Bus No: KA 26 F 1151. Traveling from Gadag to Mumbai.
Every seat of Bus is filled with some trays. Other passengers don't have space to place their bags. This is causing inconvenience to the passengers.
For the same conductor has taken the bribe.
Few plastic trays moved during bus movement and hurt to the passengers feet.

    Respected sir, I am passenger who travelled from lokapur to Bagalkot on 29/05/2022
    Bus no. :Ka 29 AF 1194
    Bus conductor did not gave me the ticket when I asked him for the ticket later I myself went towards the conductor and took the ticket at kaladgi and conductor did not come even for a round for collecting ticket
    And he did not give the money which was supposed to be given(Rs 6)

    Please try to avoid these things

      There is no frequent buses from Bengalore to chintamani, hence every bus is full and can't even breathe if we board in the bus.
      Kindly take the statistics and provide frequent buses from hoskote Or Bengalore to chintamani 563125

        In the bus conducter is misbehaving with girls and scolding and abusing in front of all because they entered bus with bus pass. But here I mention that they are totally eligible for traveling in that bus.

              Travelling from mysore to hyderabad in airavata club class bus no f1818. Given food stop at sai regency in chikkaballapura where only roti curry and Chinese food is availabe and no other options and hotels available in the locality.. conductor telling that it's an instruction from mysore depot to stop only in this particular hotel. The food quality is very very poor for which they are charging too high cost..whether the passenger need to eat as per his want or KSRTCs completion? What's the reason for giving stop in only that hotel..kindly resolve it

                To whomsoever it may concern.

                We have been noticing a regular delay in the Volvo buses to virajpet. I am a regular traveller and i travel every Friday by bus.
                The bus which is suppose to leave at 10:32pm is very regularly late and leaves at 11:30.

                Likewise on May 29th I had booked a bus from virajpet to Bengaluru at 11:45 pm. I reached the bus stand at 11 and i get a call from ksrtc that the bus had been delayed and they are still in Kerala and will reach virajpet at 12:30

                Is this really fair on the passengers. ? It can cause a lot of inconvenience to the lady travellers especially. Request you'll to kindly look into the matter and maintain some punctuality.

                    Driver is driving very rash, he is in very urgent not stopping properly at bus stops. 2 old age people fell down on bus stop. One handicap person was about to catch bus from source stop taj nagar. Driver is not ready to stop even for 1 min. Till that handicap person gets in...he drive without seeing handicap person...person fell down. Please take action against this driver. Bus number: KA63, F0010, Date 29-may2022, taj nagar to CBT, timing. 8pm taj nagar.

                      In the date of 29/05/2022 me and my wife travelling in KSRTC from 8th mile to SIRA..
                      The bus number KA-36 F-1389 in this bus conducter took extra fare for us.. From 8th mile other KSTRC bus's charge will 130 per head but he took 146 per head.. This is not a right approach from the conducter.. In other bus 130+130=260. But in this Bus he will took 146+146=292

                      Please kindly do the on this issue

                        I have travelled today from srirangapattana to Mysore bus bearing no KA 11 F0172.. during that time the conductor was behave rude about issuing the ticket ..and he is used the filthy language ... really this is hurts to me and also all passengers who will like to travel in ksrtc bus...i request you to take necessary actions to avoid like these behaviours ..and also after these incident taken place i don't like to travell again in ksrtc bus ...but we have rights to ask about these things hence i raised this compliant

                            Driver no shared to us: [protected]
                            Complaint: all incoming calls are blocked and reason is ghat road. IN a ghat road, it should say network coverage is not there, but we are getting BUSY as response. Tried calling them infront of them. Still they didn't accept their mistake. They tried to reach us using other number - [protected].
                            Customer care asked us to stand at new bustand in kalpete, driver stopped at old bustand and costed us around 50rs.
                            Very very Rude behavior of driver and conductor is intolerable and very unprofessional. They behaved as if they are speaking to a untouchable person. It's because of employees like this, people are opting their private transport instead of karnataka rtc. Please consider our complaint and atleast make the conductor change his behavior.

                              I am travelling from ballari to gulbarga at 10:14pm 28/5/2022. The condition of bus is worst ever no proper seat in sleeper bus no proper curtains no space for language. Conductor argue and misbehave to keep lagguage. With so much if inconvenience for passenger to travel the ticket fare is costly ..

                                  Chitradurga to Hiriyur, KSRTC Bus conductor are not allowing passengers to drop Hiriyur at the night, Hiriyur (577598) it is not a small city it's a taluka, when ever we asking Chitradurga buses are going towards Bengaluru they are refusing to allow, lots of people are wondering busess but nobody will respond, please kindly fix the problem.

                                      Each passenger has warned at the starting point of bustand which is (manglore) but driver as well as conductor denied by telling no nothing is wrong now we reached madikeri, each and every passenger is in soo bad condition (full of swet, breathing problem, etc and moving forward this bus is going to mysore now

                                        Today I boarded a bus from Tumkur to Bengaluru, , , it is a one staff bus driv.Fine things all went well though I gave ₹500 note the conductor didnot humble or tell at me, , , oblingly settled off the change I settled in an vacant seat of a 2 seater .AlMost on the verge of getting down near ನಾಗಸಂದ್ರ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ I just happen to glance the the roof of bus almost in the middle I just saw a torn roof adjacent to the pillar pipe.This has to be repaired b4 rainy season in the safety concern of both passenger and conductor if not drvr.
