I have bought Kaff KC 70 GBK 3 Gas stove from a local store S.K. Refrigeration Prem Nagar through Zopper. Knobs did not work properly since the first day, which was reported to the store and market place. Both of them offered no help but asked to call Kaff Service center. Kaff customer care took the query but there has been no reply or service executive visit since 06 January, 2016. They assured of a visit in a day or two, saying " We are arranging a visit today or tomorrow". Contact : Aparna Roy
Kaff Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have bought Kaff KHB 76 BR4 Hob (Black) a local store Nuevo Home Apps. Banasawdi, Bg-43. Knobs did not work properly since the first day, out of 4 knobs, one knob is not working and the other knob's auto ignition is not working.. Kaff customer care took the query on 29.12.2015 but there has been no reply or service executive visited till today.. They assured of a visit in a day or two, saying " We are arranging a visit today or tomorrow". Chimney OPEC BGX 90 sucking power is vey bad . Both were purchased on 29.9.15

    Chimney stopped working in the middle of operation. The light provided in the chimney just malfunctioned and after some time the chimney stopped. i called the kaff customer care, but i guess the people there are the least bothered about there customers. On Friday they said that the complaint has been taken up No. BH195 & BH196 and you will be hearing from our technician within 48 working hours. But even after 5 days of waiting and repeated try to talk with the kaff representative, i have failed to get any response from the kaff people. I have used many kaff products in past but never to this horrible experience. No one in the north head office, ready to talk regarding the complaint. Pathetic after sales service of such a big brand.

      This is with regards to my complain lodged at your customer care on 10 sept that our chimney was not functional..repeated follow up with the gurgaon center and then hyderabad local center ph[protected] but for 1 month no technician was sent.
      After a month technician Ravi visited and mentioned a blower problem he said he would replace it but never came back for 2 weeks on following up again technician sreenivas came and said he needs to check he removed the chimey dismantled and left saying motor problem. Gain after follow up he came and took the motor after a week . we were told the repaired motor would be installed but again no response . He came again 18 nov and cleaned the chimney and took 1250 rs for servicing and refused to give a receipt, the chimney is still not working ..Mr prashant from the service center who is the head has said he will senda technician but no one has come till today. Mr srinivas from Kaff hyderabad assured me that things would get rectified i spoke to him 2 days back... but still nothing. Also the company should note technicians are taking money for deep cleaning servicing and refusing to give receipts...i have repeatedly asked for a receipt for 1250 paid for chimnet service and cleaning and hob service and cleaning1250 andrS 400 but not got it
      The moto problem is not solved and chimney not working
      Is this the kind of service kaff believes in.
      I willnever recommend or buy a kaff product again

        We purchased a Kaff Lumix 90 chimney from a Kaff authorized dealer in Bangalore and it was installed on Oct 4, 2015. On Oct 31, 2015, the chimney stopped working. Called the Bangalore customer care number [protected] (the number is answered by Nandish, Bangalore Manager) on the same day but they refused to consider the complaint as it was a Saturday. On Monday, Nov 2, the complaint was taken and number given was BAN 309. But, no action was taken on this. On Nov 3rd, I got another complaint number CC 169 on calling the Gurgaon office. On the next day, Nov 4, the technician Naveen (mobile number [protected]) visited and said that the PCB board in the chimney needs to replaced and this would take about 4-5 days. After this, they did not bother to get back. On Nov 13, I called Nandish and he said that the part has just arrived and will be fixed on the next day. On Nov 14th, again Nandish said that the technician Naveen will visit our premises. But, on calling Naveen, he said that he was not given the spare part for our complaint, but for other complaints. This has been going on for 1 week now. Nandish and Naveen keep giving contradicting statements. Finally, after repeated calls, on Nov 18th, Naveen got the spare part but it was a faulty piece. He said he will get another spare part from Nandish and come back. But, he did not turn up again. On Nov 20th, Nandish informs that the whole lot of PCB boards received are all faulty. And so, our chimney will be repaired next week, when they receive the next lot of spare parts. First of all, it is strange that the chimney stopped functioning within a month. Secondly, the after sales service of Kaff is pathetic. We have to call at least 10-15 times before Nandish answers the phone. It is now 3 weeks since we have lodged the complaint and are suffering for purchasing Kaff chimney. On calling the toll free customer care number, I am always assured that the matter would be taken up on priority. However, no action has been taken. Thirdly, seems all chimneys of Kaff in Bangalore require replacement of PCB boards and Kaff produces faulty pieces of the spare parts. PLEASE FOLKS, DO NOT BUY KAFF APPLIANCES. ELSE, YOU TOO WILL HAVE TO SUFFER LIKE US AFTER PAYING IN THOUSANDS FOR THEIR USELESS ITEMS. PLEASE KAFF, STOP PRODUCING AND SELLING YOUR APPLIANCES. SEEMS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BASICS RIGHT YET. RETURN THE FULL COST AND TAKE BACK YOUR CHIMNEY.

