Mrs Hemalatha, sitting at Bangalore one center, New bank colony, Konanakunte Cross arrives late and creates many delays before giving forms for updating Aadhar card. The first time I went to enquire, she told me to bring gas connection bill as address proof. When I took that, she said it has to be within 3 months and sent me back. Next time I visited, she said that there are lot of people, come next time. When I went again at 12 pm, she is asking me to come by 9 am. After 4 visits, I still haven’t been able to update my Aadhar details. Please employ someone who is willing to do the job correctly, rather than misguiding people and wasting precious time.

      Respected Sir,

      The lady who sits for Aadhaar correction is asking for 500Rs though all supporting documents were accurate.

      When we said we will don’t want to do she was asking us to not tell anyone & just leave without telling anyone that she demanded 500Rs.

      The concerned higher authority should take immediate and strict action against her.

      My self prasanna, raising this complaint against Bangalore one, HSR layout parangipalya centre
      rude unprofessional behaviour of staff, staff name akshata she is acting like mini rowdy she don't have knowledge and respect to others and don't know to spk with elders as my mom was also present there, i went to service for adhar card at 4.45 pm, i didn't know the working policy here, they say 40 ppl only daily they serve but when I cal help line they said daily 50 ppl, and this staff says 40 and how wil we know that 40 ppl is over r still pending, and this lady akshata when I am requesting to enrol my kids adhar she is not ready to do any wrk at 5 clock she says office hours close but actually hours is till 6, they are here spending time n take salary.when i said still one hour time there for closing she say to see notice board and in notice board it is written till 6 pm service available and there is no notice that only 40 ppl wil be served, when I ask that she say we can't work and when I started to ask why, she says she wil call local boys if we agru, i said call whomever u want as I am here born n bought we know how to handel this type to rudeness, and what type of behaviour from the staff who is there to serve public, when I started calling police station for this, she called police station and she started telling we r showing rudeness, this is totally lie and this type of rudeness need to be stop in public serving and her behaviour wil lead to serious action in future and the attender there present knows that staff lady behaviour is not gud but they don't have any choice need to support her. Bangalore one in HSR are uneducated rowdies are sitting here as staff, she used so much bad words for my mother, her language is not so gud, when I said I will complaint she chalenge me complain who i want no one can ask her itseems, please take action against this.

          Hopeless, irresponsible people sitting in Bangalore one Dasappa Layout Bangalorone branch. I visited Dasappa Layout Ramamurthy Nagara to update Aadhar details as I was unable to link with PAN. The lady employee and a guy sitting responded me saying "she is leaving her job and the other fellow will be going on vacation" and they are not going to update the Adhar details. This is our Namma Bengaluru :(. I paid Rs: 1000 non-refundable amount to link Adhar and PAN, after a week they allowed people to link with no cost. Now My Adhar and PAN details are not matching I could not link PAN and Aadhar. Still Karnataka is far behind and that too our IT city B'lore.

            I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service I received from your representative during my recent interaction with in Bangalore one - Kacharkarna halli, Bangalore - close th padmanabha reddy park - I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by your representative during the entire interaction.

            The representative was extremely rude and unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of empathy towards my situation. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but they also seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me.

            I found the experience to be extremely disappointing, and I feel that I was treated unfairly as a customer. I believe that you should take action against and provide
            him with feedback else the consumer will loose there hope from gov

            I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to address the issue. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future.

            I am a loyal customer to bangalore one, and I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously and that corrective action will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

                [protected] Staff at Bangalore one AECS layout, next to Ganesh temple, Brookfield, Bangalore 560037
                Multiple times approached Bangalore One for Aadhar mobile number update, but the staff not responded to attend and do his responsibility. His co-staff was insisting him to do the needfulness, but he threatened him to keep quite, and told us to come next day, that too he is not sure, will do or not. He was playing or surfing in internet games, and paid least attention to our request. Me and wife pleaded for his help, but he did not pay any attention to our request.
                I am surprised to see, why customers are being ill treated like his slaves.
                Finally we left the office, without solving our issue.

                  Hello i had paid my traffic fine reg ka22eu6641 paid 780ra fine payment was done money debited but bill didn’t cleared this is very bad being a government department the people are getting disappointed due to this issue spending money and not getting the bill what is this trying to mail from yesterday not getting response from the department its been more than 28hours since i done payment solve my problem as soon as possible or give my refund

                    Hello i had paid my traffic fine reg no KA 22 EU 6641 paid 780fine payment was done money debited but bill didn’t cleared this is very bad being a government department the people are getting disappointed due to this issue spending money and not getting the bill what is this trying to mail from yesterday not getting response from the department its been more 28hours since i done payment solve my problem as soon as possible or else this complaint will go further with serious issues to as regulating the payment, under PSS act

                      I went to Bangalore one service in N R Colony centre. A lady who is incharge/assigned for Aadhar. I gave original proof to change few in my Aadhar card. She said i don't want bank passbook then came back outside. After 2 min my mom asked politely Why you don't need bank passbook for change of address. Then she started talking too harshly with my mom. Actually it's her work to explain everyone if it is not understood but she said "i can't explain everyone if you want make changes i will or else i won't do". Using bad word after i came out but she doesn't that I'm standing outside of door, She doesn't have patience, ethics, respect, no proper knowledge. She is disrespecting and talking with middle class people. Kindly take this action on her and also impact on Karnataka One/Bangalore One. Worst Service and Worst Employee!!

                            When I went to pay the electricity bill, a staff member treated me badly since I hadn't brought the right retail for the amount. Do we need to start begging for retail? Since they don't even have phone pay or gpay, and her behaviour was completely out of line with culture.

                              I have paid 5 traffic violation ticket on Bangalore one online portal through net banking. Total amount paid was 1250 (250 each)
                              But only 4 are cleared. One traffic violation is still pending even after payment.
                              I have given the vehicle number and payment receipt number below.
                              And also attaching reciept image and pending ticket image. Please check and clear the pending traffic violation.

                                Hello,
                                I got my Aadhar address updated on 5 Feb in HSR Bangalore One centre. The URN number is 13 digit but Aadhar website demand 14 digit number. Is there any printing mistake or something is fishy?
