I had given a complaint regards the exhaust fan of the chimney not working. They sent a serv. engg. and I was told fan needs to be sent for repairing to Gurgaon and it will take 10 days. The fan was taken on 24 March and it is about a month. Neither the authorized service center nor the toll free number provide sufficient details for the delay.

Also, the authorized service center person evades my calls. The Toll Free number just takes the complaint and says someone will get in touch within 60 minutes. This has been going on for almost last few calls and days.

I do not know when the motor is going to get repaired.

Bought the dishwasher in 2014 Nov.Havent used it even once!after repeated calls, a technician came and he said spare parts are missing, motor is spoilt(of a product which we never used)

Never buy Kaff.I haven't seen such a pathetic service with any other brand
Better to go for IFB or Siemens

    My name is Kavery Bhattacharyya & my Complain No is # KF79451. My complain has been pending for a month now. Have received no response, very poor service so far. I am extremely dissappointed and finally after speaking to supervisors Paramjit who said I will receive call within half an hour from service centre which obviously I neva received and then spoke to Sumit Yadav who finally provided me the no. of your service centre. But again the service centre person said that nobody can help me there and I need to call back again. I have just 1 request, I am so disppointed and mentally tortured that I request you to refund my money and take back the chimney.

      Have purchased Kaff Hob in the month of Jan 2017. Installed on 05.02.2017. After installation a rubber part was missing due to which utensil cannot be balanced. Person came for installation said request has been placed after follow up he said to put request to customer care which was done on 17.03.2017 Compliant No. KF 75998. After 8 days I followed but they said that within 15 days of compliant it will resolved. Till date the same is not resolved. I will say this is horrible company for after sales service don't you ever buy any Kaff product. For small part they are not able to provide service. Ridiculous.

      Immediately after lodging compliant call from service centre received informing person will visit the place. On 12th April person who was suppose to visit our place gave call in the evening at around 06:45 pm that he is coming he is in Bombay central and what is my address whereas my address was near Sandhurst Road Station he was not knowing the address also. I informed him to visit next day but due to some urgency within 10 minutes I called him and said not to come on 13th April but come on 14th April but the concerned person did not even bothered to call up and say that he is not coming. In fact he said that despite under warranty I have to pay charges for rubber. This type of service is provided by KAFF. So I request you to please think twice before buying any product of KAFF. Horrible Horrible Horrible Service.

        It was my misfortunate to buy an in built oven from Kaff. It broke down about about a year. contacted the dealer who took it in about 6 months back. 1st he replaced the thermostat and charged Rs3500 for no reason because the fault was with the element. every time I call him he say the parts are on their way. for God Sake please buy it back as scrap so that I can buy an more reliable brand.

          We had purchased Kaff chimney about 3years ago and have since regretted it because the customer service is atrocious.In the first year when four free services were to be provided, we had to call repeatedly to avail service. In the second year, we signed up for Annual maintenance Contract and it was money down the drain because they never came for service. When we called them, it was attended to after several calls were made.
          In the third year, we decided to avail service on as and when basis. I have registered complaint vide Complaint No KF74212 on 11.3.2017 and was told that complaint will be attended in 48 hours.
          No body visited to attend the complaint and when I called the customer care today to check the status, I am shocked to be told by Ms Tarannum that my complaint status is 'spare part awaited'.
          Kaff is a highy priced product in its range and it is expected that the after sales service must be very good.
          kindly look into the matter

            The Canberra 90 chimney was enthusiastically purchased vide Bill No. Dt/15-16/506 dt 25/08/15 and bearing Sr.No. 2234A04015.
            For the first service of the same we contacted the customer care and M/s Shiva K Services, Noida were assigned to do the job.
            Our chimney was then serviced by them on 21/06/2016 vide their service slip No.057 dt. 21/06/16. We were shocked that these people had no experience for the service of the same and were told that they had never seen this model of chimney earlier. After service my chimney could not open or close properly, the closed glass flap had a huge gap and was making noise. A written and verbal complaint was immediately sent to the Service Head / Owner. It was again serviced by a team of service personals under my supervision and then it was made alright.
            Now in December when it again needed 2nd service, I called the customer care and they again sent the same Service Company to my place. I am shocked to learn that even till now they haven't seen or serviced Canberra. I again called Customer care and asked them to send somebody who knows to service Canberra 90 but they sent the same service people again who again told me that they don't know a thing about this chimney and has to give a hit and trial for this model. This is not acceptable to me as this will lead to total destruction of my new chimney.
            Kindly solve the problem and get my Chimney serviced properly.

              I would like to bring in notice that, the kind of pathetic service i am receiving from KAFF service, ~10 month back i bought KAFF Chimney and ~1.5 month back it's PCB got issue and it stop working after following two week then send one service person who taken PCB mentioning that it faulty and promise that within 10 days he will come and replace with new one, and most previous 3 week i am following and service center guys keep telling that it will be sorted out and they will followup with service team, but even though all escalation nothing is moving fast it really frustrating why i bought their product .

