I B swapna Latha booked 3 seats from Hospet to Hyderabad on 15th Aug 2022 with following details
KSRTC Bus PNR: H89046986,
DOJ: 15-Aug-2022 21:15, 1501SMGHYD,
Seat no. 45, 46, 47
Bus No : F 1511,
Crew Mobile No: [protected].
Around 8.20 conductor called and confirmed that bus will be in bus stop by 8.30 and are we around. After getting into the bus, there was no 47 seat available and conductor said he will adjust a seat for us, he gave us a seat for some time then in next stop someone came and he took the seat back and started arguing that it was RTC's mistake, he had already Intimated that there is no seat available for 47 and at singanur, conductor did not adjust the seat and handed over to other conductor, saying as if it was our mistake. When discussing with other conductor he said 47 seat is in front side but that seat was allotted to someone by first conductor. After half an hour discussion, bus started and other conductor adjusted the seat in Raichur.
After booking a ticket if such things happens, when we are with kids, how can we trust KSRTC, please take an action.
