    While traveling from chitradurga to bangalore bus has been stopped near Imangala tol . And the conducter send us in the bus with no seat available to sit. And make us to travel 200 km by standing. Initially he updated seats are available .

      I hereby to inform you that on[protected], while I and my wife were traveling from Puttur to Sulla, I clarified with the conductor and driver about the stop at MavnaKatte near Adkar... Next to jalsoor We boarded the bus. We paid the right amount and got the ticket. The bus started its journey from Puttur Bus Stand at 18:55:43. But the driver and the conductor have stopped the bus at other station .Despite requesting the conductor they are negligent by not taking us for the said destination. The Karnataka state government has declared a red alert due to heavy rains in Dakshina Kannada district for about ten days, but realize the negligence of conductors and drivers. Appropriate legal action should be taken against those who have behaved in a very bad manner, in a place where there is no proper auto rikshaw nor transport system at that point of time.Hence I request the officials to take strict action against these culprits who have behaved in the manner having no humanity and ensure that this does not happen again. Below is the carriage number for the journey and for enquiry, Tkt No-161258, KA19-F2937..and the copies No2 and 3 respectively be sent to the director of karnataka state road transport corporation (KSRTC) and transport minister list of karnataka. Requesting you to send the mail regarding the action taken on them..

          I am Major G Balaji, a serving Army Officer presently posted at Jabalpur.
          I had arrived Bengaluru on 26 Jun 2022 for some of my personal commitment. On 27 Jun 22, I boarded an RTC Bus in Bengaluru having bus No KA-57 F-3280 from Agara Fly over to Hebbal. I had taken the ticket of Rs 25/- bearing the ticket numbers 836710 & 778087 of Rs 20/- & Rs 5/- each. Knowing the fact that I do not know the kannada language and already taken the ticket, the conductor had intentionally asked me in kannada language to take ticket. I was telling him in hindi and english that I had taken the ticket but the conductor was shouting in kannada and forcing me to take the ticket. In the middle of his shouting, in hurry, I had searched for my ticket of Rs 25/- in my wallet and pockets but could not traced it. While I was searching for my ticket already taken, the conductor was shouting to take the ticket of Rs 20/-. Therefore, in order to avoid embarrassment in the bus, I had taken the ticket of Rs 20/- again. But after taking the ticket again, I had again searched the ticket with the peace of mind. I had got my ticket of Rs 25/- already taken in the side pocket of my wallet.
          I had met the conductor in the bus with my old tickets, he again told me in kannada that in case any passenger boards in the bus, I will give back your Rs 20/- by giving your ticket to them. Thereafter many passengers boarded on the bus but the conductor had neither given them my ticket nor refunded my Rs 20/-. On asking him as to why you are not giving my ticket to the passengers boarding on the bus, he was arrogantly giving me some lame excuses in kannada language, which I could not understand and sat quite hoping that he may give me back my Rs 20/- but has not refunded that. On asking him he was arrogantly behaving. Finally, whie getting down from the bus, the conductor was speaking to me in hindi and was mentioning that I know every language. This is indeed a shameful act and uncalled for for the Bengaluru RTC organization that such conductors are employed who are misbehaving with the passengers like this. Re 20/- is not a matter here but the mental agony and embarrassment which I had gone through due to his such behaviour.
          I request you to please take action against the conductor and ask him to refund my amount alongwith the compensation for embarrassing, humiliating and giving mental stress to me while I was performing journey in his bus. In case prompt and appropriate action not taken against the above conductor, such personnel will be more emboldened and misbehave with other passengers also. In case of non redressal of my complaint and non initiation of any action against the conductor, I will perforce approach consumer court for legal recourse and may raise the level of my complaint for the needful. I have both the bus tickets and photograph of the bus conductor and bus as well as evidence for producing it to before any of the authorities. My mobile number is [protected]

            Today (8/7/22) i booked a ticket through ksrtc website money got deducted from my account but reservation was not done yet. And I checked their site for further details it showed status as fail. My reference OB49979094 so please help me.

              I wanted to complaint on KSRTC in gulbarga region on sagaranadu area lack of busses in this region and so many express busses are there.
              There is rs 70/- per person charge from Surapura to Gulbarga for sagarnadu busses
              And there is rs 122/- per person charges from the same route and both will take same time on travelling why there is rs 52/- difference on same route and same travel time now they are increasing the express busses and decreasing the sagarnadu busses there are only two busses from each side and travellers are thousands on each day... We all need justice why this much difference on charges and lack of local busses please file a complaint on it...

