I am writing to complain about kaff Hood that was not functioning well since as it was brought from the dealer.
I had purchased a Hood KAFF Lubec 90. At the time it was bought I was assured of the highest quality. After its installation with in a week, it stop functioning. Service person came too late and remove the hood and kept it for months saying that spare part is not available. They fixed it after may days but with in a week again its stopped working. The process of removel and keeping it for many days continued. And still the product is not functioning properly. KAFF service team are not expert and due to several times of removel and fixing made the product worse. I have spend more than fifty thousand only for the hood and i expected a good product and a good service. In short after the installation hardly it work for a week. I am not at all satisfied with KAFF product.

I look forward to your response and a resolution to my problem and please contact me as soon as possible to confirm that you will honor my request.

I have prepared a complaint for a submission to the consumer court. I will not file if you resolve this problem. I hope you take this request into consideration

Gay burner is not working

I had purchase kaff chimney 2 month back but auto clean does not work till now.

I have raised complain also as per engineer auto clean work in 6 month or in 1 year i am very upset with the product. Complain number[protected]. I will never suggest kaff to any one.

I am suffering for 1 year after buying my chimney. Service is very poor. Parts taken from the chimney for tow times. But no improvements. Still suffering. Kindly lookafter this matter.

We bought the chimney oven nd hob from kaff in 21st april2019 and we have speaking for so long regarding chimney not working but there has been no response ..March n April due to lockdown no person for contactable..we requ to kindly send some and see our chiney and gas asap...

My dishwasher is not cleaning the things properly.
Microwave is not working properly.

but sorry to say that i used one of the good chimney which is very bad quality having unbearable novice level and now stop moving the cover glass ( stooped working),

I had a life threatening experience when the glass suddenly shattered while using oven. Only a matter of chance that I moved away for 3-5 mins when this happened. Thankfully my kids and old parent were also not around.

While I purchased it little more than a year ago, started using oven just about a 1-2 months back as it did not work initially and had called the service guy who fixed it very recently. This was about 4th time that I was using the same.

This is completely not acceptable.

Kaff is just the best when it comes to combining innovation and technology. Totally worth it!

Excellent built in microwave from kaff. Really loved the product. The built-in oven that i bought is the clov 6 black. The black retro finish gives the oven a beautiful finishing touch with the retro analog dial. For safety, the oven comes with a three layer glass door with antique looking bronze knobs and handle. It is a really good oven as it comes with memory function for a user friendly experience. It also comes with a lot of cooking features to help you cook the best dish. Love the overall design of the oven and the usefulness of each feature. Kaff definitely thought about every way to give users the best experience.

"for a while i had been looking for a 4 burner hob, thanks to a friend my hunt finally came to an end. On his recommendation i bought a kaff nvh 604 built in hob. The full brass burners ensure even distribution of heat and the heavy duty cast iron support works wonders with indian cuisine. The black tempered glass is designed with an attractive dotted pattern. The hob works on auto electric ignition and is adorned with designer metal knobs.

Being a wine lover, i have been collecting wines over the years. And it's no surprise that i invested in the kwc62 wine cooler from kaff, to store my precious reds and whites. And it's splendid! It comes in 50 litres, has a dual temperature zone - that means it can maintain wines at different temperatures! It perfectly accommodates 16 wine bottles. What's more, their after-sales service is great too. I had to call them up with a little display issue. Easy replacement of parts, prompt and friendly! My experience is awesome with my purchase. I am a recent buyer of wine-cooler from KAFF KWC 62. So far, the results are far better than my expectations. I was recommended for it by a friend and I must say, it was worth it. This wine-cooler is so spacious, elegant and styled ergonomically to suit my needs of wine storage. Kaff is a really good brand for buying kitchen appliances. It’s been a month that i have been using the blh 604 built-in hob form kaff and the quality design of the product still mesmerises me. It is a beautiful product with first class performance. With 4 burners, the flames are consistent and even on all burners with high efficiency. The stainless steel drip trays make it easy to clean any spills. It is very easy to use and adjust the flames with the ergonomic metal knobs with smooth touch on them. The built-in hob comes with 8mm thick black tempered glass which gives an overall elite design and protects form minor bumps and impact. It is a great hob to use for any kitchen and would recommend this to everyone.

I am a lover of storing different types of wines. Recently, i had purchased a wine cooler from kaff, after a friend of mine recommended me. It has large wooden shelves that help me in making more space for my collection. The color and its features make it a lot more classic in appearance and quality. It makes my kitchen look so elegant and gives it a vintage look and feel. I feel really happy because it is worth the buy. Thankyou kaff!
