Rain drops spilling from windows in a Rajahamsa Bus no: F1365. Bellary to Bengaluru

So me and my companion wanted to travel in an AC bus...we dint booked it but we asked the driver and the conductor if seats are available...they said yes...when we got inside, obviously there was non obviously...they took us half way to the road and told us to get down..are you serious ? We had laugages!!!...what behavior and customer service is this?...the conductor even shout at us telling he told us to get down which he did not at all...please i request do look into the matter and there should not be any other customer with this kind of ill behavior

I was travelling from Mysore to pune via KSRTC bus. My new trolley fell out of a moving bus causing tears all over. I require an appropriate compensation as the damages cost me 5000 only because of their negligence in not locking the luggage compartment correctly

I have traveled from KR market to Hal in ksrtc local bus KA 57 F- 3254 the conductor give me RS 30 ticket and for travel bag Rs 10. It's not at all fare that for le person they had given me ticket of 30 to travel from KR market - Hal and also luggage charge for travel bag. The travel date is on 5th June 2022 morning at 6:30.

Ka-22-FF-2084 . This is the registration number of NWKRTC bus and, this bus driver was not have common sense for driving, I think he was drunk so he was driving on Davanagere road zig Zag line and giving trouble and problems to the public and other vehicle .
Date - 05 June 2022 .. midnight 12:45 PM.

This compliant is of high priority. Higher authorities are requested to assign more number of buses towards hebbal (119 &116). As there are many passengers travelling through this route, everyone are facing problems because there are very less number of buses and everyone are facing issues with reaching school, college or work place in time. On behalf of every individuals who are facing this problem, i m raising as complaint. Talk to the respective incharges for the same. Everyday there are many fights happening between passengers and bus drivers. But it is the govt officials who need to solve this problem. This is raised due to a women's security and dependence on using public transport.

The kstrc black board buses does not stop at the required bus stop. They just ignore the stop and move forward..

There is not providing time to time and maintening Bus Services in Chikkaballapur depot to Kolar. It's very late in Night time especially 7:30 PM bus.

I was travelling from hiriyur to Tumkur at 6:30pm on 3/6/2022 in bus no KA22F2188 the driver gave conductor to drive the bus from sira who was not knowing how to drive and went to hit other vehicles we had lot of issues in reaching our destination.. I hope action will be taken regarding this.. thank you.

At hubballi new bus stand, conductor is telling that there is no stop at Shiggaon bus stand while it is going to Bangalore via Shiggaon..Bus is starting from Sankeshwar to Bengalore..
Asked at enquiry room, he told that the bus will go.. but the conductor is rejected to stop there.. there is no other buses

Bus number KA35F263 DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR talking like timing bus, from ballary left at 4 o clock, but shorapur will reaches at 11 o clock. every passenger where asks they will stopping.

As I travelled from Hubli to Tavargera by KSRTC bus(KA-32 F-2410) on[protected] and as my products are of less than allowed weight i.e 30kgs and products are allowed as per the rules of KSRTC .

They have charged with no questions.

We booked KSRTC bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 2nd June bus number 3883. Seat number 17, 18 Ambaari dream class (AC sleeper) PNR number - J87967254.

We are very disappointed because they charged around 1500 for each person, but the last seats did not even have any space to even sit. Also one part of the seat was cut because of bus shape. There was no storage luggage space like other seats. It is very unfair with this kind of seats as we are paying the same amount as others yet compromising on the comfort.

We would like to have Atleast some acknowledgment or discount on the seats so no other person will face the same difficulty situation as us.

I am regular passenger of ksrtc from joldarsi to Guntakal from last one month bus was sttoped at gaddekale for 20 minutes daily
Due to unnecessary stoppage I getting late daily for my office
So please take necessary action against unnecessary stoppage of bus at gaddekale for 20 minutes

The charging switch was not working and i asked about the port... driver behaviour was rude...and his driving was very fast ...in ghats he was driving rudely...many travellers wer feeling vomiting...bus was from panaji to Hospet..number f214

Respected sir/ma'am, I am a student studying in 10th here at Belgavi.
Today(01/06/2022 at 4:30 pm) as I was coming back from school I hopped on my bus( Bus no. KA 25 F 3196) and sat in a corner as there was not much space available in the front. When the bus conductor came to give me my ticket( which was ₹6), I told him I didn't have the same money so I gave him ₹10 expecting him to give me back the remaining money. But the conductor refused to take the money and started yelling at me that "If you don't have the money then get out of the bus, even being educated you children don't have any sense (with some vulgar words)".The conductor insulted me as all the 30 heads on the bus turned around to see us. This was both an embarrassing and humiliating moment for me. Hence I request the department to look into this matter and hope this doesn't repeat.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is K Govindaraju, employee of Kirloskar Electric Company Limited, Everyday i have travelled to Hosakere (Madhugiri) to Dabaspet (Bangalore Rural), every day bus was came to Hosakere at 6.45 AM but today its came early i.e 6.35 AM, at the same time am waiting in bus stand along with 10-15 passengers, the driver was not stopped the bus in bus stand, he stopped bus at 200mtrs far from bus stand, i have to chase the bus by running, i reached 10mtrs distance but he didnot stopped the bus, one of my friend travel from madakasira, he was in bus, he requested to conductor to stop the bus, but he didnt stopped and using abused words. today i have monthy review meetng at my office, at the same time i didnot reached the office to attend the meeting. Finally i got private taxi Rs.1000/- . Kindly conduct enquired on the same.

Requesting you to look in to this matter date 01/06/2022 Indi To Mumbai bus number KA 28 F 2479 which is traveling as per rules it's last stop is showing as Mumbai Central but the bus driver's and conductor are refusing to drop as they are saying we will drop till kurla depo which is not the last stop. Please look into this matter at the earliest. Attatched is the screens shot of bus details as well as passenger details.

I had made two transactions on 10th May 2022. Both transactions failed. I waited for the mentioned duration to recieve the refund. I DID NOT recieve the refund. Please look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

KSRTC responded to my tweet on 23/05/2022 and gave me complaint number #18730 .
Though, I haven't received any refund yet.
