I regret to say that we have been a part of your chit fund.
I started chit of 15 lakhs before 42 months. I was given false promises from your representatives that i will be given the second or third chit. But i was not given which i initially have no regrets about it.

After we won the bid, the real problems started to us. We got the worst treatment and false promises from your team. Your team has keep on changing the requirements of the documents and confused my father who is in his old age. My father roamed around your office for almost five months carrying all the documents that are been asked by your representatives. But still no one helped and nothing moved further. Every time they promised him that the amount will be given in a week, but nothing moved further.

In the mean while, my father also got heart attack and we fell in some more deep troubles. This is only because of the harassment done by your amalapuram branch team and we hope you will understand the level of harassment.

Then we came to know the real fact that the branch manager of your amalapuram branch is doing this intentionally just for some personal benefits. And we have clearly told him that we will not offer any amount to him for sanctioning the documents and issuing the amount.

At last after a long long time, the documents are sanctioned but the manager has intentionally delayed the release of amount. And finally he told us that the interest for the delay in the payment will be given to us and it will be cut from the installments. But interest was not given to us till date.

Your bank manager is the most unethical person we have ever seen.

This is himan kumar from saroor nagar, i have chit in hasthinapuram (Hyd) branch, my total installments are 50 in fdt30j and i lift my chit at 37 in october, till the date i am following up with manager d. Anil kumar and he is regulary postponing my payment and most of the time he is not even responding to my calls. I am very frustrated with this manner and very upset, regretting why i chose kapil chits to invest my sweat & blood. I put security of my another chit in dilsukhnagar branch, though my payment is getting delayed. I am requesting you kindly make my payment as soon as possible with interest which i lost in this 3 months, otherwise i will take legal action on kapil chits. Are you troubling me only or rest of all customers are getting trouble because of you kapil chits?

This is to inform all concerned that i have a chit in governor pet (Chuttugunta) branch, withfvwto3g1-19, and the same for 2, 50000 is completed sept.2017. A communication was received as received 20000 videcheque no 2341/17 dated 13/10/17. The manager purnachander rao said he would arrange payment within ten days and that i paid the instalments regularly. My agony started since he has been postponing his commitment either with tomorrow or two days regularly creating a very bad opinion about the company. A hundred calls to him are answered ins similar manner. I request the concerned to arrange payment immediately.

My name is pasupuleti viswanath my policy no is "fkit09h-250".in kadiri kapilchits office condition is very bad. At first i changed my policy 5lks to 3lks because of agents lost my money. Already i last 30000/- in 5lks policy.in present policy before 7 months i give 5000/- to 'gangadhar' but he can't pay. Now he is doing duty in dharmavaram. Never invest in kapil chits. I have chits in kapil karkhana branch since 7 years. I have left my chit in sept'2017 month action. Today is dec/01/2017 till today i did not get my money. Manger is wrost # chaitanya and assistance is kiran reddy #. They both use same num [protected] and will fool me saying chaitanya is not in ofc. Shame on kapil chits who are playing cheap game with my savings. I request not to invest in kapil related chits/investments. Its a cheating company with all illetrate working staff.

E also commitmented chits from manager, unexpectly im not regular to pay ur payments for my bussiness loss, im paying irrregular, but ur staff behaviour is very bad, that i will explain latter with proofs, my pending was 50000, i send my manager to pay 20000 reg of one my chit fmtl03j-9, but ur people are not accepting part payment, they want full paymentni dont these rules are made by company or ur staff, any chit company they will accept part payments along with penalty, i paid lot of penalties, please provide immideate solutio, give me phone number of head person. Picking my call first manager was raghu after that 3managers got changed, i took mr vaman rao-‭[protected]‬, once he received my call after i told issue he stopped receiving my calls from last 1month, their are 1 present manager by name suresh-‭+[protected]‬, not picking my call from last 4months & has i got information they have closed rajajinagar office, pls get me salutions to get money from this cheating company

I was joined a customer at kapil chits (Kosta) pvt. Ltd., chuttugunta branch, eluru road, vijayawada, vide chit no: fvwti4j-21. I was prized the bid on august-2017. I submitted all the required documents on 09.09.17. Sri. Purna, manager ([protected]) of the branch, itensionally made the enquiry late and done on oct-2017 that too after so many times contacting him. Cheque was released in my favour from head office approx. On 09.11.17 and till the date (I. E 24.11.17) it was not given to me and saying it will take 10 more days to give the cheque. Manager cant relay on his commitments and he simply expands for 10 more days every time... He is absolute shameless. I request you sir to take prompt action to release my amount at the earliest as i already loosing the interest amount from 2 months and moreover paying interest for my debts and i was also mentally struggling that he will give the amount or not. There are so many customers suffering from this manager by delaying payments kindly take action on manager.

I, nagireddy sankar reddy being the subscriber of your chit vide chit reference no. Fprt05-35 of proddatur branch of ysr kadapa district would like to complain that:

My subscription in the above chit was completed by september 14th of 2017 and towords that i have received rs.6, 00, 000/- (Rupees six lakhs only) and still i have to receive the remaining rs.3, 50, 000/- (Rupees three lakhs and fifty thousand only). Despite my repeated requests your agents did not respond positively and replied evasively in abusive language. Please instruct your branch to disburse the remaining amount forthwith, lest legal action fallows at your costs and risk.

