Hello,

This is the complaint against Bus driver named Vitthal (Not sure), who is driving Bus number KA 23, F-765 On Saturday 27/05/2023 around 10.30 am near Bankapur chowk Hubli, has scratched my car at the left door. He didn't stopped the bus even after slight touch with car. He moved the bus right side without checking any vehicle is there or not at his right side. He just casually drove the bus and made huge scratch and dent on my car. As usual, after stopping him started blaming and shouting on me along with his conductor and other Bus passengers.

My request with KSRTC management is to take action on him to know how to drive the bus in traffic. As it may happen to anyone in the future which may result huge loss.

I am hoping that i will get some response on this.

    I travelled from Goa to Mumbai on 25th May 2023, by the 7.10 pm kadamba bus pickup at Mapuca. I had an online booking but was very surprised to note that a wrg bus no was sms'ed to me, sms pasted at bottom also both the drivers of the bus were in casual clothes and not in uniform. Does kadamba issue uniform to their drivers and yet permit them to be on duty with casual clothes or were these drivers casual/contract labour employed, cause an accident was averted by Divine intervision the damage to the bus is proof of it.
    MSG received "Dear Passenger, Please note details of your journey to Mumbai on 25 May 2023 07 10 PM, Bus Number: MH 9 EM 5004, Driver: KTCLTRIPS, Mobile: [protected] Happy Journey, Regards Team BOGDS" the bus no was wrong don't know if the drivers code and mobile no was right.

        On[protected], while travelling from Mangalore to Kasargod - at 08:08:07
        Ticket No: 392480, I have given given Rs. 200 faced note and Rs. 4 coins. Instead of giving Rs. 130 back, conductor has given only Rs. 30.
        Mean time even I too forgot to ask him, later before reaching Kasargod, Clarified the situation and request him the change amount back.
        But, that particular conductor has replied me an a rude way, throwing all his amount, and ticket issue device on me and ask me to check.

        Also, not guided me properly the drop location too.

        This may be Rs. 100 for me, but the way he behaved with common people is highly disappointed.

        Kindly resolve the issue.

            They are not stop the bus ... and i m run and pick a bike after get overtake the bus and get it... after i asked conductor he told time is gone so we are not stop & also thats not a bus stop... bus is also limited stop... bus from erattupetta to kottayam (9:45am) kl15 9592... please help and action...

              I was traveling from HYDERABAD TO BELGAUM AC SLEEPER ON AT 9 .15 Pm . trip code.2114HYDBGM &On website while booking ticket to shown that bus will reach to belagaum by 8.00 AM .But actual it's arrived around 11 Am i.e 2-3 hr late. Don't make customer fool or misguide by providing false information.Do study or survey at what time it reaches to destination.
              Because it's very disappointed. Kindly take note of this .Update timings of bus .

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am writing to file a complaint against the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) regarding the significant inconvenience and distress caused due to their delayed and inadequate bus service. I am a passenger who booked a ticket from Lingsugur to Bangalore on[protected], with a scheduled departure time of 5.50 pm. However, the bus did not arrive on time, resulting in a series o[censored]nfortunate events.

                  Firstly, upon realizing the delay, I attempted to contact KSRTC's customer care service using the number provided on their official website. To my dismay, the number turned out to be incorrect, and I was unable to connect with any customer care executive for assistance. This lack of reliable and accessible customer service channels further aggravated the situation.

                  Frustrated by the delay and lack of information, I approached the depot personnel to inquire about the status of the bus. Their response was disheartening as they informed me that the bus would arrive at the stop by 7.30 pm, causing a delay of nearly two hours. Considering my urgent need to travel to Bangalore, I requested them to arrange alternative means of transportation, but they refused to accommodate my request, stating that they were unable to provide any alternatives.

                  I would like to emphasize that the inconvenience caused by the delay was not limited to the rescheduled departure time alone. I had undertaken a considerable journey of 2-3 hours from my home to reach the pick-up point. The conditions at the pick-up point were appalling, making my wait even more unbearable and uncomfortable. The lack of basic amenities and facilities left me feeling stranded and helpless.

