Dear KSRTC BANGALORE/ BAGALKOT

Today I have noticed that the bus driver is very rash in driving and does not have patience that might lead to accident.
I was traveling on bus (KA 29 F 1452) and at 12:48 PM the the driver of the bus had cut off the motorcycle driver sharply during a left turn. The person driving the motorcycle had to apply sudden brakes and fell off the motorcycle and is badly hurt. The driver is very rude and he didn't even bother to stop and know how the motorcyclist is doing. I would not like to board a KSRTC if this is the attitude of the drivers making is unsafe for all the road users. Please take immediate action.

Today i boarded a ksrtc Karnataka saroge bus from banglore to shivamogga. Is it really takes more than 10hrs to reach a place which is 250 km by road? Boarding timings 2-50 pm 8th May 2022, and it's already bean 9 hour 30 min that even i have to travel more for 1 hour. Do you think is it a really good service?

Today dtd 07th may 2022 morning 10.25 my mother left Chikmagalur town towards kadur after near Sakarayapatna bus has gone break fail.. is this is your maintenance? If something has happened who is responsible for people? It shows negligence of ksrtc department and who is answerable for this... Plz answer

Conductor is not behaving well with anyone in the bus over change. Even if he has change in hand to exchange, he is not doing that and while the passenger ask for change, he’s passing comments like why can’t you guys get change and come and all. Please have a look into this issue

Hi Team,
I'm traveling Sira to Tumkur in a KSRTC bus KA06 F-979 on 7th May 2022. Bus left sira around 8:30am.
The conductor misbehaved rudely with customer for not giving exact ticket ammount. Conductor himself thinks that conductor can vacate passengers if exact ammount not given during the travel and asked me to get down and bring exact ammount in the middle of the highway.
We request you to please convey the KRSRTC staff to behave nicely with customers.

Respected sir, My name is Sudheep.A.I never thought mobile charging fecility is not work in Airavat bus .I can't charge my mobile in Airavat Bus travelling on 6.05.2022 Thrissure to Bangalore.Bus number is KA.57.F.240. From Thrissure starting time is 9.33 p.m
I complaint about this to Bus Driver and conductor.They have not responded my problem.They said their mobile also low charge.Can't recharge from bus.

Today I am going to catch my flight from Bangalore airport so I booked airavat from Chikkamagaluru to Mejistic bus stand timing was 1:30 to 6:00 and it drop me 8:00 pm (approximately) i don't know why it's too late. The Driver took local passenger and drop them with different stop point i am very disappoint and I want my refund and take strict action against driver and it's behaviour also not good

No bus from Lingasugur to raichur between time 4:00pm to 5:30 pm

The Railway Station Bus stand is recently undergone renewation . There are around 3 offices for enquiry, ticket and office but they are all closed all the time. There is no single official of KSRTC at this bus station.
Further i had to contact CBT, Belagavi for Bus information of Belagavi to Sawantwadi and the operator working there on 6th May 2022 between 11am to 2pm has misguided us saying the bus shall co.e at Railway Station Bus Stand but that did not happen and unfortunately my family had to cancel the trip for today due to the negligence of KSRTC both on the Operator and Bus Stands side.
I further request you to please take strict action on this issue, set up a time table for buses and assign someone at the railway station bus stand for enquiry.

I am from jegarkal village near raichur I am sharing complaint that the bus which comes ore village does not follow timing so I am requesting you to take action against this please

Airavatha Club class from Bangalore to Sagara on 5th May 2022

Had a very bad day experience with KSRTC Airavatha club class bus service

Journey Details :

KSRTC Bus PNR: J87495540, DOJ: 05-May-2022 22:40, 2230BNGSGR, Bus No : 1570, Crew Mobile No:[protected] .

A/c not working, suspension problem and breakdown, bad roads and very troubled journey…. Extremely disappointed and this problem has affected my and my wife health…

Bus stopped at Shimoga and we were made to wait for 30 minutes to arrange alternate bus….Reached Sagara at 7:15 am against scheduled arrival time of 5:30 am..

Please refund our ticket money immediately

Mudhol-Bilagi bus didn't stop at Mudhol bus depot boarding station on 6-5-2022 @ 8.am inspire of hand signal.

I request to conductor please stop new bustand vijayapur they are guilty talking our bus is not going to stop vijayapur bus stop. And you stay down water tank . Night 11.45pm i coming to 2 km from water tank to vijayapur bustop by walk

I was traveling from hubli to solapur on 5th May 2022 in rajahamsa executive bus. The conductor boarded many unreserved standing passengers when the bus was outside the bus terminal. The bus seating capacity is 39 seats but the bus was loaded with more then 15 additional passengers which made it over crowded.

We had booke airavat club class with PNR No:J87450210 on 03-May-2022 at 23:00 but airavat bus was allocated. When we raised this issue the concerned person told us to raise the complaint jn this site so that we can get our refund.

Do the needful and initiate our refund as soon as possible.

I have passed the DL test on December 1st week but it's been 4 months I havent received my DL

We the students of NAGARJUNA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Madugurki, devanahalli, bangalore.
Bus availability from hebbal to CHIKKABALLAPUR(Nagarjuna college) are very much less we suffer during morning times to catch the bus and some buses won't stop in the main stop hebbal itself in the morning times, then what's gud catching the bus from hebbal we come from sahakar nagar to hebbal to catch bus to reach college on time not at all satisfied and coming to tc(stop incharge) he was coming to the stop in the starting but not now even in evening times near clg too still the govt announces students can travel easily in ksrtc and all nonuse at all students suffer more to reach college on time. And the givt has announced that all interstate bus should allow atleast 10 passengers with student pass but they won't even single person. And the conductors are very rude to tell any information shame to see all these things not at all satisfied.kindly do the needful.hoping problem to solve soon.

Iam travelling in bus number KA 23F 1038 hubbali to bangalore we travel such a long distance the conductor first told sit wherever you want later in haveri bus stop forced to sit somewhere else this is not right I paid full charge of bus fair iam not travelling free here please take strict action about it
