The bus No : KA-11-F-0519, horn is soo loud that it is disturbing the passengers inside the bus and nobody is able to rest. It is aftermarket horn its very loud and also its illegal. Please do change the horn of all the busses which has the same horn .

    I am student travelling from Bangarapet to bangalore.i always catch non stop board bus as I can reach college on time but now a days buses are having non stop board but entering narsapur and tavarekere due to which most of them are late for their work. Please remove those boards and mainly tell conductors to inform prior to passengers about bus as it is an express or shuttle Bus no:KA. 40.F.1372

      Conductor sleeping and snoring in loud noise the passengers are feeling helpless and its very difficult to sleep in the night transportation... And the seats provided was full of vomited wastes and its not clean... I am travelling in airavat for more than 5 years... For the first time i am facing an issue like this... I m very disturbed, dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated and stressful in this journey... Please take strict action against this driver and conductor for this behaviour and the cleanliness of the bus... Other wise we all passengers will post thiss issue in public and social medias... So please take strict action...

        I travelled from Pondicherry to Bangalore on 9th July 2022.
        KSRTC Bus PNR: J88438793
        Bus no: 1215

        The bus departed from Pondicherry at 9:30 PM on 9th July 2022, Saturday. The bus did not stop anywhere for a break. I went to ask the co-driver for a stop to use washrooms at 12 AM. He had stopped the bus a couple of times for male passengers and himself who wanted to pee on the side of the roads. However, when I requested him to stop near some washroom, he said it wasn't possible and that the next stop would be Krishnagiri which was around 2 hours 45 mins away. On requesting him to stop at some pretol bunk/ hotels on the highway. He said there is no such option and that he can stop the bus if I was ready to pee in the open. His exact sentence was "open alli hogithir andre, bus nilistini".

        Not just this, the co-driver was rude and unpleasant thorught out journeyr, during boarding and de-boarding as well.

        The main driver was better and was slightly more understanding.

        But the overall experience was a terrible one.
        KSRTC - Please instruct your drivers to treat female passengers appropriately and sensitize them against relevant issues. Kindly take required actions against such drivers and behaviours.

          I tried to book bus tickets in ksrtc website in the name of Ranjith BM and Chandana on 21/07/22. booking the ticket from Ooty to Bangalore . But got amount deducted but tickets are not booked, status showing as failure and didn't got any information like PNR etc. only got the transaction id: OB50166669. Please do the needful to get back deducted amount of Rs.1300 as soon as possible.

            On[protected]I was going to Mangalore and I was boarded to the bus belongs to Karnataka state road cooperation at ujire at around 07.25 in the morning (KA40F0903) The conductor (Raju) asked me to take ticket and I had gave him currency of rs500 but he refused to take it and asked me to deboard the bus without the reason when I asked the reason he started to shout at me and defamed me by using bad words infront of other passengers this was unacceptable after that I deboarded the bus at a distance of around 100 meters from ujire bus stop by this he wasted my time too I request the authority to take strict action against him and to take the responsibility to avoid such things in future

                There is a stop at Hassan if you travel by ksrtc rajahamsa and got down to use the washroom .. there is a board above the washroom that says to use the toilet it is RS. 3 but the guard charges 5 rupees from every person using the toilet. When asked why is it written rs. 3 and you are charging 5 he starts abusing. I had given him a rs. 5 note but he started demanding he needs 10rs. Note only . He then started threatening and created nuisance in the public area.
                Please look into the matter

                  Hi, I'm Vanishree. Age - 31
                  I'm travelled in KSRTC dimond class
                  Shivamogga - Chennai stretch bus. I started from shivamogga at 3pm reached banglore around 10.30.
                  Few people started getting in at banglore bus station. As I'm sitting in seat no 9 and next to me there is no one from Bangalore and one of the male passenger seated in no 13 or 14 has been looking at me very often and observe. Once the lights are off, i fall asleep in sometime and once I woke up, there was a man sitting next to me.
                  The one who has to sit in seat no 13. As many other seats are empty he intentionally sat next to me and misbehaved. Later,
                  I shouted and asked to get up. I asked him that why are sitting here even though many seats are available and also his seat is not so far from mine?
                  He couldn't answer my questions and blabbered. And he went to driver n told him that he simply sat here next to me but I'm shouting for no reason.
                  The diver or conducter didn't say a word and didn't consider this incident as an issue.
                  I'm a lonely woman travel a long distance alone and i thought bus will be safe for me. But it's not. I couldn't even sleep after that worrying of ### around me.
                  When there is no safety here itself, where we woman could expect our safety and respect? As everyone was silent, i could do nothing and had to get down from bus at Chennai being helpless. And i really regret that i couldn't take any action against the man.