                  Furthermore, the bus arrived at the location at 8 pm, which was significantly later than the rescheduled time. To compound the issues, a different bus was allocated to passengers, without any prior notification or explanation. I had specifically booked a two-seater arrangement, as per my ticket, but I was provided with a three-seater arrangement instead. This discrepancy in seating arrangements not only violated my booking preferences but also compromised my comfort during the journey.

                  Additionally, my attempts to escalate the matter to higher management within the KSRTC organization have yielded no adequate response. Instead of addressing the issue promptly and taking responsibility for their shortcomings, the KSRTC representatives provided me with alternative contact numbers, effectively passing the buck and evading their obligations to resolve the situation.

                  I firmly believe that the actions and negligence of KSRTC have violated my rights as a consumer, causing significant inconvenience, mental stress, and financial loss. I hereby request your esteemed consumer court to intervene in this matter and provide me with the justice I deserve.

                  In light of the above circumstances, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

                  Conduct a thorough investigation into the delayed and inadequate bus service provided by KSRTC on the mentioned date.
                  Hold KSRTC accountable for their negligence, unresponsive customer service, and failure to provide alternative transportation options.
                  Ensure that appropriate compensation is granted to me for the inconvenience, mental anguish, and additional expenses incurred due to the delayed bus service.
                  Impose penalties or sanctions on KSRTC, if necessary, to discourage similar incidents from occurring in the future.
                  Provide clear guidelines and directives to KSRTC to improve their customer service channels and ensure timely and accurate information is provided to passengers.
                  Investigate the allocation of a different bus and the incorrect seating arrangement provided, which violated my booking preferences and compromised my comfort during the journey.
                  Enclosed with this complaint are copies of my ticket, evidence of the delayed bus service, and any other relevant documents supporting my claim. I trust that you will carefully review my complaint and take prompt action to address this matter.

                  I am hopeful that the consumer court will take my concerns into consideration and help in resolving this issue. I eagerly await a positive response from your end.

                        For journey from davangere to chitradurga rajahamsa ticket price is 76rs but they are charging 80rs saying round of amount as 4rs, this is day looting being done by ksrtc, please charge ticket price with justice. Don't loot citizens like this.

                          My name is Lokesh, every day i will travel from tumkur to banglore and same day will return banglore to Tumkur becase my job is in banglore.

                          On 11/05/2023 at 11:40 pm night me and my brother we were waiting in Jalahalli cross bus stand to travel to tumkur.

                          Around 11:45 Shivamogga bus KA14F0067 came and we enter the bus.
                          Conductor asked ticket and we said please give 2 ticket to Tumkur.

                          Then Conductor started shouting, this bus is not going to Tumkur we will go via Ring road. You should ask before entering the bus, this bus is additional one and selam vehicle, only for you guys we cannot go to tumkur city like this he was argueing with us.

                          Then i said Sir Tumkur is the District connectivity you should not say like this. This bus should enter Tumkur and you have to do entry in bus stand i said like this.

                          After also he said, Driver is alone you should understand. like this he was argueing with us.

                          After many conversation He gave the Ticket.

                          I request KSRTC to Take strict action on This Bus Conductor and let us know why he is not allowing Tumkur passangers. Day time we have options but night time if busses are not enter the Tumkur city how to travel Tumkur passangers.

                          Kundly revert the reason and let me know what action has been taken for the bus conductor.

                            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on 19 May 2023 at approximately 11:40PM at night involving one of your bus conductors. I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention.

                            On the aforementioned date and time, I, along with my brother and my 6 months old baby, approached the bus numbered KA26 F7816 with the intention to board and reach Dharwad. However, to our dismay, the bus conductor on duty refused to allow us to board the bus saying the bus will leave from there after 12:30.

                            Furthermore, when questioned about the route and destination, the conductor provided inaccurate information, leading us to believe that the bus would follow a specific route. However, after we boarded the bus, it became evident that the conductor has misled us. And it go via Dharwad only.

