I am baffled and appalled at the callousness attitude of KAFF customer care team. Phone number [protected]
We have been requesting for our microwave to be fixed since last last one week, today is 3rd FEB, however no one shows up and fixes the Microwave. I spoke to one Mr Avlin after profusely requesting to speak to the supervisor, advising him about our apathy. He heard us and did call us back and said some would call in the next half hour. No One DidD. Yet a another day has passed and no sign of anyone from customer care coming or calling us.
Such a waste to be stuck on the phone with them on their customer care, requesting for the day / date / time they will visit as we are all working. No answers from them. Ask for the service team numbers who will visit, No Answers for them.
Two people surprising share the same name Sumit (without any surname) with different voice prints in their customer care number.
One passing the buck onto the other. Be ready for most UN-cooperative After sale service if you buy Kaff. Is the management listening, is the management sleeping or this is the strategy of treating their customer once a sale has been made.
Can anyone help Please, we need Kaff to fix our microwave and we are willing to pay for this service.

Updated by Consu99 We were eventually approached by one Mr. Dubey, after almost one week of calling their customer service department, claimed to have come from Noida, saying he is from Kaff and who visited us on Saturday, 4 Feb, then gave us time to visit us on Monday with parts, that is today to resolve our complaint, he kept us waiting saying that first he will come at 10 am, he did not show up and we called him up, and then said will visit us at 3 pm and till now that is at 549 pm has not shown up to our place. I believe that customer harassment by Kaff employee is a norm and the management does not want to do anything about professional delivery in terms of after sale customer service. We have now decided that we will not get our service done from from Kaff and get it repaired by some local technician, we do not want to be in waiting for non cooperative and non professional team of employees hired by Kaff and its Management, who have nothing but casual approach towards their product and its repairs and maintenance.
