Today I have noticed that the bus driver is very rash in driving and does not have patience that might lead to accident.
M travelling from nelmangala to hassan in Bangalore to hassan non stop bus kA 13 F 2268. At 10:30pm

Public toilet facilities in KSRTC majestic terminal 2A supposed to be free for Urinals. Where as toilet admins harrass the public by illegally demanding 10 Rupees for females and 5 rupees for males. Please take right action as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
their is no ksrtc bus from Kolar to Srinivaspur from 6:20PM to 7:00PM time. Daily we are facing commuting issue. 7:00PM to 7:15 PM there are 3 buses operating. How this lapse is happening?

From majestic to nelamanagala flyover Busses are going through galli road where the students and citizens are waiting near maleshwaram, circle 8 th cros 18 th cross and yeshwanthpur they are not going by the bus stops buses are going through galli road and we are waiting near bus stops upto 2hours kindly give instructions to conductors and drivers and resolve this issue as soon as possible

From majestic to nelamangala flyover buses are not stopping the buses near maleshwaram central 8th cross and 18th cross and circle yeshwanthpur, they won't stop rhe busess near this stops because of student bus pass we come from rural to urban for education kindly give instruction to drivers and conductors resolve this issue

I had one bag and one cartoon box with my books the bus conductor charged me ₹64/- as luggage charges which is unfair
I have travelled earlier when they charged less so plz take a strict action against the conductor plz resolve my issue immediately

I B swapna Latha booked 3 seats from Hospet to Hyderabad on 15th Aug 2022 with following details
KSRTC Bus PNR: H89046986,

Seat no. 45, 46, 47
Bus No : F 1511,
Crew Mobile No: [protected].
Around 8.20 conductor called and confirmed that bus will be in bus stop by 8.30 and are we around. After getting into the bus, there was no 47 seat available and conductor said he will adjust a seat for us, he gave us a seat for some time then in next stop someone came and he took the seat back and started arguing that it was RTC's mistake, he had already Intimated that there is no seat available for 47 and at singanur, conductor did not adjust the seat and handed over to other conductor, saying as if it was our mistake. When discussing with other conductor he said 47 seat is in front side but that seat was allotted to someone by first conductor. After half an hour discussion, bus started and other conductor adjusted the seat in Raichur.
After booking a ticket if such things happens, when we are with kids, how can we trust KSRTC, please take an action.

Buses are not stopped in gun house mysore, after 11pm, not sure why, I am standing with my family but no buses are stopped, tired, requested, but finally only able to book cab or got Kerala transport.

Why our Karnataka drivers not having much interested to pick up bor stop the bus on designated locations? Why they are thinking like its there own vehicle?

Anyone answer mre on this please

I had no idea why the bus driver was honking unnecessarily while there was ample portion of the road was available for him to overtake, it was not an empty road, i was just following traffic and I was clearly in right side of the road driving towards Banashankari. Bus driver seemed to be frustrated with something, he dashed a biker (who fell down at around 40kmph speed) while trying to overtake within a small space available, and hit my car from right side while he was changing lane! I wanted to stop him but it would be a public nuisance, now the damages caused by him is a burden to me but that govt bus driver is surely continuing his senseless arrogance n stupid behavior in traffic. I know there won't be any action against him, but it's my duty to inform officials and hence I am writing this! After all, the Govt employees doesn't come under any rules n regulation n the common people are bound to obey rules n pay fines... Thus is the freedom we have!

Traveling to Hosapete from Harihara

Bus going from Davangere to Raichur is not cleaned properly... Lot of dust... Couldn't able to sit..
Even the seats are not clean..

I have booked a ticket through the online ksrtc website to travel from Mysore to puttur on August 10th for 2 seats total of 456rs.
(PNR Number J88960905, Trip Code: 1630MYSMNG, Class of Service: KARNATAKA SARGE, / Seat No(s): 21, 22).
While reaching Madikeri DC has ordered all the transport to not move, and Madikeri road has been blocked due to rain from 8.30 pm to 6.30 am.
I asked TC that they not have informed the passenger prior as after 8.30 they will close the route from Madikeri, hence TC has informed us that they are going to refund the amount which cost from Madikeri to puttur, but whoever booked the ticket through the online portal they need to request in ksrtc website for amount refund and whom they took ticket directly in the bus conductor has been returned the amount in Madikeri itself.

Hence I am requesting ksrtc department to check all details and kindly refund the ticket amount from Madikeri to puttur for 2 seats.

Bus no. F3175 crew mobile no. [protected] 2131pmrhbl 13.8.2022 21.30 from pimpri to Hubli corona sleeper bus is not in clean condition and most shameless topic is conductor full drunk. bus full of smell alcohol.
We always proud our stat buses but this time very disappointed ... I don't know how much it will happen about my this complent .. but humble request to you take strictly action on this

I am regularly travelling in above mentioned route in KSRTC club class bus since last one year. I am noticing that frquent breakdown of bus and dealy in the arrival is become common. Sometime AC not working sometime tyre puncher the worst case is sometime the crew dont have jack or necessary tool to replace the tyre with them. And i guess totally 6 buses will travel in these route in anyone of the bus i have not seen usb charging port working.
On very serious note your not spoiling your department name your spoiling our state name keep remind that. Their is no private bus facility or keral bus facilities in the mentioned route so all the passengers depend on Namma ksrtc and you people are spoiling the name. And one more even if their is no problem even single day they not meet the arrival on exact time mentiond in booking site.
I hope you people can consider this on serious note. I am just attempting to bring into your notice and i am not confident at all that you will address it.

We booked a KSRTC bus from Tirupati to Bangalore on 12th Aug 2022, and reached Bangalore by 13th Aug 2022. We have placed our 2 luggages in dickey of the bus before boarding the bus at Tirupati. When we got down at Majestic, bangalore bus stand, one of our luggage is missing.

On 12. 08.2022, KA 07 F 1849, Chennai to Bengaluru, reservation done upto Shanthi Nagar Bmtc and on 13.08.2022 the bus does not routed through Shanthi Nagar Bmtc. The conductor asked all the passengers who need to get down at Shanthi Nagar Bmtc, Bengaluru shall get down here (Corporation circle, Bengaluru), we refused to get down but he forced us to get down here.

Respected karnataka govt, this compalint is regarding unnecessary haults taken by bus driver and conductor.in order they get free food and commision they are wasting others time by taking haults .we are getting late to our works due to these irreaponsible people, in a very small journey of 51 kms from bellary to guntakal these people want haults .very irresponsible felows.so i hope u take action as soon as possible on this issue .BUS NUMBER (KA.34.F.1372)

I hv boarded the bus no ka13f2288 from hassan to kunigal on 12/8/22 but conductor unboarded all the passangers in channaraypatna cos only few passangers in bus...Later he boarded us to other bus and refused to pay the balance chainge amt for ticket which he promised that he will pay near hotel stop

Sir anjayya ihave recharged icici bank fastag of raikal toll plaza jadcharla for our kkrtc vecle no ka33f0383, ka33f0427 and ka33f0428 on 31.07.2022 through IHMCL website by phone pay for monthly pass purpose for aug 2022 period per vecle rs 7293 for three vehicle total rs 22185..the recharge shown as successfull so downloded customer receipt which shows as start 31.07.2022 and end date 31.07.2022 but the amount of rs 22185 has not credited at raikal toll plaza .it is big loss .but the our vecles above sair are being collected double fastag there for I am requesting to refund the amount of rs 22185 as soon as possible sir please