                I have brough Kaff HOB KHB60 BR 4 about 3 months back. Hob came with faulty electrode in one of the burner. This electrode is very loose and do not work. Another issue is with the brass burner. One of the burner polish(black) is faded and brass color is showing of. This is the bad quality of product has been supplied to me. Even after several complaints no one visited my house. I want a refund of the faulty product.

                This complaint regarding hob is not resolved yet. There is no response from your side. I have logged another complaint with customer care for Kaff chimney. Chimney circuit was blown. Technician visited and took the PCB circuit with him. Since then there is no update. He is not reachable over phone. Can you tell me what is the ETA for this complaint?

                  I bought a kaff chimney in 2013. The filter was out of shape and i had to replace it. So i contacted the local kaff technician in 2016 aug. He said the part has to replaced and said he placed an order for the spare part.

                  It's feb 15th today. Till now, they didn't arrange for the spare part irrespective of multiple calls.

                  Kaff after sales is so PATHETIC !!

                  I would never ever buy a kaff product again in my LIFE!!

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased Kaff Ray 60 Chimney from Amazon & installed it two weeks back.It has been hardly a week or so and the motor started dripping oil from it.

                    The service engineer who came is asking me to pay 800 Rs for Motor cleaning saying if there is motor problem then it comes under warranty but if it needs motor cleaning then i have to pay 800 RS .

                    I am not sure are you guys out of your mind first of all even if there is no problem in motor then too why it should drip oil from it just within one week !!! Or you mean to say all of your brand chimney started dripping oil and we are suppose to pay 800 rs every two weeks to get the Motor clean???
                    It sounds so stupid that i couldnot stop laughing when the service engineer told me that!!!When i made him understood how silly it sounds he is telling me to open manual and clean the motor every two weeks myself.

                    I am sure you guys dont want me to spread this product & post installation horrible & laughable experience in social media internet & consumer court.

                    So please correct this issue immediately & yes i can pay you that 800 rs for service change but then be ready to go to Consumer court post that!!.

                      We had put complaint for non working of our chimney. One of your executive visited the house, check the chimney and informed one of the parts not working and told us he will bring the part and replace. Already 6 to 8 months have past, we called the employee on [protected] thrice, but till today only one answer and will check the status and get back to you.
                      Atleast inform us whether your staff is going to repair or we have to replace with new chimney. How long should we wait for you to repair.

                        I am baffled and appalled at the callousness attitude of KAFF customer care team. Phone number [protected]
                        We have been requesting for our microwave to be fixed since last last one week, today is 3rd FEB, however no one shows up and fixes the Microwave. I spoke to one Mr Avlin after profusely requesting to speak to the supervisor, advising him about our apathy. He heard us and did call us back and said some would call in the next half hour. No One DidD. Yet a another day has passed and no sign of anyone from customer care coming or calling us.

                        Such a waste to be stuck on the phone with them on their customer care, requesting for the day / date / time they will visit as we are all working. No answers from them. Ask for the service team numbers who will visit, No Answers for them.

                        Two people surprising share the same name Sumit (without any surname) with different voice prints in their customer care number.

                        One passing the buck onto the other. Be ready for most UN-cooperative After sale service if you buy Kaff. Is the management listening, is the management sleeping or this is the strategy of treating their customer once a sale has been made.
                        Can anyone help Please, we need Kaff to fix our microwave and we are willing to pay for this service.

                        We were eventually approached by one Mr. Dubey, after almost one week of calling their customer service department, claimed to have come from Noida, saying he is from Kaff and who visited us on Saturday, 4 Feb, then gave us time to visit us on Monday with parts, that is today to resolve our complaint, he kept us waiting saying that first he will come at 10 am, he did not show up and we called him up, and then said will visit us at 3 pm and till now that is at 549 pm has not shown up to our place. I believe that customer harassment by Kaff employee is a norm and the management does not want to do anything about professional delivery in terms of after sale customer service. We have now decided that we will not get our service done from from Kaff and get it repaired by some local technician, we do not want to be in waiting for non cooperative and non professional team of employees hired by Kaff and its Management, who have nothing but casual approach towards their product and its repairs and maintenance.

                          I filed complaint on 31/12/2016 regarding gas leakage from burner. And customer care officer said our representative will visit your place within 24 hrs, but till date no one vested and even no one called from service department. Still gas is leaking from burner I am unable to you’re the gas stove since last 12 days. If any accident happen due to gas leakage who will be responsible KAFF???

