We had put complaint for non working of our chimney. One of your executive visited the house, check the chimney and informed one of the parts not working and told us he will bring the part and replace. Already 6 to 8 months have past, we called the employee on [protected] thrice, but till today only one answer and will check the status and get back to you.
Atleast inform us whether your staff is going to repair or we have to replace with new chimney. How long should we wait for you to repair.

Dear sir chimney is not working and not starting so please solve my problem as soon as possible as it is not working we have to face a lot of problem sir as it is not even working so in the whole living area fog appears so please resolve my problem as soon as possible

    I am baffled and appalled at the callousness attitude of KAFF customer care team. Phone number [protected]
    We have been requesting for our microwave to be fixed since last last one week, today is 3rd FEB, however no one shows up and fixes the Microwave. I spoke to one Mr Avlin after profusely requesting to speak to the supervisor, advising him about our apathy. He heard us and did call us back and said some would call in the next half hour. No One DidD. Yet a another day has passed and no sign of anyone from customer care coming or calling us.

    Such a waste to be stuck on the phone with them on their customer care, requesting for the day / date / time they will visit as we are all working. No answers from them. Ask for the service team numbers who will visit, No Answers for them.

    Two people surprising share the same name Sumit (without any surname) with different voice prints in their customer care number.

    One passing the buck onto the other. Be ready for most UN-cooperative After sale service if you buy Kaff. Is the management listening, is the management sleeping or this is the strategy of treating their customer once a sale has been made.
    Can anyone help Please, we need Kaff to fix our microwave and we are willing to pay for this service.

    We were eventually approached by one Mr. Dubey, after almost one week of calling their customer service department, claimed to have come from Noida, saying he is from Kaff and who visited us on Saturday, 4 Feb, then gave us time to visit us on Monday with parts, that is today to resolve our complaint, he kept us waiting saying that first he will come at 10 am, he did not show up and we called him up, and then said will visit us at 3 pm and till now that is at 549 pm has not shown up to our place. I believe that customer harassment by Kaff employee is a norm and the management does not want to do anything about professional delivery in terms of after sale customer service. We have now decided that we will not get our service done from from Kaff and get it repaired by some local technician, we do not want to be in waiting for non cooperative and non professional team of employees hired by Kaff and its Management, who have nothing but casual approach towards their product and its repairs and maintenance.

      I filed complaint on 31/12/2016 regarding gas leakage from burner. And customer care officer said our representative will visit your place within 24 hrs, but till date no one vested and even no one called from service department. Still gas is leaking from burner I am unable to you’re the gas stove since last 12 days. If any accident happen due to gas leakage who will be responsible KAFF???
      Really very poor response from Kaff. I think KAFF is not having no sales after support, I strongly recommend no should buy Kaff appliances

        Hi There,

        I have registered a complaint in September (KF23533) about the micro wave panel getting rusted in 2 months time from when i bought it. I have been promised several times by all your executives that this will be sorted out next week every time i call, but that's is all that is i have and nothing else, I'm hoping some one will respond to this mail and take corrective action.

          The complain is from bangalore -560027

          We have an 4 burner gas stove in our md residence and we have lodged a complaint on date 11 jan 2017 regarding that the stove one burner is not in function and the complaint number - kf57002 in the name of swetha. There was no any call from the technician/ service centre after the complaint have registered to till date & and i was frequently following the complaint through the customer care there answer is we will reach you in half an hour or within a hour and later on there is no call from the customer care / service centre regarding the complaint and at last when i called again for customer care on 24 jan 2017 they said that the complaint have been closed as the issue solved. My question is that when the technician not attended the complaint and even not called regarding the complaint then how can the complaint been closed and it is the duty of customer care when once the complaint been registered to follow the complaint or to call the customer who had registered the complain saying that is the issue been solved or not.

          I found two customer service worst till now one is samsung customer service for refrigerator but your are worst than that atleast samsung customer doesn't close the complaint till they confirmed from the customer but your service / customer centre are worst than that.

          atmost after Complaint they have attended the complain today it means there is a proverb in hindi
          Seedhi Unguli se ghee anhi nickla tho ungli ko tedi karo, the Kaff Service Centre is working in same process as per proverb.

            I purchased a chimney model no. Kaff ELBAA 900m3/h online from paytm. on 31.12.2016 i had raised a request for the installation of the same with the request number KF53977. i was told that the installation engineer would contact me within the next 48hrs and i shall have to bear the installation charges to which i had agreed. i waited for 1 week from then yet no one contacted.then on 09.01.2017 i called up the toll free no once again and i was told by the customer service representative in an apologetic tone that it will definitely be done in the next 48hrs and this matter will be conveyed to the higher authorities who will again contact me clarifying the reason behind this. and still the second request goes unheeded. now can i know the real motive behind this non compliance to the commitments and what should the company take as a measure so that the unfateful customers do not fall a prey to this time and again??