                                  While traveling from chitradurga to bangalore bus has been stopped near Imangala tol . And the conducter send us in the bus with no seat available to sit. And make us to travel 200 km by standing. Initially he updated seats are available .

                                    I hereby to inform you that on[protected], while I and my wife were traveling from Puttur to Sulla, I clarified with the conductor and driver about the stop at MavnaKatte near Adkar... Next to jalsoor We boarded the bus. We paid the right amount and got the ticket. The bus started its journey from Puttur Bus Stand at 18:55:43. But the driver and the conductor have stopped the bus at other station .Despite requesting the conductor they are negligent by not taking us for the said destination. The Karnataka state government has declared a red alert due to heavy rains in Dakshina Kannada district for about ten days, but realize the negligence of conductors and drivers. Appropriate legal action should be taken against those who have behaved in a very bad manner, in a place where there is no proper auto rikshaw nor transport system at that point of time.Hence I request the officials to take strict action against these culprits who have behaved in the manner having no humanity and ensure that this does not happen again. Below is the carriage number for the journey and for enquiry, Tkt No-161258, KA19-F2937..and the copies No2 and 3 respectively be sent to the director of karnataka state road transport corporation (KSRTC) and transport minister list of karnataka. Requesting you to send the mail regarding the action taken on them..

                                        I am Major G Balaji, a serving Army Officer presently posted at Jabalpur.
                                        I had arrived Bengaluru on 26 Jun 2022 for some of my personal commitment. On 27 Jun 22, I boarded an RTC Bus in Bengaluru having bus No KA-57 F-3280 from Agara Fly over to Hebbal. I had taken the ticket of Rs 25/- bearing the ticket numbers 836710 & 778087 of Rs 20/- & Rs 5/- each. Knowing the fact that I do not know the kannada language and already taken the ticket, the conductor had intentionally asked me in kannada language to take ticket. I was telling him in hindi and english that I had taken the ticket but the conductor was shouting in kannada and forcing me to take the ticket. In the middle of his shouting, in hurry, I had searched for my ticket of Rs 25/- in my wallet and pockets but could not traced it. While I was searching for my ticket already taken, the conductor was shouting to take the ticket of Rs 20/-. Therefore, in order to avoid embarrassment in the bus, I had taken the ticket of Rs 20/- again. But after taking the ticket again, I had again searched the ticket with the peace of mind. I had got my ticket of Rs 25/- already taken in the side pocket of my wallet.
                                        I had met the conductor in the bus with my old tickets, he again told me in kannada that in case any passenger boards in the bus, I will give back your Rs 20/- by giving your ticket to them. Thereafter many passengers boarded on the bus but the conductor had neither given them my ticket nor refunded my Rs 20/-. On asking him as to why you are not giving my ticket to the passengers boarding on the bus, he was arrogantly giving me some lame excuses in kannada language, which I could not understand and sat quite hoping that he may give me back my Rs 20/- but has not refunded that. On asking him he was arrogantly behaving. Finally, whie getting down from the bus, the conductor was speaking to me in hindi and was mentioning that I know every language. This is indeed a shameful act and uncalled for for the Bengaluru RTC organization that such conductors are employed who are misbehaving with the passengers like this. Re 20/- is not a matter here but the mental agony and embarrassment which I had gone through due to his such behaviour.
                                        I request you to please take action against the conductor and ask him to refund my amount alongwith the compensation for embarrassing, humiliating and giving mental stress to me while I was performing journey in his bus. In case prompt and appropriate action not taken against the above conductor, such personnel will be more emboldened and misbehave with other passengers also. In case of non redressal of my complaint and non initiation of any action against the conductor, I will perforce approach consumer court for legal recourse and may raise the level of my complaint for the needful. I have both the bus tickets and photograph of the bus conductor and bus as well as evidence for producing it to before any of the authorities. My mobile number is [protected]
