I am fully satisfied with the service given by KAFF customer care center because recently I called the team for service and they fixed the chimney quickly and efficiently in minimal service charges and the extra charge for the new things that got changed. I will say KAFF is really good with service and I will prefer KAFF over other brands because of it....

I have a standard size kitchen and for that i needed a medium size in-built wine cooler. One of my friends reffered me kaff and when i surfed through its website, i just found the right one. It is kwc 58 with a capacity of keeping 40 to 50 bottles at a time. It has become a center piece of my kitchen with its stunning looking stainless steel finish and brown colored glass door...

Kaff is always my first choice. This brand provides such a wide variety of products with the latest designs and technology that is perfect for indian style cooking. I am using kaff's dishwasher and it is perfect for me because i generally make food in large quantity. It means the use of big utensils is frequent and this dishwasher has a very good capacity for keeping them so i just get freshly washed utensils whenever i need them....

The best thing that i liked about kaff is that all the products are of the latest technology and according to the need of the customer. Not only this kaff provides so many cool offers on their products that make it more convenient for us. I have been using many products from kaff and haven't come across any issue in using it. I prefer kaff over other brands because this brand provides very good quality of products in a wide variety. I have a kaff dishwasher that was giving trouble.. The soap wasn't dispensing during the wash cycle.. Registered a complaint on the 25th of jan.. Had to chase the service rep to make an appearance.. I was looking for a small size portable wine cooler for keeping it inmy small size kitchen so i bought this really classy looking free standing wine cooler kwcth-8 from kaff. It has a capacity to store 5 to 6 bottles at a time that is exactly what i wanted. And one more plus point is that it is perfect for storing both types of wines white and red. I am very happy that i bought this perfect thing....

I don't think that i could have bought new modular appliances in such minimal price range but all thanks to kaff. This brand provides a wide variety of products that comes in every price range. After trying out chimneys of many brands i finally settled to kaff's island chimney opec dx 60. I have been using this chimney from quite a while now and haven't come across any big issue so far. If talking about the small issues, it is bit difficult to clean the filters and it makes little noice when it starts but after a while the noise level goes down that's all (Which is a fixable issue). Other than this it is a perfect fit for my kitchen....

I bought a built-in oven kov mgm 60 from kaff. I was facing little technical issues like it was not heating up quickly the knobs were not working properly. So i called up customer care for service and they came in no time and fixed the thing. They even told me how to use it properly so that i can maximise its working efficency. I have been facing issues while cleaning my cooker hood chimney modena dx 90 of kaff. I called the customer care center and they helped me a lot by explaining all the steps to clean the filers. After that, i also referred to some youtube videos of kaff that showed the process in practice. All of this solved my problem without any hassle and i am very grateful to kaff for giving a good after-sales service....

I don't think that you can find good quality modular kitchen appliances at a more reasonable price than what kaff offers. I bought several electric appliances from kaff for my new modular kitchen and the whole thing including installation cost me very less than i expected. Not only this i got a good warranty for several years or months (Duration depends on the type of product). I am pretty satisfied with all of them so far....

I had placed a request with KAFF customer care for cleaning my chimney and hob. The rates told to me on call by customer care colleagues and the rates shared by the Bomanahalli Bangalore KAFF service centre were very different. When I called to enquire what the difference is the service centre in charge did not have a valid explanation.
