As we not going to tell All this but it's not first time happened, every time bus conductor not giving return change if he having the change even.

I lost almost 200 rs, i traveling blg to atp he wrote change on tiker back side but wen I as he denied to give amount.

        I have travelled from Panrutti to hosur through KSRTC bus no Ka57 f 2489, I am disappointed on drivers harsh behaviour. He used harsh words as he was like in hurry, while I asked for getting luggage from the luggage carrier. I am very much disappointed on his behaviour. I am requesting the head of the KSRTC to give councelling for the bus driver drived on 23 may 2022.

          I booked a ticket from Kukkesubramanya to Bangalore on 23.05.2022 at 13.45pm seat number 16. But I didn't received any ticket confirmation message or mail or PNR number. So I thought it was technical issues bz i was in remote area. But I checked with conductor and he said seat number 16 booked with someone name. Then i took ticket and travelled. So I request you to return my money as soon as possible.

              On 23 May 2022 the bus conductor of this bus - registration number KA10F0385 is not allowing students to get in, from puttur (DK) to Uppinangady of the time 4.00PM. The bus conductor is behaving rudely with the passanger of the bus. Please make a notice of this.
              Bus travel from PUTTUR (DK) to Dharmasthala (DK) via Uppinangady (DK).

                    For last one year, me and my family are travelling between Hyderabad to Bengaluru quite frequently. I observe that your AC Sleeper buses (AMBARI DREAM CLASS) always run late by 1 to 1 and half hour.
                    1. Is there any specific instructions to drivers for that?
                    2. If your drivers cannot reach on time, why don't you modify the timetable?

                    Getting late by 1.5 hr in a 8 hr journey often find displeasure from commuters as their next day's program gets disrupted.

                      We have booked four tickets from lingsuru to shivamogga. The bus boarding time is 10.15 pm. We have reached the boarding point one hour earliest but the bus has not yet came even at 11.15 pm so why the bus is running late even there is no rain in anywhere in karnatak. Is this the way you provide service to customers. Why they are running late..???

                            Myself Mrs. Swetha K.R., Assistant Professor at BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara. I have obtained Official Bus Pass (P0010323) to commute from Tumkur to BG Nagara. Today (21.05.2022), I have changed the bus in hotel stop at Kunigal at 1:30 pm. During this time one of bus conductor (KA-18; F-1061) abused badly and stolen my bus pass and asked me go to TC who is issued pass and complaint. Before obtaining bus pass, I have discussed with bus pass issuing Authority about change of busess in hotel stop, they confirmed that as it is official bus pass can change the busses in hotel stop like that. But above mentioned bus conductor abused very badly and scolded in-front of co-passengers, it hurt's me lot. In this regard, I request you to take necessary action on above mentioned conductor and instruct other conductors to allow pass holders to change buses in hotel stop.

                              KA-40-F-851 THIS bus is not in a condition to take a passengers. The body of bus is broken and the rain water is coming inside the bus all around. driver's all metre are not working and it's very unsafe to passenger to travel in this bus.

                                ಹರೀಶ್ ಎಂವಿ ಎಂಬ ನಾನು ದಿ 13/05/22 ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ದಿಂದ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಕ್ಕೇ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಾಗಿ 500 ರೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ನಂತರ ಕೊಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನ ಹಿಂದೆ 100 ರೂ ಎಂದು ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಗೆ ನಾನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು 500 ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಆದ್ರೆ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ಮರೆತು ಬಾಗೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆ ಹೋದೆ. ಬಾಗೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಅದರ ಅರಿವಾಗಿ ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಡಿಪೋ ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಪಡೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಬರಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಮತ್ತೆ 100 ರೂ ಬಸ್ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರಕ್ಕ್ ಬಂದು ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಫೋನ್ ಪೇ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವಾರದಿಂದ ಬರೀ ಸಬೂಬು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದು ಈಗ ಫೋನ್ ತೆಗೆಯುವುದು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮತ್ತೆ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಹಣ ನನಗೆ ಕೊಡಿಸಿ.

                                    Yesterday (18th May'22) me and wife travelled in KSRTC bus from Bangalore to Madurai, my bus no F1112( pickup time 10.15 pm at electronic city, PNR No : J[protected]On that pick up time we have moved next stop of electronic city due to confusion. Then we catched the bus. At that time the bus conductor did very worst behaviour to me. because of I am changed the bus stop. I informed my apologies for that. Then, he didn't stopped scold me. Continuously scolding infront of public. He didn't treat even some respect for passenger. So, Kindly do take action to him.

                                      I today 18/05/2022 travelled from Mysore to Kanchipuram by Airavat Dream Class bus 2029MYSCHN. While boarding we asked the staff what time it will reach and will it go to the kanchipuram bus stand. They today yes it will go to the bus stand and the reaching time was mentioned as 5.30am were as the bus schedule shows 3.30am which does match.                                       Address: Signal opposite RNS Motors and beside the Indian oil petrol bunk, Gorgontepalya

                                      The driver of this bus KA40F1414 seems very impatient at signals. There is an extremely loud and shrill sounding horn on this bus and the driver kept honking at a red light. The horn was so loud and deafening.
                                      On the 11th of May, I was standing at the signal opposite to RNS motors, Gorgontepalya at around 10pm while this bus with destination displayed as "Chintamani" pulls up behind me and instantly starts honking at me to move out of his way.

                                      The signal is still red and there's a count down timer too. The driver gets very close to my bike from behind and after the signal turned green, he comes beside me and starts hurling abuses in very profane language.

                                      I think these drivers should be schooled on traffic rules and regulations and not to honk at a red light in turn causing discomfort and inconvenience to other responsible road users. Also, the loud and shrill horns of this his must be removed.