                Dear sir,
                Iam taken ticken in medical college to mulbagal amount is 45rs but from kolar to mulbagal ticket amount is 45 .why this ticket amount is same for kolar to mulbagal and medical college to kolar.but in ticket mention express giving stop in every stop.kindly check and give proper reason.but i asked the ticket condoctor he given reason go and compliant in bus stop.proof i have attached kindly check

                      There is no one responsible for Volvo or Rajahamsa buses in Chikmagalur, No proper functioning of these Buses, Earlier it was Morning 5 o clock Bus without Miss Now They have Cancelled Daily commute which is affecting Senior Persons and Pregnant women to commute early morning, Please take this complaint seriously and provide Daily routes

                          I am sitting in KSRTC BIAL airport flybus F3739 which has to go from mysore directly to bangalore airport. Instead it picked up passengers from some kerala bus who needed to get to bangalore.

                          In fact, when I entered the bus and tried to find my seat, there was already a couple who had been seated there who asked ME to find out what had to be done.

                          I reclaimed my seat but was not able to reclaim the route.

                          I had planned to reach the airport at 10 o clock to make it in time for a meeting. But the conductor came around asking everyone what time our respective flights were...nobody had a flight at 12 so he took the liberty to change the route.

                          This is highly irregular and unprofessional.

                              Respected sir. I was travelling from. Mysore to nanjangud Bus on 03/07/2022 bus No. KA10F0454, as order BY KSRTC, master degree student pass should allow till 10/07/2022, but conductor doesn't allow me travel. He stoped bus in the middle and Downed me. Plz do give correct information to the conductors. Every time they are making problem for students

                                Respected Sir/ Madam

                                This is regarding the journey dated 27/06/2022, Time: 21:45, Bus No.: KA57F1706, PNR No. J88352078, crew mobile number - [protected] from NITK, Surathkal to HSR layout, Bengaluru. There was a theft of gold worth 4-5 lakhs and cash worth Rs. 10000/- from the vanity bag during the journey. Our seat numbers were 19, 20.

                                We got off the bus at the KSRTC bus stand, Hassan at around 3 AM on 28/06/2022 to use the washroom.

                                After reaching home in Bangalore, we didn't check the vanity bag due to other health issues. We opened the bag today (01/07/2022) in need of some cash. We noticed that the zip of the vanity bag was jammed due to which we were unable to open the bag. Later, we realized that there was a theft of gold ( 2 bangles, 1 necklace, 2 earrings) and cash during the journey. Unfortunately, we realized it late.

                                Hereby, requesting to look into this matter at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I am writing to inform you that I booked 2 tickets for the travel date 24/06/2022 on the KSRTC Mobile App (Route- Banglore to Kannur).OB. Ref. No: OB49762090 & OB49761899. The Transaction was processed and the money was debited from my account, but the tickets were not booked and the status on the KSRTC Mobile app shows the transaction failed. It is been 5 days and I haven't recieved the refund yet.

                                    I would like to receive the refund at the earliest. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and the KSRTC app status. Kindly do the needful.

                                      Iam traveling in KSRTC bus (KA40F1495) from Sigandur to bangalore on 28/06/22..when traveling in between my teeth and chin damaged due to driver rash driving negligence...

                                      Still now blood bleeding is happening and complete teeth come out but there is no First-aid items kept in the bus..

                                        Hi, I m a 17 year old male, today 28/6/22 around 6:30am I traveled from bangalore to tumkuru by KSRTC Express KA06-F1242 with my small brother. I gave 500rs for 2 adult tickets total 160 rs was ticket fair but conductor did not return 340 change. he wrote 500rs on the ticket and he said he do not have change will give later. then my stop came and i asked him for change and he said get down will give but after i get down bus just went i ran behind the bus but could not catch the bus. i had only 500rs in my pocket and did not had extra money also. i m very disappointed with ksrtc today for what they did. I request KSRTC to return my 340rs change.

                                        I contacted tumkur dipo person he helpped with conductor detailes (shiv shankar +[protected] i called him and told him everything then he agreed to return the money after that he didn't receive my calls then again i called dipo person on saturday then in the evening he he asked conductor to call me then he asked phone pe num i gave him after that he's sayi g will send it tomorrow now no response from him.his behavior is so bad.and his not even respecting his dipo person.what kind of behavior is this i don't understand. I request ksrtc to take action for this person becoz him your going loose trust and respect from passagers. Im really very disappointed with this person. I request you to take action immediately and refund my 340rs. Thanks
