There was issue with the auto ignition in one of the burner. I made a complaint, KAFF staff came charged rs 500/- & did some patch work & it is not working since that day. Even worse than what was before compliant.

I have talked to the service unit of KAFF but no response.

Still not working & i have been charged Rs 500/, which may be refunded on priority& action may be taken against the staff for not attended...

I purchased and installed a kitchen chimney from agency, Nazrana, Vapi, model no Base MX 60 on 23.07.2015.

I had a problem in my kitchen hob and logged a call at kaff customer care center. they sent a service engineer and service engg replaced the faulty / broken part. it was agreed to pay service / visit charge 200.00 + service tax and part charges which are aprx 300.00 + vat tax.

My kaff 4 burner stove stopped working from last few months, we many times requested for the repair of the stove but no one came. Burners are not operating from electricity we need to use a lighter now a days to lit the burner. So fix this problem as soon as possible.

My kaff chimney motor was replaced and ever since it is not working. It works for 5 mins and turns off. I was told that it is chip issue and after waiting for 3 weeks the new one was installed. Still having the same problem.

Such a junk we purchased after 10-20 days it starts showing its bug, i want to drag these people by caller who sell such fake items every time chimney shutdowns goes after every 45 minutes.--

We bought your chimney 06Aug'16 and it shutdown as motor has failed to respond after 49 minutes. Your technician was called in who collected the Motor for repairing. This is not acceptable to us and we want immediate outright replacement...

We purchased kaff hub khb78br4 from kaff square prakash nagar on 31/10/2015 but in that it has observed that 3 burners are found bent we request a complaint regarding this issue on 20th aug 2016 the request # kf16015 but still now it has not replaced with the correct burners.we called many times to kaff customer care [protected], [protected] and [protected] but its no issue
