We bought a dishwasher, a chimney and a cooking range from authorised dealers of Kaff company from Bathinda. All other appliances except dishwasher are working fine. Problem is with soap dispenser of the washer and a few times their mechanic visited but was not able to resolve the issue. For last few months, they are not sending any mechanic even at all. Kindly instruct the company so that we keep believing in so called quality products as advertised.

    I received kaff chimney on 15-mar-16. I requested for installation at kaff customer care and the technician came on 8-april. When he opened the original box he found that the protective cover is of another model and needs to be replaced (Wrong item packed by kaff). He promised to replace the same in 3 to 4 days. I have since then called and emailed kaff customer care atleast 25 times and they always tell me someone will call or come to address the issue but nothing has progressed so far.

      I have purchased kitchen chimney (Model: canberra) from kaff appliances store in kondapur, hyderabad in october last year for my new house.
      From 2nd day itself, the chimney was not opening and we lodged a complaint. Kaff technician (Mr vinay) attended to the complaint and in his attempt to open up the chimney, he broke the glass cover. He said the company will replace it and make the appliance good. We have subsequent recorded telephone conversation, both with the technician as well as the area manager, mr. Bhaskar konne.
      Despite repeated complaints, the chimney continues to be locked up and not opening and is not functional. Kaff is not responding. Can you please help?

        I have purchased kaff base 60 model from sai associate, satellite ahmedabad, gujrat dated 10 nov 2015. Till date my chimney is like showcase piece of my modular type kitchen due to facing problem in motor i complaint many time in kaff customer care, main service center dealer of gujrat mr. Hitesh (Mob-[protected] & [protected]) is a very irregular and irresponsible person continuously i follow up with service center, dealer, gujarat head, mumbai ms. Sneha, mr. Vikram all are giving me excuse like i am fool every day i called him some says your motor will dispatched when i call his head office he said to me minimum 20 days required to come motor at our service station. Last 1 month i have been continues touch with all the member but they will not give us proper response now i request you to do not purchase any kind of kaff product because of they will give us poor quality and care less services response atleast not bother to receive my call and even if they all r busy so they can't call back...

        Still my chimney having 4 month and its in warranty period but no one give us proper response

          Despite friends telling me not to purchase kaff for my new modular kitchen i was convinced by hardware solution gurgaon and purchased a oven model hpz s/s & chimney havana 90cm. Microwave kb 25t.

          All three have serious issues and there sales team has accepted that they would inform the company and get the same resolved. Oven and microwave over heat and shut down on there own. The chimney switch / led lights dont work.

          Its been 2 months and no one has informed me for a solution. I keep contacting kaff and they keep ignoring. I have not put my faith in the indian law and consumer complaint dept and i hope i get a solution. Please let kaff know they can not cheat people in india!!

            I have purchased kaff chimney hood model ray 60 pdca from haridwar authorized dealer but when need after sales support the dealer washed its hand saying contact toolfree customer care no.When raised my service request on 26'th march(Docket no# kd0734) no one responded to the service request.I did 3-4 followups every time i was told it will be attended soon and finally after 30 days the service request was closed automatically saying the contact no was not reachable.

              Hi team,

              I purchased a kaff cooking hob (Khb 78 br4) from your store at pio mall, bejai, mangalore.

              Purchase date: 28/9/2015
              Invoice number: 405/2015-16
              Warranty period: 1 year

              Since day 1 of installation, we have observed that the flame intensity is very low, not suitable for indian cooking. It is almost like cooking on firewood. Also, all the utensils were turning black. When we contacted your team, they mentioned that this is a known issue since the kaff cooking hob is designed for german cooking-not a satisfactory response since we should have been informed prior to purchase.

              Upon further inspection by your technician, he mentioned that the burners had to be replaced immediately and that was the reason the vessels were getting damaged. We contacted your service team but no response. We had to follow up via calls more than 15 times to finally have only 2 burners replaced in the month of february.

              2 more burners still need to be replaced and i am fed up of chasing your team. We are not satisfied with the product and your service. We will not recommend your product to anyone and will escalate this issue on every consumer forum if we do not hear back by the end of this week.

              Either replace this product with a working version or take back your product giving us a full reimbursement.

