We purchased kaff hub khb78br4 from kaff square prakash nagar on 31/10/2015 but in that it has observed that 3 burners are found bent we request a complaint regarding this issue on 20th aug 2016 the request # kf16015 but still now it has not replaced with the correct burners.we called many times to kaff customer care [protected], [protected] and [protected] but its no issue

i am planning to raise complaint against these people in consumer court

    I have purchased hob model-khb-60br-4 on. 25 january till the date 4 times burner. have been replaced after a long delays..

    The company has no exact answer to make their customer satisfy..

    I am very disappointed with the company service..

    The products especially hob is Lowest quality product ever seen .

    The after sale service is so bad and frustrating ..

    The service is pending for months and the time comes for next complaint.
    Never buy product of this rubbish company.

    Such a junk we purchased after 10-20 days it starts showing its bug, i want to drag these people by caller who sell such fake items every time chimney shutdowns goes after ever 45 minutes.

      I have purchased kaff dishwasher 3 years ago. But i wasn't able to use it because i don't know how to use it. Its running for 4-5 hours continuously. I called nearest kaff service center in vijayawada but they weren't able to explain how to use. So what should i do now? This shows how much knowledge your company has. I want immediate action on this issue. I want to know how to use it. I am not able to find any video in youtube too. So i want you to take this issue seriously.

        Hi,

        This is regarding complaint number KF10745 and KF3409.

        I raised this for getting new filters for chimney IDEAL DX 60.
        Even after a week did not get any call from service centre.
        Mr Nagesh kept on telling that there is no stock and would call me once stock is arrived.
        No call or no info even after a week.
        Since I have their technicians numbers I called them and enquired on the same.

        After calling Mr Nagendra and Mr Suryakanth multiple times I did not get the filters.
        I persistently followed up with Suryakanth and requested to handover them at my office address as they are not responding to come to my residence address.

        Technician Mr Ramesh quoted Rs 1300 per filter which is contrary to the price Mr Nagendra has confirmed. Mr Nagendra confirmed that he price is Rs 650 per filter. After making your technician aware of the original price I paid Rs 1300 for both filters and took them.

        Though the filters looked delicate and different from the original ones I got along with the product Mr Ramesh, Mr SuryaKanth and Mr Nagendra confirmed that the filters are original and are from Kaff company.

        I paid Rs 1300 for 2 filters (IDEAL DX 60) took the receipt and took the filters.

        To my surprise the filters doesn't fit. The length of the filter is more and doesn't match with the ones I got with chimney.

        Now I really doubt if the filters given to me are original or your authorised service center
        Sri Sai Ram Enterprises, No 12, 1st Cross, GuruRaj layout, JP Nagar 8th Phase, Kothanur Dine, Bangalore 560078)
        is selling duplicate ones on Kaff name.

        Please take this complaint on your Authorised service center for

        1) Giving a pathetic service for the complaint KF10745 and KF3409 and
        2) Selling items at higher MRP than the original.
        3) Suspicion : Selling duplicate items
        4) Selling incompatible items


        I would never ever recommend Kaff for any of my friends and relatives in future.

          I have purchased a chimney from a distributor of yours, shiv shakti appliances, pitampura, first floor in first week of june. I made full and final payment in cash to the distributor. After payment they said that the chimney is out of stock and continuously fooled me that it will come in day or two. After a month they delivered me the chimney and that also from the showroom. The worker who came to install the chimney has installed it wrongly (Out of the gas stove). I have called some worker from outside and made him remove the chimney and he did some corrections where the chimney has to be installed. I was surprised, that your company workers and distributors don't work properly and misguides us. Now i request you to please install our chimney as soon as possible and instruct your workers not to misguide the people where they visit as the customers are unknown and unaware of all these matters. This can create a bad reputation of your company in market. Please contact me as soon as possible on [protected]

            This is the second time i am booked a complaint with kaff consumer service but there is no response.

            My chimney exhaust is not working and tried to reach to reach to consumer service several time but other than "we will be sending technician and will try our best" there is no other answer.

            Can someone look in to this? My reference number is kf9610

              Very bad service from kaff. My chimney stopped working one month back and i have logged a complaint with kaff: compliant no. Kf 3245 dated: 7-jul-2016.
              I have called their call center and local area managers many times but none of them are of any help. Even i have escalated the issue to the service center head with no real relief.
              The persons i connects with who did not support to resolve my problem are:

                We have purchased two kaff chimnies with model no. Opec bgx 60 with touch pannel, few months before. One chimney stopped working. We complained about that and the company charged us rs.300/- for repairing. And now same happened to another chimney. It means kaff chimney is designed for that, after some time it would stopped and kaff will charge us rs.300/- every time. So should we go to consumer court with that. Please tell us.

                  Hi,

                  I purchased kaff idea 60 model chimney in nov`2014. Product is under 5 year warranty. Month of june `16 i called person from kaff too do full cleanup of chimney. While cleaning he identified that capacitor is leaking. I logged complain to customer care for part replacement. Its being more than month no one from kaff service center came to replace the part.
                  Every time customer service is giving excuses but no resolution.br...

                  I have a kaff hob bought at 2yrs back which has been giving me problems ever since I purchased it.I hv been servicing it many times in 2yrs.Now for the past 2-3 months I have made multiple requests for service 3 techicians attended and promised to replace the burners for the past 2months but nothing has been done.I have spoken to the service centre in charge person who promises to call back but does not respond.I'm frustrated and very unhappy with this kind of service in spite of even calling kaff customer care there has been no response.