          We have purchased the Glass hob on July Month. We were cooking some dishes on 24 September 2015, suddenly the glass hob blasted and all the glass particles around the kitchen. By God's Grace nothing happened to my Family. We have raised the complaint on same day morning itself. There was no proper response from the people. So we called the Area manager Shivakumar Bangalore and the way he responded was very Pathetic. And he was telling its customers responsibility to take cares all of these things, it is happening everywhere very frequently and it's not an issue. I don't know these people are really valuing their company because the way they responded showing Kaff is the worst company.it was such an insulting response from such a high brand. We have spent so much money to get branded products and at the end this is the result. Till today we didn't get any good response and they are telling they would replace only the glass part. How will we trust and cook next time. Its only three months since we purchased, so it's our right to get a complete replacement. Hope this complaint will address our concerns completely.             I purchased last year four KAFF appliances - Hob, Chimney, Oven, and Microwave Oven. At the time of installation, done by their technician one Mr Raju, it was found that the ignition-stone is loose. He had told that it would attended "shortly". It never happened. I also kept on ignoring it till last month when the stone became very loose. Then, I called the KAFF customer care at [protected] on 17-Sep-2015. Two persons visited my home on 19-Sep-2015, out of which one number is [protected], who connected me to one Mr Naveen [[protected]]. The persons took one copy of my sales invoice also and told they would come back next week with a new stone to change within warranty. No one came. Then, since last week, I am chasing [protected] and [protected] (Naveen). Mr Naveen is simply bluffing me - he told last Saturday that he would come on Monday (yesterday). He did not come. I did not attend my repeated call yesterday. Then, I left a message. He did not respond. Then, in the afternoon, he told his person is on the way and reach by 4.00 PM. No one came. This is the way a KAFF customer is given the "CARE". After you buy the KAFF appliance, only GOD help you for any post-sales customer care. Please take your own decision after reading this story whether to buy a KAFF appliance or not.

              I am writing to complain about the absolute lack of response from Kaff to multiple service requests. Our dish washer has broken down for over a month now and the Chimney was initially inspected by a service engineer and issue identified to replacement of the choke but was never delivered. This is a serious issue as we have picked up the equipment thinking that the co is a reputed one and I can't believe that we have been unsuccessfully behind their call centre talking to one agent after another and each pretends to lodge in a compliant and assure that the issue will be resolved immediately. Today I got through to an agent (Deepak) and he assured me that he will personally tag the case and ensure that the issue is resolved by 630 pm but as usual there is no action. WE need strict action to be taken against such companies.

                Had purchased goods worth rs 90300 on 24/12/14.the induction plate never worked.despite repeated complaints nobody helped.the product was taken by Mr dheeraj who claims to be a sales guy.it was returned after a Month still not working.the engineer who came to give the product Mr krishan said it is a useless product.then talking on phone with Mr dheeraj said the right person to talk with is Mr rohit.Mr rohit fixed up a time with me to personally come and check but backed out .I have recordings of all conversations and cctv footage of your, engineers.it is very apparent that they are wanting the guarantee to get over.although Mr dheeraj wants to help Mr rohit has been extremely uncooperative.please help and solve the issue

                  Hi we bought a Kaff chimney and built in hob a week back and installed it by kaff technicians in our new apartment in prestige shanti niketan bangalore . On day one the hob glass got cranked and clattered all over the place in the kitchen. It was so scary that my wife and my kid(9 month old) who was in walker started shivering . All over the place the glass pieces got scattered. It was so dangerous that my neighbors got panic by the sound of glass break. It was so dangerous that the burner over which we were cooking our meal was burning with high burning flames. After that we called there customer care number and asked for the immediate escalation but its day 4 and no response till yet. Problem: 1)Every time we call the customer care they response that there server is down so they cannot give the complaint number. This happened 10 times, whenever we call and everytime we need to explain the problem. Even anyone can try out –[protected]I bet you will get the same response) 2)Finally somehow we managed to escalate the issue to service manager of kaff through kaff dealer and they came to analyze the issue. 3)From last 2 days we are calling one after the other officials of kaff department and they bluntly told that we cant replace the hob but will replace the glass top as we don’t have stock of kaff hob in Bangalore which I believe is completely wrong as this is the most running model of kaff. 4)Ok finally they said that someone will come by today evening to change the top but after several follow-ups they bluntly told that “I am a branch manager and I can’t come to install your hob”. When we warned them that we will post our experience in social forums so they simply ignored it and now we are clueless what will happen next. 5)From last 3 days we are not able to cook.                   no one are ready to visit the sight for service despite ready to pay the service charges.complaint no is[protected] the person who given the call and asked us to wait he never turned up so far made several complaints to call centre .they are saying they dont know anything and has to speak to One Mr.Nagendra who has committed for service and phone got switched off.for this kind of service should not sell the product and make customers life miserable .Non of them are ready to take an initiative to resolve cu issue I strongly suggest people not buy KAFF products because of pathetic service

