I have bought KAFF chimney from KAFFindia website. Received parcel totally damaged. After calling 1 month to KAFF HO received replacement and that is also damage. Didn’t accept the parcel sent back. I am calling and sending emails for refund which they aren’t responding.

I am writing this in reference to my complaint reporting the accident that happened last today in my kitchen because of your stove. So maid was preparing breakfast and then the stove blasted suddenly causing the glass to break into innumerable pieces. Please find the pictures attached in the mail. I am highly disappointed in the quality of your stove and how risky it is for us to use it after the blast. We have immediately reported the accident to the customer care and awaiting reply from senior officials who can look into this and give us some surety so that we feel safe in using it again after repair. It’s because of the cheap quality of material used in your stove that causes such mishaps. As a reputed company I expect you to take the responsibility of this accident and either replace this stove or get it fixed asap. You need to understand that people don’t keep spare stoves at home, because we trust the companies and don’t expect the stoves to burst into pieces.

We have now to wait for the company to replace it since we do not have spare stove at home and at mercy of this top notch company

The Start Switch on Microwave Oven was not working. On 30/08/2020 your engineer attended this and it started working and we paid Rs. 450/- as demanded.
After three days it has again stopped working
Please get it examined and rectify the problem .

We purchased a three set burner hub. The middle burner is not catching the fire properly. The fire gets spread all across.

I have recently taken, kaff hob, chimeny and oven, wherein i have been charged 1910 rupees for installation. The service technician has done nothing for oven he just came and unbox the oven and put the oven plug in switch box. Money is not an issue but just to put plug in switch he charged 450 rupees.
Also service technician said other person will come for installation or to explain the product.
Pathetic service...

There is no cancel options on your website secondly when we just called to customer care they told drop a mail to [protected]@kaff.in, please cancel my order and make refund ASAP

Demo required for demo for my built in oven

I have purchased a kaff chimney last year and it is still under warranty.

One month back around 2-3th july 2020, baffle filter attached to chimney fell down and i raised this issue with the company on july 5th 2020. One of the technician visited and said to replace it with new one and this is known problem in the chimney.

It's been a more than a month from then that i haven't received any response from them. I tried calling multiple times but every time there was a generic answer "we'll do it asap".

Please help me in this matter.

I had got my KAFF chimney repaired from your repair center 'SAI ENTERPRISES, GURUGRAM' on[protected], and was reinstalled fourdays later after paying 4500 as repair charges, but chimney has stopped working on[protected], it raises doubt about the quality of repairs and also whether repairs actually costs rs.4500/- . is there any checks on repairs undertaken by the Company . Please lodge my strong protest and get my chimney restored in working condition, other wise what is the point in getting it repaired from authorised service center and spending hard earned money on such " worthless service"

I have order an heat prove oil prove golden gdid kitchen stickers and i have received an foil paper.
And its cost 1050/-
Fully wrong thing repalce it r8 now

Last filed complain on : 7th june #[protected].

A technician visited to see the burners on the 10th june. Since then, even after repeated follow ups, i have not received replacement burners as promised.

Problem:
-the inner rims of all burners do not flame up once the vessel is kept.
-the 2 large burners leak gas
-the large burners also flame up from the slit/ gap as they are kept on the hob.
I would like a replacement immediately.

Today take your product but when box is open then so many borken glass so what is this i don't know please response my mail immediately because so much travel in my kitchen... Reply soon please

Please provide replace for my esixting chimney, as the same is not been working fine since purchased. I have called technician from kaff he made it work but after 2 days again the chimney is not working.

This is very expensive item we bought but this has made us in no choice but to replace the product. This was not acceptable from the brand like kaff.

We did not know the product will not work. Your showroom guy told us that the product is good anf comes in heavy duty. Change the product. Immediately.

This is very disappointing how kaff technician in ghty has handle our issue.. Shows poor professionalism and lack of empathy (During this covid time). To my knowledge the complaint ticket was closed too by umesh without completing the repair work very strange & unacceptable. Please lodge a additional complain against technician umesh for taking the customer for a ride, false promises and failing to rectify the issue of my dishwasher which he opened in march 2020, taken a electrical equipment from the machine for repair but till date neither he came back nor completed the work - currently machine lying without service. If one closely look on & off its been going on and its more than one year he took to properly fix it. Took money earlier but job ws not done well. It clearly shows his poor technical skills and eagerness to rectify it. An action to be taken in this regard and issue which is pending needs to be rectified at the earliest. A complain to be registered for misleading customer, agony, for machine part missing (Since it isn’t back would declare as stolen), cheating case against company kaff and their so called incompetent technician umesh to be registered.

I would never recommend this company products to anyone here on. Poor service and unprofessional technician! Beware & don’t buy kaff!!

It has been more than 10 days since i've placed the order and i still haven't received the item. Their customer care has sent me on a wild goose chase.

I purchased a ksg40sdb blk kitchen sink from kaff in online but i open the package we see that the product is damaged so i cannot use this sink

Kaff hob mfb 603 was purchased on 18/12/19 from ahmedabad, ref. No. Pg603b1fg-acb, sr. No. 4151 hmmfb 60306081.
Complaint vide req. No.[protected] dated 14/6/20, was registered with the customer care against the problem in the hob. It was observed that lines have appeared on the glass, as if crack has developed.
Till date no person has visited to address the issue as it is still under warranty. It is requested to kindly address the issue on priority or if no person is available to visit to resolve then kindly arrange for the replacement of the hob and existing can be collected through courier.
Matter may be treated as most urgent. May be noted that kaff representative has not visited to resolve it or to suggest the further usage of hob, & if any incident happens while using it, responsibility lies with kaff.
Hope it will be resolved at the earliest.

I have booked a chimney on 16 jun, installation is not yet completed. I called technician, he is not willing to come for installation. Delar is helpless. I called customer care number many times, they disconnected after few second. I never faced this kind of service in my life.

The chimney has stopped working automatically over an year back. The complain was filed when the product was within the warranty. No response has been received.
I would like to request for you to send someone to repair it.

I am writing to complain about kaff Hood that was not functioning well since as it was brought from the dealer.
I had purchased a Hood KAFF Lubec 90. At the time it was bought I was assured of the highest quality. After its installation with in a week, it stop functioning. Service person came too late and remove the hood and kept it for months saying that spare part is not available. They fixed it after may days but with in a week again its stopped working. The process of removel and keeping it for many days continued. And still the product is not functioning properly. KAFF service team are not expert and due to several times of removel and fixing made the product worse. I have spend more than fifty thousand only for the hood and i expected a good product and a good service. In short after the installation hardly it work for a week. I am not at all satisfied with KAFF product.

I look forward to your response and a resolution to my problem and please contact me as soon as possible to confirm that you will honor my request.

I have prepared a complaint for a submission to the consumer court. I will not file if you resolve this problem. I hope you take this request into consideration