                            We relied on the bus service to transport us to our desired destinations promptly and efficiently, only to be met with an uncooperative conductor who not only denied us entry but also gave misleading route information.

                            I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the bus conductor involved. It is imperative that your staff members understand the importance of providing accurate information and ensuring that passengers are treated with respect and fairness.

                            Failure to address this matter appropriately may result in the escalation of this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and the sharing of my negative experience with other potential customers.

                            I trust that you will address this complaint promptly and take the necessary measures to improve your services..

                              Dear sir/Madam

                              My wife with 2 children's travelled from Guntur to Sindhanur on 17th may 2023 With ticket PNR Number H93744758, Bus No: KA37 F774. I regret to travel in KSRTC Due to rash driver who consumed alcohol and drive the bus very rashly and even almost hit the trucks coming in opposite direction twice and also quarreled with a truck driver once.
                              Even the ticket collector argued with my wife after boarding the bus for not booking a ticket for my son who is 5years and 10 months old. I went to pick up my wife and children from bus stand at Sindhanur on 18th may 2023 morning and complained at bus stand about the issue but the staff at bus stand supported the driver and abused me. this type of harsh behavior is becoming common in KSRTC bringing shame to the organization and our state as-well.
                              I wish you would look into this matter seriously and take corrective action to safe guard the passengers lives, public property and the Organization pride.

                                My daughter is 11 year old and I had if proof . While boarding bus from Mysore - bus number KA 40F 1141 non stop Bangalore conductor and ticket issuing people started playing games . First they asked if we have id proof when we were ready to show they said it is based on height and charged full ticket because her height was little more than red line which was torn and not clear . Really not acceptable by KSRTC

                                  With reference to the above subject and complaint on RTI as well as PG Portal by ref No. MORTH/E/[protected], I have been working as Manager in Raichur for a Rural Water Supply Project and I have booked ticket through KSRTC online booking vide PNR No. J93617060 for my journey from Raichur to Harihara via Non AC Sleeper at 19:01 and date of journey is 13.5.2023. I have booked seat No. 8 on the Assile side and before Window seat was booked but it was not showing the Gender. Later near Manvi one Lady passenger occupied the seat beside me and asked me to vacate the seat. The conductor also asked me to vacate and there was no seat available in bus and I have been asked to sit in cabin even after booking for sleeper. Normally ladies seats are highlighted with yellow colour and I am unable to find that it is booked by ladies. The whole night I was forced to sit in the cabin and the same day there was a return journey to Raichur and I have suffered a lot and am still suffering from back pain. Before filing a petition in such a case I am hereby asking for whom I have to hold responsible for such an incident. Please note the date I have travelled by Bus No. KA 19 F 3553. As the conductor and drivers provided me a seat in the cabin but I am fully eligible for compensation for vacating me from the seat. I will also raise this issue through Public Grievance and awaiting for favourable response.

                                    I was travelling from Bangalore to Devanahalli bus got accident at Hebbal thank got no one got injured. After some time I decided to take another ksrtc bus then I get into another ksrtc bus. Another bus conductor know about the current situation then also he asked money again I told him about accident then also he is asking money and he took from me. What is non sense after accident my hands and legs are shaking conductor has no mercy at all such a awful ksrtc bus conductor. I’m very disappointed about ksrtc because my total bus charge after accident is 101rs to travel from Bangalore to Devanahalli. Such a indiscipline ksrtc bus conductor.

                                      Last night I have travelled in KSRTC BUS from HYD to BNG. There are lot of small cockroaches at the passenger seats which caused sleepless night for me and my 10 year old daughter. How many times I tried to throw from the seat they were coming while we were sleeping. When I asked for seat change, I was told that cockroaches are there in entire bus. Request you to take the action immediately and make sure the passengers' journey is safe. Below are the bus and trip details.

                                        The above mentioned itinerary was to depart from the destination at 1 pm but the bud arrived at the bus stop at 1.30 and the staff said that there is fault in the bus and can’t continue with the further route. And they don’t have replacement . This caused a great deal of inconvenience in my further commitments both financially and emotionally
