Dear Sir,

I am Raju Meghavat R/O - Gangavathi, Dist - Koppal. I am travelling with my wife and my 2 Sons 1st aon age is - 4 years 3 months and another 1 year 11 months from Hosapete to Harihar today on dated[protected] at - 07.49pm in KSRTC Bus No - KA09F4740. In that time my Son is suffering from huge fever so he sleft on seat. We informed to conducter my son is suffering from huge fever please allow him to sleep But cunductor told that if he is your son????? and he used bad words to me infront of all passengers and told that take him on your wipe otherwise take half ticket... So i am taken the half ticket for my son. So as per KSRTC rules this is right or wrong???? I am travelling in KSRTC from last 25 years but this is not happened in my life i am not expected this will happen in KSRTC service. We love KSRTC ❤. Only because of some people bad remarks to KSRTC. So in this issue i want justice 🙏

        I have got into non stop bus travelling from Davangere to Bangalore. Board says non stop. And before getting into bus i have checked with conductor if this is non stop he replied yes. But this bus gives stop to each city bus stop which is no fare. People with urgency get into non stop bus paying extra than usual. Who is looking into this issue because this is not for first time I am facing this. Let me know to whom should I complaint further.

        As this is public transport on behalf of public i would like to raise this complaint and please look into this issue as soon as possible.

          I was travelling in bus number ka 10 F 3326. From puttur to panja via bellare. On 11/06/2022. At 8.30 departure from puttur. Conductor name unknown. I politely asked him to help me with the bags to put it in upper carriage. But he started yelling and creating ruckus about how he has to give ticket and that is only his job.

            I have entered a bus ( KA 40F 1324 ) at 10:30pm which passing from Bangalore to ananthpur via chikkaballapura
            - conductuor is not allowing to enter the bus because he wants direct ananthpur customer.
            - I've informed him that I'll be standing
            No issue because I can't take risk for next bus
            - And after taking tickets hr is not giving changes which is 20 rs even though he has change he is not giving

            My question is does all the seats in the bus includes to only who is travelling directly to anthanpur/destiny of the bus.
            I request you team kindly help the people who are travelling in night times please inform the conductors to not make fool to passenger's

              I have booked front seat in the bus but the seat number is not matching and conducter was rude and gave me last seat due to which I am severe back pain.

                The bus number ka f 1805, as I have booked traveling from Bangalore to Salem. The driver is not concerned about safety regulation (using phone while driving) and timings. The bus must should reach at 7.50 at Salem but I'm still going on the way even it's 9pm. Still 30km left. Phone number of your department driver is [protected].

                Worst journey experience from every passenger .

                    Bus no KA 37 F 0912 on dated 9/6/2022 time 11:20 at hiriyur driver talking in phone and driving the bus whole way risking patients life. Please do take action against these ruthless drivers and take action to prevent accidents.

                      Address: Savinay , Hunsur

                      It's been more than a year, bus stand parking in Hunsur, any commuters travel daily to far away places for work they need to keep their two wheelers in parking. No parking space creating problems to regular commuters early solution needed in this regard.
                      Back side road connecting to bypass from bus stand as heavy pits and damaged which needs to be repaired immediately.

                          I booked the seat with the preference of Single lady on 07.06.22 with PNR Number :J88071360 as seat No. 12 window, on 08.06.22 I received an email regarding seat transfer confirmation - my seat was changed to seat No. 13 despite of giving me the confirmation of seat via email on date of booking.
                          Please change my seat No. to the original as per the date of booking.

                            My seat was given to other person and conductor took money from him as well. I have got only half seat to sit and travel until coimbatore. I strongly provide a justice regarding this as why ksrtc is having an option to book the seat when the conductor has given the seat to other. So for single seat ksrtc gets 2 payment. I need my refund and i want a justice that why ksrtc made my travel hell. Bus no- ka11f0516 and PNR no - J88062290.

                              We booked tickets from Ooty on 4th June, it was supposed to drop us at 11pm Shanti nagar at 11pm, instead they dropped us in Satellite bust stop at 1.30am midnight and said they won't go further. My wife was there with me as well. They did not make alterative arrangements to drop us to the drop location at midnight

                                  So me and my companion wanted to travel in an AC bus...we dint booked it but we asked the driver and the conductor if seats are available...they said yes...when we got inside, obviously there was non obviously...they took us half way to the road and told us to get down..are you serious ? We had laugages!!!...what behavior and customer service is this?...the conductor even shout at us telling he told us to get down which he did not at all...please i request do look into the matter and there should not be any other customer with this kind of ill behavior

                                    I was travelling from Mysore to pune via KSRTC bus. My new trolley fell out of a moving bus causing tears all over. I require an appropriate compensation as the damages cost me 5000 only because of their negligence in not locking the luggage compartment correctly

                                      I have traveled from KR market to Hal in ksrtc local bus KA 57 F- 3254 the conductor give me RS 30 ticket and for travel bag Rs 10. It's not at all fare that for le person they had given me ticket of 30 to travel from KR market - Hal and also luggage charge for travel bag. The travel date is on 5th June 2022 morning at 6:30.

                                        Ka-22-FF-2084 . This is the registration number of NWKRTC bus and, this bus driver was not have common sense for driving, I think he was drunk so he was driving on Davanagere road zig Zag line and giving trouble and problems to the public and other vehicle .
                                        Date - 05 June 2022 .. midnight 12:45 PM.