              We purchased kaff microwave 2 years back. From last 6 months we have been in so much pain due to this product. Six months back there was a spark in it while using it and your service person mr. Akhilesh came 5 days after the complaint was registered and he left the microwave parts opened saying that a part will get changed. He didn't turned up for 2 months even after repeated calls. After 2 months when he changed the part and charged us rs.1100 for the same. Microwave again stopped working after a month and now when he came today to see the problem, he said now again one part will get changed for rs.2800/-. We all regret our decision of buying kaff product. We have another lg microwave which has been running for last 9 years without any problem. But kaff products are a disaster.. First the product quality is useless and over and above the service is most pathetic we have ever seen. Kindly have the coutesy to send any senior technician to visit and get it checked and repaired. We have already spent more than rs.3000/- on this bad product in less than 2 years and don't intend to waste more on it...

                I am facing a problem with my built in hob with four burners. I just built a new house and bought a new built in hob and chimney both of the same brand "kaff" as i really thought of it as an esteemed and renowned brand name. Now coming to the problem. Firstly, the product came with one of the burners not working and the same has been taken by the technicians on grounds of getting it repaired. (As can be seen in the photographs where one burner is missing.) secondly, the major issue that we are facing is extremely low ignition in the burners which has made it very difficult to cook anything including even making a chapatti on the burner. The quality of the product came as a big shock to us as the product has made it even more difficult to cook food then it was earlier when we used a simple hob.
                Now kaff being such a dignified brand needs to look into this and kindly see if there is some problem with all the products of this model or have we got a product with some manufacturing defect.

                  There was issue with the auto ignition in one of the burner. I made a complaint, KAFF staff came charged rs 500/- & did some patch work & it is not working since that day. Even worse than what was before compliant.

                  I have talked to the service unit of KAFF but no response.

                  Still not working & i have been charged Rs 500/, which may be refunded on priority& action may be taken against the staff for not attended complaint properly.
                  It damages image of KAFF.

                  Please cat fast & resolve my issue on priority.

                    I purchased and installed a kitchen chimney from agency, Nazrana, Vapi, model no Base MX 60 on 23.07.2015.

                    The Chimney stopped functioning on 07th April 2016 and I lodged a complaint with KAFF CC on toll free number[protected] and[protected] on 08.04.2016, complaint number: AT0033.

                    I had been following with KAFF for attending to the complaint as I had been facing problem with kitchen fumes daily. But neither the personnel nor your staff called to enquire about the problem,

                    Finally in the 1st week of June a personnel came and diagnosed the problem as Motor burned out and need to be replaced then after again following up with service personnel for long time finally motor was replaced. But the problem still persisted and personnel informed that capacitor need replacement but after that statement neither the personnel nor company staff called detailing the current status nor the concerned personnel nor seller agency is attending to my calls. In the mean time without closing the earlier complaint no AT0033 the toll free customer care had assigned a new complaint number: HR1636.

                    I am totally fed up with KAFF. The product is under 5 years warranty (Copy of warranty card attached) and I am stuck with not sight of any immediate relief.

                    I had contacted many personnel’s from KAFF and Dealer from where I had purchased the equipment in due course for solving the problem but are not answering my calls lately.

                    Request you to please take up the matter with the company.

                      I purchased the dishwasher in 2011 and the power on switch has been giving us trouble since then. It has been replaced at our expense once but the problem continues. I again lodged a complaint in april 2016.in september someone came and informed us that the electronic panel was not working, it was removed and taken. No reciepts were given. I have been calling up the service provider for north india as well as the repair person raj repeatedly but neither has the panel come nor has anyone contacted me.
                      This is causing me a lot of stress and headaches. Either repair the dishwasher or replace with a new unit at the company's expense

                        The dishwashing machine (moedl no. k/d bin gx60 (intra) has been out of order since around april of 2016. when we made the first complaint (complaint number js3560) the technician came and attended. the starting switch panel was found defective and the board removed for it to be repaired. the technician recorded that in the process of opening the machine the leg of the machine had got damaged. this needed to be replaced as well as the part removed had to be replaced.
                        Ever since i have contacted the service center numerous times. after many attempts the call has been picked up and i have been told, that we will have the complaint attended to immediately, or the part has been repaired but the leg has still not been received.
                        Subsequently i spoke to the customer center who gave me a fresh complaint number kf 25853 dt 22-09-16 and then despite persistent attempts at having this resolved, i was given another complaint number kf34489 dt 21-10-16. whilst promises were made that the technician would visit within a day, there has been no visit. i sense the spare leg is not available.
                        Please note that the machine is not operable without the leg. it should be procured immediately and my machine must be made operable.
                        Please note that the machine has been idle for over 6 months leading to immense problems. if there is any delay in getting the spare, then the machine should be replaced immediately.
                        It is of extreme concern and hence i write of a company which i have held in high repute and have purchased a gas stove, oven and microwave from the same company. i am sure you would not want me to take this further and make it into a legal matter.

