Hello !

I travel between Bangalore and Virajpet quite often and the plug points in the bus doesn't work at all !
Request you to pls fix the issue as it will be of great help if it works.

    I'm from Pattanayakanhalli village, Sira Taluka, Tumkur district Karnataka. There was KSRTC BUS at 9.20 from Pattanayakanhalli to sira. The bus is not coming for last 8 to 10 days thus making a lot of inconvenience to people. There are a very few buses on this route. I. Normal days too The 9.20 bus is off schedule with variations in it's timings. The problem is very big for village people and students. Please look into the matter

      Bus got punctured, so everyone in the bus went down, we was standing outside, and suddenly fraction of second bus started driving in a puncture, I called so many times but the driver, conductor didn't response.

        I travelled by KA-57 F-0833 (Bus number 13) from Indian Express bus stop to Jayanagar today. As I was getting down from the bus, they started the bus, I told them to stop multiple times but they were completely ignoring me everytime just because I don't know how to speak Kannada. They left me on the next stop which is far from my original stop. This is such a rude behaviour from one Indian to another, and a very uncomfortable experience for me because I've come from Maharashtra to Bangalore for studying and was very heartbroken by the way I've been treated.

          While I m travelling from bagepalli to bangalore ..I faced one situation like one aged person sat beside me..He started touches me while travelling..so from that incident I objectified men sitting beside me..bt one passenger came he asked me I will sit here..I said no women will sit here u pls choose another one..he didn't obey started arguing with me..so I informed this situation with conductor ..bt that conductor rudly answered me no there is no such rule and any one can sit ..I replied no I can't I faced some pblm that's why I m telling ...bus no 282874 travelling from bagepalli to bangalore

            As above mentioned subject please add a stop of tickets from bijapur satellite bus stand to main bus stand for long trip bus, because there is no local bus at convenient time. For this we missed direct bus from satellite stop and bus left main bus stand at 6pm and have to wait for next bus at 10.00pm.

              This is Praneeth k i have booked ticket from Bangalore to Bellary on 6/Aug/2022 for Rajahumsa bus which need to depart from Bangalore at 5 pm and need to reach Bellary at 10:30pm the journey time takes around 5:30 hrs. but the itself has not arrived at the boarding station the bus came at around 8pm in the night and left Bangalore at 8:20 pm and as per the stated time it should arrive Bellary at 2am in but the bus driver was to worst that he was driving slow and even before reaching bellary the bus again faced breakdown issue and the bus didn't even reached bellary and they have made alternate arrangements to drop passengers to bellary station at around 3:40 am it reached bellary and it took around 7:20 hrs to reach to bellary where the other ordinary buses with more stopes reaches bellary with in 7 hrs where as rajahumsa bus they mention as non-stop bus and take more fair and even KSRTC dept mentions in their website that the bus takes around 5:30 hrs to reach from Bangalore to Bellary but actually it is taking more than 7 hrs with limited stops, this shows the negligence of the KSRTC dept in maintaining and always give trouble to people, and the staff is worst they don't even mention that the bus will be delayed on so and so time, and even the staff who are present for enquiry are too useless that don't even give proper information to people. compare to KSRTC the private buses are far good in maintenance and timing.
              kindly look into this and don't trouble passengers with false information's on the website's

                The Bus Number KA 35 F 413, Hagaribommanahalli, we are traveling from Hospet to Harihar at night at 6:30 PM
                The KSRTC Conductor has not stopped for Dinner to passengers & we it's self asked him to stop for a dinner, but the Bus Conductor says we have already had a dinner at Hagaribommanahalli & we asked him what about our dinner, He replied that by telling a lay I {Conductor} have told that 10 minute time for dinner, this misbehavior conductor telling a lay & also he's talking language is not good for passengers, for a vitness we have a video of it
                So We request you Sir/Madam to take action on Misbehavior Conductor & Driver

                But the driver and the conductor was not ready to give me the seat.. i have asked the reason also but they talked u
                Very rudely.
                If a girl is traveling alone what is the situation of that girl.. this is how the ksrtc is behaving
                The conductor is saying that cancel your ticket and go. They are giving some other person to the seat.. even after booking also means what is the use of booking previously

                If this will not resolved means for sure i will complain to DC.

