Blockage in sewage pipe

Due to blockage in sewage pipe, bathroom chambers are overflowing in many houses in our area. People are unable to use the bathrooms or toilet because of this problem. Please help us clear the sewage pipe as soon as possible.

Student Bus Pass

Address:Ward No, 11th Main, 58, 38th Cross Rd, near BSNL Customer Service Center, 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560011

Though the student bus pass counter was open till 6:30 pm as per website, the Bangalore one worker said that they had been only instructed to issue bus pass till 5:30 pm only, this is inconvinient answer and adds to lot of problem. Every Bangalore One should work as per a standard time...

Fake Bangalore one

Made payment of Khata Transfer for BBMP but amount not transferred yet

I made the payment of INR. 9385 for Khata transfer fees at Bangalore one office on 8th Feb 2022.

Aadhar card operator Misbehave

Address:Vijaynagar Bangalore south

After waiting for 2 hrs 30min Aadhaar card operator told we can't do now you can come tomorrow in Bangalore one vijaynagar branch Bangalore south. I had fill the form & gave the form at 2:30 pm around 5pm she told we can't update today you can come tomorrow. There is no respect for customer very bad service & experience. They will stop issuing forms before 2:30 only more than 50 customer they told to come tomorrow....

Bmtc pass are not issuing in aecs layout Bangalore one . But bmtc website showed aecs layout

For bmtc pass v applied through online and booked the appointment in aecs layout .. after going there they are telling tat, they stopped issuing bmtc pass. Y the same has not updated in bmtc website ? Why they gave appointment to aecs Bangalore one branch .?...

Employee's irresponsibility & unethical work.

I have raised request for mobile registration link to my Aadhaar card on 1st December 2021. where respective department's employee of ' Bangalore One, No.1, 7th Main Road, BTM Layout 1st Stage, Bangalore - 560029, New GurappanapalyaBG " updated all correct details in my presence but when i checked my enrollment status my registered mobile number was different than given number.

Here my concern is employee has updated wrong...

The workers are not properly working .. taking with friends ... And these causes delay in work ... So change the workers or tell them to work properly or these will be sent to media even I recorded video and clicked photos...

Sir, we have open sewage in Neeladari Nagar 4th Cross, Electronic City Phase 1, 560100 and this area is full of garbage and dust and no cleaning performed by Panchayat office

Trouble in getting bus pass

Hi, I have been waiting to take 1st PU bus pass from past 3 hours in N R Colony Bangalore One... The employee says there is an issue in the network and is very rude with the customers. There are more than 20 students waiting here for bus pass. The problem is from 15th bus pass is compulsory and at the same time 1st PU exams are also going on... Students can't waste there time for this waiting in Bangalore one. So, either number of employees...

Negligence of staff

One lady is working in nagaabhavi branch Bengaluru one. She is doing adhar updation work. She is very arrogant and have negligence quality. When people asking information she is given very false. In my experience I was visited to the branch on 11/12/2021 to collect a information about aadhar updation in that time she told to me you will come 2.30p.m.but I am visit the today for aadhar updation she refused to do and told come morning only....

Service denied

As an student went to Vijinapura Bangalore one for BMTC student bus pass I went more than 3 times for for pass but the person in there said there are no BMTC card available every time I visit. he says same thing but doing bus pass for (girls) and I asked why not for me. he said these girls came yesterday and given acknowledge of students pass so I am doing now/today.
Very bad service .he have BMTC card but not doing for me for girls...

Student Pass

One of the most worst thing. We have to wait for hours for one pass. They do not respect or respond to us. There are so many people waiting bit they are being lazy and enjoying in other things. They are the slowest and do not care about people...

The workers and the center itself

The worst experience I ever had. No utter professionalism at all. This lady who was in charge of handling the bus pass kept saying that she had to work so much. wow like we didn't have jobs and classes and had to wait for hours. Was on the phone half of the time and did not do her work properly. The government and the bmtc always ensure us of giving the best experience and helping customers. while let me say this is the absolute worst experience...
