New kaff refrigerator purchased on 9th of july is not working since 15 th of august and a complaint is registered on 16th of august and still it is not resolved inspite of calling them regularly. Very poor service from kaff and the kaff technician from Hyderabad doesn't even answer the call

    I had purchased and installed KAFF chimney with life time warrenty and now after 4 Years whole chimeny with Cabinet had been burnt due to shortcircuit. I had filed the complaint but they are not replacing the chimney and offering 25% discount on parts. I want to file case against them in consumer coart and claim for chimney, cabinet and mental and phyical trauma, my family faced during fire in my kitchen.

      my gas stove and chimney is not working fine i have given a complaint on kaff toll free number [protected] on 21may2013 my complaint no.is TT 03037 AND time given to me for solution was 48 hrs and then today also i have contacted them several tymes but then also no response is being given to me from their side.
      i have also complained about this to HOME AIDS. situated rama market pitampura new delhi from where i have purchased this but he is also not doing anything he says that he will call back in 30. mints but no response
      i am very uncomfortable with this because if gas are not working properly then it is very diffucult for us to cook food... plzzz take some action

        We bought elica chimney on 21 may 2012 with the following model details,

        Model Name : Glace LTW 60 Power IC
        Serial Number KI11024750

        Shop - Mahavir Electronics Kothrud


        On its installation today we noticed that the duct cover had a huge dent that spoiled the look of the entire chimney and thus the kitchen as well.

        In fact the product itself was seen covered with dust and stains (Chimney motor) on opening the sealed box

        Its very disappointing to see this in a new product bought.
        Hope you will take notice of this and send a replacement of the duct cover at the earliest.

        We Logged complaint on 23rd May 2012 but we are yet to receive any response/update/feedback. Sad service.

          Subject : Product S.no[protected] Faulty Filter Not Changing
          Dear Sir / Madam
          As I purchased chimney from Kitchen Boutique E-96 sector 9 Noida Gautambudh Nagar U.p. Model No Mable DX 60 L.T.W Ddated 14/07/2010 bil no 184. I register complaint on 10 feb 2012 complaint no 32032. as its filter faling from main chimney. Technican came and taken measurement of filter as he didn’t brought filter along with it. On 18.02.2012 same technican came and try to fix new filter but culdnt able to fix it as size was short. Technican taken one sample along with it and told us we wil be back within 2 -3 days after giving exact merasurement to store manager Mr Mishra. He even told us tht without filter smoke may stuck and damage motors. While he gave me his manager phone no Mr Ashok Sharma [protected] for updating the availability of filter. While contacting again with Mr Ashok Sharma he said his store manager on holiday wil be back within 2 – 3 days and after that your filter wil be changed. After 2 – 3 days I again call up Mr Ashok Sharma asking about filter , he transfer my call to mr mishra he told me that on Wednesday filter wil come and on thursday it wil be installed in your house at any cost as he assured me 100 %. Today 01/03/2012 as I called up him Mr Ashok Sharma on his mobile no [protected] arund 11.08 am asking status of my filter , again he told me that it wil take 2 – 3 days. Then I gave my phone to my father to talk on this matter with Mr Ashok Sharma . My father ask him as filter not in chimney wil it effect on motor he said Yes , then again my father asked him then we had to repair motor also , his reply was Yes , then as per there statement giving by Mr Ashok Sharma he is not interest to resolve the filter issue. When my father told to him that your reply indicating that all suffer / losses wil beard by me , then we had to take legal action his reply was yes , you can take action .
          As this incident shows that company employee not interested to solved the problem but to create a big issue.
          What your action wil be if this is an attitude of a Manager of Kaff Appliances..
          Its my loss to purchase a chimney where a filter part not available. If available then its short.

            I had purchased KAFF cookTop Model no KC70 SSGI vide invoice no 1476 dtd 27/1/2011 from Crystal Enterprises Chembur, Mumbai. This had been giving continuopus problems and always one burner is out of order. Inspite of repeated complaints the service person does not visit. There is always smell of gas in the kitchen and is a safety issue. Even now one burner is out of order and is not working and there is gas leakage. No response from KAFF nor the dealer. I have made a big mistake of buying this as there is no proper functioning of the gas stove and giving complaint is futile though being under guarantee. Any one can HELP...HELP..

                I purchased a KAFF Appliance early last year - model Model KHBT 90 4 BSS. Ever since, i see that the biggest burner leaking gas and the flames suddenly spreads across the room.. have also seen sudden blasts...there are times that the flames hit the person standing infront of the hob that you literally have to act quickly else there is a high chance of you getting burnt.. Today, i heard a huge blast and all the drawers beneath the stove had slid open which is terrifying...I am looking to replace the hob which is life threatening..
                This is a recurring issue. I checked the website and there is no way to reach out to a senior rep from the company..
                On a related note, I see that other state governement has recalled several hobs(other rands) because of this very reason. I am really surprised that KAFF management is not looking at safety issues of their consumers more seriously based on complaints received so far.. Are they waiting for an accident(death/injuries) to happen before they take action??
                For folks in India, I'd advise you to thoroughly review after-purchase support model , read feedback and then opt to buy.. I see this problem coming back all the time so I am unsure about the service quality.You also dont get a second chance with life!
                Today was the last straw on my back when i saw the blast that left the drawers below the hob flung open.
                Request KAFF authorities to look into it and provide an immediate replacement.

                  I ordered this book on 8/31/10 and received confirmation that the book should arrive about 9/21. It did not and I have tried to notify the company by replying to [protected]@amazon.com several times. No answer. My Chase Visa has been charged $22.57. The confirmation given is[protected]. I am going out of town on a quilt seminar without this book which i now have found that I can purchase it locally for the same amount. I need this amount reversed on my credit card or receipt of the book by 9/15/10. I will report this to Chase in the hope that they can shake things up at your end.

                    our gas stove was purchased in the month of october and it has started giving many problems. the gas stove is with in warrenty period of time.
                    the burner has melted,the gasket is broken,the hob is comeing out & gasket is also giving problems.
                    so i request u to take an immediate action and replace all the above mentioned.

                    Kaff Appliances — Faulty Hob lead to severe blast in the kitchen

                    Hob(Kitchen Stove) was purchased two months back.There was a complaint since beganinig.Four times the complaint was lodged.Poor response form the company.Toady only there was again a sever blast in the kitchen due to which the complete hob got damaged.
                    dealer is not giving after sales service and is not giving any attention to my comlaints
                    Plz give more details, Like City, appliances model name, dealer name, which well help us to known and plan our purchase.