                Hello,

                I had purchased a kaff hob with a glass top. The glass top shattered within 15 days o[censored]se and i complained with kaff customer care @[protected]. The complaint reference was sn2316. After 2 - 3 follow-up, i was asked to talk to their service centre @[protected]. Once again after couple of follow-ups, the service representative visited our house, inspected the shattered glass and agreed to replace under warranty within 3 - 5 working days. This was about 3 weeks ago.

                Since then, i must have followed up 10 - 12 times and either the phones goes un-answered or the person who answers says he will get the date of installation within 10 - 15 minutes and that never happens.

                I was shocked to learn that the complaint sn2316 was closed without the issue being resolved. When i objected for the same with kaff customer care, they asked me to talk to mr. Mohammed asim @[protected] and the phone is not answered inspite of me calling at least 7 - 8 times.

                Can some one help me and also ensure that so called multinationals like kaif manage their customer care at a reasonable levels.

                  Dear kaff,

                  I called up the kaff service helpline number[protected] to request chimney/hob servicing and a person showed up on 25th march 3weeks after my request.
                  Kaff technician (From k-tech, a kaff service partnner) strongly recommended that chimney motor needed a thorough cleaning as there was lot of oil in the same. He picked up the chimney and gave me a receipt no: 2258 ackowloding the chimney pick-up for deep servicing. He promised the delivery to be done in 2-3 working days. Since the delivery didn't happen by 29th march, i called up kaff again to file a complaint ( nk2314 ) upon which i was told that service technician has gone on leave and hence there is a further 2days delay on delivery. I called again on 1st march upon which i was told that delivery would bee made by march 5th.Now it's almost 2 weeks since the service pick-up & there is no clear communction from kaff as to what is going on. My calls this week are going unanwsered.

                  I'm very frustrated, anxious and terribly incovenieced by the missing chimney & the fashion in which kaff has handled the situation. Requesting the replacement of the chimney at the earliest and delay compenstation for such unprofessional/indisciplined behaviour.

                    Dear Mr. Dudeja,

                    I am forced to take the liberty of escalating a rather unfortunate episode of your team, in service of our KAFF wine chiller, since March 20, 2016.

                    Its been nearly 3 weeks, and apart from speaking to engineers and sales agents who seem to differ on what is wrong with the machine, we are really at the end of our tether.

                    1. On the week of March 20, we were promised a visit and resolution before Holi.
                    2. Chased up again after the long weekend. A service engineer (ph: [protected]) came and said the machine needs fresh gas.
                    3. Disappeared again, and we chased up and found Mr. Puneet Bhatnagar at KAFF (ph : [protected]) who promised to resolve this.
                    4. The first week of April, we are told that the gas is not the issue. The compressor needs to be changed. When asked what would that cost us, KAFF reps disappear once again.
                    5. Following up again on phone, we are now told the compressor will cost Rs. 8000. When asked what duration the warranty applicable will be for, he says he will get back.
                    6. Following up again, we are now told that there is no warranty.

                    It has taken us nearly 3 weeks, speaking to 3-4 persons, over 10 phone calls, and our KAFF wine chiller sits idle. A terrible statement for your product, and after sales effort.
                    If this is not the benchmark for service that KAF[censored]pholds, you would be quite happy that i have brought it to your notice.

                    What remains to be seen, is how soon you will be able to get our wines chilled again.

                    I hope i do not have to escalate the problem before the weekend is over. I look forward to hearing from you.

                          I have purchased a HOB and CHIMNEY from KAFF in Bangalore. However, within 15 days o[censored]sing the hob, I started seeing cracks in the paint on the burner stands and discoloration. Also, while installation, the engineer damaged the touch control panel of the chimney. I have logged multiple complaints and have called up KAFF multiple times in the last 5 months and have been told that the issue has been escalated. But senior management has absolutely no respect for the customers and there has been repeated issues from Customer care side (delay in delivery of parts, wrong parts delivered, service engineer not visiting the site, etc.)

                          I am extremely disappointed with KAFF service and would request the company to take some action.

                            The filter of KAFF chimney is not working properly. I'm logging repeated calls for 2 months now, no Service person has visited till now. I have been given multiple reference numbers, some exists, some fake also. The last compliant number is SN1694. Because chimney is not filtering properly, my kitchen and cabinets are getting greased. I dont know what to do now. I'm struck with this equipment which doesnt work as it should. To top that, the service is worst. Very very disappointed with KAFF for being extremely unprofessional.