                      I have purchased this hob 2yrs back and had problem from the beginning. Which has been serviced nw n then. Hob flameis leaving black soot on all utensils for the last 3months. Several requests were made technician comes and promises to deal with the problem but then no action is taken in spite of multiple service request's. I also spoke to the service centre in charge in ayanavaram chennai who promises to call back on 3 instances but never responded. I'm tired of the hob and ur very bad service. This is my final attempt you get a response from kaff otherwise i will have to take further action for the displeasure and trouble caused by the apathy of your service centre. Kindly deal with the issue asap

                          I have logged a complaint of my hob on 12th may 2016, regarding its malfunctioning. This hob is under warranty (Purchased on 07/08/15). From then till now the problem has not been resolved completely. My complaint no. Is at0914. I have done all kind of follow-ups possible, through mails, calls, to service center, customer care, area manager.
                          After registering the complaint & following up for 10-12days, a technician turned up for the first time & discovered that it is the issue of big burner & he will replace the same. When the other technician came in to replace the big burner, after few days, he said the hob requires servicing, after which its auto ignition will work & asked for rs.1000 for the same, as it requires some chemical cleaning. I agreed to the same, but when confirmed with their service center, they said the charges of servicing is rs.450. I asked the technician to do the service for the same amount, and he started giving the excuse that he is not carrying the cleaning chemical. Once i forced him to do, he did the same with chemical which was already present in his bag. Then after doing the servicing, another problem arose. There was some problem in middle size burner and auto ignition was still not working. Finally they agreed to replace both and i whatsapp the photos of the burner and ignition pipe which were supposed to be replaced to his manager rajiv. Also, after completing his job the technician was afraid from his manager that he took 3hrs to complete the job, which actually was required and asked me to lie to his manager that he has already left long back. From then again follow-ups started and the burner got replaced by mr. Najeeb which was throwing black flame, which he asked me to test for a day. Ignition pipes are still not replaced. Now i have started the written follow-ups with the company but still its not resolved. We are not using auto ignition still. Posted the same problem many times on facebook and twitter, which also resulted in nothing. Few people whom i have spoken through in all this period are customer care people, rajiv, najeeb, mujeef, s. D. Kumaran.

                            I have purchased several kaff products 8 months back, i will list it out first:
                            Island chimney,
                            Inbuilt oven
                            Inbuilt dishwasher
                            2 gas stoves
                            Bbq grill

                            I have a complaint with my gas stove and raised a complaint on june 12th. i rasied the second complaint 1 week back. till date, none of my complaint has been addressed.
                            I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by kaff and i'm planning to put this in social media so that everyone understands kaff.

I have been repeatedly calling them on their customer care number for past 20 days, no status update on my registered complaint. They put the call on hold indefinitely, say they will get back on the complaint status and they never do. Basically the worst service staff and policies a company can have.

                              : i purchased and installed a kitchen chimney from above agency model no base mx 60 on 23.07.2015. The chimney broke down on 07th april 2016 and i lodged a complaint with the agency on 08.04.2016, complaint number : at0033. I had been following with the agency for attending to the complaint as i ahd been facing problem with kitchen fumes daily. But neither the personnel nor the company staff called to enquire about the problem, finally in the 1st week of june a personnel came and diagnosed the problem as motor burned out and need to be replaced, but still now the said problem is not solved neither the new motor has come, by caling the customer care number thay have assigned a new complaint number: hr1636. I am totally fed up with kaff. The product is under 5 years warranty. Please help me.

                                We purchased a KAFF gas stove 4 years back. There is a gas leakage from the stove. We got the tube tested and there is no leakage from the tube confirming leakage from the stove. We suspect leakage from one of the burners as we get a strong smell from one of the burners.

                                We tried to call the Toll free number given but there is no response. No one is answering at the Toll free number given.

                                  I am having a gas stove hub model no n 904 2 trg purchased in jan 2015. From last two month i am regularly following up with your customer care but not get any service support. Then i have discussed with mr dhawan & he promised me that the top glass will be arranged with in next 7 days (Means by 8th june). Now on 15th june he is not picking my call.
                                  Then i have tried to discuss with mr rohit @ [protected]. But i surprised when he has disconnected my call without any information & after that his landline is coming engaged.

                                    Right from the beginning I have been facing problems with 2 burners. It was replaced once, that too after rigorous follow up and it took almost 3 months for the company to arrange replacement. The new burners again started giving problem after 2 months use. Lodged complaint almost 45 days back. Even today they are not replaced. Latest assurance given is, it will be replaced in next one weeks time. Company's after sales service is very poor. If they are aware that it is design problem, they should replace them with proper burners on their own, instead of waiting for customer complaints. My main worry now is about the cost that I will have to spend on burners once the unit comes out of warranty. Can team at KAFF work out something to support their customers.

                                      We bought a dishwasher, a chimney and a cooking range from authorised dealers of Kaff company from Bathinda. All other appliances except dishwasher are working fine. Problem is with soap dispenser of the washer and a few times their mechanic visited but was not able to resolve the issue. For last few months, they are not sending any mechanic even at all. Kindly instruct the company so that we keep believing in so called quality products as advertised.