Kapil chit online site my account details not getting updated from last one month. So i am unable to check the current month details.
Every month i used to do the online payment using portal, but this month (Nov) when i open my account last updated date showing as 13th oct 2017. I tried the available numbers but no one picked the phone. Even no one picked corporate office number. So it's great experience with kapil, so thank you for treating the customer like this and showing your caring about customers. It's an free advise with out any vat/gst, please maintain some customer care numbers instead of many agents. Thank you

I am paying two chits
They said they will give after àuction they will pay me. But after that know they are saying it will take 1 month..
Prove for new chit for five laks i said ok but from next month as my chits going to release but they have deposited this month only...
Now am suffering with financial crises i have loan payments which am suffering they are taking even responsibilities....

I am paying chit amount to your collection agent from starting, but from 6mnths i have not received any call or any notice to pay the amount, today i came to notice that my chit has been removed. I have consulted a manager but he is not responding well. So i would like to request you to pls solve my problem and ready to pay the balance amount.

The above said chit lifted on 30.07.17, i was told 45 days back that it has been approved and verification of surities also completed on 27.10.17.
Even after 3 months 97 days time i am yet to receive the cheque.
Please issue the cheque at your earliest to maintain our good relationship.

I have lifted my chit fplt045-4 in the month of june from piler branch and i have not received the amount yet. I have contacted the branch more than 30 times and the staff is very irresponsible and they dont answer to any of my questions. Could you please help me to get the amount as soon as possible.

I realised this is worst chit fund i have ever had

I am a consumer of kapil chits (Kosta) private limited, regd. Off:40-6-4a, 1st floor, mogal rajapuram, vijayawada-520010. Branch : gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam. Pin:530027. My consumer no:fgmt02p-16, auction month:may-2017, i produced required signatures and sureties in the month of june -2017, but still i did't recieved dd/cheque till to date after many followups with branch manager.

Could you please check this matter and get it done as soon as possible.

Sudhakar i have joined kapil chitfund parigi branch on 17/3/2016 in 10 lakhs group fprt01p-34 i have participated in bid on 29 july and claimed the bid all formalities like surities are over almost 85 days over i have not received amount so far the behaviour of very horrible he will not respond properly he will not give authentic information he is least bothered to attend phone calls according to agent he told money will be adjusted with in 45days of bidding any one can join chitfund for the sake of money in time based on agent suggestion i have joined the kapilchitfund i made agreement of purchasing property because of delay in payment by your chit i have forced to take money from financers for high interest i have paid 30thousand rupees interest this is very horrible state of situation kindly arrenge money immediately my cell no [protected]/[protected]

I am dareddy subbareddy member of a chit fpdto3p-25. The kapi chit awarded by means of cheque on august 2016 was delayed, the delay accepted by then manager mr. Venkanna babu who agreed to take responsibility either by waive off an installment or paying in personal. He issued the receipt for the month and cleared by signing in the pass book. The payments are regular as of august 2017. On the month of june mr. Venkanna babu was replaced by mr. Srinivas who notified us about dues for 2 months.
As i visited the office to make it clear with mr. Srinivas unexpectedly i met booth mr. Srininvas and mr. Venkanna babu in the office, which helped me to make it easy to explain mr. Srinivas and they suggested to write a letter informing about what had happened where the branch a. O will forward to some superior for clarifications and settlement. The branch a. O and the manager are not accepting to forward the letter dated 16th september 2017. I denied to pay the installment in the month of september untill the issue is cleared.
- kapil chits, piduguralla branch manager are not contacting me and pressuring on my surety persons.

I hereby request you to kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

As i b r hanumanthaiah had a chit of rs 500000/- in the branch of vijaynagar chit #bbl05j-7.

I have completed my chit in the month of june2017 but still know i am unable to get back my money of my chit so pls kindly look in the issue & kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

I am shantha kumari regular subscriber to the chit value of rs.2, 00, 000/- at mulugu branch, jayashanker bhupally district. I am the chit holder in the action held on 10.05.2017. I have received only 1, 53, 510 lakhs after 10 months. Kapil chit fund issued dd no "088070" till now i have not received balance amount. Contract to the kapil home branch extended to dd date but cant accept the bank & many time dd rejected to the bank i have made several phone calls to bm&ao and personally contacted the bm & ao. But no one has responded properly. It is very painful to say that the bm has not lifted my phone till today. I am regular subsriber to the kapil chits for the last 8 years. But i am feeling very unhappy. Please make payment of remaining... Please action this mulugu branch all costumers disappointed to him

I have 500000 chit in kapil chit vinayak nagar branch nizamabad. I lift the chit in open auction. And i submitted required documents. When they asked me about insurance i told them i am not interested. They also agreed to pay awarded amount without cutting insurance amount. But when i get awarded money, they deducted rs 2200 as a insurance for chit amount. I didn't signed any document related to insurance. They deducted rs2200 without my authentication. When i approach the branch officials they r not responding. So how can i get my rs 2200 back.