                                  I am from Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala and in March 2015, I purchased Builtin HOB, CHIMNEY, Built-in Induction HOB, Built-in Fridge, Built-in Microwave Oven, and Built-in Oven all from KAFF, Kochi.
                                  After few months the writings/markings on the Microwave Oven(model-KB-4A) front panel started to fade away making it impossible to operate the oven since nothing is readable. It was reported immediately to KAFF local dealer, KAFF Kochi office staff Mr. Prabhu and Technician Mr.Devassy but was of no use. I registered a complaint by sending message(SMS) to 56677 and customer service executive called back and promised to renew the casing but no action was taken. SMS was send on[protected],[protected] and then[protected] and many times I visited their Kochi office and Dealer office (ETL COMBINES) in Kochi and till today my complaint is not resolved.                                     I am fed up with kaff after sale customer service and support, after getting hopeless from their support I am left with the option to send certain emails and try to get help.
                                    My request to everyone who is reading this letter please escalate my request though your channel so that I will get some response.
                                    Here is the problem
                                    I brought a Kaff 3 burner Gas stove model number (KC 70 GBK) from Chandigarh Jain Shop 35 D,
                                    We started using it same day and after a week the problem started, the flame of this stove is enormously slow and if we use all three burner simultaneously, none of the burner get light up. And seems it stopped working.
                                    From my end, I Tried replacing the gas pipe, gas cylinder and regulator, none of these option gave me any relief.
                                    On Friday 12th feb I logged a complaint in KAFF dialing a Toll Free # [protected], and Simranjeet from customer care response and took my complaint and provide me with a request number which is (AP2884), She told me that someone will get to my home based in Ropar Punjab and check it.
                                    But after 3 days, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, No one replied to complain and I thought of waiting because Sunday is a holiday.
                                    Monday 15th feb 2016 I called again Toll Free # [protected] and spoke to Simranjeet and I asked for the status, she ensure me that someone will come today end of the day and at the same time she is escalating this request.
                                    After waiting for another day with no response from KAFF, I called to the Toll Free # [protected] and spoke with Nikhil, He said the request is already escalated but, I will check with service department and call you back again .
                                    I requested him to talk to his manager, and after couple of minutes on hold he came back and said my Sr. Customer care office Sumit is online, since no manager is available you can explain you concern to him.
                                    I talk to Sumit, and explained him about my problem, and he ensure me that within 24 hr someone will reach and fix the problem and he will arrange a call back to me as well.
                                    Later same day I got another call from different office number +[protected], He call me and asked about my concern and said that our engineer will come from Jalandhar So, you have to wait till Friday and He ensure someone surely come and check the problem
                                    Today Friday, I got a call from a guy, Number [protected], he called me asked me where to come in Fathegarh, I said I am from Ropar, come to Ropar, He said he came to Fathegarh today and now he will come after 3 days to Ropar and try to cover my complain, Since morning I made 50 calls to this guy he hasn’t respond me back neither he gave me any status .

                                    So Now I am feeling pretty much hopeless and the service provided by KAFF is pathetic, I would not suggest anyone to buy this product if they don’t want to go through such pathetic service after sale.
                                    Since I screwed by these people, and losing my trust on an international Brand, I have no way left to regain my trust.
                                    If anyone reading this can help me, would be much much and much appreciated.

                                      I Purchased kaff Hob with chimny in the month of November 2015 with a warrent of one year after and installed in the month of December 2015, after working a period of only one month the chimny stopped working, the same is Registerd in the customer care with the compl no NK O691 on[protected], after reminding many times one technician came to my house on[protected] and said that some part is not working and it requires replacement and then he has removed the not working part from chimny and taken, but till today the chimny is not got repaired and there is no responce from service center, Hyderabad or from customer care center Delhi and iam freuently asking for reparing to Hyderabad service center/office and Delhi customercare center but they are answering very Neglygency, pl arrange to attend the repairs at earlist.                                         We bought a Kaff Chimney in June 2015. The Chimney stopped working withing two months. we lodged a compalint and got a very bad customer service. after three months a person cam eto replace the motor and was demanding Rs 450 for the service charge.

                                        First they give us a Faulty product and then ask us to pay the service charge even though my product is in warranty. This is very unfair. every time something or other will stop working and they will ask us for service charge.

                                        I would want to file a consumer complaint against this company fir such policies which cheats the consumers.
