ಪುತ್ತೂರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಾನು (ಅಶ್ರಫ್ ಪಲ್ಲತ್ತಾರು [protected]) ಮತ್ತು ಫ್ಯಾಮಿಲಿ ಎರಡೂವರೆ ಜನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡಬದಿಂದ ಪುರುಷಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಟಿಕೇಟಿಗಾಗಿ 100 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದರೂ ಟಿಕೇಟು ವೆಚ್ಚ ಎಷ್ಟೆಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದ ಮೊತ್ತ ನೀಡದೆ ನಷ್ಟ, ಕಷ್ಟ, ತೊಂದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಹಾನಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತುರ್ತು ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಗಳ ಉಳಿಯುವ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ಸು ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ನನ್ನ ದೂರಾರ್ಜಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ

    The Railway Station Bus stand is recently undergone renewation . There are around 3 offices for enquiry, ticket and office but they are all closed all the time. There is no single official of KSRTC at this bus station.
    Further i had to contact CBT, Belagavi for Bus information of Belagavi to Sawantwadi and the operator working there on 6th May 2022 between 11am to 2pm has misguided us saying the bus shall co.e at Railway Station Bus Stand but that did not happen and unfortunately my family had to cancel the trip for today due to the negligence of KSRTC both on the Operator and Bus Stands side.
    I further request you to please take strict action on this issue, set up a time table for buses and assign someone at the railway station bus stand for enquiry.

        Airavatha Club class from Bangalore to Sagara on 5th May 2022

        Had a very bad day experience with KSRTC Airavatha club class bus service

        Journey Details :

        KSRTC Bus PNR: J87495540, DOJ: 05-May-2022 22:40, 2230BNGSGR, Bus No : 1570, Crew Mobile No:[protected] .

        A/c not working, suspension problem and breakdown, bad roads and very troubled journey…. Extremely disappointed and this problem has affected my and my wife health…

        Bus stopped at Shimoga and we were made to wait for 30 minutes to arrange alternate bus….Reached Sagara at 7:15 am against scheduled arrival time of 5:30 am..

        Please refund our ticket money immediately

            Ka 22 f 2234 bus no . And conductor number is 10654, driver number is 3376 solapur to vijayapur via gokak .
            I request to conductor please stop new bustand vijayapur they are guilty talking our bus is not going to stop vijayapur bus stop. And you stay down water tank . Night 11.45pm i coming to 2 km from water tank to vijayapur bustop by walk
            it is bad behavior of conductor and driver . I am suffering from sugar bp tired to this night

              I was traveling from hubli to solapur on 5th May 2022 in rajahamsa executive bus. The conductor boarded many unreserved standing passengers when the bus was outside the bus terminal. The bus seating capacity is 39 seats but the bus was loaded with more then 15 additional passengers which made it over crowded.

                We had booke airavat club class with PNR No:J87450210 on 03-May-2022 at 23:00 but airavat bus was allocated. When we raised this issue the concerned person told us to raise the complaint jn this site so that we can get our refund.

                Do the needful and initiate our refund as soon as possible.

                    We the students of NAGARJUNA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Madugurki, devanahalli, bangalore.
                    Bus availability from hebbal to CHIKKABALLAPUR(Nagarjuna college) are very much less we suffer during morning times to catch the bus and some buses won't stop in the main stop hebbal itself in the morning times, then what's gud catching the bus from hebbal we come from sahakar nagar to hebbal to catch bus to reach college on time not at all satisfied and coming to tc(stop incharge) he was coming to the stop in the starting but not now even in evening times near clg too still the govt announces students can travel easily in ksrtc and all nonuse at all students suffer more to reach college on time. And the givt has announced that all interstate bus should allow atleast 10 passengers with student pass but they won't even single person. And the conductors are very rude to tell any information shame to see all these things not at all satisfied.kindly do the needful.hoping problem to solve soon.

                      Iam travelling in bus number KA 23F 1038 hubbali to bangalore we travel such a long distance the conductor first told sit wherever you want later in haveri bus stop forced to sit somewhere else this is not right I paid full charge of bus fair iam not travelling free here please take strict action about it

                        The bus number ka-28 f-2399 they hold the bus unnecessary in irkal bus stand out of it's place for 15min there is no other bus is standing in its place I'm very disappointed I was in the bus after waiting long time they came and take the bus to it place then the take another 10 to 15 minutes to take the passengers

                          The driver and conductor had turned on AC inspire of asking them. The travel was worst and caused suffocation to all passengers. When asked their response was very bad and they said it might be locked at my seat but when I said it's not just at my seat but entire bus all people are facing issues then turned on AC to high speed for few minutes in shivmoga n again turned it very low or just air blowing.

                          My question to KSRTC why should we pay more and travel in Airavatha club class when there is no proper service.
                          Read it as did not turn on AC and just blower was on. Bus number

                            Dear Sir/Mam

                            I am regular passanger for kundapura to Banglore Rajahamsa bus via kollur but nowadays I am observing that kundapura depo giving us old Rajahamsa bus it's KA19F3305 its maybe 2014 model bus. Now it's to old and seat are very hard to sit and ond day I faced dear problem with push back so counductor helped me to give another seat and also very much notice like body line and joints sound it's very much irritate to travel so I requested to you inform to change bus first and one more thing they stopped 2 service one is Airavatha from.kundapura to Banglore via Kollur another one one is kundapura to Banglore via Byndur could you please review and inform me why that both lines stopped these 3 service most helpful for over locality ie kollur, Nitturu, Nagara and Hosanagar. I waiting for your response. Thanks

                              The Airavat club class bus maintenance is too worst and it was a pathetic journey for us. The bus was not cleaned, blankets was not washed, A deadly smell in the bus, irritating noise while the bus was running.

                              I request the concern team to look over this Grevaince, to maintain hygiene at least for the long journeys.

                                Dear sir, this is regarding to the complaint that one of the ksrtc bus conductor of KA07F1800 (bangalore to tirupati) he has used a very bad offensive word for asking to give stop near KOLAR APMC YARD on 2nd may of 2022 at 2.00pm as im a regular commuter in ksrtc i feel very bad about this behaviour. Please do take a sincere action towards him.

                                  SMS regarding bus details during reservation night buses should reach at least 30 mnts earlier.
                                  I have travelled 3 times between Bangalore and Mangalore in April 2022. But SMS regarding bus number received long time after boarding the bus.
                                  Pls rectify and send SMS before bus timings

                                    On may 2 2022 I have booked 2 parcel in channarayapatna parcel booking office
                                    From channarayapatna to chikodi...i have paid the total amount

                                    But now the related authority is saying, due to festival the parcel office will not be open on 3 may 2022...
                                    The parcel carrying vehicle reach chikodi by 7 morning ...it'll be very difficult for my relative to arrive at such early time ...( it'll take 3 hours to reach to chikodi from his native place) .

                                    If they open parcel office in chikodi, my parcel will be safe there ..by means my relative can come and collect it.

                                    Please do something about it

                                      Hubli to mattigatti first it's timing was 4.15, but now they have changed the duty timing, one day it comes at 4.30pm, day one or other times it's coming, after asking the controller he replies the duty timing has been changed saying that it has been post for other duty to Kundagol. We are facing many problems like this. Please take serious action regarding this.

                                        All the ksrtc buses are robbering thhese days, we took bus from yenapiya college madani nagara to kankanady but bur tickets generate from natekal to mangalore, why this much of loot are started we don't kniw we won't blame conductors beecause the give us tickets for that only in that they dont get one rupee profit but pls ksrtc please taake care of this