                    I had cubmit the complaint for the same on 8 july 2015 but have not received any response from the technician . after calling the toll free no ten times i was told that my complaint has been escalated and will be resolved as soon as possible .

                      I raised a complaint on 22 april 2015 for glass broken of the hob but its been nearly 3months but they hav no responsibilty or even courtesy to call back n help us out they have a very poor service team and coustmer care with no concern or authority they only no playing games never ever buy a kaff appliance they r worst at service i am planning to throw away the 25000 rs hob on thier face no need of your service thnx very much and a guy called nandish service manager of kaff bangalore he is a with dirty mouth.                         My complaint was registered on 22-april-2015 for glass broken of the hob but till date the issue has not been rectified or has been taken any concern over it from kaff. The only answer i get is sir we will call back to u in half an hours time but have not recieved a single call back from thier side really the poorest service given by anyone or for any product in my whole life they really are cheaters. Please dont go for kaff anytime complaint no-TT130995

                            I purchased a cooktop on 25 November 2013. After 2 months of purchasing i start facing a problem in one of the burner and after 6 months again in the same burner and now again after six months a sound of blast comes from the same burner which damaged the cooktop badly. I thank to my God that he saved me from the major injury but now I am cursing the day when I purchased the product of your company. I asked your technician to tell me whether there is a problem in the cooktop after facing the problem 2 times in the same burner, he said no. I think they are waiting for the major incident and then only they will replace it. I want that you should rectify my cooktop as soon as possible because this happens only due to the ignorance of the staff of your service centre.

                              i hv purchased 2 chimney about a yr bck and frm tht time onwards it has not worked properly even for one single day. I hv raised complaints again and again in the company but all i get from them is a futile response. They usually register the complaint and thn snd some technician after 15 days. And whn the technician arrives, he told that he will send his senior for the problem. Almost a yr has passed but tht senior hasnt arrived yet. My problem is with 1 chimney, other one is working properly . Problem is tht chimney makes alot of noise like a very heavy machine and its suction power is very very poor according to its specifications. I m fully fed up from the services provided by the company and from the chimney itself.They have sold a defective product and they are not accepting it. I wnt chimney to get replaced.

                                This is to inform that i have lodged a complaint with the Kaff service centre Hyderabad several months back as my microwave was not working even after spending Rs2500 on a part called magnetron which is under warranty. The microwave has stopped working completely. Several calls have been to the service centre, Toll free number and also via e mails. The company seems least interested to solve customer complaints.                                   Purchased one chimney in July 2014, still under warranty, developed problems, lodged complaint on Jan 14th, still unattended even after lapse of 2 weeks and having regularly calling them to do it ASAP. strongly advise all to stay away from KAFF INDIA.

                                    Chimney model OPEC 70 got self burnt spontaneously at midnight on 16/17.10.14 thereby leading to kitchen fire. Chimney totally burnt and damaged. Complaints lodged on 17.10 and again on 29.10.14 (compl nos. TT 90215 & 2415). No action taken yet by firm to replace chimney.

                                      We purchased a Kaff hob and chimney 2012. The knob of the gas hob is not working and we lodged a complaint on 14.5.14 regarding this and it was informed that our complaint will be solved in 48 hrs, but till 4 days no one has attended the complaint. The Call centre gave the number of the Kaff repair centre at Bangalore. The lady at the Kaff local service centre keeps telling us that she will call me back in 5 min regarding the service of this complaint. but no one calls back. Finally she gave the number of the technician but the result was same he keeps telling I will call back in 10 min when he will come. When we shouted at him he told us that the part is available even before coming to our house and finally switched off his mobile.

                                        New kaff refrigerator purchased on 9th of july is not working since 15 th of august and a complaint is registered on 16th of august and still it is not resolved inspite of calling them regularly. Very poor service from kaff and the kaff technician from Hyderabad doesn't even answer the call
