I saw a built-in oven at my sister in law's place and it caught my attention at once. When asked it is of KAFF. Later I visited one of nearby KAFF's showroom and went through all the options of oven available there. I finally bought one KOV 70 BA6 at a very good discount given by the company. I am very happy with the overall performance and its black color matches the countertop of my kitchen making it look more classy.

    I bought this island chimney TURIN 90 online from KAFF's website. I was worried about the quality of the product that will arrive but it was the same as ordered and told. The whole process from buying to setting up the chimney was a pleasant experience. Although I was very choosy about it at first, the customer care executive of KAFF helped me a lot in solving all the queries. The overall performance of the chimney it is totally worth my investment.

      In my opinion, kaff is a bit expensive brand but it is totally worth buying. I bought a very classy looking built-in wine cooler from kaff a while ago and it is a top model. All the features are first class and it is the main attraction of my kitchen with its stainless steel glass door and neat finish. I am glad that i bought this wonderful wine cooler and it worth its price in every manner.

        I saw this very attractive looking wine cooler at my friend's place when asked it was of kaff. I checked out the whole unit and it was fabulous. As a wine lover, i also keep a small collection of wine and that's why i absolutely loved the cooler. I got to know that it is suitable to keep both types of wine. Now i am definitely going to visit kaff's showroom for buying a suitable wine cooler for my kitchen.

          Well done KAFF with the service. I am happy with the service given by KAFF because a few days ago I called the team for service and they fixed the oven on time without asking any extra charge on the service I just had to pay for the new items used in the oven. I have to say that if you are annoyed with the servicing of your product then switch to KAFF, they are really good.

            I am fully satisfied with the service given by KAFF customer care center because recently I called the team for service and they fixed the chimney quickly and efficiently in minimal service charges and the extra charge for the new things that got changed. I will say KAFF is really good with service and I will prefer KAFF over other brands because of it.

              I have a standard size kitchen and for that i needed a medium size in-built wine cooler. One of my friends reffered me kaff and when i surfed through its website, i just found the right one. It is kwc 58 with a capacity of keeping 40 to 50 bottles at a time. It has become a center piece of my kitchen with its stunning looking stainless steel finish and brown colored glass door

                Kaff is always my first choice. This brand provides such a wide variety of products with the latest designs and technology that is perfect for indian style cooking. I am using kaff's dishwasher and it is perfect for me because i generally make food in large quantity. It means the use of big utensils is frequent and this dishwasher has a very good capacity for keeping them so i just get freshly washed utensils whenever i need them.

                  The best thing that i liked about kaff is that all the products are of the latest technology and according to the need of the customer. Not only this kaff provides so many cool offers on their products that make it more convenient for us. I have been using many products from kaff and haven't come across any issue in using it. I am happy to be kaff's customer.

                    I prefer kaff over other brands because this brand provides very good quality of products in a wide variety. I am using its dishwasher and a chimney and both the things are perfect because i generally make food in large quantity which means lots of smoke and lots o[censored]tensils. Both the things come in handy at that time and i thank kaff for these amazing products.

                      I have a kaff dishwasher that was giving trouble.. The soap wasn't dispensing during the wash cycle.. Registered a complaint on the 25th of jan.. Had to chase the service rep to make an appearance.. He finally showed up a week later.. Apparently the switch needs to be changed.. Complaint registered again.. Repeated follow up and even calls to the "service head" have been of no avail.. No follow up or call back from the company inspite of repeated promises that someone would call in 2 hours.. Its been over 6 weeks now.
                      I would like the part replaced or at least given a timeline for the repair.

                      Its over two months now.. Still no resolution from Kaff.. Not even a follow up call.
                      Calling their call center is a waste of time.
                      Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered..

                        I was looking for a small size portable wine cooler for keeping it inmy small size kitchen so i bought this really classy looking free standing wine cooler kwcth-8 from kaff. It has a capacity to store 5 to 6 bottles at a time that is exactly what i wanted. And one more plus point is that it is perfect for storing both types of wines white and red. I am very happy that i bought this perfect thing.

                          I don't think that i could have bought new modular appliances in such minimal price range but all thanks to kaff. This brand provides a wide variety of products that comes in every price range. I bought several electric appliances like oven, hob, dishwasher and the whole package including installtion costed me so less. I am pretty satisfed with the all of them so far and truely all the products are worth the money.

                            I really liked the quality and look of the chimney that i got from kaff showroom. Although i am very choosy about every electric appliance that i buy but the staff of kaff helped me a lot in solving all the queries.                               I am very careful when it comes to buying an electric appliance for the kitchen. I need to know every detail regarding the product and so that i am fully assured that i am buying a good quality product which is worth its price. So, for such detailed inquiry, i visited kaff's showroom for buying a built-in dishwasher for my small sized kitchen. I was fully satisfied with their service because the staff there helped me a lot with my queries.

                                I have to shift a lot due to nature of my job so i was looking for a small size portable wine cooler for keeping my small collection of wine and i bought this really nice free standing wine cooler from kaff that is kwcth-8 which has a capacity to store 5 to 6 bottles at a time and it is perfect for storing both types of wines (White and red). The price is also pretty minimal for about 19k (Approx.)

                                  After trying out chimneys of many brands i finally settled to kaff's island chimney opec dx 60. I have been using this chimney from quite a while now and haven't come across any big issue so far. If talking about the small issues, it is bit difficult to clean the filters and it makes little noice when it starts but after a while the noise level goes down that's all (Which is a fixable issue). Other than this it is a perfect fit for my kitchen.

                                    I bought a built-in oven kov mgm 60 from kaff. I was facing little technical issues like it was not heating up quickly the knobs were not working properly. So i called up customer care for service and they came in no time and fixed the thing. They even told me how to use it properly so that i can maximise its working efficency. I will definitely say kaff is quite good in their service and product.

                                      For me, kaff is an old companion. I have used many appliances of another brand but i always come back to kaff. Currently, i am using its dishwasher and a wine cooler. Both the products are running in a perfect condition although there is only one thing i have to call for service once in a while so that they keep on working efficiently for a long time. Other than this i am absolutely loving the products.

                                        I have been facing issues while cleaning my cooker hood chimney modena dx 90 of kaff. I called the customer care center and they helped me a lot by explaining all the steps to clean the filers. After that, i also referred to some youtube videos of kaff that showed the process in practice. All of this solved my problem without any hassle and i am very grateful to kaff for giving a good after-sales service.