There was no any call from the technician/ service centre after the complaint have registered to till date & and i was frequently following the complaint through the customer care there answer is we will reach you in half an hour or within a hour and later on there is no call from the customer care / service centre regarding the complaint and at last when i called again for customer care on 24 jan 2017 they said that the complaint have been closed as the issue solved. My question is that when the technician not attended the complaint and even not called regarding the complaint then how can the complaint been closed and it is the duty of customer care when once the complaint been registered to follow the complaint or to call the customer who had registered the complain saying that is the issue been solved or not.

                              I found two customer service worst till now one is samsung customer service for refrigerator but your are worst than that atleast samsung customer doesn't close the complaint till they confirmed from the customer but your service / customer centre are worst than that.

                              atmost after Complaint they have attended the complain today it means there is a proverb in hindi
                              Seedhi Unguli se ghee anhi nickla tho ungli ko tedi karo, the Kaff Service Centre is working in same process as per proverb.

                                I purchased a chimney model no. Kaff ELBAA 900m3/h online from paytm. on 31.12.2016 i had raised a request for the installation of the same with the request number KF53977. i was told that the installation engineer would contact me within the next 48hrs and i shall have to bear the installation charges to which i had agreed. i waited for 1 week from then yet no one contacted.then on 09.01.2017 i called up the toll free no once again and i was told by the customer service representative in an apologetic tone that it will definitely be done in the next 48hrs and this matter will be conveyed to the higher authorities who will again contact me clarifying the reason behind this. and still the second request goes unheeded. now can i know the real motive behind this non compliance to the commitments and what should the company take as a measure so that the unfateful customers do not fall a prey to this time and again??

                                  We purchased kaff microwave 2 years back. From last 6 months we have been in so much pain due to this product. Six months back there was a spark in it while using it and your service person mr. Akhilesh came 5 days after the complaint was registered and he left the microwave parts opened saying that a part will get changed. He didn't turned up for 2 months even after repeated calls. After 2 months when he changed the part and charged us rs.1100 for the same. Microwave again stopped working after a month and now when he came today to see the problem, he said now again one part will get changed for rs.2800/-. We all regret our decision of buying kaff product. We have another lg microwave which has been running for last 9 years without any problem. But kaff products are a disaster.. First the product quality is useless and over and above the service is most pathetic we have ever seen. Kindly have the coutesy to send any senior technician to visit and get it checked and repaired. We have already spent more than rs.3000/- on this bad product in less than 2 years and don't intend to waste more on it...

                                    I am facing a problem with my built in hob with four burners. I just built a new house and bought a new built in hob and chimney both of the same brand "kaff" as i really thought of it as an esteemed and renowned brand name. Now coming to the problem. Firstly, the product came with one of the burners not working and the same has been taken by the technicians on grounds of getting it repaired. (As can be seen in the photographs where one burner is missing.) secondly, the major issue that we are facing is extremely low ignition in the burners which has made it very difficult to cook anything including even making a chapatti on the burner. The quality of the product came as a big shock to us as the product has made it even more difficult to cook food then it was earlier when we used a simple hob.
                                    Now kaff being such a dignified brand needs to look into this and kindly see if there is some problem with all the products of this model or have we got a product with some manufacturing defect.

                                      There was issue with the auto ignition in one of the burner. I made a complaint, KAFF staff came charged rs 500/- & did some patch work & it is not working since that day. Even worse than what was before compliant.

                                      I have talked to the service unit of KAFF but no response.

                                      Still not working & i have been charged Rs 500/, which may be refunded on priority& action may be taken against the staff for not attended complaint properly.
                                      It damages image of KAFF.

                                      Please cat fast & resolve my issue on priority.

                                        I purchased and installed a kitchen chimney from agency, Nazrana, Vapi, model no Base MX 60 on 23.07.2015.

                                        The Chimney stopped functioning on 07th April 2016 and I lodged a complaint with KAFF CC on toll free number[protected] and[protected] on 08.04.2016, complaint number: AT0033.

                                        I had been following with KAFF for attending to the complaint as I had been facing problem with kitchen fumes daily. But neither the personnel nor your staff called to enquire about the problem,

                                        Finally in the 1st week of June a personnel came and diagnosed the problem as Motor burned out and need to be replaced then after again following up with service personnel for long time finally motor was replaced. But the problem still persisted and personnel informed that capacitor need replacement but after that statement neither the personnel nor company staff called detailing the current status nor the concerned personnel nor seller agency is attending to my calls. In the mean time without closing the earlier complaint no AT0033 the toll free customer care had assigned a new complaint number: HR1636.

                                        I am totally fed up with KAFF. The product is under 5 years warranty (Copy of warranty card attached) and I am stuck with not sight of any immediate relief.

                                        I had contacted many personnel’s from KAFF and Dealer from where I had purchased the equipment in due course for solving the problem but are not answering my calls lately.

                                        Request you to please take up the matter with the company.
