Kaff chimney: wrong product in box delivered

I received kaff chimney on 15-mar-16. I requested for installation at kaff customer care and the technician came on 8-april. When he opened the original box he found that the protective cover is of another model and needs to be replaced (Wrong item packed by kaff). He promised to replace the same in 3 to 4 days. Oven and chimney one month old

Despite friends telling me not to purchase kaff for my new modular kitchen i was convinced by hardware solution gurgaon and purchased a oven model hpz s/s & chimney havana 90cm. Microwave kb 25t.

All three have serious issues and there sales team has accepted that they would inform the company and get the same resolved. Oven and microwave over heat and shut down on there own. The chimney switch / led lights dont work.

Faulty Product - Asking for service charge
