Respected Sir/Madam please look after the bustop near BVB Vidyanagar, Hubbali . Some Busses from Hubli CBT or Hubli Bustand to Gamanagatti Navanagar doesn't stop at the bustop rather wait for the signal 50 mtrs far from stop, if the signal is green they never stop the bus near BVB even though it's half filled. We will be waiting from 30-40 mins and they just flew away so please look after those drivers or conductors and correct them ...
This is not the first time we have experienced it many times but I took a photo of bus number which I'll share

I booked the bus ticket in KSRTC bus in 1*1 single birth but when I board the bus driver start arguing that my ticket is in double birth. It was very hectic for me as I am very uncomfortable with the seat.

This is Mahantesh Biradar, its very sad to see that there is no bus service in between Athani to Raibag taluka's of Belagavi Dist..there are so many passengers suffering from this..last bus is around 6:30pm and they don't have exact time.. passengers have to take tourist cars to make their journey

ಲಿಂಗಸುಗೂರು ಬಸ್ ಡಿಪೋ ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊರಡುವ 7:30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಂಗಸುಗೂರು To ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಹಾಗೂ 7:45 ಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಂಗಸುಗೂರು To ಕಡೂರು ಇರುವ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು ಇದ್ದರು ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಗಮನ ಆಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. 7:30 ಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ಗಮನ ಆಗುವ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಬಸ್ಸು 7:15 ಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ಗಮನ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಡೂರು ಬಸ್ಸು ಇದ್ದು ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬರುತ್ತೊ ಯಾವಾಗ ಇಲ್ಲ ತಿಳಿದು ತಿಳಿಯದಾಗಿದೆ...ಇದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು, ನಿಮ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಬಸ್ಸು ಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲ..ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ನ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಅಸಭ್ಯವಾದ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ..ಈ ದಿನ ಅಂದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ[protected] ನಾನು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7:15 ಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು ಒಂದು ಇಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದು ಕಲ್ಬುರ್ಗಿ -ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು 7:30 ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದು 8:00 ಕ್ಕೆ ..ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಡೂರು ಬಂದೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ..ಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತಹ camera ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ..ಇದು ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಅಲ್ಲ ದಿನ ನಿತ್ಯದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ..ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇರೆ ಊರಿಗೆ ಹೊರಡುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಅವಸರವಾಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡಿಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲ ಅತ್ಯಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಕೊಡುವವರು ಯಾರು ..ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಲೆ ತೆರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ . ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಾದರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಸ್ಸು ನಿರ್ಗಮನ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಗಮನ ಆಗುವ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ‌ ಕಳ ಕಳಿಯ ವಿನಂತಿ.

On 25th may 6:00 PM (Evening) i was travelling to banglore to tumkur when i catch the bus in goragunte palya the driver refuse me to give a seat and he told that the seat is already reserved the bus number is Ka06F1263 the bus is Tumkur-Banglore flyover this busses has don't having reservation

And that bus is not reserved the bus driver is booking seats on his own passengers jus for a phone call he is reserving the seats

And also he is using the phone while driving playing game while driving

Please take the action regarding this

As we not going to tell All this but it's not first time happened, every time bus conductor not giving return change if he having the change even.

I lost almost 200 rs, i traveling blg to atp he wrote change on tiker back side but wen I as he denied to give amount.

I booked the ticket from Bangalore to sulya, but the ticket got failed and amount debited from my account. please find the attached all the documents for your reference.

I have travelled from Panrutti to hosur through KSRTC bus no Ka57 f 2489, I am disappointed on drivers harsh behaviour. He used harsh words as he was like in hurry, while I asked for getting luggage from the luggage carrier. I am very much disappointed on his behaviour. I am requesting the head of the KSRTC to give councelling for the bus driver drived on 23 may 2022.

I booked a ticket from Kukkesubramanya to Bangalore on 23.05.2022 at 13.45pm seat number 16. But I didn't received any ticket confirmation message or mail or PNR number. So I thought it was technical issues bz i was in remote area. But I checked with conductor and he said seat number 16 booked with someone name. Then i took ticket and travelled. So I request you to return my money as soon as possible.

This is a sincere request from the people of chickmaglur, to provide us direct bus service to gonikoppal -virajpet from chickmaglur in the early morning at 6am.V shall sincerely say that it's very difficult as this 6am bus have been removed, many people from Coorg are staying in chickmaglur, please provide us this bus service again at the earliest.

On 23 May 2022 the bus conductor of this bus - registration number KA10F0385 is not allowing students to get in, from puttur (DK) to Uppinangady of the time 4.00PM. The bus conductor is behaving rudely with the passanger of the bus. Please make a notice of this.

Our karwar depot manager is very incompetent, kadwad bus never stays on time, driver and conductor have not been appointed courageously. This troubles the general public. We will not tolerate

For last one year, me and my family are travelling between Hyderabad to Bengaluru quite frequently. I observe that your AC Sleeper buses (AMBARI DREAM CLASS) always run late by 1 to 1 and half hour.
1. Is there any specific instructions to drivers for that?
2. If your drivers cannot reach on time, why don't you modify the timetable?

Getting late by 1.5 hr in a 8 hr journey often find displeasure from commuters as their next day's program gets disrupted.

We have booked four tickets from lingsuru to shivamogga. The bus boarding time is 10.15 pm. We have reached the boarding point one hour earliest but the bus has not yet came even at 11.15 pm so why the bus is running late even there is no rain in anywhere in karnatak. Is this the way you provide service to customers. Why they are running late..???

Bus conductor pushed me down from moving bus while I am entering bus at Chennai circle, Hubli. He was scolding and insulting me infront of bus passengers.

Myself Mrs. Swetha K.R., Assistant Professor at BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara. I have obtained Official Bus Pass (P0010323) to commute from Tumkur to BG Nagara. Today (21.05.2022), I have changed the bus in hotel stop at Kunigal at 1:30 pm. During this time one of bus conductor (KA-18; F-1061) abused badly and stolen my bus pass and asked me go to TC who is issued pass and complaint. Before obtaining bus pass, I have discussed with bus pass issuing Authority about change of busess in hotel stop, they confirmed that as it is official bus pass can change the busses in hotel stop like that. But above mentioned bus conductor abused very badly and scolded in-front of co-passengers, it hurt's me lot. In this regard, I request you to take necessary action on above mentioned conductor and instruct other conductors to allow pass holders to change buses in hotel stop.

KA-40-F-851 THIS bus is not in a condition to take a passengers. The body of bus is broken and the rain water is coming inside the bus all around. driver's all metre are not working and it's very unsafe to passenger to travel in this bus.
Kindly take into consideration of this complent and repair it. If something happens to passenger KSRTC will be the responsible
