Respected Sir/ Madam

This is regarding the journey dated 27/06/2022, Time: 21:45, Bus No.: KA57F1706, PNR No. J88352078, crew mobile number - [protected] from NITK, Surathkal to HSR layout, Bengaluru. There was a theft of gold worth 4-5 lakhs and cash worth Rs. 10000/- from the vanity bag during the journey. Our seat numbers were 19, 20.

We got off the bus at the KSRTC bus stand, Hassan at around 3 AM on 28/06/2022 to use the washroom.

After reaching home in Bangalore, we didn't check the vanity bag due to other health issues. We opened the bag today (01/07/2022) in need of some cash. We noticed that the zip of the vanity bag was jammed due to which we were unable to open the bag. Later, we realized that there was a theft of gold ( 2 bangles, 1 necklace, 2 earrings) and cash during the journey. Unfortunately, we realized it late.

Hereby, requesting to look into this matter at the earliest.
Kindly do the needful.

    Dear sir
    KSRTC is giving bad service in Mangalore Root No. 11D, one day buses will run another they stop.. if little rain comes or traffic jams driver and conductor will stop the bus and sleeps inside bus. please look in this matter.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to inform you that I booked 2 tickets for the travel date 24/06/2022 on the KSRTC Mobile App (Route- Banglore to Kannur).OB. Ref. No: OB49762090 & OB49761899. The Transaction was processed and the money was debited from my account, but the tickets were not booked and the status on the KSRTC Mobile app shows the transaction failed. It is been 5 days and I haven't recieved the refund yet.

      I would like to receive the refund at the earliest. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and the KSRTC app status. Kindly do the needful.

        Iam traveling in KSRTC bus (KA40F1495) from Sigandur to bangalore on 28/06/22..when traveling in between my teeth and chin damaged due to driver rash driving negligence...

        Still now blood bleeding is happening and complete teeth come out but there is no First-aid items kept in the bus..

          Hi, I m a 17 year old male, today 28/6/22 around 6:30am I traveled from bangalore to tumkuru by KSRTC Express KA06-F1242 with my small brother. I gave 500rs for 2 adult tickets total 160 rs was ticket fair but conductor did not return 340 change. he wrote 500rs on the ticket and he said he do not have change will give later. then my stop came and i asked him for change and he said get down will give but after i get down bus just went i ran behind the bus but could not catch the bus. i had only 500rs in my pocket and did not had extra money also. i m very disappointed with ksrtc today for what they did. I request KSRTC to return my 340rs change.

          I contacted tumkur dipo person he helpped with conductor detailes (shiv shankar +[protected] i called him and told him everything then he agreed to return the money after that he didn't receive my calls then again i called dipo person on saturday then in the evening he he asked conductor to call me then he asked phone pe num i gave him after that he's sayi g will send it tomorrow now no response from him.his behavior is so bad.and his not even respecting his dipo person.what kind of behavior is this i don't understand. I request ksrtc to take action for this person becoz him your going loose trust and respect from passagers. Im really very disappointed with this person. I request you to take action immediately and refund my 340rs. Thanks

            Place : sp oil mill near benaka hospital ujire
            Me and my wife were traveling in our Activa 125 with our loved pet dog (pug)
            This bus driver was rash and was trying to overtake from back near turn and for God sake we have just missed from little small gap just and there was no place to take side due to small bridge .. and we just took the photo of the bus due to turn and he stopped the bus in belthangady bus stop and we went near the bus we asked him regarding his rash driving and also the value of 3 life bcz just by small gap we missed from hitting but the driver was very rude in behaviour and inspite of asking sorry for his mistake he got down from the bus and he was ready to hit us and we cannot do anything due to his uniform and the other person the one who was conductor he was drunk and smells very bad and the driver does not no to respect women and disrespected with my wife ... Such a rash driving and also the rude behaviour..
            Is this the way ur drivers use the power of their uniform?
            Is this the behaviour we see with the public?
            Is this the public service?
            Is this the reason u pay for them?
            Dont you value life?

            Please take some strict action against him if anything would have happened who was the response and also why they are always in hurry we can understand the timings but still due to there time won't they take the life just imagine the power of the bus with Activa just a small touch would be enough for big accident...

              Bus No : F1254 Non AC sleeper, route Raichur to Bengaluru doesnot have luggage carrier inside bus, it causing lot of trouble for passanger with very discomfort sleeping posture

                I've noticed that the fare board for the parking of vehicles is varied with two boards in the KSRTC bus stand at haveri, one small A4 sheet printed copy of fare board seems unauthorised is also sticked with Rs40 for a night till 6AM, and another banner/flex like fare board is also stick aside, kindly check and do the needfull..

                  Sir, my name is M Ramesh, Army (retd), i have reservation from Bangalore to koilakuntla (kurnool, dt, A.P), bus no-6458 seat no-12 at 21.45 on 23 June 2022, (bng kempegowda) terminal -1, i was buy one thumuup 250 ml at 07.40 pm, mrp-20 but he taken Rs- 25/- shop no- 1/119, g raju, his shop located at near platform 16 & behind plat form no-15, i asked him about collecting exceed (over charged of mrp) amount of MRP from all passengers and also I warned him complaint against you to the higher authority but he told me go to hell and he told me i was pay bribe to concerned officers. In view of the above i request to you please take necessary action against the shop & concerned ksrtc staff. And also will cancelled his shop licence. since long time he taken over charge of MRP on all items. Complaint cell number has been switched off at 07.46 pm.

                    I have taken ticket from ballari to banglore in SUHAS bus (rajahamsa) which is charging more than the normal red bus & the seats are pushback but it’s not working,
                    If I sit in the seat it push back without my knowledge & it ll not come back, like this I can’t sit throughout my my journey till I reach banglore & bus is not having curtains & they not maintain cleanliness, it’s very uncomfortable to travel like this even tough we are paying more money so please kindly do the needful

The Transaction was processed and the money was debited from my account, but the tickets were not booked and the status on the KSRTC Mobile app shows the transaction failed.

                        I would like to receive the refund at the earliest as I would like to book the tickets again for the same bus on the above-mentioned dates. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and the KSRTC app status. Kindly do the needful.

                          I booked a seat looking at the arrangements given on the App but when I arrived it was completely different and the conductor didn't bother to respond to my quires and says to adjust. Booking a seat in advance is entire waste of my money and it was an uncomfortable journey

                            I was overcharged by Kstdc Airport taxi at Bangalore. My house is 35 km from airport and I was charged 1550/-. I travelled at around 12 in the afternoon.
                            It is almost double the amount which should have been charged. I have uploaded the picture of the cab.

                              I have traveled on 18.06.2022 at 21.00 from Bellari till Vijaypura 19.06.2022 at 3.45. I have given conductor ₹605/- and he has given back only ₹100/- and rest money he said he has given... Even after couple of request he didn't gave money which are balance and walk away

                                We want to get down in tumkur, but conductor is saying this is not going to stop in this district. The bus travel from hubli to Bangalore, this is not fair how ksrtc is making inconvenience to people. even if bus travel to Bangalore.

                                  Today while driving back home a very rash bus driver crashed over the car on the front left side which caused big dents and the bumper is broken internally. After the incident, the bus driver was arrogant and was not feeling responsible for his mistake. He said he doesn't have money and he was fine on filing a complaint against him. The name of bus driver was Mohan and the bus number was "KA-01-FA-1796" blue and bus route number "285 M".

                                    Regarding not giving change inspite of asking and rude behaviour by conductor of bus from Tumkur to sira on 18/06/2022. Inspite of asking for change he did not give and left talking rudely.