                  Conductor has given my seat to some other person and asks me to go to other seat. When I refused to go then conductor and driver starts misbehaving with me. This kind of behaviour towards a lady is totally unacceptable. Please look into this matter.

                    I wanted to go margao from vasco
                    I was standing at zuarinagar bus stop.
                    Bus no. KA28F 2337 conductor misbehaved
                    Didn't not allow me to board bus saying bus is not going margao. But took other passengers moving ahead of margao.
                    He was like get down of bus come in another bus.
                    Very rude and arrogant, he even told go inform any one he doesn't care.
                    Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable.
                    I hope you take this issue seriously and act I
                    On it.

                        Sir I hv booked a ticked from coimbatore to Mysore 11pm madikere depot vehicle and i am an diabetic patient and the driver and conductor are arrogant and not letting me for atleast to pee sir people r arrogant and i hv booked my ticket and the conductor never cals me and. Takes to the bus away saying not where in h ed as never called me kindly take strict action against this conductor who says false instance
                        Also to driver with repeatedly pleading for stopping fir pee he as not done .
                        Kindly u people need to suspend these guys who r inhuman in nature

                            On 4th August 2022, i boarded a local bus in Belagavi from main bus stand to camp, the board which is made of metal frame and plywood was so weak. As i climbed the bus, was going to the seat behind the driver i just went in the bus, my right was completely in. And my left leg in air as had lifted up to step ahead, luckily only one leg went in if i would be completely in on the gear. this is very serious. I am injured now. Why wasn't the bus inspected. This isn't a sudden thing. The ply was very weak and worn out. This bus is also taken by many school and they board in hurry. If the bus was moving i would have lost my life yesterday. Who is responsible for this?

                            To add i boarded a local bus in BLR on 5 aug 2022 morning, to my shock I saw same thing in bus number Ka57
                            F 1333, where a lady tripped in a moving bus luckily didn't fall

                              When I was sitting in ksrtc bus in Gundlupet, another bus conductor came and called another bus that was next to him that there is another bus going, then I went and sat in that bus... After the bus went a little distance, there is no stop at Garganahalli, so I bought a ticket for Beguri, I bought a ticket, then when Beguru bus station came, what did they do? We didn't talk and when we left for a little distance, student pass is not allowed here, so buy a ticket to Nanjangudi again... Then I said: student pass is not allowed, then I should have told you earlier but you didn't say anything, you say when the bus is half way, I said it's fair, then he didn't listen to me and walked away. They dropped me in the middle and left

                                Respected Sir/Madam,
                                I plead to regularise 303 buses from mysore to krs at fixed timings or atleast at regular intervals as it is causing a lot of problem to working employees. The frequency of the buses travelling int his route is also very less atleast make them available during office times and rush hours. Sometimes 2 buses pass by at the same time without any time gap which doesnt serve any purpose. So kindly look into the matter and address the issue as earlier as possible. Thanking You.

                                  Sir, Today I tried to book tickets form my Journey in Rajahamsa Bus but after payment... Amount of 1008 got deducted but 2 tickets didn't get booked... And later when i checked the status its showing FAILURE.

                                  I want my money of Rs.1008 back soon. Please credit them to my same UPI account from which I made transaction.

                                    KA21 F 0066 Bangalore to dharmastala route bus on 04/08/2022 8:45 am, I wanted to go from 8th mile to nelamangala bypass ( kunigal cross ). Conductor was not allowing me to get in to bus saying ticket cannot be issued to nelamangala, even though telling I will give u correct change for ticket he was not allowing me to get in to bus.

                                      Dera concerned,

                                      Your conductor is using mobile phone and abusing the passenger in the bus. Disturbing the driver.We were just missed from an accident because of lack of driver focus on driving due to conductor disturbance with him .
                                      Please take nessessary action on this useless conductor and revert me as soon as possible
