Hi,

Bus driver and conductor from Vijayapura to Hubli which is of Hubli and Vijayapura depot refusing to come to Kolhar village.
This has been going on for many years people have to constantly haggle with the bus driver and conductor.
The details of one such bus below:
Bus number:KA-25F3017(code no. 159)
Bus conductor id no: 7049
Bus driver no: 411
Bus timing : 12:40pm.

I had to constantly argue and fight with him so that he will bring the bus to Kolhar.

I feel this oppression has to stop so that people can commute without all this.

I request you to please take appropriate action and solve this issue.

      Always after 5 no proper bus timing

          By mistake we took 2 tickets for the same person and later when we asked conductor to refund the other ticket's amount he refused to give the amount.

            I'm a student of 2nd puc . In bus the conductor & depo t.c miss behaved with me I'm showing the admission ticket & I'd proof they are not hearing me they are talking very badly on me in Magadi bus stand the conductor didn't allow to travel in the bus .               Bus is suppose to reach at 4:15Am early morning but reached at 5Am due to multiple tea stops which are not meant to be.I had very important work planned...due to this negligency i faced trouble in my work.

                Dear sir
                We travelled in ksrtc bus from BANGALORE to BIRUR today by bus no KA 14 F0034 ticket no 162520. We requested the bus conductor to change the hotel for food . But they are not obliging. They have stopped at alankar dhaba near dobbespet. The hotel is not hygienic even food is also worst. This is the third time happening to me.
                Please do consider this request and tell them to change the place. These type of restaurants are the primary cause for covid cases

                    Travelled from Tumkur to Bengaluru.
                    Departure time : 13.55
                    Arrival time: 16.25
                    Conductor not wearing mask. Collected flyover fare but stopped all stops (dobospet, madnayakana halli, 8th mile, Jalahalli etc..) as he had passengers with so many luggage's like flower bags etc. When questened gave vague answers. At least instruct the conductor suitably.
                    No reply received from ksrtc authorities for my complaint so for.

                        Respected Sir,

                        This is to inform that I was travelling on 14-Aug-2021 from Gundya(Dakshina Kannada) to Bangalore in KSRTC Sarige bus(Depot and Bus details not known) fare around 300/- rs later on once bus arrived to Hassan bus stand conductor informed to get another bus which is going to Bangalore as there were only 2passangers in our bus and our Bus conductor gave Ticket to that conductor for the reference purpose.The other bus which was traveling from Horanadu to Bangalore which belonged to Mudigere Depot(KA 18 F 0874) Conductor asked me for the ticket but unfortunately I missed the ticket both and informed that the other bus conductor gave for your reference but he didn't agreed and asked me to get down if I dont take, Driver was shouting in the bus on me asking me to get down both behaved very badly condutor name, Chandru and Driver name Prasad(Not Sure), This is worst exp I have come across, Moreover I requested them to stop in near Yeshwanthpur Railway station but they didn't stopped telling me there is no stop that to at night 12:00Noon,
                        I want justice here KSRTC team here, Pls help

                          NWKRTC Bus from Bailahongal to Dharwad running over capacity in covid restriction time. Upon asking KSRTC conductor, he is refusing to follow covid norms. Bus is filled with people eventhough it's not a last Bus.
                          Added ticket details will update both bus and conductor details soon. Tavelling in same bus keeping our life in stake now.

                            On[protected] evening, we boarded at Tirupati bus terminal. The conductor is taking money and giving tickets from first row towards last row.

                            The conductor informed the people seating in a reserved row (approximately the middle row of bus) as "the seats are reserved". And the went to seat in empty seats in front rows.

                            Now, our women who seated at last but one row from door observed the emptiness at middle row (that reserved seats) and went to seat. After loud aggressive saying about reservation from conductor. our women went back to their previous seats.

                            Here, the conductor observed the innocence of our women and when he went for ticketing, our women gave him 200 rupee note and said the destination as Madanapalle. The conductor gave the ticket and without giving change pre plannedly moved on ticketing other guy in right side seat.
                            After ticketing him. Our women asked for change with rest of her money(₹100 note) in her ✋ hand. He grabbed the hundred rupee note in her hand. She again asked the change. The conductor aggressively said, you won't get the ticket for 100 rupees. He acted very good.

                            As the fare is ₹133 and the total amount conductor taken is 300. So, He has to return ₹167.

                                      Me and some passengers boarded the KSRTC bus with number KA 40 F 1309 on 11.30 PM to reach Penukonda from Ananthpur. But conductor told us to get down the bus after travelling some distance. Driver accepted to stop the bus at Penukonda bypass. But conductor told us to get down the bus with arrogant behaviour. Please take some deciplanary action on conductor regarding treating the passengers with bad manners.

                                        I have booked sleeper ambari club class from Mangalore to Hyderabad on 2nd August, 2021.(Trip code:1500MNGHYD)..(seat 11, 12)
                                        Following issues have been found with respect to my trip/journey
                                        1.When I booked the bus, it has shown sleeper class and the price was charged accordingly, but when the bus [protected]@Mangalore bus station, it was a semi sleeper bus. reason said by the concerned staff is route of bus does not allow sleeper class.
                                        My question is why was the bus showing sleeper class in site when it was booked? Kindly look into this..don’t make mockery/cheating of people.
                                        2.Delay in bus [protected]@Mangalore bus station.. schedule time is 3:00 pm, bus [protected]@3:50 pm..
                                        3.selection of bus route where the roads were severely damaged and not suitable for the journey. I think to save fuel- your corporation chosen that route..
                                        4, .Bus condition- charging points not working in any seats except the first seat near driver..working condition of A.C not checked prior to the start of journey..@
                                        5.Video of bus not started, reason stated by your staff is not clear enough to explain why the video is not offered..
                                        6.Exhorbitant prices @Resturants where bus is stopped for refreshments, even for utilizing the washrooms prices are charged..This was not expected..
                                        7.delay in bus arrival to Hyderabad..schedule time is 8:30 am, but reached [protected]@10:30 am..

                                        In this regard, I would like to inform the concerned authorities that people have a appreciation for KSRTC for their Service, But I would like to notify that the trip is horrendous and I am totally dissatisfied with your service and trip.
                                        Kindly look into the above issues and act on this..
                                        Also look into the possibility of routing as the bus journey is long..
