    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to inform you that I booked 6 tickets for the travel date 24/06/2022 on the KSRTC Mobile App (Route- Banglore to Pondicherry). The Transaction was processed and the money was debited from my account, but the tickets were not booked and the status on the KSRTC Mobile app shows the transaction failed.

    I would like to receive the refund at the earliest as I would like to book the tickets again for the same bus on the above-mentioned dates. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and the KSRTC app status. Kindly do the needful.

      I booked a seat looking at the arrangements given on the App but when I arrived it was completely different and the conductor didn't bother to respond to my quires and says to adjust. Booking a seat in advance is entire waste of my money and it was an uncomfortable journey

        I was overcharged by Kstdc Airport taxi at Bangalore. My house is 35 km from airport and I was charged 1550/-. I travelled at around 12 in the afternoon.
        It is almost double the amount which should have been charged. I have uploaded the picture of the cab.

          I have traveled on 18.06.2022 at 21.00 from Bellari till Vijaypura 19.06.2022 at 3.45. I have given conductor ₹605/- and he has given back only ₹100/- and rest money he said he has given... Even after couple of request he didn't gave money which are balance and walk away

            We want to get down in tumkur, but conductor is saying this is not going to stop in this district. The bus travel from hubli to Bangalore, this is not fair how ksrtc is making inconvenience to people. even if bus travel to Bangalore.

              Today while driving back home a very rash bus driver crashed over the car on the front left side which caused big dents and the bumper is broken internally. After the incident, the bus driver was arrogant and was not feeling responsible for his mistake. He said he doesn't have money and he was fine on filing a complaint against him. The name of bus driver was Mohan and the bus number was "KA-01-FA-1796" blue and bus route number "285 M".

                Regarding not giving change inspite of asking and rude behaviour by conductor of bus from Tumkur to sira on 18/06/2022. Inspite of asking for change he did not give and left talking rudely.

                      Conductor did not pickup senior citizen traveler reserved ticket to Tiruvannamalai on 11/06/2022 Saturday. from bus depo ksrtc pickup point, electronic city, by 11 am bus scheduled to arrive at 1130 to the place but arrived at 1230 or so. The conductor did not stop the bus at the bus shelter and made me run 3 km even then did not pick up. the reserve red ticket cost,
                      hardship in hot sun and agony be considered seriously to bring the conductor to books.

                            Dear Team,

                            We have travelled from Calicut to Bangalore on 13th June in bus no KA57F3975 Airavt Club class, they have given the refreshment and lunch break at Gundlupet restaurant named as Udupi Nijaguna very unhygienic restaurant they are charging 190/- rs for South Indian Thali with less quantity and quality, wash rooms are not at all clean and restrent staffs are behaving with customers very rudely. These people's spoiling the Udupi hotels dignity as well as Karnataka's name with their bad services. So request you to kindly change the break point from the above mentioned spot. So that we can save our Karnataka's legacy infront of other states people.

                              ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಕೃಷ್ರಜಪೇಟೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಸಮಯ 6 ರಿಂದ 8 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳ ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊರಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅರಸೀಕೆರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚನ್ನರಾಪಟ್ಟಣ ಬಸಗಳುನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ 6ರಿಂದ 9ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು ಕಿಕ್ಕಿರ್ದು ತುಂಬಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಅದರಿಂದ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರದಿಸಬೇಕಗಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆ

                                I booked a ticket on 21/05/2022 for journey dated 25/5/2022. I cancelled my ticket on 24/5/2022. As per KSRTC cancellation policy, I am entitled a refund of 75% of the ticket amount, to be refunded within 7 business days. On not receiving the amount I lodged a complaint at KSRTC refund section stating the same on June 6th. I haven't got any response from them yet. Attached below for reference and proof are the cancelled ticket and snapshot of my email to the refund section. kindly do the needful.

                                    Iam a senior citizen travelled from Channapatna to Mysuru on 12 06 22. by bus no KA13 F2330.The conductor refused to accept the digilocker document for age confirmation and charged normal rate for my travel. As the documents are issued by Govt. Kindly refund excess amount collected.

                                      I am Raju Meghavat R/O - Gangavathi, Dist - Koppal. I am travelling with my wife and my 2 Sons 1st aon age is - 4 years 3 months and another 1 year 11 months from Hosapete to Harihar today on dated[protected] at - 07.49pm in KSRTC Bus No - KA18F1065. In bus ticket vehicle number mentioned as KA09F4740. In that time my Son is suffering from huge fever so he sleft on seat. We informed to conducter my son is suffering from huge fever please allow him to sleep But cunductor told that if he is your son????? and he used bad words to me infront of all passengers and told that take him on your wipe otherwise take half ticket... So i am taken the half ticket for my son. So as per KSRTC rules this is right or wrong???? I am travelling in KSRTC from last 25 years but this is not happened in my life i am not expected this will happen in KSRTC service. We love KSRTC ❤. Only because of some people bad remarks to KSRTC. So in this issue i want justice 🙏