                          I purchased a hob on 26th september 16 and gas started leaking from one of the burners within 20 days. I made a complaint kf 35212 on 23rd oct and some person came with no tools and said maybe the valve is spoilt etc, said he doesn't have the parts and will send someone else to solve the issue. I called him back two days later and he said he doesn't know about the complaint and that he didn't come. After insisting, he said he will give the phone to his manager mr ravi [protected] who is the service manager gives me the same response and that he doesn't know and that he will send someone.

                          I started calling the people i bough it from, new kitchen world on btm 100 ft road bangalore, they said they will ask the service center to call me. Again that same guy who came to my place called me and asked what's the problem sir, i told him that he came and already checked the hob and knows the issue, again he denied and said he will tell his manager to call who is mr suryakant.

                          In all this i want to know what kind of service is kaff providing? This is absolutely pathetic!

                            We purchased kaff hob and got it installed in february 2016 from ramco distributors, gachibowli. Within 2 months knob got stuck. They took almost 2 months to replace the knob. From last 3 months auto ignition is not working.. Service person told that microswitches need to be replaced. Since then no response. There is problem with the burners too. Pathetic

                              We bought the dishwasher along with the modualar kitchen at a local dealer called celestile. We were not able to use the dishwasher since then noo proper demonstration was give the manual was not given and the warrenty card was not giver it has been 2 years since the date of purchase an1 year since the date of installation we tried many times to ask for professional help but were given a deaf ear. Its very annoying that u spen so much and get nothing in return we then called up to kaff solutions our complaint was registered but no one attended to the solution. Its so funny how these sales apexcecutives be back o[censored]s when we are buying and then we have to roam around them

                                I had a problem in my kitchen hob and logged a call at kaff customer care center. they sent a service engineer and service engg replaced the faulty / broken part. it was agreed to pay service / visit charge 200.00 + service tax and part charges which are aprx 300.00 + vat tax.
                                When requested for bill first he resisted and than sent it through courier. but the bill is also fake / incorrect. they are looting customers with tax.

                                #1. service tax no is not printed on bill book but they have charged @ 15%. which is inr 30.00.

                                #2. on part which has been replaced they have also charged service tax @ 15% which is inr 44.00. service tax is not applicable on material.

                                This is how they are charging full amount from the customer but have severe doubts if they are depositing the collected tax to the tax authorities.

                                Would like to share the invoice copy with service tax and vat department.

                                Last but not least, the company is changing heavily at least 15 times higher for small 0.5 inch nozzle hose connector. the cost of this hose should not be more than 20-30 rupees but they have charged inr 371.00.

                                  I lodged a complaint regarding the repair of KAFF gas Stove and Chimney on 25th of September, 2016, and my complaint No. 26761, Later I contacted 10 times but nobody came to do the repair, every time they say, that they are forwarding my complaint to the concerned person, but no response. Even to day on 19th October also I contacted and got the same standard reply from them saying they will forward to the concerned person and he will attend in 48 hours.

                                    My kaff 4 burner stove stopped working from last few months, we many times requested for the repair of the stove but no one came. Burners are not operating from electricity we need to use a lighter now a days to lit the burner. So fix this problem as soon as possible.

                                      In march of this year i bought a kaff cooking range, after a much ado and running around the bend following up with their team i finally managed to get the installation and demo done.

                                      Now, a little over six months later, the self ignition on a few of the burners is giving trouble. When i called the service centre i was told that i need to pay service charges if someone is to come and look into the problem. After a brief discussion with the executive, mentioning that the cooking range is under warranty i gave up, because i needed someone to look into the issue and asked them to send an executive over to inspect the cooking range. This call with the service centre was over two weeks ago. I'm still waiting on the executive to come and inspect the problem.

                                      First off, the cooking range is still under warranty, so why should i be expected to be paying a service charge.

                                      Second, is customer service so inconsequential, that even after booking a service request no one shows up?

                                      I've had a horrific experience with the brand right from the start.

                                      When the cooking range was first purchased it took more than two weeks to get them to come and do the installation. It took a month for someone to come and do the demo.

                                      When their executive came to do the demo they noticed a few parts were missing, it then took another month of constant follow ups to get them to deliver the missing parts.in all i spent a good two and a half months just following up with the brand to get them to install, demo and deliver part of the cooking range. No only was it tedious but it also ate into much of my working hours.

                                        This is with reference to the ticket kf9610

                                        My kaff chimney motor was replaced and ever since it is not working. It works for 5 mins and turns off. I was told that it is chip issue and after waiting for 3 weeks the new one was installed. Still having the same problem.

                                        The service engineers have now visited 4 times and i dont think they have a clue of how this needs to be fixed. Need this issue to be escalated so that this gets the right attention and resolution
