect for me. Its compact size makes it look very classic and fir for the kitchen. I am very happy with the overall performance of the cooler as it's quite easy to maintain and also comes with so many cool features.

I am very fond of owning a good wine cooler and all other brands i have tried are not as good as kaff. I saw this brand's wine cooler at my in law's place and after that, i visited one of kaff's showroom to buy a little smaller size of wine cooler than i saw. It was impressive to see so many types of wine coolers there and the pricing was done according to their features. I got a perfect model of the wine cooler. Although it is a bit expensive but totally worth the price.

I bought kaff's auto clean chimney and it is very easy to maintain and i don't have to worry about clean it very often. As all the motor and filters are concealed behind the body it does not make much noise and the suction power is also pretty good. It does not take much energy to run efficiently. I bought this chimney a while ago and haven't faced any issue with it till date.

I bought it on sale at a very good discount from KAFF's showroom. The whole process of installation was done perfectly by the team. I had purchased a Kaff Hob KHB BR3 for around Rs.14000. The very next year all the three knobs started yelliw coloyr flames. The underneath of vessels turned black while cooking. On the technician checking he asked us to replace the knobs as the aluminium area below the brass is melting and its a manufacturing defect in such stoves. We are in the same position again from 2018. Very pathetic and we being quite old now have worries if some day the stove may also burst.

The person who came told me one of the burner needs replacement and said it will take fews days and did not do any service. After two weeks i again called customer care the lady said wait for few days as parts take some time to arrive, now it has been more than a month nobody has come. It is very much unfortunate that we are suffering a lot due to non-cooperation from the Kaff service technician.
I lodged a complain on 22.05.2019 for cleaning the kitchen Chimney and the same was attended on the day itself by Hasmot Khan(Mob : [protected]). But on completion of cleaning the motor was defunct (it was tested before cleaning was carried out). I told him to take care immediately because our Kitchen is Open only. He assured me and left. But till today I did not have any response from the service technician. I once again contacted helpline[protected] two consecutive days. They gave me one Mob no.[protected]. I reported her few times but in vain. Now she is also not attaining the call.
Now what I am to do. Am I to take up the case with Consumer forum? Please help or guide me.

After using chimneys of other brands i finally settled to kaff's auto clean chimney nobelo. I have been using this chimney from a while now (Almost a year) and havent come across any issue so far. The reason why i opted for an auto clean one is that i dont have to waste time on cleaning it and all the things of this chimney are packed with-in the body so it does not maqke much noise. Other than these thing i will say that it is a perfect fit for my kitchen.

Chimney model no MARK MX 60 need filter. But your service provider is not responding a lot. Now I am thinking that the purchase of your product is nothing but the waste of money and time. In future this type of rubbish will not be purchased me or other, I will try my best.

The best thing about KAFF is that all its products are of the latest technology and according to the need of the customer. I tried out chimneys of many brands but finally settled to kaff's island chimney canary 90. I bought this chimney last year from kaff's website and haven't come across any big noticeable issue so far. Now talking about the small issues it makes little noise when it starts but after a while, the noise level goes down that's all i have called for service and so it will get fixed soon. Other than this it is a perfect fit for my kitchen both size and efficiency wise.

We are living in behror - alwar 301701, purchased a chimney - nobelo dhc 60, vendor charged 400/- for installation, but it is not working properly, we complained to vendor and asked him to call kaff engineer but after one week too, no body came, vendor confirm that he is continuously asking to kaff engineer but he is not willing to come!!!

We purchased the kaff instrument by the big name of company, but regret to inform about poor service.

Pls take a note and arrange to repairing as soon as possible.

I have purchased oven, chimney, grill, microwave n dishwasher... Nothing works perfectly.. Nobody is there to resolve d problem.. I have logged d complaints since 6-7 month.. Some complaint number are - kf252396, kf252399, kf2400, kf229353, kf232816, kf[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Sometimes they close widout even a call back n sometime they says that preys r in order but no one is ready to rectify n gv service... Pathetic service and companyjust know how to loot customer. But never know to give customer service. After one month my products wuld be out of warranty n i think they are intentionally stretching d time di day they can charge for service n part n we could not ask to replace it... I bought a kaff wine chiller. I had told them i was putting it in a cabinet. Nobody informed me it’s a free standing chiller even during installation i wasn’t informed. I could have exchanged it that time. They told me to make grills for air and it would work well. It still doesn’t work. But even after several follow ups my problem has not been resolved. I would like my refund. This is not fair on customers.
